Join the team as Twilio’s next Commercial Finance Manager, Carrier Relations
About the job
Join the Finance team supporting carrier supplier negotiations and wholesale trading transactions. In this role, you will lead the financial assessment of complex agreements, shape commercially sound deal structures, and deliver clear recommendations to executive decision-makers. While Carrier Relations leads the direct supplier negotiations, you will serve as their strategic Finance partner—owning the deal economics, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring approval quality.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Lead financial diligence for complex and high-value carrier agreements and relevant wholesale transactions across, including those with nonstandard commercial structures. Evaluate pricing, margin, regulatory pass-through fees, commitments, payment terms, cash flow impacts, and other sources of financial exposure.
Build and review deal models and scenarios that show how proposed terms perform under changes in volume, traffic mix, rates, and other key assumptions. Recommend structures and negotiation guardrails based on the analysis.
Partner with Carrier Relations, Routing Operations, and other stakeholders to drive resolution of financial deal decisions, document trade-offs, and move deals through the appropriate approval path. Escalate material exceptions to executive committees with a clear recommendation.
Own the design and continuous improvement of the Deal Desk Finance process, including required inputs, review steps, approval guardrails, exception handling, and handoffs. Establish standardized deal models and analysis practices, and define business requirements for Salesforce or other enterprise workflows. Partner with Systems and business teams on solution design, testing, and adoption.
Track key commitments and deal assumptions after signature, identify emerging exposure, and use actual performance to improve future deal decisions and guardrails.
Identify recurring deal themes, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into practical improvements to policy, process, and commercial strategy.
Coach senior analysts on modeling, financial judgment, and executive recommendations. Partner with the Finance Director to build and refine how the Carrier Deal Desk operates.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
8+ years in commercial finance, strategic finance, procurement finance, pricing, Deal Desk, or a related analytical role involving complex commercial agreements.
Strong financial modeling skills and the judgment to independently evaluate supplier economics, test assumptions, assess risk, and recommend a course of action.
Demonstrated experience leading the financial strategy for high-stakes vendor negotiations, including structuring pricing, volume commitments, cash flow terms, and mitigating nonstandard commercial risks.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance and commercial teams, communicate financial trade-offs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions toward resolution.
Experience establishing analytical standards, financial guardrails, or approval processes and coaching other analysts as a senior individual contributor.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar workflow systems and enterprise financial systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
Desired:
Strongly preferred: Experience with telecommunications carriers, CPaaS, wholesale messaging or voice, or carrier relations, including familiarity with carrier pricing, routing economics, supplier agreements, and volume-based commercial structures.
Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.

About the Team
The
Fraud
Investigations Team (FIT)
is a First Line of Defense function within OKX’s
Risk organization
responsible for identifying, assessing, investigating, and helping manage significant internal and external fraud risks affecting the company, its customers, personnel, and operations.
FIT conducts and supports complex investigations involving digital assets, internal and external fraud, employee misconduct, insider threats, unauthorized access or misuse of information, vendor and third-party misconduct, account compromise, social engineering, collusion, conflicts of interest, and other significant fraud-related matters.
The team works closely with Legal, HR, Information Security,Engineering, Physical Security, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other functions across OKX.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Analyst, Blockchain Investigations &
Fraud
Intelligence
to join FIT.
This is first and foremost a
blockchain investigations role
requiring significant hands-on expertise tracing digital assets across complex blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate must be capable of independently conducting sophisticated on-chain investigations, developing and testing attribution hypotheses, identifying relationships among wallets and entities, following assets through multiple chains and protocols, and translating highly technical blockchain activity into clear investigative findings.
Blockchain analysis is a specialized investigative discipline. Accordingly, we are seeking someone who understands not only how to operate commercial tracing platforms, but also the
underlying blockchain architecture, transactional mechanics,
attribution
methodologies, clustering techniques, tracing limitations, and evidentiary considerations
necessary to reach reliable conclusions.
The role extends beyond on-chain analysis. The Senior Analyst will combine blockchain intelligence with enterprise data, system logs, transactional records, open-source information, and other evidence to support complex fraud and insider-risk investigations.
The position will also provide analytical support to the Global Physical Security Team (PST) on selected protective-intelligence and threat-assessment matters.
The Senior Analyst will directly manage
one Analyst
and will be expected to serve as a subject-matter resource for blockchain investigations and analytical methodology across FIT.

/
KYB
information, transaction data, access information, open-source intelligence, legal-process returns, or other available evidence
.
Identify relationships among blockchain addresses, OKX accounts, external counterparties, individuals, organizations, vendors, affiliates, and other relevant entities.
Reconstruct complex transaction flows and create clear
fund-flow diagrams, transaction maps, timelines, and visualizations
that allow investigators and nontechnical stakeholders to understand the movement of assets.
Analyze blockchain activity associated with suspected
fraud
, theft, account takeover, social engineering, insider activity, collusion, payment diversion, asset misappropriation, or other misconduct
.
Identify new wallets, counterparties, entities, or transactional patterns that may generate additional investigative leads.

Distinguish between
confirmed
attribution
, vendor attribution, analytical inference, behavioral similarity, and an unverified investigative hypothesis
.
Avoid presenting blockchain proximity, exposure, clustering, or a commercial risk score alone as proof of ownership, control, intent, or misconduct.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging
blockchain technologies, protocols, tracing methodologies, obfuscation techniques,
fraud
typologies, and developments affecting blockchain
attribution
or investigations
.
Fraud
Investigations & Investigative Intelligence
Conduct and support investigations involving
internal and external
fraud
, employee misconduct, insider threats, vendor and third-party misconduct, collusion, conflicts of interest, asset misappropriation, unauthorized access, credential misuse, and other significant fraud risks
.
Combine blockchain findings with off-chain evidence to develop a
comprehensive investigative picture rather than treating blockchain activity in isolation
.
Develop investigative hypotheses and objectively test those hypotheses against available evidence, including information that supports, contradicts, or fails to establish the hypothesis.
