Liquid Collective is one of several key initiatives you'll contribute to.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and influence. You'll play a key part in shaping architecture, development practices, and engineering culture — not just building features, but raising the bar on how the team works. You'll own systems end-to-end, from architecture through to observability, and you'll operate in a spec-first development environment that increasingly leverages AI-assisted workflows.
Typical time allocation: roughly 60% building systems and features, 20% code review and mentorship, 20% design, architecture, and product collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
Build and own backend systems
Design and build
APIs, services, Ethereum data pipelines and indexers, staking and validator infrastructure integrations, and monitoring and operational tooling.
O

e.g.
Claude Code) and work with emerging paradigms like MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-based tooling.
Collaborate and contribute to engineering culture
W
ork cross-functionally with protocol, product, and infrastructure teams.
M
entor engineers through code review, design feedback, and raising the overall quality of what the team ships.
C
ontribute
to how the team evolves its practices — not just executing within the current
system, but
improving it.
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
7
+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience building backend systems in Golang.
Deep understanding of distributed systems.
Experience working with blockchain systems, preferably Ethereum — including familiarity with execution vs consensus layers, node operation, and data flow.
Experience with cloud-native infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps (e.g. Flux).
Strong testing practices for complex and stateful systems.
Experience working in remote, asynchronous teams.
High agency, low ego — you own your work end-to-end and hold yourself accountable for quality.

About Xsolla
Xsolla is a global video game commerce company that provides the tools and infrastructure the gaming industry relies on to build, distribute, and monetize games. Working with developers and publishers of every size, from independent studios to the largest franchises in the world, Xsolla operates as a merchant of record and processes payments across more than 200 countries and territories, supporting over 1,000 payment methods, 130 currencies, and 25 languages. Its platform spans the full game lifecycle, including web shops, Pay Station, Login, Launcher, the In-Game Store, and a broad suite of LiveOps and monetization tools.
Strategic Initiatives and Capital Markets
Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla has built an expanding set of strategic and capital markets initiatives. The company connects developers with capital through programs such as the Xsolla Funding Club, and it has extended its footprint into the public markets through Xsolla SPAC 1 (Nasdaq: XSLLU), a publicly listed acquisition vehicle focused on gaming, fintech, adtech, and related technology sectors. These activities sit alongside a growing portfolio of partnerships, market expansion programs, and new business lines led by the Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships organization.
Market Opportunity
The opportunity is significant. The global games market is on track to exceed 300 billion dollars, and the sector has matured into a genuine institutional asset class. Industry trackers recorded roughly 161 billion dollars of games industry mergers and acquisitions in , and private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and sovereign investors continue to deploy capital into the studios, platforms, and infrastructure that power the industry. Xsolla sits at the center of this commerce layer, which positions the company to play a meaningful role in how capital flows through gaming.

