We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to own quality for our AI voice virtual agent. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable reasoning about a large language model's behavior and reading a SIP trace.
You should be interested in testing non-deterministic systems. A voice agent takes a live phone call, transcribes speech that may be accented or noisy, interprets intent, reasons over an LLM, generates a spoken reply, and decides whether to resolve the request or hand it to a human—all within a latency budget callers will notice. Nothing in that chain can be validated with a simple assertion of equality, so you will design the evaluation approach that makes it testable anyway.
You should also be interested in the underlying telephony. Testing this agent means placing real calls: provisioning SIP endpoints and softphones, driving calls programmatically, controlling media conditions, and distinguishing a model failure from a codec, jitter, or call-routing issue.
PLEASE SUBMIT CV IN ENGLISH.
ONLY ACCEPTING CANDIDATES FROM LATAM.
ADVANCED SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Embed fully within a Scrum team
, participating in all ceremonies and maintaining associated artifacts.
Own the end-to-end test strategy
for the AI voice virtual agent across the LLM, speech, and telephony layers.
Design test scenarios for complex conversational behavior
, including multi-turn dialogues, interruptions and barge-in, ambiguous or incomplete input, out-of-scope requests, human escalation/transfer, and failure recovery.
Build and maintain an evaluation framework for non-deterministic output
, leveraging golden datasets, semantic/rubric-based assertions, and automated regression detection for prompt, model, or retrieval changes.
Adversarially test the agent
against hallucinations, incorrect grounding, guardrail bypasses, prompt injections, and unauthorized disclosure of customer data.
Prepare and provision SIP devices
, endpoints, and call scenarios to automate call origination end-to-end.
Diagnose failures across the entire stack
, isolating issues down to the LLM, ASR (speech recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), media path, or call routing layer.
Extend automated coverage
and integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline to serve as release gates.
Define and track core quality metrics
, including task completion, containment, intent accuracy, transcription accuracy, response latency, and escalation correctness.
Maintain documented test coverage in the TMS
with full traceability to business requirements.
Communicate and escalate quality risks
to stakeholders backed by data and evidence.
Requirements:
5+ years in QA
, with recent hands-on ownership of a complex, integrated product.
Practical experience testing SIP/VoIP systems
, including call flows, SIP signaling, media handling, softphones, or SIP trunking, with the ability to troubleshoot using SIP traces or packet captures.
Demonstrated creativity in test design
(live scenario design will be a core part of the interview process and heavily weighted).
Proficiency in Python
, sufficient to independently build and maintain automation frameworks.
Experience testing non-deterministic or probabilistic systems
, with a clear approach to designing assertions for variable outputs.
Strong analytical skills
, including the ability to define quality metrics, justify their calculation, and use data to back release decisions.
Hands-on experience with formal TMS tools and Jira
.
Professional fluency in English
(spoken and written), with reliable overlap with US Eastern business hours.
We use the following technologies:
Python with pytest
for test automation.
Playwright
for browser and WebRTC-based call driving.
JsSIP / WebRTC
for programmatic call origination and media control.
SIP softphones and devices
for manual and exploratory testing.
Allure TestOps
as our TMS, linking automated runs to documented test cases.
Jira
for project management and issue tracking.
Jenkins & GitHub Actions
for CI/CD pipelines.
Grafana
for quality and delivery metrics.
LLM APIs and evaluation tooling
— currently in active development, and we are open to any effective approach.
Pluses:
Direct experience testing LLM-based or conversational AI products
, including evaluation frameworks and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
Familiarity with speech technologies
, including ASR/transcription accuracy measurement (WER), TTS quality assessment, endpointing, and silence detection.
Experience with RAG or retrieval-grounded systems
, specifically in evaluating grounding correctness and context retrieval.
WebRTC and media-layer testing experience
, including codec behavior and performance degradation under jitter or packet loss.
Background in testing IVR, contact center, or conversational IVR platforms.
Multilingual testing capabilities
, with emphasis on Spanish/English code-switching.
Literacy in prompt engineering
, sufficient to analyze system prompts and identify potential failure modes
We are pleased to offer:
Remote work opportunity!
B2B Employment ($, gross).
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program: get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
Creativity is a core requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have. The defects that matter here are found by someone who imagines the caller who interrupts mid-sentence, switches languages halfway through, gives a partial account number, answers a different question, or deliberately tries to jailbreak the agent. Scenario design is the primary skill we are hiring for.
Current State: We have automated call testing built on JsSIP/WebRTC with Python and Playwright, alongside a growing body of test scenarios. The evaluation layer—how we score responses consistently, catch regressions when a prompt or model changes, and report quality metrics leadership can act on—is where this role will have the most impact.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
to be embedded in
Growth Marketing
, the team at Garner that owns B2C member activation & engagement. You will report directly to the
Director of Marketing Operations
and serve as the dedicated data & analytics partner for our
Growth Marketing
team.
