ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
The Sales Commission Analyst role sits at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and analytics. Owning the accuracy, integrity, and clarity of how Clipboard pays its revenue-generating teams.
You're likely someone with sharp spreadsheet instincts and a low tolerance for unexplained numbers. You're comfortable enough in SQL to pull your own data, fluent in comp plan mechanics, and just as capable of explaining a payout discrepancy in plain English to a rep as you are tracing the formula that caused it. You take ownership of the details because you know one uninvestigated row error erodes trust in the whole system.
You will:
- Calculate and process commission payouts accurately and on time each pay cycle, catching and resolving discrepancies before they land in a paycheck.
- Own the mechanics of our commission plans, the calculations, tiers, and accelerators. Keeping the spreadsheets and systems that run them aligned to plan documentation.
- Query and reconcile data across systems to validate commissionable revenue and investigate payout questions.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to roll out new or updated comp plans, translating plan changes into working, auditable calculations.
- Field and resolve rep-facing commission questions with clear, reliable written communication.
- Build and maintain tools and dashboards that make commission tracking transparent and self-service for reps and managers.
What you bring:
- Spreadsheet mastery. You build and audit complex, multi-tab models without breaking them.
- Working SQL skills, comfortable pulling and reconciling data across sources.
- Comp plan literacy. You can read a plan document and translate it into an accurate calculation.
- Sharp attention to detail; you catch the error before it becomes a payout problem.
- Strong, reliable written communication for explaining numbers to non-analysts.
- Project ownership. You can take a commission cycle or plan rollout from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Experience
- 0-2 years in FP&A, sales operations, commissions/compensation, analytics, or a comparable analytical role.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first flexibility

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations.
As VP of Consultant Relations, you’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You’ll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It’s a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space.
What you will do
Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors.
Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner’s go-to-market strategy.
Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests.
Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner’s value to each firm’s priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market.
What we're looking for
8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and an existing senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors.
You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest.
You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers.
You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy.
You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number.
You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets.
You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Public Sector Account Executive to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across governments in Southeast Asia, establishing and growing Anthropic's presence in this strategic region. Own the full sales cycle for public sector opportunities across ASEAN, from initial outreach through to successful deployment, with a focus on building long-term strategic partnerships

Collaborate with policy teams to ensure alignment with national AI strategies and digital government initiatives across the region, such as Singapore's National AI Strategy and Smart Nation programme and the ASEAN Guide on AI Governance and Ethics
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to each public sector environment, meeting and exceeding revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers
Provide market intelligence and feedback to product teams to ensure our offerings meet regional public sector requirements, including data sovereignty, data residency, and localisation considerations that vary by country
Build and maintain relationships with systems integrators, in-country partners, and technology partners across ASEAN markets
Develop and document best practices for public sector engagement in each market, creating playbooks that scale our presence across the region
Serve as a leader within the broader public sector team, sharing insights and collaborating on cross-market opportunities
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise sales experience in public sector markets across ASEAN, with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies
Deep understanding of government procurement processes, security requirements, and technology adoption frameworks in Singapore (including GeBIZ and IM8), and familiarity with equivalent frameworks in other ASEAN markets
Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals in the public sector
Experience navigating multiple stakeholders across ministries and agencies in culturally diverse markets, building consensus and providing innovative solutions
Experience working with in-country partners and channel ecosystems to reach markets where direct presence is limited
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to all levels, from technical teams to senior government officials
Eligibility to handle classified government information as required
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams, with willingness to travel regularly across the region
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Demonstrated ability to build and grow new market segments across multiple countries, with potential to develop into a leadership role

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic trains and serves Claude across multiple cloud providers and accelerator platforms. The Platform Portability team owns the abstractions, tooling, and deployment infrastructure that make this possible without every engineering and research team needing to become experts in different clouds.
As an engineer on Platform Portability, you'll design and build the systems that let us bring up new capacity, ship our platform to cloud provider platforms & marketplaces, and move workloads between providers with confidence. You'll work closely with our cloud partners on capabilities we need that don't exist yet, and with internal Compute, Inference, and Security teams to make "which cloud is this running on?" a question most engineers at Anthropic never have to ask. Your work directly determines how quickly and reliably we can put safe, frontier AI in front of users — wherever they are.
