About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our B2B team and help us expand our presence and partner network across Thailand and the wider Asian market.
Your primary focus will be on business development and new partner acquisition — identifying potential clients, building relationships, expanding our local network, and creating new business opportunities for our B2B SaaS solutions for CFD and Binary brokerage operations.
This is a highly relationship-driven role. You will actively represent our company in the market, attend relevant industry events and conferences, meet potential partners face-to-face, organize business meetings, and develop relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and other potential strategic partners.
You will work closely with our international Business Development team to identify promising opportunities, introduce potential partners to our solutions, understand their business needs, and support them throughout the commercial process from the first introduction through negotiation and onboarding.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and commercially minded person who is comfortable networking, meeting new people, and actively creating business opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
Tasks
Identify and approach new potential B2B partners across Thailand and Asia
Build and continuously expand a strong local and regional business network
Attend conferences, expos, networking events, and private industry events
Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners
Generate new business opportunities and develop them into commercial partnerships
Build relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, and other relevant industry players
Represent the company and our B2B solutions professionally in the local market
Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Work closely with the international Business Development team on negotiations, presentations, and partner onboarding
Share local market insights, competitor intelligence, and emerging business opportunities with the team
Requirements
3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)
Flexible working hours
High autonomy in launching marketing campaigns and technical setups
All necessary tools for comfortable and efficient work
Corporate training
A friendly, supportive, and positive working environment where your data-driven decisions directly impact the product
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!
Note: All applications will be treated with strict confidence. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Backend Engineer on GitLab's Core DevOps team, you'll provide technical leadership across your team and adjacent teams. You'll lead large backend initiatives, guide the modernization of a large monolith into modular, reusable, appropriately independent systems, and set standards that help teams move faster without compromising quality, security, reliability, or operability.
You'll work with Product, Frontend, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Engineering Managers, and engineers across product groups. You'll lead complex backend architecture, make product trade-offs, and influence technical direction without formal authority.
GitLab is an open core software company that develops an artificial intelligence-powered DevSecOps platform. Our mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment where you communicate decisions clearly in writing and work independently.
What you’ll do
Lead the technical design and delivery of backend initiatives that span teams, and identify and remove systemic bottlenecks across product and infrastructure groups.
Drive modular backend, service, data, and platform architecture, including modernization of the monolith and legacy backends while preventing fragmentation and service sprawl.
Define and improve standards for application programming interfaces, contracts, compatibility, schema evolution, testing, security, performance, observability, operability, and maintainability.
Establish patterns for dependency management, data ownership, eventing, failure isolation, service maturity, and operational documentation.
Establish Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices where they matter to the production estate, and guide Rust adoption where it addresses systems, security, performance, or supply-chain needs.
Take part in on-call and incident response for systems your teams own, serve as a technical escalation point during complex incidents, and turn lessons from incidents into lasting improvements.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform roadmap decisions and investment trade-offs.
Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers, reduce technical debt, build reusable patterns that improve team throughput, and lead adoption of artificial intelligence-assisted and agentic workflows with quality, security, privacy, and operational guardrails.
What you’ll bring
A record of leading technical work across more than one team or a broad product area.
Deep backend architecture and production experience with complex applications, services, or platforms, including application programming interfaces, service platforms, data systems, modular monoliths, or shared backend components.
Experience modernizing a monolith or legacy backend architecture in production and using modular approaches such as bounded contexts, package encapsulation, ports and adapters, service extraction, or event-driven boundaries.
Experience building alignment through clear written proposals and decision records so teams document, understand, and adopt technical decisions.
Experience making trade-offs among customer outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, reliability, and long-term platform investment.
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review, documentation, and practice.
Production experience with artificial intelligence-assisted or agentic engineering workflows, including improving how a team adopts them.
About the team
The Core DevOps team owns core repository capabilities, from Git command-line operations to web-based code exploration. We build features and platforms, improve existing capabilities, and improve maintainability, accessibility, performance, and workflows for teams using artificial intelligence-assisted development tools.

At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
What You'll Do
We create premium AI short films and series that make people feel something. You'll be a key part of building this, producing daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro-dramas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each episode is 60-90 seconds of polished, character-driven storytelling that lives on someone's phone, often watched without sound.
You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI tools and deliberate creative craft. This means:
- Striking visuals that stop the scroll and draw the eye
- Believable characters who feel real, episode to episode
- Natural-sounding voices and carefully placed audio that works whether the sound is on or off
- Purposeful editing where every cut serves the story and the viewer's emotional journey
- Style in service of story—the look and feel should match the world and tone of the series
You'll move fast, but never at the expense of craft. Every frame should feel intentional
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of professional experience working with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation
- Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and how cuts guide audience attention
- Prompt engineering skills -ability to write precise, iterative prompts that yield the exact creative output you need
- Portfolio demonstrating completed AI-generated video work or traditional video edited to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and ship fast without constant creative direction
- Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices
It will be a plus:
- Experience in classic video production (films, TV series, shows)
- Understanding of dramaturgy and story construction
- The full cycle of AI video creation - from idea to final
- Experience working with short drama or creating AI content for TikTok / YouTube
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
3. Hire - if we align, we'll invite you to join our team for a test trial period.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, we'd be happy to negotiate your salary).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Hubstaff ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.

Grow With Us
We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can combine analytical thinking with strong customer relationships. You'll own the full customer lifecycle: from successful adoption and value realization through renewal and expansion opportunities. You should think strategically about what your customers need, use data to solve their problems, and own outcomes for your portfolio.
This is a full-time role based in Lehi with a hybrid work setup.

Become an expert in Workstream and your customers' business
Build deep understanding of how they manage hourly workforces, multi-location operations, and franchisee adoption

Use product usage data, customer activity, and financial signals to figure out what's working
Leverage CSM tools (Gainsight, Churn Zero, Totango, or similar) to get visibility into account health, adoption, and risk
When customers have complex challenges, identify them and work with Product, Support, and Sales to solve them
Run customer training, build content that helps them learn, and set them up to self-serve adoption where possible
Keep accurate account records and notes
Renewal & Retention (35%)
Own renewal conversations and drive renewal outcomes for your portfolio
Get ahead of at-risk accounts and develop recovery strategies based on understanding why customers churn

Give the internal team feedback on product gaps, where training breaks down, and process improvements
Use the renewal forecast to figure out where to focus your energy and effort
Key Metrics You Will Be Measured On
Renewal rate and NRR for your portfolio
Customer retention and churn
Customer engagement and health
CSQLs generated for Sales
Product adoption and usage
Who You Are
4–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar work where you've owned customer outcomes. You've managed a portfolio, built relationships, and moved the needle. Experience closing renewals is helpful.
You're analytical and strategic. You read customer data and understand what it means. You can look at a health scorecard and know what to do. You notice patterns: which segments are resilient, what kills adoption, where expansion lives.
You're good at discovery. You ask questions that matter, listen, and actually understand what your customers are trying to accomplish. You naturally uncover renewal risk, expansion signals, and feature requests.
You can handle complexity and ambiguity. You manage enterprise customers with real nuance - multi-location operators, franchisees, corporate partners. You know when to escalate, when to fix it yourself, when to loop in Product.
You're a clear communicator. You can explain complicated concepts in simple terms to customers and internally. Your account summaries and feedback are actually useful to the team.
You're organized and detail-oriented. You keep your accounts clean, track next steps, and follow through. You're comfortable with dashboards and CSM tools.