Growth Marketing is responsible for getting employees to sign up and use their Garner benefit — through email, SMS, direct mail, in-app, in-office materials, and employer-led communication channels. We're looking for an
exceptional, AI-native data & analytics manager
to own how member activation and engagement are operationalized and measured across channels. You'll own the
audience targeting & segmentation
(SQL queries in Snowflake for our email / sms / direct mail targeting, partnering closely with Engineering) and build the
Business Intelligence layer
that powers our member engagement campaigns, ranging from cross-system data pipelines, attribution modeling, experimentation frameworks, and funnel & lifecycle analysis through core reporting and dashboards. You'll define the metrics behind member growth and ensure those definitions hold consistently across systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine — helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and improve health outcomes at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Targeting & segmentation (campaign operations):
Own the audience targeting, segmentation (SQL queries of Snowflake data tables to be built into our Iterable system), and personalization data behind our email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot upstream Data issues that affect our marketing campaigns, as well as enhance and automate the data mechanics and pipelines so the program can scale.
Analytics & Reporting:
Own how member activation and engagement are measured end-to-end (e.g., Looker dashboards). Define, build, and maintain the KPIs, metric definitions, performance reports, and dashboards Growth Marketing runs on — funnel and lifecycle metrics, email/SMS campaign activity, channel efficiency, operational health, and KPI target setting.
Product & engagement analytics:
Bridge marketing activity to member behavior in the Garner app so the team can optimize communications over time.
Experimentation:
Develop and execute on the Growth Marketing team’s A/B testing program and performance reporting.
Data governance:
Build our data foundation alongside Data Management & Engineering, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Growth Product to ensure our data is analysis-ready and trustworthy. Build workflows, documentation, QA practices, and tooling that ensure our metrics are standardized across systems and campaigns.
Systems & technology stack:
Uplevel our data sophistication by designing and building at the systems level, leveraging AI in order to maximize scale and leverage.
What you will bring to the team:
4–6+ years in marketing & growth & analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar data-centric role.
Growth & marketing, B2C, B2B2C, and Product-led Growth subject matter expertise preferred but not required (e.g., customer funnel analytics, cohort and retention curves, channel attribution, lifecycle email/SMS/direct mail performance, targeting/segmentation, personalization)
Expertise in the modern data stack
.
Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and visualization tools
(e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with ESP/CRM event data (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar) is a strong plus.
Experience in experimentation & reporting
. Familiarity with A/B and incrementality test design, statistics, measurement, and optimization.
Analytical rigor and problem framing
. You turn a vague business question into the right analysis, define a defensible metric, and state your assumptions rather than jumping to a chart. You’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable using insight to drive decisions for a marketing audience and executives.
AI fluency
. Comfort with and excitement about harnessing AI agents to build analyses, design dashboards, and validate results.
Self-starter approach
with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, doing whatever is necessary to ensure company success. You thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic
startup environment.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Team
The UAE is one of our fastest-growing and most exciting markets. As Deliveroo continues to expand, we become a major revenue channel for partners across restaurant, grocery, and retail - aside from providing the best support, we are consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partners grow in their industry. Our Account Management team oversees partner relationships - they are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they're fun.
We are looking for a Retail Account Manager to join our UAE New Verticals Team. This is a great opportunity to become a critical member in one of the fastest-growing divisions at Deliveroo and drive impact across our most exciting vertical. 'Deliveroo Shopping' (Retail) covers a wide range of categories from gifts, electronics, beauty, and stationery to pet accessories.
The Role
In this role, you will manage relationships with a number of our top National and SMB Retail/Non-food partners across a small variety of categories. You will be responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and growing the partnerships as well as being the day-to-day contact between partners and Deliveroo, communicating their needs to internal teams. You will be helping new partners to launch and succeed on the platform and grow existing business on the Deliveroo platform, developing the ‘best in class’ value proposition for our customers within a new and exciting area of our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Manage the relationship of our top Retail/Non-food partners, becoming the expert in this space as we scale
Driving partner performance by owning your portfolio’s business growth through proactive reporting, weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and reviews, analysis, improvement projects, and identifying growth opportunities. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive change and devise solutions to ensure issues are addressed and your accounts continue to grow.
Managing marketing and promotional planning for our Retail/Non-Food partners as they scale on the platform.
Ensuring that we are developing an ongoing attractive value proposition for customers, including selection, promotions, pricing, and service levels.
Working closely with compliance, legal, and operations to ensure best practices
Owning the execution of site roll-outs as we scale the proposition, mapping our gaps in coverage for partner expansion
Representing Deliveroo across your partner’s organisation, and ensuring that our internal stakeholders are supporting where appropriate.
