About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running — we make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're seeking an IT Support Engineer who combines deep technical skills with a genuine service mindset and sound judgment.
Anthropic is growing fast, and our IT operations need to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive processes (including with Claude), and continuously improving the employee experience. You'll handle support challenges across our primarily macOS environment while contributing to the operational improvements that help us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with opportunities to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time.
Responsibilities
End-User Support
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts — primarily through our ticketing system, with additional support via Slack and in-person
Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communication & Documentation
Communicate clearly with users of all technical levels
Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Identify patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues to the team, and identify opportunities for automation or systemic solves
Operational Improvement
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as the company scales
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Assist with scripting (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Are an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems
Have strong troubleshooting skills and are methodical, curious, and persistent
Demonstrated experience supporting macOS endpoints and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Have significant experience with Google Workspace administration
Have experience with Slack administration — workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Have substantial experience supporting and administering additional SaaS tools
Understand identity and access fundamentals — SSO, MFA, directory services
Are familiar with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Have experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Think beyond the immediate fix — you ask "why did this happen?" and "how do we prevent it?"
Are organized enough to manage competing priorities without things falling through the cracks
Propose solutions when you see a process that doesn't scale
Are looking to develop deeper technical skills and take on more complex systems administration challenges over time
Strong candidates may also
Be familiar with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Have experience with networking basics — DNS, DHCP, VPNs, networking fundamentals
Have contributed to IT projects beyond day-to-day support (migrations, tool rollouts, process redesigns)
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Location
This role is based in our San Francisco, Seattle, New York or Washington DC office and there is a 4 day/week in office expectation.
What Makes This Role Unique
You'll be joining a high-impact IT team supporting some of the world's leading AI researchers and engineers. The pace is fast and you'll have real ownership over your work. This isn't a role where you follow rigid scripts — you'll be trusted to use your judgment, improve our processes, and grow with the team. Because we're scaling rapidly, you'll have meaningful opportunities to shape how IT operations work at Anthropic.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer, Network Automation - WAN & Edge, you will design, automate, and operate resilient connectivity between data centers, cloud environments, external networks, and the internet. Your work will span routing, firewalls, traffic engineering, and production troubleshooting.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced network engineer who can build, test, debug, and review production-grade automation. Networking depth and strong software-engineering judgment matter more than familiarity with any particular language, platform, or tool.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and evolve resilient inter-site, cloud, and internet connectivity for large-scale AI infrastructure.
- Own external BGP policy and traffic engineering at the edge, including route filtering, failover, and capacity planning.
- Build API-driven automation for edge routing, firewalls, VPNs, carrier connectivity, and network segmentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, cloud connectivity providers, colocation partners, and vendors on design, provisioning, incident escalation, and service improvement.
- Design safe change workflows with automated validation and resilience testing, staged rollouts, observability, rollback, and recovery.
- Participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot active WAN and edge incidents, restore service, and turn root causes into lasting improvements.
- Review designs and code, explain networking trade-offs, and help raise network engineering quality across the organization.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep, hands-on WAN and edge networking experience across internet connectivity, data-center interconnect, private WAN, or cloud networking.
- A track record of taking external BGP designs from whiteboard to production and debugging them during production incidents.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting stateful firewalls, NAT, asymmetric routing, and redundant edge designs on at least one major routing or firewall platform.
- Experience building or operating production network automation using network-management APIs and data models. You understand desired state and idempotency; relevant technologies might include REST, NETCONF, gNMI/OpenConfig, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Strong software-engineering fundamentals in a general-purpose language. You can design, test, debug, and review production systems and are willing to become productive in Go.
- Operational troubleshooting experience using routing and flow state, packet captures, link health, telemetry, and logs to diagnose production incidents.
- Clear, pragmatic communication and effective stakeholder management. You can translate technical needs into connectivity designs and provider requirements, define acceptance criteria and service-level expectations, and provide technical leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, or comparable edge and firewall platforms.
- Deeper specialization in external connectivity, such as public-cloud or hybrid-cloud interconnect, or internet transit and peering.
- Exposure to edge security and scale techniques such as RPKI and route-origin validation, DDoS mitigation, or global traffic engineering.
- Familiarity with streaming telemetry, network source-of-truth systems, and configuration-compliance tooling.
- Experience reading, reviewing, or contributing to Go code.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes controllers, operators, or other declarative, reconciliation-based systems.

