About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team in a high-visibility & high-impact role driving AI adoption across a small number of strategic accounts in our Enterprise Tech segment. As our dedicated Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers you’ll be their partner and trusted advisor helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude Code, Cowork, and other surface areas.
You'll work with a book of global technology leaders to actively deploy AI and reshape the technology landscape. You’ll be working with key partners who are moving fast and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with LLM technology. Your role will entail developing genuine partnerships with the customer and key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their multi-pronged business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, drive model and use case optimizations, implement change management strategies, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers in complex, matrixed organizations; understand their business and objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion
Own customer operations across the lifecycle of each account, maintaining a structured operational assessment (customer readiness, operational health, strategic alignment, enablement strategy, adoption intelligence) that grounds comprehensive account and success plans and Executive Business Reviews
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Cowork, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of each customer, and the patterns you see across your other Tech accounts, to proactively drive consumption planning and the value story behind it, developing credible ROI hypotheses and quantifying outcomes that build the case for continued and expanded investment.
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities across Claude surface areas (API, Claude Code, Cowork) to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Ruthlessly prioritize across the account's many business units and workstreams, building programmatic, repeatable motions
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting
Experience working with F500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level—ideally including high-growth and established tech companies.
You understand what it means to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs (multiple functions, hundreds of users) for a product that requires C-suite sponsorship
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns across a set of diverse stakeholders—from developers and product managers to executives and end users
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes — you can run multiple enterprise motions in parallel without letting any account go quiet.
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems. You have built with Claude Code, automating your own workflows with agents, skills, and tooling.
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Strategic Account Executive (Healthcare) at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our frontier AI platform to healthcare organizations. You'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with health systems, hospitals, and payor organizations. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in healthcare to grow revenue while becoming a trusted partner to healthcare stakeholders — helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities. In collaboration with Product and Marketing, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with healthcare decision-makers.
The ideal candidate has a passion for developing new market segments within healthcare delivery and insurance, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you'll help healthcare enterprises obtain new capabilities while advancing the ethical development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across health systems, hospitals, and payor organizations — driving the full sales cycle from outbound to close and navigating complex organizations to reach key clinical, administrative, and payor decision-makers
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to healthcare procurement cycles, value-based care initiatives, and budgeting processes, translating market landscape and trend analysis into targeted account plans and campaigns that meet and exceed revenue targets
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities across clinical departments, care management teams, claims processing units, and administrative offices, partnering cross-functionally to differentiate Anthropic's offering for both healthcare delivery and payor use cases
Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence, managing an evolving sales process to deliver predictable, coachable performance against quota
Partner closely with Product and Applied AI to translate feedback from clinicians, care coordinators, and administrative leaders into product and roadmap input, strengthening Anthropic's value proposition for healthcare organizations
Codify learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices, partnering with Marketing and Enablement to scale winning use cases and proof points across health systems and payors
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, with demonstrated success covering health systems, hospitals, and/or payor organizations
A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within healthcare organizations and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and clinical/administrative use cases
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within healthcare procurement frameworks, including value-based care contracts and payor policies
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in healthcare by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently across healthcare audiences — from physicians and nurses to C-suite executives and payor leadership
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points across both provider and payor organizations
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the healthcare market, paired with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
Experience developing and refining healthcare AI use cases in collaboration with customers and channel partners, with particular focus on care delivery, population health, and administrative efficiency
Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their clinical applications, with strong conviction around safe, ethical development for AI in clinical use

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Strategic Account Executive (Life Sciences) at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team introducing our frontier AI platform to the world's leading life sciences organizations. You'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic, enterprise-scale deals across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations. You'll leverage deep life sciences sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted advisor to industry stakeholders — helping them embed AI into R&D, clinical development, and commercial workflows, and uncovering its full range of capabilities. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you'll continuously sharpen our value proposition, sales motion, and market positioning for life sciences decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is energized by building a new category in an established, highly regulated industry — identifying high-potential accounts across pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations, and running the strategies to win them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products into life sciences enterprises, you'll help these organizations unlock new capabilities while advancing the responsible development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations, carrying and exceeding an individual revenue target
Engage personally with C-level and senior technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of R&D, Heads of Data/AI) — building business cases and value narratives, and navigating complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal review through to production deployment and expansion
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within your accounts, building and executing account plans that turn strategic relationships into committed revenue
Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence — accurate deal inspection, clear next steps, and predictable, coachable execution across a high-value, long-cycle book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate life sciences-specific needs — R&D, clinical development, commercial — into product and roadmap input
Codify winning use cases, proof points, and reference stories from your deals, partnering with Marketing and Enablement to help scale them across the broader life sciences motion
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic as a visible, trusted voice with customers and at industry events
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in life sciences, with demonstrated success covering bio, pharma, and research organizations
A track record of carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise sales of technical, complex products (API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, data/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS)
Experience winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, including building C-suite relationships, within life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research organizations)
Operational rigor across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders — CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML — and experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to large pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling — GxP compliance, data governance, regulatory and compliance-driven procurement, security review, and the governance expectations of pharma/biotech organizations
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles (12+ months) typical of biopharma R&D and drug development procurement

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for a research engineer who believes that visual and spatial reasoning are core to fully unlocking the capabilities of LLMs. On the Vision team, you'll own the end-to-end process of creating training data and RL environments targeting visual knowledge work: identifying long-horizon and vision-heavy tasks, building evals, designing rewards, and scaling data. This is a unique role that combines applied research with hands-on data work. It's also highly collaborative — you'll partner with external vendors, pretraining, RL, and product teams to make sure the environments you build translate into real-world knowledge work capabilities.