Conduct
timeline reconstruction, link analysis, relationship mapping, pattern analysis, clustering, and comparative analysis
across individuals, accounts, wallets, devices, systems, transactions, and entities.
Support investigations involving
account takeover, impersonation, social engineering, business-email compromise, payment diversion, affiliate misconduct, and trusted-party abuse
, particularly where a digital-asset, employee, vendor, or enterprise nexus exists.
Analyze vendor, affiliate, partner, and other third-party activity for indicators of billing irregularities, undisclosed relationships, conflicts of interest, unusual payments, control circumvention, or other potential misconduct.
Support investigative interviews by developing transaction timelines, identifying inconsistencies or information gaps, organizing evidence, and identifying appropriate areas for follow-up.
Enterprise Data & Insider-Risk Analytics
Analyze appropriately authorized information including
system and access logs, authentication records, audit trails, customer-account activity,
KYC
/
KYB
information, transaction records, payment information, case-management records, vendor information, and relevant security telemetry
.
Correlate blockchain activity with enterprise data to identify possible connections among
wallets, accounts, employees, customers, vendors, devices, transactions, and other relevant entities
.
Support investigations involving suspected unauthorized access, information misuse or exfiltration, credential compromise, control circumvention, unauthorized disclosure, or abuse of privileged access.
Identify anomalous behavior or access patterns that may warrant additional investigation.
Develop repeatable analytical methodologies capable of processing and correlating information from disparate systems.
Use appropriate scripting, database querying, data visualization, and analytical technologies to efficiently analyze large or complex datasets.
Investigative Reporting & Evidence
Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported
blockchain investigation reports, investigative memoranda, executive summaries, transaction-flow diagrams, link charts, timelines, and other analytical products
.
Explain complex blockchain concepts and transaction activity in plain language suitable for
investigators, senior management, Legal, regulators, or
law enforcement
, as appropriate.
Clearly distinguish among
allegations, investigative leads, known facts, third-party
attribution
, analytical judgments, assumptions, information gaps, and substantiated conclusions
.
Ensure analytical conclusions are proportionate to the evidence and do not imply greater certainty than the underlying blockchain or other data supports.
Maintain sufficient documentation to allow significant blockchain findings to be
reviewed, reproduced, and understood by another qualified analyst
.
Preserve and handle investigative records in accordance with applicable
evidence-preservation, chain-of-custody, confidentiality, privacy, access-control, and need-to-know requirements
.
Support appropriately authorized law-enforcement, regulatory, litigation, or legal matters in coordination with the appropriate company functions.
Protective Intelligence & Physical Security Support
Provide analytical support to PST on selected matters involving threats or concerning activity directed toward employees, executives, offices, events, or other company interests.
Conduct authorized open-source, link, timeline, blockchain, financial, or other analytical research where relevant to understanding the identity, relationships, capabilities, or activity associated with a potential threat.
Assist in evaluating available information relating to
credibility, corroboration, intent, capability, access or opportunity, targeting, escalation, timing, and other relevant indicators
.
Prepare objective analytical products identifying known facts, analytical judgments, material information gaps, uncertainties, and appropriate confidence levels.
Support PST’s assessment while preserving
PST’s responsibility for protective-security decisions and operational response
.
Leadership & Development
Directly manage and develop one Junior Analyst, including
work allocation, coaching, technical development, quality assurance, and review of analytical work product
.
Serve as a FIT
subject-matter resource for blockchain investigations and on-chain analytical methodology
.
Review blockchain analysis for technical accuracy, appropriate methodology, corroboration, reasonable attribution, and evidentiary support.
Train and mentor junior personnel in transaction tracing, blockchain intelligence platforms, analytical reasoning, documentation, and investigative methodology.
Help establish consistent standards for
blockchain investigations,
attribution
, documentation, quality assurance, and reporting

Participate in time-sensitive investigations affecting a global organization, including occasional work outside normal business hours when required.
What We Look For In You
7+ years of relevant investigative or analytical experience
, with meaningful professional experience specifically conducting
cryptocurrency or blockchain investigations
.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise independently conducting
complex blockchain tracing investigations
, rather than solely reviewing blockchain alerts or commercial risk scores.
Advanced proficiency with one or more blockchain intelligence platforms such as
Chainalysis
Reactor
, TRM Labs, Elliptic, or comparable technology
.
Strong understanding of how blockchain intelligence platforms derive attribution, clustering, exposure, and risk information—and the

.
Demonstrated understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including
wallets and addresses, transactions, UTXO and account-based models, tokens, smart contracts, block explorers, transaction fees, confirmations, and blockchain-specific transactional structures
.
Strong understanding of digital-asset ecosystems including
centralized exchanges, self-hosted wallets,
DeFi
, DEXs, stablecoins, cross-chain bridges, mixers, privacy-enhancing mechanisms, and other relevant technologies
.
Demonstrated ability to trace assets across
multiple chains, protocols, and intermediaries
and recognize when technical limitations prevent definitive continuity or attribution.
Experience conducting
transaction-graph analysis, wallet
attribution
, clustering, counterparty analysis, transaction-flow reconstruction, and investigative link analysis
.
Ability to critically assess blockchain attribution and distinguish among
technical facts, commercial vendor intelligence, analytical inference, and unsupported assumptions
.
Experience integrating blockchain intelligence with
off-chain evidence and enterprise information
to develop investigative conclusions.
Strong knowledge of fraud-investigation principles including corroboration, source evaluation, evidence preservation, timeline development, hypothesis testing, and documentation.
Experience analyzing large or complex datasets and familiarity with tools such as
SQL
, advanced Excel, Python, Splunk, or comparable data-analysis technologies
.
Ability to clearly explain technically complex blockchain findings to audiences that may have little or no blockchain expertise.
Strong investigative writing skills and demonstrated ability to produce accurate, concise, and defensible analytical products.
Sound judgment and ability to work effectively where evidence is incomplete, conflicting, or evolving.
Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive employee, customer, investigative, security, or company information.
