- Build reusable technical assets, including migration tooling, integration patterns, reference implementations, discovery frameworks, technical standards, scripts, and internal delivery tooling.
- Help define how Services delivers complex technical implementations at scale by improving methodologies, scoping artifacts, build patterns, technical documentation and engineering best practices.

- Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
- Ability to lead technical discovery with customers, assess feasibility, identify risks, scope technical work, estimate effort, and translate ambiguous requirements into an executable plan.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate root causes across code, APIs, permissions, integrations and customer specific configuration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
- A track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into solutions that drive outcomes for customers at scale.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working in professional services, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience deploying AI agents autonomously in complex coding or business workflows.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, including work with MCPs, APIs, LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval/RAG systems or workflow orchestration.
- Background in developing technical frameworks, discovery methodologies, or internal tooling from the ground up.
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows, data transformation, schema mapping, validation scripts, or large-scale content migration tooling.
- Strong history of collaboration with product and engineering teams, including influencing roadmaps or architectural decisions.

Who You Are:
Galaxy’s Digital Infrastructure Services (DIS) is the institutional backbone of our blockchain ambitions – spanning staking, validators, custody, DeFi, and tokenization – serving tier-1 banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers. As Business Partner – Execution & Delivery, you will sit at the center of DIS as a high-agency execution and strategy partner to senior leadership. You will drive the organization’s highest-value work to completion: supporting internal transformation initiatives, owning delivery across complex cross-functional programs, building the client-facing materials that represent DIS externally, and showing up in institutional client rooms when it matters. This role requires someone equally at home in an org design conversation with DIS leadership and in a technical workshop with a tier-1 bank.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives – org design, operating model changes, team structure, and cross-functional alignment
Develop materials that support leadership decision-making: frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, and structured recommendations
Track and synthesize the full picture of what’s happening across DIS – internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps – so leadership is always informed
Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what’s coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment
Own delivery coordination for the most complex, cross-functional DIS initiatives – platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts
Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability – and hold teams to them
Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders – ensuring no handoff falls through
Stay deeply familiar with the active deal landscape – understanding where each engagement stands, what’s required to close or deliver, and where we have product, resource, or capability gaps
Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials: pitch decks, capability presentations, proposal documents, and engagement readouts
Represent DIS in institutional client engagements as appropriate – including workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews with tier-1 banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers
Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts – and bring them to the right people before they compound
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS’s operating model – delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling – and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role – ideally within a fast-moving technology or financial services organization
Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation: org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization
Strong commercial instincts – able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity
Exceptional written communication and materials production – pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations that reflect well on leadership
Highly structured thinker with a bias for action – creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it
Comfortable operating across functions and org levels simultaneously – org design in the morning, a client session in the afternoon, an engineering status review by end of day
Low ego, high accountability – you own your work and say what you see
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services
Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products
Prior experience supporting or working alongside tier-1 financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians)
Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign

Who You Are:
The Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed Lead is the de facto CEO of their pod within Galaxy Edge — a small, senior team focused on one client engagement or one innovation bet. In this role, you will own product direction, technical standards, client relationships, and account growth, working alongside a dedicated Delivery Lead who handles timelines and execution. You will rotate between our two verticals — Forward Deployed Product & Engineering and R&D & Innovation — carrying hard-won market and technical context across the boundary. You will partner closely with Tier-1 financial institution stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives, translating their needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading into buildable roadmaps. This is a deliberately hybrid role requiring a hands-on startup CTO mindset combined with the commercial instinct to grow accounts and turn delivered trust into the next engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Own product and technical direction: translate institutional needs — custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory context — into a buildable roadmap; set the technical bar, make hard design calls, and stay in the code when it matters
Drive commercial and account growth: run your account like a business, identify expansion opportunities, advise senior client stakeholders (CTO, COO, Head of Digital Assets), and convert delivered trust into the next engagement
Lead client and executive relationships: run discovery from engineers to the C-suite, define success in their terms (adoption, risk, cost, time-to-value), and navigate complex regulated organizations to alignment
Rotate into R&D and Innovation: lead 0-to-1 product creation on frontier blockchain and AI, and codify learnings into reusable components and playbooks that feed back into client delivery
Serve as the voice of the customer back into Galaxy’s product organization, translating delivered insights into what the firm builds next
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
Real technical depth — you’ve shipped production software and can lead engineers credibly
Commercial instinct — you’ve turned delivered work into expanded scope or revenue
Executive presence — fluent from a whiteboard to a C-suite briefing
Founder-grade agency and low ego — you find a path when none is obvious and care about the outcome, not the credit
Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed/solutions engineering, technical PM, and client-facing delivery; shape of ownership matters more than years
Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure
Prior delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions
Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
Technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect background
Fluency in custody, settlement, payments rails, tokenization, or trading systems
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer who combines hands-on engineering skills with security operations expertise. You will be deeply involved in the operations and troubleshooting of both server-side and client-side components within our Zero Trust architecture, drive security risk governance initiatives, and leverage AI tools to continuously improve system stability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Implementation: Lead the adoption of AI Agents in security operations — design and deploy AI Agent workflows for log analysis, alert triage, and automated incident remediation (e.g., Multi-step Agents using Claude / GPT with tool-calling), reducing manual intervention and improving response efficiency.
Requirements
Must Have
Solid understanding of Kubernetes / K3s core concepts; able to independently diagnose cluster-level issues.
Foundational knowledge of security principles and Zero Trust model; strong networking fundamentals with the ability to independently troubleshoot and analyze network connectivity issues.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, or equivalents) for day-to-day tasks including log analysis, scripting, fault diagnosis, and documentation.
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with DACS / NAC or similar device access control system operations or risk governance.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus + Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
Hands-on experience building AI Agents or implementing tool-calling workflows.
Proven track record of collaborating with external vendors to drive issue resolution.
Who You Are
AI-Forward: You actively explore and integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to boost efficiency.
Owner Mindset: You take genuine ownership of system health — you don't just close tickets.
Strong Communicator & Driver: You can clearly articulate technical issues and effectively push cross-functional teams and vendors toward resolution.
Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told — you proactively spot problems and drive them to closure.