What you'll do:
Own the data strategy for vision capabilities end-to-end, from building evals and scaling RL environments
Manage technical relationships with external data vendors, including writing task specifications, evaluating visual data and annotation quality, and iterating on reward design
Develop and improve QA frameworks that catch reward hacking and ensure environment quality at scale
Run generalization experiments to measure how data strategy changes improve multimodal capabilities on held-out evaluations
Partner with pretraining, RL, and product teams, and do the science that shows we’re all rowing in the same direction
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of ML, computer vision, and software engineering experience through industry, academia, or other projects
Have experience with reinforcement learning, reward design, or training data curation for large language or vision-language models
Are familiar with the architecture, training, and operation of large vision language models
Are comfortable managing technical vendor relationships and iterating quickly on feedback
Are results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
Designing evals or benchmarks for LLMs or vision language models
Large-scale pretraining, SL, and RL on language models
Deep learning research on images, video, or other modalities
Developing complex agentic systems using LLMs
Large-scale ETL and data pipeline development
Representative projects:
Writing a vendor-facing specification for a new family of visual RL training tasks, then iterating with the vendor on coverage, quality, and reward design
Running experiments to determine ideal training datamixes and parameters for a synthetically generated vision dataset
Finetuning Claude to maximize its performance using a particular set of agent tools/skills

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Perplexity is revolutionizing how companies get work done. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and serve as the strategic bridge between our product reality and market impact. You will architect the external narrative of our products and amplify their value to inspire adoption and drive growth.
If you have a passion for creating clarity when things are messy, thrive in turning ambiguity into a definitive point of view, and want to build a world-class marketing engine that drives launches as systems rather than events, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Turn ambiguity into clarity. Transform complex product capabilities into a crisp market point of view, defining not just what we built, but who it’s for, what it replaces, and why it wins.
- Drive launches as a system, not an event. Orchestrate product introductions by defining success metrics and sequencing readiness across teams, ensuring enablement and proof points land simultaneously with the launch.
- Make others materially better at their jobs. Equip customer-facing teams with "talk tracks that close," handling objections and providing competitive intelligence that reflects the actual battlefield.
- Obsess over the customer and the market. Maintain a sharp, real-time view of buyer needs and alternatives, ensuring our narrative remains grounded in truth and provable value rather than empty hype.
- Measure outcomes, not just outputs. Tie messaging and launches to tangible pipeline influence, activation, and retention, running lightweight experiments to iterate fast on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Influence without authority. Lead through alignment by pre-wiring decisions, surfacing risks early, and managing trade-offs to keep product, sales, and marketing moving in lockstep.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a high-growth technology company where you have owned end-to-end product launches.
- Proven track record of synthesizing complex technical concepts into simple, specific, and provable narratives that travel across executive, sales, and partner teams.
- Deep familiarity with the rules of traditional marketing with an interest in breaking them.
- World-class storytelling skills grounded in data, with the ability to summarize a product’s value in a single sentence and defend it with evidence.
- Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role
WorkOS has a strong bottoms-up, developer-focused GTM motion, and we’re growing our lean sales team to complement it. We’re hiring Account Executives across several experience levels, from AEs with 2 years of closing experience to seasoned sellers with 10 years of experience.
Our customers range from AI-native startups to large enterprise organizations. We don’t have formal sales segmentation: customer coverage is fluid, and you’ll work across a range of company sizes, technical needs, and buying processes. Your scope and expectations will reflect your experience, with opportunities to contribute beyond a narrowly defined territory or segment.