Demonstrated experience mentoring, supervising, or reviewing the work of junior analysts or investigators.
Nice to Haves
Experience conducting blockchain investigations within a
cryptocurrency exchange, blockchain analytics company, law-enforcement agency, regulatory organization, financial institution, intelligence function, or investigative consulting environment
.
Experience investigating digital-asset matters involving
fraud
proceeds, theft, account compromise, insider activity, social engineering, asset tracing, or complex cross-chain movement
.
Experience supporting
asset recovery, law-enforcement referrals, subpoenas/legal process, civil litigation, regulatory inquiries, or other matters requiring defensible blockchain analysis
.
Experience investigating insider threats, employee misconduct, unauthorized access, data exfiltration, credential compromise, vendor fraud, conflicts of interest, or trusted-party abuse.
Experience with
OSINT, digital forensics, enterprise logs, security telemetry, or identity and access-management information
.
Experience creating custom blockchain analytics through
APIs,
SQL
, Python, blockchain explorers, node data, or other raw-data sources
, rather than relying exclusively on commercial graphical interfaces.
Relevant blockchain-specific training or certifications, including certifications associated with
Chainalysis
, TRM Labs, or comparable blockchain-analysis platforms
.
Professional certifications such as
CFE, CFCS, CAMS, GIAC, or comparable investigative,
fraud
, financial-crime, cybersecurity, or intelligence credentials
.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role requires significantly more than knowing how to enter an address into a blockchain analytics platform.
The successful candidate should be able to receive a complex transaction, wallet, allegation, or investigative question and independently determine
how to trace the activity, which chains and protocols are involved, what the available data establishes, what additional information is needed, what
attribution
can reasonably be made, and where the technical or evidentiary limitations prevent a definitive conclusion
.
The individual should be able to move seamlessly between
on-chain and off-chain evidence
, recognizing that a blockchain transaction may establish movement of assets without necessarily establishing the identity, knowledge, intent, or conduct of the person behind a wallet.
They should also be capable of converting a highly technical blockchain investigation into a concise and defensible explanation that an investigator, attorney, executive, regulator, or law-enforcement partner can understand and act upon.
At the same time, this person must be sufficiently versatile to apply the same investigative discipline to
internal
fraud
, insider risk, enterprise data, third-party misconduct, and protective-intelligence matters
when required.
The hierarchy is much clearer this way:
blockchain investigations are the specialized core competency;
fraud
/investigative intelligence is the broader mission; enterprise analytics and PST support are complementary capabilities.
That should materially improve the candidate pool versus a title that makes blockchain expertise appear interchangeable with general data analytics.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
Within Security GRC, Compliance & Audit Programs runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework, the single set of controls that the whole program is built on. This role sits in Audit & Assurance and owns the framework and the assurance view across every control domain.
About the role
As part of the Security Audit & Controls team, you will own the CCF across every control domain, from access and change management to logging, encryption, and people controls: which controls we have, what each one says, how each maps to the frameworks and commitments we hold, and whether each one is actually working. You'll work with control owners and GRC Partners to draft and validate control descriptions and activities that describe reality rather than policy intent, build the monitoring that shows operating effectiveness continuously instead of once a year, and drive what monitoring finds to closure with control owners.
Building with Claude is a normal part of the job: drafting and mapping controls, testing evidence, and monitoring control health, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who works well independently, writes clearly, and gets satisfaction from a control set that is accurate, tested, and trusted by auditors and engineers alike.
Key responsibilities
Own the Common Control Framework: the canonical control set, its mappings to SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and customer commitments, and the change process for adding, retiring, or rewording controls
Draft and validate control descriptions and control activities with control owners, so each control states who does what, how often, in which system, and what evidence proves it
Design and run continuous monitoring of control efficacy: define the metrics and automated tests that show operating effectiveness, tune out false positives, surface failures to owners before an auditor does, and build the controls maturity model that shows where each control domain stands and what it takes to move up a level
Verify remediation and carry it into steady state:
GRC Partners lead remediation in their domains and control owners implement the fixes. This role advises on control design and implementation, confirms fixes against what the auditor actually asked for, and keeps one source of truth for control and finding status. Once a fix holds, it works with the partner to standardize the evidence pull and, where appropriate, automate it or build continuous
Map new frameworks and commitments onto the CCF as we commit to them, and support gap assessments when a new framework, certification, product, or entity comes into scope, using the CCF as the baseline and writing the requirements for each delta
Support the integrated audit and customer audits: readiness checks, walkthrough preparation, evidence request lists, and the readout of external findings back to GRC
Evaluate evidence reliability, including the completeness and accuracy of system-generated reports and AI-generated evidence, and set the standard for what audit-ready evidence looks like here
Build with Claude: automate control mapping, evidence testing, and monitoring, and verify machine-drafted control language before it becomes the record
Minimum qualifications
Several years in IT audit, security compliance, or controls assurance, including hands-on ownership of a control framework or control library across more than one framework (for example SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
Working command of audit mechanics: scoping, walkthroughs, sampling, design versus operating effectiveness, deficiency evaluation, and evidence reliability
Experience writing control descriptions, control activities, and test procedures that other teams and external auditors relied on
Experience with continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence collection, whether you built it, ran it, or audited it
Enough technical fluency to read a runbook, a configuration, or a pipeline definition and judge whether it enforces what the written control claims
Clear writing, because your control language and status reports are what auditors, engineers, and leadership work from
Ability to get control owners and partner teams to prioritize and close work without having authority over them
Preferred qualifications
Have designed or rebuilt a common controls framework and led the remapping of existing frameworks onto it
Have stood up continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence programs and can speak to coverage, false-positive rates, and what changed as a result
Have applied LLMs to assurance work, such as control drafting, framework mapping, evidence testing, or monitoring
Have defined or assessed controls for AI systems or agents operating in production, or for home-built internal systems
Have provided requirements for a homegrown GRC platform and worked with the engineers who build it
You don't need to
Have done everything on this list. The scarce combination this role exists for is framework ownership plus the judgment to tell whether a control actually works
Write production code. The bar is fluency sufficient to read, query, and challenge
Hold every certification. CISA, CISSP, or similar are welcome and not required
Have prior AI-industry experience

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

An overview of this role
GitLab's Security Risk function is responsible for reducing risk across the security division: third-party risk (TPRM), annual security risk assessments, quarterly risk reporting, and remediation of security findings. As a Senior Security Risk Engineer, you'll take ownership of risk identification, quantification, and remediation tracking across the business, and you'll be a driving force behind automating and modernizing how the team does this work using AI and scripting. Reporting to the Security Risk Manager, you will bring expertise on risk methodology, risk-based thinking, and AI-enablement.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Security, Legal, IT, Product, and Engineering to translate technical findings and vendor risk into business-relevant risk statements and risk treatments. You’ll help surface emerging risks, and report top risks to leadership.
