About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Software Engineer to help build the technical foundation for how Anthropic educates customers and enterprises at scale, and to shape what that even means when AI is the delivery mechanism, not just the subject being taught.
Your work will define how millions of people experience learning about Claude: how content is served and adapted in real time, how assessments respond to what a learner actually understands, how credentialing systems verify genuine competence rather than course completion, and how the entire platform evolves as fast as the product it teaches. You'll build the infrastructure that makes AI-native education real — not as a concept, but as a working system that people interact with every day.
You’ll own the technical vision for our AI-driven educational experience: the platform layer, enterprise readiness features, the data architecture, the AI-augmented pipelines, the integrations, and the delivery systems. You'll work with a handful of highly technical educational collaborators to own the technical vision and execution for how Anthropic’s education team delivers educational experiences at scale, and you'll build the AI-augmented pipelines and platform capabilities that let a small team of educators operate with reach and responsiveness that would otherwise require an organization ten times larger.
This is an engineering role for someone who genuinely cares about how people learn. You'll make platform decisions that are deeply educational, and you need the judgment to make those decisions well, not just implement someone else's spec. You'll interface closely with Anthropic's security, infrastructure, and data teams, and you'll partner with trainers and educators on the GTM, devrel, and education teams who will be your primary stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Architect and own Anthropic’s enterprise ready education platform and infrastructure — authentication/SSO, learner data models, content delivery, credentialing, and progress tracking — designed for scale, AI-forward features, and reliability from day one
Own the technical vision for how Anthropic delivers AI-driven educational experiences and shaping what's possible, not just building what's requested. You’ll determine what to build, what to extend, and what to replace as needs evolve
Build AI-augmented pipelines for content generation, real-time adaptation, assessment delivery, and quality assurance — working closely with the education team to understand what these systems need to do pedagogically
Design platform capabilities that enable genuinely new kinds of empowering learning experiences — adaptive paths, competency-based progression, AI-evaluated demonstrations of skill — not just digital versions of traditional courses
Interface with Anthropic's security, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure education systems meet organizational standards and integrate cleanly with existing architecture
Build platform abstractions that let non-engineers on the team configure, extend, and experiment with educational experiences without engineering bottlenecks
Make product-level decisions about how the platform works — you're shaping what the learning experience is, not just serving it
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to take a platform from zero to production at scale
Genuine passion for education — you think about how people learn, you have opinions about what educational technology should look like in an AI-native world, and you want to build it
A strong eye for quality educational content, with a sense of the complex systems that produce it
Full-stack engineering skills with particular strength in backend systems: databases, APIs, authentication, reliability, and infrastructure
Experience building and operating platforms that serve many concurrent users reliably
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you'll need to translate pedagogical intent into technical architecture without heavy specification
Experience interfacing with security and infrastructure teams to meet organizational requirements while maintaining development velocity
A working practice of using AI tools in your own engineering workflows — and genuine curiosity about how AI fundamentally changes what educational platforms can be
Strong candidates may also have
Experience building or significantly contributing to learning platforms, credentialing systems, or educational technology products
Background in or exposure to learning science, instructional design, or educational research
Experience with SSO/identity (SAML, OAuth), badging standards (Open Badges), or LTI integrations
Familiarity with building systems that incorporate LLM capabilities as core infrastructure
Prior work at a high-growth company where you built platform infrastructure that other teams depended on
Experience designing systems that non-technical users configure and operate
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic is building the Applied AI team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Forward Deployed Engineers embed directly with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. As this practice grows, we need a founding leader to build and scale it.
As the first FDE Manager, you'll own the team that sits at the frontier of enterprise AI deployment. You'll hire and develop a high-performing team of FDEs, set the technical and operational bar for customer engagements, and build the playbooks that turn one-off successes into repeatable patterns. You'll work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers who own delivery logistics and stakeholder management, while you ensure your team is shipping quality code, growing technically, and representing Anthropic at the highest level in customer environments.
This is a player-coach role with a strong bias toward leadership. You'll stay close enough to the technical work to review architectures, debug production issues, and pair with your team when it matters — but your primary impact will come from the people you hire, the standards you set, and the culture you create. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape how Anthropic serves its most strategic customers, and your team's field insights will directly influence product direction.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from zero to one. You'll be defining what good looks like for FDE management at Anthropic — there is no existing playbook to follow.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers. Set a high bar for technical talent and customer instincts.