You’ll build relationships with technical leaders, understand what their teams are building, and help them evaluate how WorkOS can simplify enterprise integrations and support their growth. This is a consultative, technically engaged sales role with room to experiment, shape our sales motion, and build processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, qualify and close high potential customers and foster internal technical champions by building a delightful customer journey tailored to a technical audience/preferences of a technical buyer
- Experimentation: Test outreach, messaging, and sales approaches across our customer base. Share what works and help develop repeatable practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to develop sales strategies, communicate customer feedback, and ensure customer success.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts, clearly communicating progress, risks, and next steps.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, WorkOS product developments, and competitor offerings to position yourself as a trusted advisor to potential customers.
- Reporting: Regularly provide feedback and updates to the leadership team on key accounts, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Closing experience: Approximately 2–10 years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience closing B2B SaaS or other technical products. We’re hiring at multiple levels and will evaluate experience accordingly.
- Enviroment experience: Early-stage or high-growth companies, developer tools, infrastructure, or product-led growth motions.
- Track record: Demonstrated success against sales targets and ownership of opportunities through close. More experienced candidates should bring experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Technical aptitude: Curiosity about how software is built and the ability to learn technical products, ask thoughtful questions, and earn credibility with engineering leaders.
- Communication: Strong discovery, listening, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ownership: Comfort working on a lean team with evolving priorities, fluid customer coverage, and processes that are still being built.
- Collaboration: A resourceful, team-oriented approach to solving problems and moving opportunities forward.
- Organization: Strong pipeline discipline and proficiency with CRM tools.
- Bonus: Familiarity with identity and access management products such as SSO, Directory Sync, or Audit Logs.

About the role 💭
We’re looking for a commercially minded, AI-native BDR who enjoys understanding what technical teams are building and finding thoughtful ways to start conversations with them. You’ll combine account research, AI-assisted prospecting and engagement with the startup community to create qualified opportunities for our sales team. This is a hands-on outbound role: researching accounts, reaching out, following up and qualifying prospects are central to the job.
Responsibilities ✔️
- Creative Outbound Prospecting: Generate new leads through targeted outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events and other channels. We are looking for resourcefulness and innovation crafting new outbound strategies.
- AI-Powered Workflows: Build and improve lightweight AI-assisted workflows for account research, identifying relevant buying signals and preparing outreach. Validate sources, review messages before sending and use results to refine your approach. The goal is more relevant conversations and qualified opportunities, not automation or message volume for its own sake.
- Account Research: Research and identify key prospects, decision-makers, and stakeholders within target accounts to tailor your outreach efforts. Understand what a company is actually building — their stack, their auth setup, their scaling problems.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, business needs, and how WorkOS can help solve their challenges, qualifying them for the sales team.
- Pipeline Development: Set up high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives by nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- CRM Hygiene: Diligently log all prospecting activities, conversations, and pipeline data in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) to maintain accurate records and forecast pipeline health.
- Metrics-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outbound activities, including the number of meetings set, emails sent, calls made, and qualified opportunities created.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, WorkOS product developments, competitor offerings, and what's changing in AI and developer tooling — so you can position yourself as a trusted advisor to technical buyers.
Qualifications 🌟
- Experience: You have experience creating opportunities for a product, business or community. That could come from sales development, growth, partnerships, community building, a startup or your own project. A BDR title isn’t required, but you should be able to explain how you identified an audience, earned their attention, followed up and turned interest into a meaningful next step.
- Target Personas: Experience outbounding to cofounders and CTOs.
- AI-Native: You have personally built or materially improved an AI-assisted workflow and used it in practice. You can explain the problem, how the workflow works, what you contributed and how you checked its output. You know where automation helps and where human judgment is essential, and can describe what improved or what you changed when it failed.
- Community Engagement: You actively engage with startup or technical communities and can share how you have contributed, learned from others or built useful relationships. This might happen through your work, online discussions, events, customer communities or a project. We value curiosity, consistent contribution and thoughtful follow-through, not the size of your network or who you know.
- Writing Skills: Able to independently craft messages and campaigns to technical leaders. You use AI to draft and scale, but you have the judgment to know when the output isn't good enough to send.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized messages that resonate with different audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with understanding technical products and effectively communicating the value of WorkOS to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus if you can read API docs, poke at a codebase, or have shipped something yourself.
- Tools: Experience with a modern sales stack and AI tools. Examples include Salesforce, Gong, Loom, Outreach, Claude, ChatGPT and Clay; experience with these specific tools is not required.
- Curiosity & Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt quickly to new strategies, and stay curious about the industry and your prospects' needs.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to manage your time effectively.
- You are located in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, able to work locally, available for in-person meetings with clients and customers, and able to attend in-person events as needed.