Some examples of our projects:
Building and maintaining a risk register that translates technical vulnerabilities, control gaps, and third-party risk findings into quantified, business-relevant risk statements.
Driving cross-functional remediation of security findings and risk issues to closure, tracked against SLAs.
Driving automation and AI-enabled improvements for risk and GRC workflows so the team can spend less time on manual work and more time on high-value risk analysis and program maturity.
What you'll do
Own risk identification, analysis, and prioritization across third-party risk (TPRM), security risk assessments, and security findings, using an established risk framework (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 31000, or NIST 800-39).
Translate technical vulnerabilities, control gaps, and risk findings into clear, quantified risk statements that non-security stakeholders and leadership can act on.
Drive remediation of findings and risk exceptions to closure, partnering with Engineering, IT, Product, and Legal, and escalating stalled or high-severity items.
Mature and maintain a risk register and quarterly reporting cadence that gives leadership clear visibility into open risk, remediation progress, and trends.
Own and mature AI risk management, including AI impact assessments, AI risk assessments, and risk treatments, to support ISO 42001 certification.
Design, develop, and implement key risk indicators and supporting metrics for top risks in the risk register.
Identify manual, repetitive steps in risk and TPRM workflows and personally build the automation, scripting, or AI-enabled tooling to remove them.
Contribute to the roadmap for the risk program, incorporating new frameworks, regulatory changes, and lessons learned from past assessments.
Monitor the internal and external risk landscape (new frameworks, threat trends, business changes) to identify and escalate emerging risks before they become findings.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in security risk management, working with security-centric risk management or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, NIST 800-39, ISO 31000). Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) is a plus.
Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative risk analyses that translate technical risks into measurable business impact.
A track record of driving risk assessments, risk registers, and remediation efforts to closure across IT, Procurement, Internal Audit, Legal, Product, and Engineering, in a heavily regulated or multi-entity environment.
Experience interpreting technical control requirements and translating them for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated bias toward automation: you've personally built scripts, workflows, or AI-enabled tooling that reduced manual risk or GRC work, not just evaluated tools conceptually.
Comfort operating with ambiguity, managing multiple concurrent assessments, and reprioritizing under tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate security risks into business risks.
Strong understanding of cloud security, SaaS security models, and DevSecOps practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) are preferred but not required.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role
GiveDirectly has delivered more than $1B in cash directly to more than 2 million people living in poverty across 15 countries. We believe cash transfers are one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid, with the research to back it up.
We are growing at an unprecedented scale. By the end of 2027, we will have more than tripled dollars delivered via our current playbook to $750M+, while building toward a step-change of roughly 10x on a new technology stack and operating model. We also believe that we could deliver significant incremental money through external partnerships, whether by sourcing verified lists from an institutional partner like UNHCR, subgranting to partners with existing distribution capacity, or routing funds directly through an established remittance provider.
To evaluate and advance these external opportunities to increase our delivery capacity, we are building a lean internal consulting team. In this role, you will work with high autonomy to elaborate a comprehensive set of options and rigorously evaluate, prioritize, and implement them. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with our Executive team, Country Directors, and external partners. The work is in an early stage, the mandate is wide, and the recommendations you make have the potential to influence delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars.
This role is especially well suited to structured problem-solvers with Director or Team Lead-level experience in consulting, strategy, or operations, in business or social impact contexts. This role is funded through the end of 2027, deliberately matched to the window in which these decisions need to be made. We see a strong case for it to become a permanent function beyond that.
What you'll do
Build and prioritize a portfolio of options
. Generate a comprehensive set of external pathways to increase delivery capacity, from institutional data partnerships to outsourced delivery to telco and payment provider arrangements, and rank them on scale, speed, feasibility, and what it would cost us to pursue them.
Pressure test opportunities to a clear verdict
. Run primary diligence on the options that warrant it, including direct engagement with potential partners, regulators, and counsel, and reach a defensible recommendation to advance or stop.
Advance one or two priorities from evaluation into implementation
. Take the opportunities we select from recommendation through to a live pilot, holding the counterparty relationship and coordinating the cross-functional internal work required to deliver.
Define and run competitive solicitations
. Articulate what we need from a partner precisely enough to publish an RFP (or similar), set selection criteria, and manage and evaluate the responses.
Negotiate with institutional counterparties
. Lead engagement with UN agencies, INGOs, mobile network operators, and government bodies, from first contact through to signed agreement.
Equip Executive decision-making
. Produce the analysis and written recommendations that let the Executive team decide where to commit money and capacity.
What we're looking for
A driven, disciplined explorer of unfamiliar territory.
You have personally taken a mandate as broad as "find us more ways to deliver” and turned it into a short list of options you pressure tested until you arrived at a recommendation. You translate ambiguous ideas into clear strategies with milestones and success metrics. You have done this with no playbook and no team assigned to you. Your work influenced high-stakes strategic decisions.
Strong analytical instincts.
You are adept at using data to generate insights and drive decision-making. You can build comparable estimates for structurally different options, and show what would have to be true for each one to work.
A negotiator who uses leverage intelligently.