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide technical mentorship, and invest in the career growth of each team member. Create an environment where FDEs do the best work of their careers.
Staff and oversee customer engagements across your team's portfolio, making resource allocation decisions that balance customer needs, team development, and business priorities.
Collaborate with account teams and Engagement Managers during the pre-sales process to qualify engagements, scope work, and inform statements of work.
Review technical architectures and code produced by your FDEs, ensuring the team ships high-quality, production-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.
Stay hands-on enough to lead technical discovery sessions, prototype solutions, and debug complex issues alongside your team when needed.
Build repeatable playbooks, starter repositories, integration templates, and an internal knowledge base that captures what your team learns in the field.
Define team OKRs that tie to customer success outcomes and product adoption goals. Create operational cadences — standups, retros, engagement reviews — that keep the team aligned.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into product improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning.
Travel to customer sites as needed (25-50%), particularly during engagement kickoffs and for your team's highest-priority accounts.
You may be a good fit if you have
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing role such as forward deployed engineering or consulting.
2+ years of people management experience within a services/post-sales/FDE organization with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers.
Experience building organizations from 0->1, not just inheriting an existing one.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, including comfort navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Executive presence with the ability to move fluidly between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and hands-on debugging sessions with engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Genuine excitement about building something new and defining what great looks like for a team that doesn't yet exist.
Why this role matters
You'll be a founding leader of a team that defines how enterprises adopt and scale AI. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction, create reusable patterns for the broader customer base, and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation — all while advancing the responsible development of frontier AI systems.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We’re building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we’re growing our support team to ensure we can continue to provide delightful experiences for our users every day.
We're looking for creatives at heart that can pick up new tools fast, hold up under high ticket volume without losing quality and identify solutions vs. just clearing the queue. If that's you, read on!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work through a high volume of inbound support tickets across Free, Standard, Pro and Unlimited plans with speed and accuracy
- Handle escalations from our AI support layer with sharp judgement on what needs a human and what doesn't
- Identify patterns across tickets and proactively surface them to the product team- not just reporting, but also offering thoughtful recommendations based on what you're seeing
- Help identify opportunities to maintain or build self-service content: help docs, short-form videos, FAQs, etc.
- Engage with the Runway community on Discord and other forums
- Contribute directly to process improvements and automation, including building things yourself when the opportunity is there
- Triage complex technical issues for escalation to Enterprise support
- Live troubleshoot within the Runway platform as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You're already comfortable in tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk (or similar), Google Workspace and AI platforms
- Strong written communication: clear, direct, and thoughtful at volume
- A learn-by-failing mentality, when you hit something unfamiliar, you have an experimental mindset
- Natural curiosity about how products work, why users get confused, and what could be done better
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment- high ownership and high autonomy
- Data driven mindset: you notice patterns and know how to communicate them
- 1-3 years in customer support, operations, or technical role
- Expertise and/or interest in the creative space, AI or both
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful people in this role don't just keep up- they set the pace. They move through 60, 80, even 100+ tickets in a day without letting quality slip. They're reading the queue, not just clearing it. They notice what keeps surfacing and do something about it, a message to product, a doc, sometimes something they built themselves. They show up with ideas no one asked for yet.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About the role
As a Stock Manager, you lead the flow of materials, components, and finished goods across ICEYE's manufacturing operations, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support production. You will own inventory management, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics across multiple sites, working closely with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to keep materials moving efficiently through a fast-paced, rapidly scaling supply chain.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the search landscape shifts and our market gets more crowded, Help Scout is investing more than ever in paid and performance marketing to accelerate signups, expand brand awareness, and diversify how we reach customers.
It's an exciting time to be here. We've got a best-in-market product story, strong creative assets, and stellar copywriting. What we need now is a strategic owner to take our performance marketing motion from early-stage to a durable growth engine that fuels our self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted growth. You'll report to the VP of Marketing, setting and executing the strategy for how Help Scout invests in paid channels while building deep partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and company leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Own performance marketing strategy. Set the quarterly and long-term strategy for how paid, lifecycle, and conversion work together to hit the signups number, defining what's needed from each channel and building the plan B when something's off. You'll be the person leadership turns to for the full picture of paid performance.