About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.
Expressions of Interest
Xsolla welcomes confidential conversations with qualified candidates and trusted introductions. Please direct expressions of interest, together with a resume and a short note on relevant experience, to the Xsolla Talent Acquisition team via the application button linked below.
Role Overview
As Head of Investor Capital and Relations, you will be responsible for the full arc of capital engagement, from sourcing and cultivating investors, to structuring and executing capital raises, to maintaining disciplined, compliant, and trusted relationships once capital is committed. Your remit will span private capital formation, sovereign and strategic institutional relationships, and the investor relations function associated with Xsolla's publicly listed activities.
You will build the investor relations capability that a company operating in and around the public markets requires, including the disclosure discipline, messaging consistency, and relationship infrastructure that institutional investors expect. You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Formation and Fundraising
Lead capital raises.
Design and execute capital raises across the firm's strategic vehicles and initiatives, spanning equity, structured, and credit instruments.
Own the investor pipeline.
Develop and manage the investor pipeline, from initial sourcing and qualification through diligence, negotiation, and close.
Build the materials.
Create the core fundraising materials, including the equity story, investor presentations, data rooms, and the supporting financial narrative, in partnership with finance and legal.
Structure terms.
Shape terms and commitments in coordination with deal leadership, balancing the interests of the firm, its founders, and incoming investors.
Read the market.
Maintain a current and accurate view of market conditions, investor appetite, and comparable transactions to inform timing and structure.
Sovereign Wealth and Strategic Institutional Capital
Gulf sovereign wealth funds alone manage on the order of 5 trillion dollars in assets and have become active, thematic investors in technology and platform businesses, with leading funds such as QIA, PIF, ADIA, Mubadala, and ADQ frequently writing large strategic commitments. Cultivating and stewarding these relationships is central to this role.
Originate relationships.
Build and steward relationships with sovereign wealth funds, strategic corporates, family offices, and large institutional allocators, with particular emphasis on the Gulf, Asia, and North America.
Map the counterparties.
Understand the priorities, mandates, and decision processes of target institutions, and align Xsolla's opportunities to the right counterparties and ticket sizes.
Engage principals.
Serve as a trusted, senior relationship owner who can engage principals and investment committees with credibility and discretion.
Coordinate coverage.
Align coverage strategy with banking partners and advisors to maximize reach into the institutions that matter most.
Public Markets, SPAC, and Business Combination Investor Relations
Build the IR function.
Establish and run the investor relations function for Xsolla's publicly listed activities, including Xsolla SPAC 1, in line with the standards expected of a public company.
Manage public investors.
Manage relationships with public market investors, sell side and buy side analysts, and prospective shareholders, and serve as a primary point of contact for inbound investor inquiries.
Lead event communications.
Lead investor communications around capital events, including any business combination, and prepare leadership for investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings style updates.
Craft the message.
Develop consistent, accurate messaging that links strategy, key metrics, and results, and that supports informed engagement and durable investor confidence.
Protect disclosure integrity.
Partner with legal and compliance to uphold disclosure obligations, including fair disclosure principles, blackout periods, and safe harbor language for forward looking statements.
Capital Markets Strategy and Transaction Execution
Advise on structure.
Advise leadership on capital structure, funding strategy, and the optimal mix of capital across the firm's objectives.
Support transactions.
Support the execution of strategic transactions, including acquisitions and business combinations, by shaping the investor syndicate, terms, and positioning.
Coordinate advisors.
Direct the work of banks, advisors, and counsel through diligence and execution, and keep workstreams aligned to timeline and outcome.
Translate the market.
Monitor capital markets developments, sector valuations, and competitor activity, and translate them into recommendations for leadership and, where relevant, the board.
Disclosure, Communications, and Governance
Set the framework.
Establish and maintain a disciplined disclosure and communications framework, including policies, calendars, and approval workflows.
Prepare materials.
Prepare board level and investor level materials, and contribute to the narrative that the company presents to the market.
Ensure compliance.
Ensure that all investor facing communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant, and that material information is handled appropriately.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership
Build the team.
Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team over time.
Work across the firm.
Partner seamlessly across finance, legal, strategy, communications, and the founders to deliver a unified message to the market.
Represent Xsolla.
Represent the company with poise and authority at investor meetings, industry forums, and capital markets events around the world.
Candidate Profile
Experience
Twelve to fifteen years or more of progressive experience across investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth or institutional investing, capital markets, or senior investor relations, ideally spanning more than one of these.
A demonstrable track record of raising or deploying institutional capital and of closing complex transactions.
Direct experience engaging sovereign wealth funds, strategic investors, or large institutional allocators at a senior level.
Exposure to public company investor relations, the listing process, or a business combination is strongly preferred.

Deep fluency in capital structure, private placements, equity and credit instruments, and transaction processes.
A strong working knowledge of public market disclosure, fair disclosure principles, and the obligations that accompany a listing.
Familiarity with gaming, technology, fintech, or other high growth sectors is a clear advantage, as is comfort operating across the Gulf, Asia, and North American markets.
Skills and Competencies
Exceptional financial acumen, with the ability to build and interrogate the analysis behind a capital raise.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn a complex strategy into a clear and persuasive investment narrative.
Significant relationship capital and the gravitas to engage principals, investment committees, and senior executives.
Sound judgment, discretion, and the highest standards of integrity when handling sensitive and material information.
The drive and resourcefulness to build a function from the ground up in a fast moving environment.
Education and Credentials
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required.
An advanced degree such as an MBA, or a professional credential such as the CFA, is strongly preferred.
Relevant securities licenses, or the willingness to obtain them, are viewed favorably.