What you'll do
Our work splits into two workstreams, and we need your help across both.
Portable infrastructure.
We build the provider-agnostic abstractions for storage, messaging, and connectivity that let Anthropic's systems run on any cloud, and they have to hold up at the scale of frontier model inference. You'll design and build those abstractions, plus the tooling that lets internal teams provision, configure, and operate services across clouds through one consistent interface. You'll also hunt down the provider-specific assumptions hiding in our codebase and set the patterns that keep new ones from creeping in.
Claude on partner clouds.
We ship Claude onto third-party cloud platforms, and every launch has to be repeatable. You'll own that delivery end to end, including the build, release, and validation pipelines behind it. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our cloud partners and internal infrastructure stakeholders to land the features we need, debug platform issues, and influence their roadmaps. Expect to go deep on native integrations with each provider, and to do the cross-cutting work that keeps our platform consistent across all of them.
Across both, you'll shape how the rest of Anthropic builds for multiple clouds. You'll review designs with cloud-portability implications, mentor engineers across the org on multi-cloud patterns, and bring internal stakeholders into alignment through clear writing and conversation. You'll also take your turn in the on-call rotation, and you'll design the postmortems, runbooks, and incident response that help us never fail the same way twice.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience building and operating production distributed systems
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production
Run the same production workload across multiple cloud providers, including the migration or abstraction work that made it possible
Understand how cloud IAM models and networking primitives (VPC peering, private connectivity, service mesh) differ across providers
Write production code in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Rust)
Work confidently with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
Understand ML infrastructure and supporting interconnects
Ship software through hyperscaler marketplaces or managed-model platforms
Bring a background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments
Care about the societal impacts of your work and Anthropic's mission to build safe, beneficial AI

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Arcadia helps healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver measurable results. We unify fragmented data across the healthcare ecosystem so payers, providers, ACOs, and life sciences companies can make confident decisions grounded in trustworthy intelligence. Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia is at a growth stage where the connective tissue between ideation, execution, and executive decision-making matters enormously. This primarily manifests across two areas today: (1) Growth (Strategy, Sales, and Retention & Expansion) and (2) cross-functional Executive initiatives. This role sits at that intersection: you will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and launch new growth initiatives—whether that's a new vertical, a new go-to-market partnership, or a new solution while also engaging directly with the executive team to drive alignment on the initiatives that matter most across the company. In practice, this typically plays out as roughly 75% of your time on commercial strategy and growth initiatives, and roughly 25% partnering directly with the executive team and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.
This is a role of ownership and initiative, not execution-on-request. You will be given real latitude to define how new opportunities get approached, how cross-functional work gets organized, and how the executive team stays aligned—and you'll be trusted to run with it. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner closely with Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Actuary, Account Management, and the broader executive team.
What You'll Be Doing
Launch New Growth Initiatives
You will partner across the Commercial, Value Enablement, and Product teams to identify and pursue new paths to growth—whether that's a new vertical, a strategic partnership, a new product or solution go-to-market motion, or another initiative altogether—taking ownership of the work from initial concept through initial traction.
Identify and size new growth opportunities by understanding the market, our competitive position, and where Arcadia's assets and talent can be leveraged to win
Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks, so leadership can make a clear go or no-go decision
Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and other domain SMEs as needed to shape the specifics of each initiative—what it is, who it's for, and how it comes together
Build the
GTM positioning
and competitive differentiation for each initiative, grounded in Arcadia's outcomes-first brand and validated against real buyer needs
Translate the business case into a tactical execution plan, and drive that plan forward: coordinate cross-functional workstreams, resolve dependencies, and keep the initiative moving toward real traction
Define success criteria for each initiative and track progress against commitments
Strengthen GTM Motion
New markets don't succeed in isolation—they depend on a commercial engine that's tightly coordinated. You will take initiative to close gaps and accelerate growth across the teams that make GTM work and bring visibility into that progress at the executive level.
