ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Analyst, Underwriting Quality Control (QC) will establish and continually improve a consistent, risk-based quality control framework for work completed by Underwriters. The role will build on existing QC practices and tools, tailoring them to the Underwriting lifecycle, products, risk decisions and operating model.
The role provides an objective, evidence-led check that underwriting assessments and outcomes are complete, consistent, appropriately documented and aligned with internal policy, procedures and applicable requirements. It will turn review results into clear management information, actionable feedback, targeted training and measurable improvements in underwriting quality.
This is a hands-on role. The Senior Analyst will conduct QC reviews, maintain the framework and reporting, follow findings through to verified remediation, and work with Underwriters and leaders to address recurring gaps. The role reports to the Director of Underwriting and influences quality across the function without replacing the Underwriter’s decision-making accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUILD AND OWN THE QC FRAMEWORK
- Assess existing QC materials, controls, data and workflows; identify what should be retained, improved or introduced for Underwriting.
- Design, document and implement an Underwriting-specific QC framework, including scope, risk-based sampling, review cadence, test scripts, scoring and severity definitions, evidence standards, escalation routes, dispute handling, calibration and remediation expectations.
- Tailor testing to the relevant underwriting stages, products, merchant and business models, risk tiers and applicable regional requirements.
- Define practical service levels and ownership for review, feedback, acknowledgement, remediation, re-review and closure, agreeing these with Underwriting leadership.
- Establish appropriate governance and records so that QC decisions and remediation are traceable and ready for internal or external review.
PERFORM AND CALIBRATE QC REVIEWS
- Review completed underwriting cases and test whether the case record is complete, and appropriately documented. Depending on case scope, this may include business model products, services and geographies; ownership, control and beneficial ownership; company and identity evidence; KYC/KYB and screening outcomes; licences and regulatory status; financial and operational evidence and accurate system records.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, stale or insufficient evidence, and opportunities to improve decision quality.
DRIVE REMEDIATION AND CONSTRUCTIVE CHALLENGE
- Communicate findings promptly, clearly and fairly to the relevant Underwriter and manager, with evidence and an actionable explanation of what needs to change.
- Track acknowledgement, corrective action and deadlines; proactively chase overdue responses and escalate unresolved or repeat issues.
- Work with Underwriters and leaders to understand root causes and ensure remediation addresses the underlying issue, not only the individual case.
REPORTING, INSIGHT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Produce regular, accurate QC reporting for Underwriting leadership, with clear commentary on coverage, pass and defect rates, severity, recurring themes, remediation status, turnaround and trends by relevant team, workflow, product or risk segment.
- Support internal audit, Compliance, Risk and other assurance requests by providing accurate QC records and explaining methodology and outcomes.
BUILD UNDERWRITING CAPABILITY
- Identify capability gaps from QC findings and partner with Underwriting leaders and relevant subject-matter experts to design and deliver focused training, coaching and practical guidance.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
The ideal candidate is a rigorous and constructive quality professional who can build a practical control framework, apply it consistently and influence experienced Underwriters. They combine sound KYC/KYB judgement with strong analytical and reporting skills, confidence in following through on remediation, and the ability to turn case-level observations into improvements across a regional operation.
ESSENTIAL
- Significant experience in underwriting, merchant due diligence, AML/KYC/KYB, onboarding, financial crime operations, quality control, quality assurance or a related risk function within financial services, payments or fintech.
- Practical understanding of UK and EEA due diligence requirements, with familiarity across the US, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia and New Zealand; ability to recognise jurisdictional differences and escalate interpretation questions appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement or materially improve a QC, QA, control testing or file review framework.
- Strong reporting and data skills, including spreadsheets, pivot tables and clear management reporting; experience with Looker dashboard or business intelligence tools is an advantage. Use of AI is a plus.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the persistence to chase remediation and escalate overdue or repeat issues appropriately.