The Docker Sandboxes team is building the runtime that lets AI coding agents run safely on a developer's machine: disposable, isolated microVM sandboxes that each get their own Docker daemon, filesystem, and network.
This is the core of Docker's sbx product: developers can give an agent the autonomy it needs to get real work done without it ever touching the host, and tear the whole environment down when it's finished.
The successful candidate is a technical, product-minded engineer with deep experience building secure, isolated runtime environments (sandboxes, containers, or VMs) and a track record of shipping and owning that kind of infrastructure in production at scale. They think naturally about isolation and security boundaries, understand the tradeoffs involved in running untrusted or semi-trusted workloads safely, and can reason confidently about a system that spans multiple surface areas.
They can drive clarity and consensus on hard, ambiguous problems that cross team and component boundaries, raise the bar for engineering quality wherever they work, thrive in a remote-first environment, communicate clearly across time zones, work with our users, while bringing curiosity and craftsmanship to hard problems.
Please note: this role is currently prioritizing candidates currently located in the Eastern time zone (US or Canada), or in the EU.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and lead improvements to the sandboxes product across agent integration, tool permissions, and developer-facing workflows.
- Investigate and resolve correctness, performance, and stability issues in the agent integration layer across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Drive the reliability and performance of sandbox creation, session management, and teardown for AI agent workloads.
- Collaborate with peers, Product, and adjacent teams to evolve the architecture as requirements grow.
- Mentor engineers on the team and set the bar in design reviews and code reviews.
- Engage with the open source and agentic development community around sandboxing, MCP, and related ecosystems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical stability issues affecting users.
- Document your work clearly and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building developer tools, desktop applications, or runtime infrastructure used directly by developers.
- Familiarity with the agentic software development ecosystem: how coding agents work and how tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar agents interact with their environment.
- Ability to reason about isolation and security boundaries: what a sandbox should and shouldn't expose, and how to make safe defaults obvious to users.
- Experience driving architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineers or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build an understanding of our codebase.
- Meet the people on your team and those adjacent to it.
- Build an understanding of the products we are shipping and our near-term technical priorities.
- Deliver small fixes or improvements.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the design and development of a significant improvement or feature of the local sandboxes stack.

Anthropic's New Markets and Monetization team exists to bring transformational AI to every business. Model capabilities are compounding, and the Claude Platform is how businesses build with our models. Our job within the Claude Platform is to make sure that every industry, not just software, can build on frontier AI with our APIs and that everyone who builds on Claude prospers by it.
The work falls into two pillars that reinforce each other.
Verticals:
identifying and building for the next API markets.
Monetization:
the commercial machinery that lets the platform do business anywhere, with anyone: a single way for usage that flows through partners, resellers, and other platforms.
We're hiring the founding product managers onto this team, and this posting covers all of them. You will own one of the areas below outright, work day to day with a dedicated engineering lead and designer, and be measured on numbers that are company-level goals for the half. Almost none of this exists yet, so most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it.
Key responsibilities
Partner and platform billing.
How usage that reaches Claude through a partner, reseller, or another platform is metered, attributed, and billed, and the program terms that go with it, so indirect volume can grow without our risk growing with it.
Spend observability and controls.
Giving enterprise buyers a precise view of what they spend and where, and turning that into limits and controls they can enforce, including programmatically.
One account, and the startup path built on it.
One login and one wallet across the API and Claude's subscriptions, so a builder's first commit, first production call, and first invoice are on a single plan.
A vertical.
The platform strategy for a particular industry: what builders there need that the platform doesn't yet do, which bets to make, and shipping them with the vertical's own product and go-to-market partners.
Whatever your focus, you will:
Build on primitives owned by the Billing Platform and Auth & Identity teams, and ship with Growth, Go-to-Market and Startups, Legal, Finance, and Data Science
Structure the commercial terms yourself, whether that's pricing, revenue attribution, or partner and startup program terms, with Finance, Legal, and Business Development
Talk to every side of the ecosystem, from enterprise buyers and startup builders to the partners that resell or embed Claude and the industry customers we're building for, and turn it into a roadmap where each new participant makes the platform more valuable to the rest
Own the team's outcome metrics: the share of the platform's business outside coding, new startup revenue, volume unified across the API and Claude's subscriptions, and the volume partners book on Claude, and make sure the instrumentation exists to know whether what you shipped moved them
Write the strategy, the specs, and the analysis yourself
Minimum qualifications
Have owned a developer platform, API, billing or money-movement product, or self-serve growth product end to end, and were the person accountable for its revenue or activation number (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years)
Have built with or shipped on top of large language models, and have a view on what changes about billing, identity, or distribution when the customer is sometimes an agent
Are technically fluent: you read API docs, work through a billing, identity, or attribution design with engineers, and make calls on platform primitives yourself
Pull your own data: SQL or equivalent, to define a metric, build a funnel, or size a market
Have negotiated pricing, revenue share, or program terms with Finance, Legal, or Business Development counterparts
Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you're making
Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about growing this platform in a way where the people building on it share in the upside
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Worked on metering, usage attribution, reseller or cloud-marketplace channels, or enterprise spend management
Taken a developer platform into a new industry, or built product in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or another regulated industry
Grown a developer product's self-serve or startup business, including its pricing and packaging
Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product
Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the economics all had to be worked out at once

Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Capex Accounting to join our Infrastructure Accounting team. In this role, you will execute day-to-day accounting for Anthropic's owned infrastructure assets — the GPUs, networking equipment, and data center buildouts underpinning our recently announced $50bn investment in American computing infrastructure. As we continue our rapid growth, you will help ensure the operational scalability and financial accuracy of the core functions that enable Anthropic's research and commercial success.
This is an opportunity to be at the heart of one of the fastest-scaling companies in the industry, and to shape how Anthropic's growing fixed asset base is accounted for and understood across the business.
You will own end-to-end accounting for Anthropic's capex and fixed asset portfolio, working closely with cross-functional partners across Data Center Operations, Finance, and Legal. You'll apply deep technical accounting expertise under ASC 360, and help build the processes, controls, and systems that let this function scale.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end accounting for Anthropic's AI infrastructure capex and fixed asset portfolio, including monthly close, construction-in-progress (CIP) tracking, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and flux analysis
Apply technical accounting expertise to complex infrastructure arrangements under ASC 360 (capitalization, useful lives, impairment, disposals, and asset retirement obligations)
Partner with Data Center Operations, Legal, and Finance teams during contract negotiation and execution to ensure accounting implications are understood before commitments are made
Serve as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders — explaining the financial statement impact of their decisions in clear, simple terms they can act on
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the quality of upstream data pipelines from operational and contract systems, particularly around asset receipt, deployment, and in-service dates
Help design and scale systems, processes, and controls to support a rapidly growing fixed asset portfolio
Collaborate with and mentor junior accounting professionals across the Infrastructure Accounting team
Serve as a key point of contact with external auditors on fixed asset and capex accounting matters
Drive process improvements and automation, including leveraging AI tooling, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with operational experience at technology or infrastructure-heavy companies
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
Possess strong technical accounting knowledge of ASC 360, particularly as applied to infrastructure, data center, or compute-related assets
Have hands-on experience with a significant fixed asset portfolio in a high-growth environment
Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large, complex datasets
Have a track record of improving scalable financial processes in fast-moving environments
Have experience mentoring junior accounting professionals
Are adept at translating technical accounting concepts into financial implications for non-finance stakeholders
Communicate clearly and influence effectively across cross-functional partners
Have experience partnering with engineering, infrastructure, or operations teams to improve financial reporting and cost transparency
Strong candidates may have
Experience at hyperscalers, large compute consumers, or data center operators with exposure to infrastructure asset structures (including GPU clusters, networking equipment, and data center buildouts)
Experience with fixed asset subledger systems at scale
SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large infrastructure and accounting datasets
Background in Big 4 accounting or advisory services combined with industry experience
Experience with complex data center buildouts or hybrid cloud / on-premise environments
Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and associated cost structures
Experience applying AI tooling (including Claude) to accounting processes, memo drafting, or close automation
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in rapidly changing environments

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while managing many concurrent cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Relevant certifications (i.e. GCIH, GCFE, PMP, ITIL, or Splunk and SOAR) are preferred
Experience with dedicated case-management or SOAR platforms (i.e. ServiceNow SIR, TheHive, Splunk SOAR and Phantom)
Exposure to insider-threat, DFIR, eDiscovery, legal-hold, or GRC and audit workflows
Familiar with cloud environments, AWS is preferred and knowledge of Agile frameworks is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI agents: We believe the best managers lead from being hands-on and close to the work. Our managers operate as ICs for their first 3-6 months at Sierra, and then evolve to manage and grow a team of engineers, all while building highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and directly drive Sierra’s growth. These aren’t prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce. You’ll ensure technical excellence, operational reliability, and high customer impact.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): You’ll both build directly, and guide your team through the full lifecycle—from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration—coaching engineers to set and maintain the standard for ADLC best practices. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and scale effectively in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll collaborate with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and guide your team in building AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. - Shape the future of the platform: Your team’s direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. You’ll surface unmet needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra’s product.

OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