Build and refresh competitive intelligence in target markets, synthesizing signals from win/loss data, market research, analyst commentary, and field input
Collaborate with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting to improve discovery-to-proposal velocity, solution credibility, and RFP quality
Partner with Actuary to sharpen financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks used in payer and risk-bearing organization deals
Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, manage project tracking for strategic commercial initiatives, and proactively remove blockers
Bring commercial progress, risks, and decisions needing executive input directly into board and executive committee conversations
Executive Team
Support
As Arcadia scales, the initiatives that matter most increasingly cut across teams and leaders—commercial expansion chief among them. This role gives you a direct seat in that conversation, extending the alignment work you do in Commercial to the executive team as a whole.
Drive the Executive Committee Operating Rhythm: Help shape and run the weekly executive committee meeting -- build agendas, synthesize pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across leaders
Partner on board meeting preparation, ensuring materials reflect a coherent narrative across commercial, product, and financial priorities
Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and executives, acting as the driver who keeps them moving and accountable
Proactively surface where executive-level initiatives are stalling and broker resolution before they become bigger problems
Take on special projects with the executive team as they arise, applying the same ownership and rigor used in the commercial work
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, you have mapped the highest-priority growth opportunities in front of Arcadia, built relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team, and built the business case for at least one priority initiative.
In year one, you have taken two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction—whether new verticals, partnerships, or products—contributed measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates, and become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence.
What You'll Bring
Required
Seven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role
Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape—you can speak credibly to value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, quality and Stars
Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context—building the business case, shaping the go-to-market approach, and driving execution
Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms, including meeting preparation, cross-functional tracking, and driving follow-through on strategic commitments
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align product, clinical, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders behind a common strategy
Comfort working in ambiguity—this role requires structuring undefined problems and building the plan, not executing a defined playbook
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build crisp, compelling narratives for executive, board, and buyer audiences
Preferred
Experience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations
Familiarity with buyer segments beyond traditional payer and provider markets—including self-funded employers, risk-bearing entities, or adjacent healthcare services organizations
Prior experience as a chief of staff, or in a strategy-and-operations role partnering closely with a CEO or executive committee
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian Community
Be a part of a mission driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care
About Arcadia

About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a Russian-speaking
B2C Growth Marketing Manager
who can combine structured marketing leadership with hands-on execution of high-leverage work.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can work closely with the founder, turn many marketing ideas into a clear growth plan, identify the strongest lead generation opportunities, discard distractions, execute with discipline, and own the numbers for B2C growth, lead generation, and revenue.
About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring changes people’s lives by helping them find jobs and relocate to countries with a high quality of life, making the process as smooth and predictable as possible.
We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in helping English-speaking IT professionals find jobs in Germany and Europe. We support candidates through the full journey: job search, positioning, applications, interviews, job offer, visa, relocation, and settling into a new country.
Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, and our distributed team works remotely across Europe and Central Asia. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, as long as your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
About The Role
This role is a mix of
marketing strategy, funnel ownership, hands-on execution, and coordination of a small marketing team
.
You will work directly with the founder, who brings many ideas, hypotheses, and business priorities. Part of your job is to help turn these inputs into a focused marketing plan. More importantly, we expect you to bring your own growth marketing expertise: identify high-impact approaches we have not tried yet, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical campaigns, experiments, and funnel improvements.
You will own the plan, prioritize strategies, channels, and campaigns, define what success looks like, track results, understand what worked and what did not, and adjust the strategy based on data. This is not a role for simply organizing other people's ideas; we are looking for someone who can shape the growth agenda and make strong recommendations based on experience, data, and customer insight.
Our B2C marketing funnel includes social (Telegram/Instagram/LinkedIn), paid acquisition, lead magnets, webinars, lifecycle communication, and consultation-based conversion.
You will work with internal and external contributors across content, paid acquisition, operations, and analytics.
You may add freelancers or other external specialists when needed. As the function grows, success in this role should also create the case for hiring more marketing specialists and delegating more hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means that marketing becomes more structured, measurable, and connected to business outcomes.
You will be successful if:
You deliver a clear and focused marketing plan that achieves monthly goals with given resources.
Marketing activities are executed according to the plan and deliver results.
Marketing ideas are captured, prioritized, and either executed or intentionally declined.
Growth, lead generation, and revenue KPIs are clearly defined, measured and achieved.
