ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will build Prividium's business across the United States. The pipeline you create and the strategic agreements you close will set the pace at which the US institutional market opens for us. The role owns target-account strategy, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closed agreements with US banks, asset managers, market-infrastructure providers, and payment firms. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own US revenue. Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes across the US institutional market, from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Set the account strategy. Build a clear view of where Prividium can win: which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to pursue, and in what order.
- Create pipeline. Originate opportunities through executive relationships, direct prospecting, and market knowledge. Inbound demand exists but will not carry the number.
- Run deep discovery. Understand customer workflows, constraints, and economics across tokenised deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
- Navigate institutional buying. Coordinate long processes spanning business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal.
- Close strategic agreements. Build mutual action plans, keep deal discipline, and lead commercial and contractual negotiation with support from Legal and the executive team.
- Feed the company. Bring structured customer, competitor, and regulatory evidence into product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Over time, the role can grow into leadership of a US team as the market proves out.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic-account work, with closed six- or seven-figure agreements.
- Selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure into banks, capital-markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Originating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with named examples of accounts you opened.
- Leading multi-stakeholder buying processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval.
- Discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy credibly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales motion was still being refined.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenisation, or institutional digital assets. Proven institutional-sales performance matters more.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Head of Sales will play a critical role in accelerating Wistia's revenue growth. You will build and manage a top-notch sales team, strengthen our inbound sales motion, stand up a brand-new outbound sales strategy, help us gain ground in the mid-market, and turn our comparatively new webinar product into a commercial success story. Working alongside Growth, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership, you'll sharpen our acquisition strategy and dial in the relationship between self-serve and sales ensuring the two motions compound rather than compete. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience and become a leading voice of the customer, shaping what we build
Who You'll Work With: You will lead a team of Account Executives and partner closely with Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Growth, and our People team.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, in-the-work leadership role. You will spend real time coaching reps, reviewing calls and outreach, and building the playbooks and systems that help the team perform consistently. The team values operational rigor paired with sales instinct, and collaborates closely with Marketing and GTM Operations rather than working in a silo. In addition to ensure top notch sales execution, you will also be crafting new sales strategies, as we move into the mid-market and focus on growing our webinar business.
- Why is this role exciting? You will be responsible for leading our Sales organization as we work to accelerate our revenue growth, by growing our mid-market business, gaining share in the webinar market, and launching new Creation products. You will get to build something from scratch. Our outbound motion does not exist yet, so you will design the playbook, the targeting, and the messaging, and then build the team's skills to execute it well.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video platform for businesses, and this role directly drives the new business acquisition that fuels that growth, including helping our webinar product become a bigger part of our story.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? You will uplevel our team's strategic selling skills, build outbound sales from the ground up, figure out where AI can genuinely make the team more effective, and help shape which customer segments we go after next.
Work Environment: Hybrid with In-Office Requirement: This role is based in the Boston area, with an expectation of being in our Cambridge office at least one to two days per week.
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern Time
Travel Requirements: 1-2 days/week in our Cambridge, MA office. Team and company gatherings 3-4 times per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling into small and mid-market companies, coaching performance and holding a high bar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Strengthen our existing sales funnel through coaching, sharper playbooks, and operational rigor across the full sales cycle, with a particular focus on discovery and value-based selling.
- Evaluate sales performance and diagnose where the biggest opportunities / challenges are.
- Build a brand-new outbound sales strategy from the ground up: define who we target, build the playbook, and develop the team's outbound skills.
- Partner with Marketing and our Commercial Leadership Team to sharpen our acquisition strategy, including lead sources, target segments, and messaging.
- Bring AI into the sales motion in ways that make the team more effective and more efficient, from prospect research to personalized outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of selling to mid-market companies through both inbound and outbound motions.
- A strong coach and manager who has not just led a high-performing team, but has measurably improved one, through coaching, performance management, and the systems that make results repeatable.
- Deep fluency in value-based, strategic selling methodologies (think SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC), with a track record of instilling those approaches in a team.
- A customer-centric leader who genuinely understands buyers' needs and buying processes, and builds that mindset into the team's culture.
- Bonus: experience selling MarTech or a broader GTM tech stack, and experience building an outbound motion from scratch.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount
Wistia provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