- Experience delivering training or coaching based on quality control findings.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct exposure to underwriting or due diligence in a merchant acquiring setting.
- Familiarity with case management and CRM tools, dashboard platforms.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; recognised AML, financial crime or compliance qualifications (for example ACAMS or ICA) are beneficial but not mandatory.

Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
Self-serve is where the majority of our customers start their journey, and the Growth team owns that journey end to end.
This role owns the self-serve
existing business
: once a customer converts to paid, the account is yours - through every stage of its lifecycle, as it adopts more of the platform, grows its usage, and deepens its reliance on Fin.
Your mandate is to grow the value of the self-serve base: drive expansion, strengthen retention, and accelerate adoption of Fin and our newest products across thousands of paying customers. You'll own a book of business, a roadmap, and a cross-functional motion that spans product, lifecycle, data, and go-to-market. It's a rare Growth remit with a clear number to move and a lot of room to build the motions that move it.
What will I be doing?
Own the self-serve existing business book.
Own the remit end to end - from the moment a customer converts to the point they renew, expand, or leave - and be accountable for the net growth of that book.
Grow Fin adoption.
Get more customers using our AI Agent across the existing base, and help the customers who already use it automate more of their support.
Defend and expand.
Build the retention and expansion motions that grow the book - combining in-product experiences, lifecycle messaging, and a data/signal layer that flags which accounts need attention and when.
Connect self-serve and sales.
Design smooth, well-defined handovers between self-serve and sales in both directions, so the right customers get the right motion.
Fix the key journeys.
Partner with core product teams to remove friction on the journeys that matter most to self-serve customers - onboarding and activation, Fin setup and go-live, plan changes and expansion, billing and plan management.
Land new products & features.
Drive attach and adoption of new products & features across the self-serve base.
Understand the customer.
Deeply understand the customers you're serving through research, data, and direct interactions, and turn that understanding into a clear, prioritised roadmap you communicate to build alignment.
Build and ship.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ideate, build, and ship solutions, and leverage AI to increase your efficiency and accelerate product development.
Measure impact.
Evaluate impact through quantitative and qualitative measures, own product quality, and model our company values and R&D principles in how you lead.
What skills do I need?
There is no minimum years of experience, and no need to have held the PM title. We care about your impact, drive, and potential - former founders, strategy & operations leaders, and consultants are as welcome as career PMs. The common thread is end-to-end ownership of a problem and the outcomes that follow. We'll be looking for evidence you've applied and grown these skills:
Growth and lifecycle expertise.
You've owned retention, expansion, adoption, or monetisation for a self-serve or product-led business, and you know how to move those numbers.
Sharp customer focus and problem framing.
You get to the real customer problem through research, data, and direct conversations before deciding what to build.
Strong data fluency.
You're comfortable working with funnels, cohorts, and customer signals to find opportunity, size it, and measure impact - and you make decisions from evidence, not instinct.
Compelling roadmaps.
You build and communicate a roadmap that makes the what, when, and why obvious to everyone who needs to align behind it.
Excellent product judgment.
You balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints, and you know what to ship now versus later.
Cross-functional leadership.
You drive outcomes across product, design, engineering, data, lifecycle marketing, CS, and sales - influencing teams you don't own.
AI fluency.
You understand how LLMs and AI agents work well enough to assess feasibility, make informed product decisions, and use AI to accelerate your own work.
Outcome-oriented.
You define success clearly, share progress openly, and hold yourself to measurable impact.

Senior Backend Engineer
As a Senior Backend Engineer on our Cloud Cost and Capacity capability, you'll build the internal software that helps us understand, attribute, and plan the cloud infrastructure that runs GitLab.com. You'll turn Google Cloud billing and usage data into pipelines, attribution models, and applications that help service owners understand what they consume and spend, plan reservations, and prevent capacity shortages.
You'll be the first engineer dedicated to this capability, setting the technical direction and building the foundations a growing team will extend. You'll treat cloud cost and capacity as one roadmap, choosing the architecture, data models, and tools that let service owners manage their usage and spending.