Marketing reports explain what worked, what did not, and what we will do differently.
Requirements
Fluent Russian language.
Fluent English at C1 level.
Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
Structured thinking.
Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
Strong self-organization.
Attention to detail.
Nice To Have
Any of the following can be applied in our marketing, so it will be a plus but is not required:
Experience in EdTech, career, recruiting, relocation, immigration, or professional services.
Marketing workflow automation: n8n / Zapier / Make / Gumloop, or similar tools.
Experience planning and setting up email sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with chatbot automations in Instagram/Telegram/WhatsApp.
Performance marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar paid social channels.
Experience with webinars or online events.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
SEO experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar.
Landing page creation and CMS experience, such as WordPress.
Conditions And Benefits
KPI-based performance bonus will be a significant part of your total comp.
Direct work with the founder and short feedback loops.
High ownership and visible impact from the first weeks.
Supportive international team.
Opportunity to shape the B2C marketing system, not just execute tasks.
Full-time role.
Fully remote work.
We are deeply dedicated to our mission and expect the same level of focus from you. This role requires full attention and a deep dive into our business, audience, offers, and numbers. It cannot be combined with client work, employment, or projects that reduce availability, focus, or create conflicts of interest.
How To Apply
Send us your CV and a short note explaining:
Your greatest achievement in a similar role.
Which KPIs you owned.
How you usually prioritize marketing ideas when there are more ideas than time.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

What the Role Is
This is a new role that owns integrated go-to-market strategy for every Wishlist moment: feature launches, seasonal pushes, and campaign activity tied to Registry/Wishlist. You’ll own user research, market sizing, and journey mapping, becoming the expert on the wishlist user. You'll direct the editorial and content work needed to bring each plan to life. You report to the Director, Customer Marketing, and hand finished plans straight to Brand & Creative, Growth channels, and Corporate Communications for execution, reporting on progress, and iterating to drive wishlist adoption and growth. This role exists because Wishlist is a core feature driving LTV growth, and needs a single owner focused on the user journey, threading strategy through to execution. This role will create a single point of partnership across product and marketing to enable faster and more cohesive go to market ways of working.
Who You Are
You have worked in an Integrated Marketing role in a Senior role, leading through influence with proven success. - this is an IC role, requiring deep cross functional partnership to succeed.
User focused: Have taken UX, analytics and custom research and built a marketing strategy for a product that appeals to this specific customer.
Consumer marketing experience at scale: you've built plans that work across email, push, SMS, paid, and site at once, not owned a single channel.
Product marketing background: you can turn a feature roadmap into a customer story and a sequencing plan without much hand-holding
A specific track record of driving business growth through cross-functional partnership- you can point to what you built and what it moved
Comfortable directing editorial and content work without owning the creative function; you know what story needs telling and can brief it clearly
Genuinely energized by ambiguity and lead with curiosity. There's no formal brief in this model, you build the plan from what you learn inside the squad
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You can lead through influence.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will become the expert on the Babylist Wishlist user, understand motivations, needs, and wants inside and out of the product.
Build the integrated GTM strategy for every Wishlist moment, in lockstep with the product squad's roadmap
Direct editorial and content needs for Wishlist, briefing Brand & Creative and Content/Social directly
Demonstrate a level of competency on what good creative looks like and how to measure its success.
Create the internal playbook for this user and product, including competitive analysis, market opportunity and sizing and what good will look like in our marketing.
Hand finished GTM plans straight to execution centers; Brand & Creative, Growth channels, Corporate Communications, and keep each moving in parallel
Own the customer marketing value proposition for Wishlist across every channel it touches
Drive measurable growth in Wishlist adoption, you're accountable for the number, not just the campaign activity around it
Report progress and blockers directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Marketing
Why This Role
You're one of the first two hires into a brand-new model. Integrated Marketing didn't exist here before, so you're defining what good looks like, not inheriting a process.
Wishlist is one of Babylist's highest-leverage customer journeys, and this is a huge opportunity to shape the growth of this product.