You can assess what an institution's incentives and compliance requirements will allow. You position opportunities for collaboration shrewdly, distinguish a difficult but workable partnership from one that will not advance, and judge when to persist, change your approach, or walk away.
A clear, direct communicator.
You cut through complexity and influence senior stakeholders with concise, well-structured thinking. Your recommendations lead with what you think we should do, name the assumptions they depend on, and state what further work would test them.
Embody and set an example for GD values.
We take
our values
incredibly seriously, and expect the people who represent us externally to embody them in all aspects of their work.
Additional areas we’re interested in, though not required
Experience with humanitarian or institutional donors, particularly UN agencies and INGO consortia; mobile money, telco, or payments partnerships; grantmaking, organizational due diligence, or cost-effectiveness assessments; running challenge funds or competitive solicitations; negotiating data-sharing and data-protection agreements; and operating in low-income or infrastructure-constrained markets.

Senior Software Design Lead, IDEO San Francisco
In a nutshell:
IDEO San Francisco is in search of a
Senior Software Design Lead
who will architect the human and technical systems behind the digital products and AI experiences we design, build prototypes that behave like real production software, and be the technical voice client CTOs trust. You'll pick up design at IDEO along the way.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Software design makes the biggest impact by turning a product vision into something a client can actually build, and by testing ideas in working code rather than static screens. Their skillset is critical to our business because the work has evolved from designing interfaces to designing systems: how people, software, and AI agents behave together. We count on them to understand data models, APIs and agentic infrastructure from first principles, and speak credibly on technical choices with executives and engineering leaders.
Once here you will:
Work with product designers, product strategists and design researchers on 8–12+ week digital product engagements that may span from product vision and strategy to full end-to-end build. You will play a key role in turning human insights into technical architecture: data, APIs, integrations and the agentic layer.
Build early prototypes with real data, real models and real integrations, so we learn quickly and lower the risk of big bets.
Advise client executives and engineering teams on tech stack choices, build-vs-buy, evaluating APIs and LLMs, and feasibility.
Design how agents and systems behave on a human's behalf, including guardrails, failure states and how the system stays legible to both people and machines.
Raise the craft bar inside IDEO. Create reusable starter kits and toolkits so teams stop building from scratch, and coach designers who prototype in code.
Help shape proposals and scope technical work in business development.
What does IDEO offer you?
IDEO is a place where you can solve diverse, complex challenges for our clients and their organizations, alongside thoughtful, intelligent individuals who lead with curiosity, empathy, and humility. We intentionally craft moments that allow our community to pause, create, and connect. We encourage our community to bring their whole selves to work, respect the need for work-life balance, and allow for autonomy in the design process and your career.
As a Software Designer in San Francisco, we provide the opportunity for you to:
Learn design from a leading design and innovation firm
. IDEO's founders designed Apple's first mouse and the first laptop. Since then, we've kept people at the center of design through every wave of technological change. You'd learn to do field research with real people, synthesize insights and tell compelling stories, and work alongside some of the best designers in the world.
Work across many problem spaces
. In one year you might redesign a retail or finance app, prototype new ideas in media and entertainment, and take on systemic challenges in health and education. Working across clients and industries stretches your thinking. A good solution isn't only technically sound: it has to fit real people, real businesses and the constraints they work within.
Be in the room for the "why" before the "how."
You'd shape the question from day one instead of receiving a spec after decisions have been made. And you’d help build this practice at IDEO to shape how next generation digital products are designed and built in the era of AI.
Some previous projects to check out:
Straight Arrow News
: a redesigned news app and website with features like See All Sides, Sources and Media Landscape views. App page views grew 1,170% and active users 700%. This role would design the content and data model underneath and prototype with real feeds.
Gates Foundation – Last Mile Money
: human-centered design for 100+ digital financial products serving 34M underserved users. This role would work on architecture for low-connectivity settings and evaluate partner platforms and APIs.
Jack Technology – Aitu
: AI-enabled industrial sewing machines and a humanoid robot, designed around how they work with factory workers. This role would work on system behavior: how the AI signals what it's doing and how humans stay in control.
Relevant experience and mindset:
Must-haves:
6-8+ years as a software engineer shipping production software, ideally at growth-stage or established tech companies where speed and scale both mattered. You've taken products from concept to launch.
1-2+ years as an engineering lead or solutions architect: scoping, estimating and planning projects, and making architecture decisions others build on. You think at a systems level.
Deep software fundamentals, including systems design, data modeling, APIs, and tradeoffs around performance, security and scale, plus fluency in a modern stack (e.g., TypeScript, React, Python, Node; AWS, GCP, Azure).
Hands-on building with LLMs (tool use, agents, retrieval, evals) and advanced prototyping. You turn concepts into working software quickly, using real data and integrations, with quality that holds up beyond vibe coding.
A track record of working closely with product, design and data, plus curiosity about people and a desire to learn how the craft of software intersects with product and design. You use prototypes as a way to think, not just to deliver.
Strong communication and storytelling: architecture diagrams, system maps and presentations that make technical recommendations clear and persuasive to executives and engineering leaders.
Nice-to-haves:
Comfort with Figma, design systems and front-end craft
Client-facing or consulting experience, or taking part in UX research
Experience with hardware or connected devices (Arduino, IoT)
Pop quiz, Hot Shot:
A client's CEO wants "an AI agent in the app by Q2." What's your first question for the CEO?
What's a piece of software that's beautifully built under the hood, not just on the surface? What makes it good?
Application requirements and instructions:
Résumé, LinkedIn + Cover Letter (Optional)
GitHub or two to three work samples (code, architecture docs, side projects or technical writing)
A short response of about 300 words: "Tell us about a technical decision you made that shaped how people experienced a product. What were the tradeoffs, and what would you do differently today?”

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Real-World Test Lab (RWTL)
Physical AI doesn't get graded on a leaderboard. It gets graded on a factory floor at shift change, in a substation with no GPS, on a site where the lighting is wrong and the stakes are real.