Site Reliability Engineer III (DBA) in LATAM
to join our team!
About the Role
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III with a Database Administration focus to help ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of our production database systems, primarily Vitess (distributed MySQL) and Cassandra, alongside the rest of our production services and infrastructure.
This database specialization is layered on top of the full SRE III scope on the team. You will carry the same on-call, incident response, and service ownership expectations as other SRE IIIs, with database systems serving as your area of deepest technical ownership.
Because our SRE Database Engineering function is new, this role will also help establish its operational foundation by designing database architecture and developing the runbooks, escalation guidance, procedures, and training materials that our Level 1 and Level 2 SRE Database Engineers will use as they onboard.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with production database systems, Linux, automation, distributed systems, Kubernetes, observability, and incident response, with a proactive approach to reliability and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Database Architecture & Administration:
Design, deploy, and own highly available database architecture for Vitess (distributed MySQL) and Cassandra.
Establish and document operational procedures, runbooks, and escalation guidance for Level 1 and Level 2 SRE Database Engineers.
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, schema design, and capacity planning.
Own database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
Perform and validate disaster recovery testing and database recovery procedures.
Drive database security, access control, patching, hardening, and compliance practices.
Serve as an escalation point for complex database production incidents.
Partner with the DBA and Data Infrastructure teams on resharding, capacity planning, replication, and architecture decisions for sharded MySQL environments.
Service Reliability & Operations:
Support the availability and durability of critical services across production environments.
Monitor service health using SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.
Partner with service owners to define and improve SLIs, SLOs, error budget policies, and alerting.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Serve as an escalation point for complex production database and infrastructure incidents.
Follow established ITIL/OSS processes including incident, change, problem, and capacity management.
Take ownership of operational issues and drive projects from problem discovery through resolution.
Automation & Tooling:
Develop automation for common operational and database administration tasks to reduce manual intervention and operational toil.
Contribute to monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks including Prometheus, Grafana, Catchpoint, and ELK.
Help integrate operational runbooks and incident response workflows with FireHydrant.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
Develop scripts using Bash, Python, Go, or similar technologies to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Operate and troubleshoot containerized production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Work within Kubernetes and Vitess environments using technologies such as kubectl, mysqlsh, and Vitess keyspaces.
Work with HashiCorp technologies including Terraform, Vault, and Nomad.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Lead Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) for functionality being handed off from engineering partner teams.
Support the operational readiness of new database-backed services before they enter production.
Build training plans, onboarding materials, and technical documentation for new Level 1 and Level 2 SRE Database Engineers.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and DBA/Data Infrastructure teams on reliability initiatives.
Assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery exercises, database migrations, and infrastructure projects.
Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot service issues and track SLA performance.
Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
Share technical knowledge and help grow a reliability-minded engineering culture.
Incident Response:
Respond to and resolve production database, infrastructure, and service incidents.
Troubleshoot and escalate database, Linux, networking, application, and infrastructure issues as needed.
Participate in the on-call rotation and serve as an escalation point for database-related incidents.
Lead or contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
Identify recurring issues and develop long-term corrective actions to improve reliability.
Design action plans to address recurring operational and database problems.

Job Summary
We are looking for a relentless, self-generating "Hunter" to lead the full-cycle B2B sales engine for a global creative production and pitch consultancy. In this role, you aren’t just following a script—you are running your own engine within a proven system. You will own the "Tier 2" service category from first touch to close, working with executive producers, top-tier agencies, and premium global brands. If you are a high-autonomy salesperson who prefers naming your own price and owning your outcomes over being managed into action, this seat is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Tier 2 services ($2,000–$3,500 tickets), from sourcing and qualification to closing
Identify and engage high-value prospects through industry-specific channels like Shots Net and similar premium creative networks
Generate a minimum of 20 clean, qualified leads in Month 1, scaling to a consistent cadence of one Tier 2 close per day
Support high-value Tier 3 deals by opening doors and collaborating with the Director of Growth to close
Manage all CRM discipline, sequencing, and follow-ups with total precision
Seamlessly hand off closed deals to the Operations team only once the project is ready for delivery
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales specifically targeting international clients
Proven track record of high-volume outbound success with nameable, verifiable closes
Mastery of written English, with the ability to write concise, high-impact cold outreach
The "Hunter" mindset: You are accountable for what you declare and do not require an SOP to be effective
Radical transparency: Comfortable naming prices and anchors in the very first interaction
Technical discipline: Expert-level command of CRM management and outbound sequencing tools
Schedule flexibility: Ability to work a split-shift schedule designed around US, UK, and EU windows (40 hours per week)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Proven track record as a hunter/closer, consistently generating their own pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or SDR-generated opportunities
Demonstrable experience closing new business with international clients, preferably across the US, UK, and European markets
Strong history of outbound sales success, including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and targeted account-based prospecting
Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling to creative agencies, executive producers, or VC firms.
Familiarity with the creative production or pitch consultancy landscape.
Experience working in a performance-based, high-accountability remote environment.

About the Company
We’re working with a growing international business looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage qualified B2B opportunities from the meeting stage through proposal, negotiation, and close.
The ideal candidate is confident managing high-value B2B conversations with international clients and can build on momentum created earlier in the sales process without unnecessarily restarting the conversation.
Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the later stages of the B2B sales cycle — turning qualified meetings into signed clients.

Handle pricing objections and negotiations while protecting commercial value.
Maintain momentum and follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.

Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and business owners.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold pricing under pressure.
Excellent CRM discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to move quickly and consistently follow up on opportunities.

A track record you can demonstrate through specific examples of successful deals.

Role Overview
We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact for a set of high-value customers — responsible for renewal, expansion, and long-term success. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our customers see measurable impact from our platform and grow with us over time.
Requirements
Own a portfolio of accounts, managing the post-sale lifecycle including QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive net revenue retention above 120%.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption, time-to-value, and health scores are on track and gross revenue retention above 93%.
Lead executive business reviews and translate platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
Forecast renewal and expansion revenue accurately in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership.
Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement cycles with legal and finance stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal targets on enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
Strong executive presence — comfortable engaging VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic conversations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