- Move Help Scout upmarket. Own iteration of ad copy, creative, bidding strategy, and budget allocation across paid search and display, and set the bar for how we drive both our horizontal motion for volume and our vertical motion for larger deals.
- Build the business case for new channels. Identify and evaluate new channel investments, paid social, affiliate, direct mail, OOH, and drive alignment with leadership on where to place new bets and how to measure them.
- Partner on pipeline outcomes. Work closely with Sales and RevOps to connect paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just top-of-funnel volume, and make sure channel investment decisions reflect what's actually converting downstream.
- Partner to grow organic and paid in harmony. Work with content, social, SEO, and AEO to make sure paid and organic acquisition reinforce each other rather than compete for the same ground.
- Represent Help Scout's performance marketing point of view. Bring an informed perspective on where the paid landscape is heading, and use that expertise to keep Help Scout ahead of a crowded, competitive market.
- Own our presence in AI-driven discovery. As search shifts toward AI overviews and LLM-based answers, you'll define how Help Scout shows up in that landscape alongside traditional paid and organic search.
- Shape the future of the function. This is currently an individual contributor role with agency support. You'll build the roadmap for what performance marketing needs to look like over the next 12-18 months, including where headcount should come in as the motion scales.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, including experience owning strategy for a B2B SaaS company.
- You have significant experience in paid/performance marketing, with a track record of owning strategy for B2B SaaS companies – not just executing campaigns.
- You're an expert across paid channels and know the search landscape and the benchmarks that matter (PPC, CPM, ROAS), and you can identify which channels and investments matter most for the business right now.
- You have a scrappy, results-driven mindset. You're comfortable working with ambiguity, a modest budget, and a lean marketing team, and you know how to out-creative the competition while also spending in the right way to drive results.
- You have strong analytical skills, with deep experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms, and you know how to turn data into a clear recommendation for leadership.
- You know how to run rapid experimentation and adapt strategy based on what the data tells you – and you have a plan B ready before you need it.
- You use AI tools daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, or scale of what you delivered.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, know how to communicate and build relationships across a remote, async organization, and can present insights and strategy to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: you have experience managing an agency and/or direct reports to execute a paid marketing strategy.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
dbt Fusion is building the next generation of data execution and connectivity infrastructure, enabling dbt workloads to run efficiently across diverse compute engines and data platforms. As a Senior Engineer on the Fusion Adapters and Connectivity team, you’ll design and ship core abstractions powering how dbt communicates with execution systems — leveraging Rust, Go, Arrow, and emerging open standards. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of systems programming, database internals, and high-visibility open-source development. Your work will shape a foundational platform leveraged across the dbt ecosystem and the broader data community.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain Rust-first connectivity layers, execution APIs, and adapter scaffolding.
Partner with teams building the dbt compiler, semantic layer, and runtime to evolve adapter interfaces and system boundaries.
Contribute to Arrow/ADBC and other open-source specifications or implementations, strengthening the data ecosystem.
Own CI, testing frameworks, profiling, error reporting surfaces, and release readiness for Fusion adapters.
Debug complex interoperability and performance issues across drivers, engines, and compute domains.
Collaborate with internal and community maintainers to review PRs, write RFCs, and evolve public code architectures.
Mentor engineers on systems best practices and contribute to shared patterns around resilience, debuggability, and API clarity.
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong programming background in Rust, Go, C++ or similar performance-oriented languages.
Experience designing or maintaining SDKs, libraries, connectors, or compute/data integration codebases.
Exposure to data warehouses, query engines, Arrow/columnar ecosystems, or execution runtimes.
A desire to build foundational platform components that other teams and community members rely on.
Comfort working in public code review loops, async-first communication, and collaborative RFC processes.
A mindset grounded in debuggability, reliability, and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
Contributed to or interacted with Arrow, ADBC, DuckDB, Presto, DataFusion, Spark, ClickHouse, or similar engines.
Experience shaping adapter/plugin standards, driver contracts, or architectural interfaces used by others.
Familiarity with Rust async ecosystems (tokio, tower, tracing) or Go concurrency practices.
Prior OSS governance experience — triaging issues, reviewing PRs, or working with community maintainers.
An interest in building developer-experience layers or scaffolding frameworks for adapter authors.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience in software engineering, with strong systems-level skills.
2+ years working in open-source, SDK, runtime, or low-level integration environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / related field or equivalent experience through industry OSS contributions.