The Real-World Test Lab closes the gap between the benchmark and the field. We bring the customer's world inside our walls — their devices, their environments, their hardest conditions, and their definition of success — and make it the bar every release has to clear.
As Niantic Spatial's first and most demanding customer, we push our reconstruction, localization, and spatial understanding to their limits, find where they shine and where they break, and turn that into evidence that shapes what we build next. It's a new team at the frontier of physical AI, and you'll help invent how the job is done.
About the Role
We're hiring a Hardware Operations Engineer with a robotics specialism, reporting to the Director of the Real-World Test Lab, to own the physical layer of our evidence. You'll manage our fleet of capture devices and robots, engineer the test environments and the instrumentation inside them, support the captures our data programs depend on, and run physical test sessions, including the real-robot side of our sim-to-real work.
A physical run only counts as evidence if the hardware is characterized, the environment is controlled, the ground truth is trustworthy, and someone can reproduce the run months later. You'll build what makes that possible: fixtures, ground-truth references, calibration and data-offload tooling, and the integrations that feed physical runs into the same automated evaluation system as everything else.
You engineer the conditions, not just the setup. When a physical result didn't match expectations, you've worked out whether the hardware, calibration, environment, or system under test was responsible. Then you built the rig, reference, or logging that kept the question from coming back. You know an uninstrumented physical test is an anecdote, and in the Lab you'll be the person who can say with authority whether a strange result is real.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 days: Fleet inventory and characterization baseline complete, safe operating procedures defined for current spaces, and first instrumentation gaps identified.
- 60 days: First physical robot run executed with ground-truth instrumentation, documented well enough to repeat, with results in the Lab's evaluation system.
- 90 days: Test environments in regular use with controlled, documented conditions; capture support running smoothly with our data acquisition team; and the physical side of sim-to-real running on a standing instrumented protocol.
What You'll Do
- Own and Characterize the Fleet - Manage our capture devices, sensors, and robots end to end: inventory, calibration, firmware, maintenance, logistics, and spares. Characterize what each platform can and cannot do, so a device's limits are a known quantity rather than a surprise inside a result.
- Engineer the Physical Test Environments - Design, build, and operate the spaces we test in, covering layout, lighting control, markers, obstacle configurations, and survey-grade ground truth references, across our office, rented or workplace-services-supported space, and partner or customer sites. Make each environment a controlled variable rather than an improvisation.
- Build the Instrumentation - Create the rigs, mounts, references, and measurement setups that turn a physical run into quantitative data: trajectory ground truth, positional accuracy references, timing and synchronization across sensors, and automated condition logging.
- Integrate Physical Runs Into the Evaluation System - Work with the AI Automation Engineer so physical results flow into the same scorecards and comparisons as software-only evaluations, through automated data offload, run metadata, and structured condition capture rather than a spreadsheet and a folder of files.
- Run the Physical Test Sessions - Execute robot runs and device-in-the-loop tests: robot bring-up, teleoperation, scripted trials, and the repetition that makes a result statistically meaningful rather than anecdotal.
- Own the Physical Half of Sim-to-Real - When a scenario has been evaluated in simulation, engineer and execute its physical counterpart so the comparison is valid, matching environment, route, lighting, sensor configuration, and robot setup, and instrumenting the run so divergence is explainable rather than mysterious.
- Own Safety - Define and maintain safe operating procedures for robots and powered equipment in our test spaces, and coordinate with workplace services, IT, Legal, and site owners on access and safety requirements.
- Automate Your Own Work - Script the repetitive parts, including configuration, calibration checks, data offload, and condition logging, so setup time falls and a colleague can run a session without you.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on engineering experience with robotic hardware, covering bring-up, integration, teleoperation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Mobile or wheeled platforms preferred.
- Built test rigs, fixtures, or instrumentation that produced quantitative measurements of a physical system's behavior.
- Designed and run structured physical experiments, including ground truth methodology, and documented conditions rigorously enough for someone else to reproduce them.
- Worked with sensor calibration, multi-sensor synchronization, and coordinate frame conventions, and understand how errors in each propagate into a result.
- Strong Python and command-line proficiency, with a track record of automating hardware configuration, data offload, or test execution.
- Managed hardware fleets operationally: inventory, firmware, calibration schedules, logistics, and repair coordination.
- Practical safety experience operating powered equipment or robots around people.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Worked with ROS or ROS 2, including writing nodes or integrating sensor drivers.
- Operated NVIDIA Isaac Sim or Isaac Lab as a user, running scenarios someone else authored.
- Worked with professional capture hardware such as terrestrial laser scanners, NavVis or Leica systems, LiDAR, 360 cameras, or drones.
- Established survey-grade or motion-capture ground truth for localization or navigation evaluation.
- Supported photogrammetry, Gaussian splat, or 3D reconstruction capture workflows.
- Run test operations at customer or partner sites, with the coordination and discretion that requires.
Competencies
- Engineering judgment about physical systems. You reason about error sources: calibration drift, timing offsets, mounting rigidity, lighting variation, floor surface. When results disagree, you form a hypothesis and design the measurement that settles it.
- Hands-on and unfazed. You'd rather be in the space with the robot than reading about it. Cables, mounts, batteries, firmware, and a session that starts at 7am are all part of the job.
- Meticulous about conditions. You instrument rather than remember. You know the value of a physical test lives in how precisely its conditions were captured.
- Safety-minded without being slow. You take real responsibility for operating robots around people, and you build procedures where the safe path is also the fast path.
- Builds for other people. Your fixtures, scripts, and procedures get used by colleagues without you in the room.
- Comfortable in an unfinished environment. Much of this does not exist yet. You'll be selecting equipment, designing the first rigs, and defining how a space gets configured, with support but without a playbook.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $142,200 to $193,000. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

It's a new team at the frontier of physical AI, and you'll help invent how the job is done.
About the Role
We're hiring an AI Automation Engineer, reporting to the Director of the Real-World Test Lab, to build the system that produces our evidence. Today our evaluations are manual, inconsistent, and slow. You'll design and own the automation that runs them end to end on every relevant release, with no human driving it, turning one-off experiments into an always-on service the whole company relies on.