What you'll do
Build data pipelines that turn Google Cloud billing exports and Cloud Monitoring telemetry into a clean, queryable picture of fleet usage and utilization in BigQuery.
Attribute shared cost and usage across Google Kubernetes Engine clusters to the teams and services that drive them, using foundations such as OpenCost and Google Kubernetes Engine cost allocation.
Develop capacity and demand tooling that profiles infrastructure needs by machine family and region to support reservation planning and prevent capacity shortages.
Ship internal applications that let engineers and budget owners see and act on their cloud footprint, replacing manual snapshots and spreadsheets with software.
Establish the data models, services, and engineering standards that future team members will extend, and help shape technical direction and hiring as we grow.
Partner with Finance, product teams, service owners, and infrastructure engineers to turn their needs into technical designs.
Use artificial intelligence in your daily engineering workflow to improve efficiency and outcomes, as we expect of all GitLab team members.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you'll bring
A track record of designing and shipping production backend services that you've owned end to end, beyond operating existing systems.
Strong structured query language (SQL) skills with large datasets, experience building and maintaining data pipelines and models, and comfort working with cloud billing and usage data.
Working knowledge of a major cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud, including compute services, Kubernetes, and pricing and billing models.
Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language for tooling and pipelines. We value your ability to build and ship over mastery of a single language; Go and Python suit this work, and we use Ruby across our product code.
The ability to break a new problem into milestones and drive it to production with light direction, communicating clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Helpful, not required: OpenCost, Kubecost, or Google Kubernetes Engine cost allocation; cloud financial management (FinOps) practices or certification; cost or capacity modeling, forecasting, or anomaly detection; Terraform; Looker, Looker Studio, or Grafana; founding engineering work; or artificial intelligence in engineering workflows.
About the team
We're part of the Cloud Cost Utilization team within Infrastructure Platforms, working with Fleet Management. We partner with Finance, product teams, service owners, and infrastructure engineers as our service-ownership model matures. You'll work with us asynchronously, using clear written communication to turn our partners' needs into technical designs.

Measurable Value:
Directly influence partner pipeline velocity, quota achievement, productive utilization targets, and strategic Management by Objectives (MBOs).

About the role
Tabby answers its customers in public every day, on X, Instagram, Facebook, app stores and review platforms. This role owns our support presence on those channels: the pages customers come to with a problem, and what they find when they get there.
Marketing owns Tabby’s brand accounts and brand image, and has its own social media people. Your remit is how Tabby serves customers in public.
Our Social Media support team in KSA is around 16 people. Operations managers and team leaders run it day to day, including the queue, the shifts and agent performance. Your side of it is the voice we use, the content we publish, the community we build around our customers, and how support handles a public flare-up.
Saudi Arabia is your main market. You will also cover the UAE as a second market.
We want a Saudi national with first-hand knowledge of the local conversation: the platforms, the humour, the references, and what makes a brand credible here.
Key Responsibilities
What you will own
Tone of voice and the standard for public replies, in Arabic and English. You write the standard, keep it current, and check that what customers see matches it.
Proactive content: FAQs, explainers, announcements and how-to material covering payments, limits, disputes and how to reach us. Recurring problems get a public answer.
A support community: a place where Tabby posts first and customers come to ask their questions.
How we show up in public ratings and reviews: app stores, Trustpilot, review platforms, sentiment and share of voice on service topics. You track it, decide how we respond, and organise the team to deliver those responses.
The support side of incidents and public flare-ups: what our channels say, when, and in what words, agreed with Marketing, Legal and Compliance.
Reporting on how Tabby support is delivered in public, with recommendations the business can act on.
Passing what customers say in public into Customer Experience and Product.
What you will share with others
Quality of public replies. You set the standard, the Quality team measures against it, and team leaders drive it with their agents. Scoring and appraisals stay with the operations line.