What You'll Need To Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
3-4 years of experience in an account management, business development/new business, or commercial role.
Experience in working within the Retail and/or Pharmacy industry is required
Experienced negotiator with the ability to drive mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo
Partner obsessed, with effective relationship building, organisation, and communication skills, whether face to face, through video, phone, or email.
Confident working with and analysing data - able to cut through the noise to understand what performance improvements will help grow your Retail partners, in order to make clear and actionable recommendations.
Able to create ideas and strategies to drive the growth of our joint business with our partners, with a willingness to trial at pace.
Collaborative team player who is able to get the best out of the people around you. Able to work effectively with all levels of Deliveroo.
Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company is preferable

WHY PRODUCT ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible. Langfuse has 35,000+ GitHub stars and our SDKs are downloaded more than a hundred million times per month. When you ship a new feature the community notices in GitHub issues, on X, and in our community channels.
Product engineers at Langfuse are the people who deliver new features end-to-end to our users. You own the product thinking from understanding the user problem to deciding what to build to shipping the solution.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers leveraging Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible product and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own features end-to-end: from talking to users, to writing the spec, to shipping the code and docs, to writing the changelog post https://langfuse.com/changelog with your name on it. To give you a sense: recent features a single engineer owned include the Langfuse for Agents https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-11-05-langfuse-for-agents release (new trace views, agent graphs, semantic span labels), the TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga rewrite on OpenTelemetry, and managing dashboards via API/CLI/MCP https://langfuse.com/changelog/2026-07-17-dashboard-and-widget-operations-in-api.
- Work across the full stack: and we mean full. Our surface area is wide: React frontend, Next.js backend, ClickHouse analytics, Python and TypeScript SDKs, public docs, Terraform modules, and more. You'll touch whatever the feature needs. One week you might be writing a new ClickHouse query for cost analytics, the next you're designing an SDK API, the next you're building a new rust worker for faster data processing.
- Talk to users constantly: jump on calls, respond in community channels, and route support requests. At Langfuse, support is how we build conviction about what to build next. Our handbook says it best: support by engineers is a core value proposition.
- Write public documentation about the features you own. At Langfuse, docs are product.
- Ship publicly during Launch Weeks: we've run four Launch Weeks https://langfuse.com/blog/2025-10-29-launch-week-4 so far, dropping a new feature every day for a week. Engineers present the features they built to the community.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who has built features or even entire products from scratch end-to-end
- Experience building and shipping user-facing products end-to-end, ideally in TypeScript/React and with exposure to data-intensive backends
- Someone who can manage projects themselves. You know how to develop strong conviction about what to build and how to ship it.
- Taste for great developer experience: you care about API design, UI details, and clear documentation
- Interest in open source software and genuine excitement about talking to developers about their problems
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with ClickHouse, analytics databases, or building complex data visualizations
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Contributions to popular open source projects
- ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're looking for a Commercial attorney to join our Legal team. Vercel's deal volume keeps climbing as the company grows, and we need someone who can close deals and build the systems that let the team close more of them, faster.
You'll partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. Beyond managing a busy deal pipeline, you'll use AI tools to improve processes, playbooks, and programs that boost efficiency and deal velocity as we scale. Depending on interest, you may also work on product development or other projects outside Commercial Legal.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Legal, Commercial, and be based in San Francisco with a 3-day/week in-office requirement.
What you'll do
Serve as the primary Legal contact for go-to-market and procurement deals, giving clear, practical advice to the teams involved
Independently manage and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, and reseller deals
Partner with cross-functional teams to build and improve contracting processes, playbooks, and tools, using AI to speed up deals and keep them consistent as we scale
Draft and maintain agreement templates, playbooks, and fallback positions
Advise on Vercel's regional expansion strategy
Contribute to other Legal work as needed, including supporting commercial deals in EMEA and APAC, or product, privacy, or security initiatives
What you need
Qualified and in good standing in California or another US jurisdiction
6+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years in-house commercial experience at a technology company (ideally AI, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS)
Familiar with US privacy regulations and comfortable discussing privacy issues with customers
Strong understanding of AI and cloud services and their global regulatory landscape, with a willingness to dig into Vercel's product offerings as they evolve
Experience using AI to build tools, workflows, and processes
Excellent judgment, strong risk assessment, and the ability to make pragmatic calls with imperfect information
Clear, concise communicator who can explain complex issues in plain language to a range of stakeholders
Proven ability to independently negotiate technology agreements with enterprise customers and vendors
Collaborative, low-ego team member willing to take on work of varying scope and visibility
Track record of building or meaningfully improving programs and processes at fast-paced, high-growth companies
Bonus if you have:
Used Vercel's products and services
Experience supporting channel and reseller partnerships
Fluency in other languages