This role is about owning the evidence, not executing a test plan. You'll decide how each workflow gets exercised, and you'll be measured on whether the company can trust the results, not on how much automation exists. The work counts when it keeps running correctly months later, without you in the loop.
You believe evaluation is engineering, not process. You've built systems that test other systems, and you know the difference between a script that works on your laptop and infrastructure a team can trust. When a result couldn't be reproduced, you fixed the tooling instead of arguing about the number.
What You'll Do
- Build the Evaluation Machine - Own the automation that executes Lab evaluations end to end: environment setup, run orchestration, artifact capture, and result collection. Make reruns free so we test constantly rather than occasionally.
- Make Results Comparable - Instrument scorecards so a result can be compared across product versions, devices, and capture conditions. A number without its lineage is not evidence.
- Automate the Agent-Driven Layer - Build the agent workflows that exercise priority customer use cases at realistic scale, across the graded difficulty spectrum from easy to frontier, and be honest about where agents cannot yet replace human judgment.
- Kill Manual Work Permanently - Convert one-off experiments into standing protocols that run on every relevant release. Automate recurring inspection wherever it can be automated, and route what genuinely cannot to scalable human review.
- Make Failures Actionable - Produce diagnostics precise enough that a finding reaches its owner with a reproducible case and data attached. Findings that need re-investigation before anyone can act on them are half-finished.
- Keep Data From Being the Bottleneck - Work with the AI Data Manager so every run is reproducible from a known dataset state, without anyone downloading and re-uploading data by hand.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 days: One priority workflow evaluated end to end with no manual steps, with results in a comparable scorecard.
- 60 days: Evaluations trigger automatically on relevant releases, with diagnostics that route failures to the right owners.
- 90 days: Three priority workflows under standing automated evaluation, with version-over-version comparison for leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Built and maintained production-grade automation or test infrastructure that other engineers relied on daily.
- Experience evaluating systems where correctness is graded rather than binary, meaning quality, accuracy, or latency thresholds rather than pass/fail assertions.
- Strong Python, with fluency in orchestration, CI-style pipelines, cloud storage, and reproducible environments.
- Worked with backend services and APIs you did not own, integrating against them without becoming a bottleneck for their team.
- Written up a technical finding clearly enough that a non-author could act on it without a meeting.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Built agent-based or LLM-driven automation for a task that previously required human judgment.
- Worked on evaluation or benchmarking for computer vision, 3D reconstruction, or spatial systems.
- Instrumented dashboards or scorecards that leadership used for release decisions.
- Operated data provisioning or registry infrastructure across multiple environments and access models.
Competencies
- Intellectually honest. You design tests that produce answers people can trust, and you refuse to let a benchmark imply more than the evidence supports — including when the honest answer is inconvenient for your own work.
- Pragmatic. You find the fastest path to a defensible result without going through one-way doors that undermine scaling. You have no patience for building infrastructure nobody has asked for yet.
- AI-forward by instinct. You reach for agents and LLM-driven automation before you reach for headcount, and you're rigorous about verifying what they produce.
- Builds for other people. You've maintained something after the initial excitement wore off. Your tooling is documented, your failures are legible, and colleagues use what you build without asking you to run it for them.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $158,400 to $210,000 per year.

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies experience, and the Communications and Marketing team is growing with it. We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to build and run the operating system underneath, so an incredibly busy team can move fast and stay in lockstep.
That means keeping the wheels turning: the tool stack, agencies and vendors, budgets, contracts, and the dashboards leadership relies on. It also means building what doesn't exist yet, and making sure everyone knows what's happening and nothing gets dropped. Half builder, half connective tissue. If you like turning ideas into things people use every day, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Own the marketing and comms tool stack: evaluate, procure, onboard, provision access, train the team, and retire what we've outgrown
- Build and maintain internal tools such as calendars, intake forms, dashboards, trackers, and automations, and keep them reliable as more people depend on them
- Run the team's operating rhythm: priorities, launch and campaign calendars, planning cycles, and the cross-functional handoffs that carry work from idea to launch without dropped threads
- Manage agencies, contractors, and vendors from selection and onboarding through scopes, invoices, renewals, and performance
- Keep contracts and procurement moving with Legal and Finance so agreements never become the bottleneck
- Be the connective tissue across the team: know who's working on what, spot dependencies early, and keep people aligned without adding meetings
- Act as a thought partner and triage point to leadership: keep them informed, spot problems early, know when to escalate, propose solutions, and see them through
- Add rigor without slowing anyone down, knowing the difference between process that helps and process that's overhead
What you bring
- 4-7 years in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar systems-and-process role, ideally in a fast-growing technology company
- You build things. You've stood up tools, automations, or dashboards yourself, and AI tools are already part of how you work
- Strong analytical instincts, able to turn messy inputs into numbers leadership can trust
- Experience managing agency, contractor, or vendor relationships and working with Legal and Finance on contracts and procurement
- Exceptionally organized and genuinely relational. People like working with you, tell you things early, and trust you with what's really going on
- A clear, direct communicator who can brief an executive, run a cross-functional meeting, and write a process doc people actually follow
- Demonstrated experience working closely with and as a trusted partner to senior executives
- Comfortable in ambiguity and thinks in scale, building things that hold up when the team, budget, or number of launches doubles
- No specific tool stack required. You've operated marketing or comms systems in a high-growth environment and can pick ours up fast

About the role
Anthropic's go-to-market engine runs on Salesforce: how leads become pipeline, how deals are tracked and forecast, how customers renew and expand, and how partners work alongside our sellers. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for how one of those core motions is represented in system, and a trusted partner to GTM leadership when they want to change how it works.
We're looking for someone who operates at the intersection of three things: a strategist who can sit with GTM leaders and shape how they want to understand their part of the business, an analyst who can turn that into rigorous process and data design, and a builder who's comfortable enough in Salesforce to ship meaningful parts of it themselves. You can move fluidly between whiteboard, requirements doc, and admin console. You'll partner deeply with RevOps on the operating model and with our Salesforce developers on anything that needs code.