Agent skill on tone and public writing. You build the material and run the sessions.
The content calendar with Marketing. You are the Customer Experience counterpart and keep support and campaigns aligned.
What sits outside this role
Queue management, scheduling, SLAs, productivity, headcount, agent appraisals and discipline sit with the operations managers and team leaders. Brand accounts, brand campaigns and brand image sit with Marketing. Regulatory rules sit with Compliance. Tool selection and procurement sit with CRM and IT.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required skills, knowledge and expertise
Saudi national, based in Riyadh.
Native Arabic with strong writing ability. English good enough for day-to-day work with an English-speaking leadership team.
4+ years in social media, community or content for a consumer brand with high public volume.
A portfolio of posts and replies you wrote and published yourself. We will ask you to walk us through it.
Fluency in the local conversation: platforms, memes, references and the events people are reacting to.
Cultural and political awareness, with the judgement to keep Tabby out of trouble when a public topic turns sensitive.
Experience handling a wave of public complaints as the person answering for the company.
Social listening and performance reporting with Sprinklr, Lucidya, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite or equivalent.
The ability to set a standard and get people who do not report to you to follow it.
Preferred qualifications
Fintech or financial services background. You should pick up BNPL and credit cards without product training.
Experience building a support community or forum.
Experience working alongside a customer support operation.
Experience across both the Saudi and UAE markets.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
Benefits
A working environment where the quality of your work shapes your career trajectory.
Employee Stock Options Program (ESOP).
Medical & Social Insurance.
Flexi Perks: Monetary benefit for health, well-being, or professional development.
AI Subscription Allowance of up to 250$

Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGE
100% of successful companies had an extraordinary team. To recruit this team, all Alaners can be involved, and at the center of this effort is the Talent Community.
As Alan enters the Armenian market, we need to build a strong team on the ground, fast, without lowering the bar. As our recruiter in Armenia, you will have a massive impact on Alan's talent density there.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION
You'll drive hiring streams end to end in Armenia, working with the Alaners (your colleagues!) who hire and interview, and teach them how to be great recruiters. You move fast, with a lot of ownership.
Practical examples
Build
- Build the hiring engine for Armenia: sourcing channels, candidate experience and the way we assess talent.
- Lead projects that improve how we hire at Alan, with full ownership of the outcome.
- Keep a high bar: say no when a profile isn't right, and offer a great experience to every candidate.
Run
- Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, closing.
- Get your hands dirty with sourcing and outreach (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, creative channels).
- Monitor the progress of hiring campaigns with data (funnel, conversion, time to hire) and suggest solutions to unblock situations.
Grow
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers, so they become better recruiters.
- Share what you learn in Armenia with the global Talent Community.
WHAT'S EXPECTED IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS
- Take ownership of several hiring streams in Armenia, [engineering as a priority].
- Build a repeatable process and a strong employer presence for Alan in the local market.
- Track the funnel, and improve it step by step.
⭐️ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
What you bring
- Ideally 4+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech or startup environments, preferably as a tech recruiter. A generalist with a great brain is welcome too.
- A proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and expert sourcing skills
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate talent at scale
- A data-driven approach (metrics, funnel optimisation, A/B testing) and experience with modern ATS tools
- Project management skills to drive improvements in hiring processes
- Fluent English (required).
Who you are
- Grit: you love winning and hate losing, and you're tenacious on hard-to-fill roles.
- Curious: you have an immense curiosity, and mix with the Communities to deeply understand what they need.
- Humble: you question yourself constantly and are eager to learn.
- Service-oriented: you have a highly developed sense of service to candidates and hiring teams.
- Autonomous: you drive hiring streams independently while collaborating well.
- Adaptable: you're comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be based in Yerevan, or open to relocating there.

- Fair rewards: equity package complement your base salary (permanent contracts only).
- Top equipment: MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor and noise-cancelling headphones.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.