The Head of Risk will be the accountable risk leader for the UK entity, responsible for ensuring that all material risks affecting UK clients, regulatory posture, and operational resilience are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported effectively. This is a broad role covering financial risk (excluding direct dealing oversight), operational risk, conduct risk, and third party/outsourcing risk.
A defining characteristic of this role is its operating model. Many core risk functions are delivered by the Group Risk team on an outsourced or shared services basis. The Head of Risk does not need to build and staff every capability locally. Instead, they must be skilled at managing outsourced service delivery: defining what the UK entity requires, holding Group Risk accountable for quality and timeliness, identifying gaps or conflicts between Group delivery and UK regulatory obligations, and escalating where service levels or outputs fall short.
This creates a dual mandate. The role holder must be a credible, senior risk professional who can engage substantively with risk content (frameworks, stress tests, MI, regulatory submissions). They must also be an effective governance operator who can manage intra group outsourcing relationships with the same rigour the FCA would expect for any outsourced critical or important function.
The role reports directly to the UK CEO with a functional dotted line to the Group CRO. The Head of Risk will be the primary risk voice in UK governance forums and the lead point of contact for FCA supervisory engagement on risk matters.
Responsibilities
UK Risk Accountability and Framework Ownership
Own the UK enterprise risk management framework end to end, ensuring it is proportionate, current, and aligned with FCA expectations under SYSC, PRIN, and Consumer Duty
Maintain the UK Risk Register with clear ownership, assessment methodology, defined review cycles, and escalation triggers
Own the UK risk management framework and RAS, translating Group risk appetite into UK specific decision boundaries that reflect local regulatory constraintsProvide independent 2nd line oversight and challenge to 1st line risk owners across operations, technology, client services, and commercial functions (excluding dealing, which reports separately)
Outsourced Risk Service Management
Act as the intelligent client for risk services delivered by the Group Risk team, including but not limited to: market risk monitoring, credit/counterparty risk assessment, quantitative risk modelling, stress testing, and risk MI production
Define and document what the UK entity requires from Group Risk in terms of scope, quality, timeliness, and regulatory standard, formalised through an intra group service level framework or equivalent
Monitor and challenge the quality and completeness of Group Risk outputs before they are used in UK governance forums, board packs, or regulatory submissions
Identify gaps between Group Risk delivery and UK specific regulatory requirements, and escalate where those gaps create risk to the UK entity’s compliance posture
Maintain an outsourcing risk assessment for Group Risk services consistent with FCA expectations for oversight of outsourced critical or important functions under SYSC 8
Ensure that the UK entity retains sufficient knowledge and capability locally to oversee outsourced risk functions, avoiding inappropriate dependency on Group without independent local scrutiny
Regulatory, Prudential, and Conduct Risk
Lead or substantively oversee the UK ICARA (Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment) process, coordinating with Group Risk and Group Finance on stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital/liquidity adequacy
Ensure market risk, credit/counterparty risk, and concentration risk are monitored and reported to a standard that meets MIFIDPRU requirements, whether produced locally or by Group
Integrate conduct risk assessment into product governance, pricing decisions, and client outcome monitoring in line with Consumer Duty (PRIN 2A)
Oversee operational risk including business continuity, IT resilience, and third party risk, ensuring the UK entity maintains visibility even where platforms and infrastructure are managed at Group level
Reporting and Management Information
Deliver risk MI to the UK Board, UK ExCo, and relevant governance committees on a defined cadence, with clear narrative on trends, near breaches, breaches, and required actions
Own and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across all material risk domains, each with predefined thresholds and mandatory escalation actionsPrepare risk sections for board packs, regulatory returns, and FCA supervisory engagement materials
Critically assess risk MI received from Group Risk before presenting to UK governance forums, ensuring it accurately reflects UK specific exposures and is not simply a Group level aggregation
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for risk matters with the FCA during supervisory interactions, skilled persons reviews, and thematic exercises
Maintain effective working relationships with the Group CRO and Group Risk team, balancing collaborative alignment with independent challenge where UK interests diverge from Group priorities
Collaborate with the Head of Compliance (SMF16/17) to ensure clear delineation of 2nd line responsibilities with no gaps or duplication
Engage with internal and external auditors on risk related findings, ensuring timely remediation and structural fixes
Team and Capability Building
Build the UK risk function progressively as the office grows, identifying where local capability is needed versus where Group delivery remains appropriate