You'll work inside the product squad itself, not downstream of it and your plan shapes the roadmap instead of reacting to it.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,800 to $191,700 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Planner Satellite Manufacturing - MAITE
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Director of MAITE
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
- Please note we can only accept applications in English
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The mission of this role is to be the single planning point for the whole MAITE (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Test and Execution) organisation in Greece: AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and the Cleanroom & Lab. You will build and own one integrated schedule, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, that turns satellite demand into executable work across all of them.
You will work with the global planning team, which sets the master plan and component MRP, and turn it into a detailed, executable plan for the site. Unlike traditional satellite builds, LEO constellations demand industrial-scale throughput, modular design adaptability, and tight integration between production, engineering and supply chain.
Much of the value sits in the interfaces: sequencing a calibration campaign or a cleanroom intervention so it does not stop a build, holding a slot for a quality inspection, or flagging a long-lead component early enough for procurement to act.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works comfortably across departments, and improves the planning tools and workflows they inherit where off-the-shelf solutions fall short. You are the reliable source of truth for the site plan: when the plan and the floor disagree, you know first and say so.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 1000 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, maintain and optimise a single integrated schedule covering AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality and the Cleanroom & Lab, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, against technical constraints, material availability, labour and facility capacity.
- Translate the master plan and component MRP from the global planning team into a sequenced plan for each department, agreeing dates and capacity with the department owners rather than directing their work. Hold slots for cleanroom interventions, calibration campaigns, quality inspections and rework loops so that planned work lands where it costs least, and keep those slots when priorities move.
- Run the daily and weekly planning cadence. Coordinate daily schedules with the site team leads, report actual people availability into the capacity plan, publish status, and raise deviations early and factually rather than sitting on them, then drive them to a decision.
- Feed the planning cycle. Keep plan versus actuals, milestone status and people availability current and flowing to the global planning team on cadence, so the plan above the site reflects floor reality.
- Produce and maintain the artefacts the organisation runs on: master schedule, critical path analysis, capacity plans, sprints and the visual management boards used in daily meetings.
- Integrate new product introduction and engineering changes into the plan, including prototype and qualification builds, without disrupting series production. Keep the plan and work order BOMs aligned with the current approved configuration, coordinating with Configuration Management, who own the governed baseline.
- Schedule planned downtime deliberately, including preventive maintenance, instrument calibration campaigns and cleanroom interventions, so that they land where they cost least.
- Embed quality hold points, inspection windows and rework loops into the schedule rather than absorbing them as overruns, and flag long-lead and shortage risk to Procurement early enough to act.
- Keep planning data in NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet in sync with the floor: work orders released and closed on time, no phantom work in progress, no conflicting references, and material, WIP and stock status accurate enough to plan from.
- Publish and track the organisation-level planning indicators: on-time delivery, schedule adherence and cycle time. Consolidate and report the department-level measures that explain them, including material availability at kit release, inspection turnaround, equipment availability and calibration compliance. These measures remain owned by the department that produces them. Where one moves against the plan, raise it in the planning cadence with its owner and drive it to a decision.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of experience in production, industrial or operations planning in a technological environment (aerospace, defense, maritime, automotive, semiconductor, medical devices, etc.).
- Proven scheduling capability across multiple departments or product lines, building and owning a master schedule fully.
- Capacity planning across labour, equipment and facilities, with the judgement to state clearly what cannot be done as well as what can.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics and systems engineering, sufficient to challenge a lead time or a routing.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation: bills of materials, routings, work instructions and engineering change notices.
- Inventory management experience: tracking materials, work in progress and stock accuracy against plan.
- Ability to hold competing departmental priorities in balance and reach a decision without formal authority over the teams involved: influence and reliability over authority, and the instinct to raise a problem early rather than sit on it.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to forecasting, problem-solving and decision-making, using Excel, Power BI or similar.
- Adaptability to respond quickly to production changes, delays, or evolving technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and scheduling tools, including responsibility for planning master data accuracy. We use NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet, which are being implemented while in use; experience with equivalent systems is fine.
- Experience producing visual management for daily operational meetings, and with project tooling such as Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVES:
- A satellite, aerospace, or another regulated, low-volume / high-complexity manufacturing setting.
- Foundational software development skills, such as Python or scripting, useful for automating planning tasks, integrating data sources, or building internal planning tools.
- Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement, S&OP cycles, or APICS/ASCM certification.