Where you might sit
We're hiring across several parts of the customer lifecycle. Placement depends on your background and where you can have the most impact.
Opportunity Acceleration:
Owns how deals are tracked, forecast, and credited in Salesforce, from stage design and forecasting to the ownership and team structures behind them. You'll partner with sales leadership to make pipeline something everyone can trust and sellers can work quickly.
Lead-to-Pipeline:
Owns how leads, inbound demand, and BDR outreach become qualified pipeline: lifecycle stages, routing and ownership, handoff rules, and the tools BDRs and sellers work in every day. You'll partner with BDR, marketing, and sales leadership to make the path from first touch to open opportunity faster and easier to measure.
Post-Sales:
Owns the systems behind renewals, expansion, and customer coverage: how post-sale opportunities are created, forecast, and worked by account management and customer success. You'll give post-sales leaders a clear, trustworthy view of the customer base and the tools to act on it.
Partnerships:
Owns how partner-sourced and co-sell deals are registered, attributed, and worked alongside our sellers, including the partner-facing processes and reporting leadership relies on. You'll help turn a fast-growing channel into a motion the business can measure and scale.
Key responsibilities
Own the design of your core funnel domain in Salesforce: lifecycle stages, process, exit and handoff criteria, key fields, and the automation and guardrails that keep the data trustworthy
Partner with GTM leadership on how their motion runs and how they want to see it, and make the tradeoff calls on what teams enter versus what insight that data unlocks
Partner with RevOps to systematize how GTM teams are structured, assigned, and credited: ownership, routing, coverage, splits, and the territory and role structures those depend on
Operationalize the methodology in system, turning frameworks and process discipline into fields, validation, scoring, and in-context guidance that people actually use
Act as data-model steward for your domain and its closest neighbors: the named approver for new fields, automation, and integrations touching those objects, and the keeper of why each one exists
Build and ship declarative solutions yourself where that's the right call, and write specs clean enough that our developers can build the rest without five rounds of clarification
Own the seams to the neighboring stages of the customer lifecycle (lead handoff, opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewal, partner attribution) so the experience is coherent end to end even where the build sits with another team
Evaluate and configure tooling that accelerates the motion: routing, activity capture, sequencing, deal inspection, account planning
Run discovery, UAT, enablement, and adoption measurement for everything you ship; help raise the bar for how BSA work is done on this team
Minimum qualifications
Experience in GTM/Revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst, Sales Systems Lead, or RevOps Systems role, with real ownership of work in a core funnel domain such as lead management, opportunity and pipeline, renewals and account management, or partner channel
Experience designing and rolling out a lifecycle, process model, or forecasting motion at a fast-growing company, owning it from discovery through enablement and adoption
Credibility with GTM stakeholders: you've been in the pipeline review, forecast call, or planning session, and you can push back when there's a better answer
Hands-on Salesforce skills, with comfort building meaningful parts of your own solution (Flow, validation, assignment and routing, page and Path design) and specs that make the handoff to developers clean
Crisp communication across GTM teams, leadership, RevOps, and engineers, adjusting altitude for each
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue systems roles
Salesforce Administrator certification
Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
Experience partnering with RevOps or Sales Strategy on team-structure questions (ownership, routing, splits, territory) and turning those decisions into working system design
Experience across more than one part of the customer lifecycle, such as lead, opportunity, renewal, or partner
Curiosity about AI-assisted systems work and eagerness to fold it into how you design, build, and document; prior hands-on use is a strong plus
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What the Role Is
Own the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center — front desk, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and workplace safety. This is a build role: the operating playbook doesn't exist yet — spend tracking, vendor terms, a furniture-request process — and you'll define them. You'll own real recurring budgets (kitchen, office supplies, engagement spend), partner on-site with the Safety Committee, and co-own culture programming across all three shifts with FC leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
, reporting to the General Manager, Fulfillment Operations.
About Pay
We pay competitive market rates.
Starting salary for this position is
$68,138 to $81,755 annually
Holidays Observed
The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days for this shift in 2026:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Years Day (2027)
All shifts receive
4 floating holidays
in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.
Who You Are
You've owned a recurring operating budget and vendor relationships
— you've tracked spend, negotiated directly with suppliers, and reported against a budget, not just placed reorders.
You build process where none exists
— you've created the tracker, the policy, the workflow, not just run one you were handed.
You're self-directed
— you catch what the building needs before someone flags it, and you close the loop without being chased.
You know the rhythm of a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment
and move through it with confidence.
You're genuinely energized by building culture
— not just tolerating the "plan the events" part of the job.
You have strong written and verbal communication and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
You're proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and comfortable with basic inventory/order-management tools.
You have 2+ years in office administration, facilities coordination, or operations.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own the front desk and guest experience
— be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and scheduled guests, and keep reception clean, professional, and running smoothly.
Own supplies and vendor relationships end-to-end
— keep the kitchen and office-supply areas fully stocked, manage deliveries, restocks, and quality, and negotiate terms directly with suppliers.
Own the budgets
— track and report monthly on the kitchen and office-supply budgets (plus engagement and furniture spend as it comes online), staying within budget and keeping spend transparent.
Build the processes that don't exist yet
— spend tracking, a furniture-request policy, vendor terms — and document them so they outlast you.
Partner with the Safety Committee
as on-site support, reinforcing a culture of safety and compliance across the FC.
Co-own FC culture
— co-lead the "Fun Committee" with FC leadership (GM + HRBP) to plan events, recognition, and wellness, and keep the experience consistent across day, night, and weekend shifts.
Own internal comms
for the events calendar so every shift stays informed and engaged.
Why This Role
You're building the operational playbook for this FC from scratch — the spend tracking, vendor terms, and furniture process don't exist yet; you define them.
Real ownership from day one — your own budgets, your own vendor relationships, your own culture programming, not a support seat.
Your impact is felt daily, on every shift, in a building where a well-run workplace shows.