Who You Are:
You are a seasoned, execution-focused Technical Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity. You are comfortable operating across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery—ideally within financial services or retail-facing platforms.
You own the operational side of software delivery, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and consistently progressing. You proactively surface blockers, drive follow-ups, and maintain visibility across teams, taking full accountability for outcomes.
You have the technical depth to understand how systems connect and where risks emerge. While not hands-on coding, you can engage in architecture discussions, navigate dependencies, and confidently represent technical progress to both engineers and business stakeholders.
You are equally comfortable leading complex, multi-team initiatives and diving into execution details—whether refining JIRA boards or delivering concise status updates. You operate with urgency and independence, and can confidently represent globally distributed teams at the executive level.
Based in London, you play a key role in bridging teams across New York and India, enabling consistent communication and execution.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a key execution partner to the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail (G1), supporting multiple engineering teams (20–30 developers across New York and India)
Serve as the central point of accountability for execution across Retail Engineering, aligning business priorities with technical delivery
Own the end-to-end intake process for new workstreams—ensuring requests are captured, clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized
Maintain a real-time view of team resourcing, priorities, and delivery progress, identifying conflicts, risks, and gaps early
Build and maintain clear, up-to-date reporting (“single pane of glass”) for leadership and stakeholders
Drive structured execution across time zones, partnering closely with tech leads to maintain consistent delivery rhythms
Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
Coordinate with adjacent teams (infrastructure, security, controls) to manage dependencies and unblock execution
Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and changes in scope or resourcing
Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership, including the CTO
Contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery
Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones
Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical stakeholders
Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps
Demonstrated ability to drive execution—organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams
Highly structured, with strong fluency in delivery tooling (JIRA, dashboards, documentation)
Excellent communicator, able to deliver concise updates to senior stakeholders, including the CTO
Experience managing large, multi-team initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
Ability to engage deeply with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without being hands-on coding
Operates independently with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability
Based in London, with the ability to bridge execution across New York and India
Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including experience delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
Bonus Points:
Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role is a strong plus
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid working arrangements
Company-paid health/dental (Bupa) and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependents

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're seeking an experienced software engineer to build the platform behind governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) at Anthropic. Compliance information lives across dozens of systems, from cloud infrastructure and identity providers to HR platforms and code repositories. You'll build the pipelines, integrations, and services that bring that data together and turn it into automated checks, real-time dashboards, and evidence for real time decision making, compliance obligations, and to support expanding the markets we can serve.
You will be an early member of the team, collaborating with stakeholders across Security, IT, Engineering, Privacy Engineering, Legal, Finance, and more to turn manual compliance processes into scalable, reliable systems. You will lead your own projects end to end, and you will put Claude to work as an extension of the team through agentic workflows for evidence collection, analysis, and continuous monitoring. If you've built internal platforms, data pipelines, or privacy systems, you'll feel right at home, and you don't need a compliance background to get started.
Key responsibilities
Design and build data pipelines that aggregate risk, control, and asset information from across Anthropic's technology stack, solving hard integration problems like disparate schemas, inconsistent data quality, and unified views of posture
Build and maintain integrations connecting our platform to cloud infrastructure, identity management, HRIS, ticketing, version control, and CI/CD systems to enable automated evidence collection and continuous validation
Translate written policies and regulatory requirements into policy-as-code, turning static documents and spreadsheets into enforceable rules, automated checks, and continuous monitoring
Design and deploy agentic workflows where Claude handles work that previously required manual effort, such as analyzing evidence, generating audit responses, and monitoring control effectiveness
Develop dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into risk and compliance posture for audiences ranging from engineers to executives and external auditors
Make architectural decisions that shape how the platform grows, establishing patterns and tooling that other engineers will build on
Partner with Security, IT, Infrastructure, and product engineering teams to make controls and evidence collection native to how Anthropic builds and ships
Operate what you build, owning reliability and data integrity for systems that audits and executive reporting depend on
Minimum qualifications
Have 8+ years of experience building backend systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms that other teams depend on, ideally operating at tech lead level
Are a systems thinker who understands how data flows between systems, where the integration points are, and what breaks when systems don't talk to each other
Have depth in either integration engineering (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, event-driven architectures) or data infrastructure (warehousing, ELT/ETL, orchestration), and fluency in the other
Are proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages, and have production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
Hold a high bar for data quality and reliability, and enjoy turning ambiguous, manual processes into simple, reliable automated systems
Take full ownership of your work, from design through deployment and operations, and can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building tools internal customers love to use
Are excited to build with LLMs as system components, designing agentic workflows, evaluating their outputs, and making them reliable enough for high-stakes use
Preferred qualifications
Experience in domains where engineering meets regulation, such as privacy engineering, data governance, fintech, healthcare, or trust and safety
Experience designing and shipping LLM-based or agentic automation in production or operational contexts
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP) or GRC platforms (ServiceNow, Vanta, Drata, OneTrust); this is helpful but not required
Prior experience at high-growth startups, building processes and systems that scale
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
