About The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on product manager to drive growth across our platform's trading and asset business — spot, perpetuals, TradFi, and beyond. Own the end-to-end delivery of related product features — requirement grooming, UI/UX reviews, tracking dev and QA progress, and launch acceptance — to ship on time and at high quality.
Run campaigns end-to-end.
Set up, configure, and manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — including token-listing campaigns, new-token Staking, and related Campaigns — ensuring each integrates smoothly with the underlying product features.
Grow trading volume and assets through campaigns.
Use campaigns and incentives to grow trading volume across the platform's asset categories (spot, perpetuals, TradFi); design and rapidly iterate growth mechanics with clear hypotheses, validate them against real data, and tailor the lever to each category's users and mechanics.

and analysis.
Build and maintain channel attribution — breaking trading volume down by channel, campaign, and incentive — and use data analysis to run volume breakdowns, channel ROI, and user segmentation to find the highest-leverage opportunities and guide resource allocation.

Documented success selling complex technical or laboratory services (e.g., CRO/CDMO, contract testing, scientific instrumentation).

Experience managing a structured sales process within HubSpot Sales Hub.

Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
An existing network within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Cosmetics, or Disinfectant Manufacturing sectors.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want:
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Solutions Consultant VP, you’ll be embedded in the Revenue team and report directly to the VP, Solutions Consulting. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales representatives to convey Garner's value proposition and technical product design to high-value prospective customers. With the support of Garner's Data and Product teams, you will design solutions to serve new business and serve as a technical liaison for our clients.
What you will do:
Develop a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and Provider products and our clinical methodologies
Serve as the subject matter expert in presenting our cutting-edge healthcare platforms during the sales process
Help manage relationships with high-value prospects
Clearly and persuasively communicate Garner’s capabilities and unique value propositions
Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses to support critical new business opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product enhancements
Who we're looking for:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting or technical sales, including at least 2 years in a role dedicated to presenting complex and data-rich methodologies and analyses
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies
An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment preferred
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
