About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Lease Accounting to join our Infrastructure Accounting team. In this role, you will execute day-to-day accounting for Anthropic's infrastructure lease portfolio — the leased assets underpinning our recently announced $50bn investment in American computing infrastructure. As we continue our rapid growth, you will help ensure the operational scalability and financial accuracy of the core functions that enable Anthropic's research and commercial success.
This is an opportunity to be at the heart of one of the fastest-scaling companies in the industry, and to shape how Anthropic's growing lease portfolio is accounted for and understood across the business.
You will own end-to-end accounting for Anthropic's infrastructure lease portfolio, working closely with cross-functional partners across Data Center Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Legal. You'll apply deep technical accounting expertise under ASC 842, and help build the processes, controls, and systems that let this function scale.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end accounting for one of Anthropic's AI infrastructure lease portfolio, including monthly close, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and flux analysis
Apply technical accounting expertise to complex infrastructure arrangements under ASC 842 (lease classification, measurement, modifications, embedded leases, and reassessments)
Partner with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance teams during contract negotiation and execution to ensure accounting implications are understood before commitments are made
Serve as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders — explaining the financial statement impact of their decisions in clear, simple terms they can act on
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the quality of upstream data pipelines from operational and contract systems
Design and scale systems, processes, and controls to support a rapidly growing lease portfolio
Collaborate with and mentor accounting professionals across the Infrastructure Accounting team
Serve as a key point of contact with external auditors on lease accounting matters
Drive process improvements and automation, including leveraging AI tooling, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
Minimum qualifications
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
Possess strong technical accounting knowledge of ASC 842, particularly as applied to infrastructure, data center, or compute-related arrangements
Have experience managing a significant lease portfolio in a high-growth environment
Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large, complex datasets
Have a track record of improving scalable financial processes in fast-moving environments
Have experience mentoring and developing accounting professionals
Are adept at translating technical accounting concepts into financial implications for non-finance stakeholders
Communicate clearly and influence effectively across cross-functional partners
Have experience partnering with engineering, infrastructure, or operations teams to improve financial reporting and cost transparency
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with operational experience at technology or infrastructure-heavy companies
Experience at hyperscalers, large compute consumers, or data center operators with exposure to infrastructure lease structures (including colocation, dark fiber IRUs, and compute / equipment leases)
Experience with lease accounting software at scale
SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large infrastructure and accounting datasets
Background in Big 4 accounting or advisory services combined with industry experience
Experience with complex data center buildouts or hybrid cloud / on-premise environments
Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and associated cost structures
Experience applying AI tooling (including Claude) to accounting processes, memo drafting, or close automation
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in rapidly changing environments

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Location: United States
Workplace: Remote
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Federal/Public Sector to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with civilian, defense, and intelligence community agencies, guiding them through demos, architecture discussions, and proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value for both human developers and the AI coding agents working alongside them, often inside classified or air-gapped networks.
This is not a scripted-demo-only role. You are equally comfortable running a deep technical proof-of-concept inside a disconnected or classified environment and stepping back to translate a technical win into a business case a federal decision-maker will act on. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by winning deals the right way, and capable of bringing the voice of the agency back into how Coder builds and sells.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the technical relationship with agency prospects through pre-sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win
- Lead or support post-sales relationships and renewals when needed
- Demo the Coder platform from the developer, administrator, and AI agent workflow perspectives, including in classified and air-gapped settings
- Install Coder on cloud (including GovCloud) and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, up to and including air-gapped and disconnected networks
- Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value, including for agentic and LLM-powered development workflows, and accelerate deals
- Evolve into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, agentic AI development, and their impact on mission delivery
- Serve as the agency’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product
- Log feature requests and issues in our public/private Git repositories
- Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components during evaluation, including within classified networks
- Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required at time of hire; U.S. citizenship required
- Physically based in the DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area, with ability to travel to customer sites as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tooling, ideally into federal, defense, or intelligence community customers
- Experience with AI tooling at both the user level and infrastructure level, including coding agents and assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as LLM infrastructure such as model proxies and LLM routing layers (e.g. LiteLLM), and the ability to speak credibly to how agencies evaluate and adopt them, including in classified environments
- Strong customer-facing skills that win trust with technical stakeholders and program offices
- Ability to translate technical hurdles into mission value in real time
- Understand agentic AI software development use cases and advocate passionately where appropriate
- Comfortable leading architecture demos and deep-dive troubleshooting sessions in secure, restricted-access environments
- Deep Linux fundamentals and comfort at the command line
- 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or on-prem/air-gapped Kubernetes deployments
- 3+ years with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Solid grasp of networking: ingress controllers, proxies, load balancers, and operating within DoD/IC network boundaries
- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You can walk into an ambiguous agency conversation, diagnose the real technical, security, and mission blockers, and design a proof-of-concept that proves value fast, even inside a classified network.
- You translate deep technical fluency, including on agentic and LLM-based development workflows, into a business case that resonates with program managers, security officers, and mission owners alike.
- Agencies leave your demos and PoCs with a clear, credible picture of how Coder fits their environment, their developers, and their AI agents, without compromising their security posture.
- You are as invested in winning the account the right way as you are in closing the current deal; you spot risks early, whether technical, security, or procedural, and loop in the right people.
- Your field experience feeds back into product and marketing, sharpening how Coder demos and sells into the public sector.
BONUS TACOS
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Prior military, intelligence community, or federal civilian service background
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, or ATO processes
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

- Strong organizational leadership: hiring, career pathing, and building succession depth across a multi-manager org that currently has real single-point-of-failure risk.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, transformation-in-progress environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of team-based technical architecture and engineering practices: repo management, CI/CD, code review standards, test/regression discipline, etc.
- Experience managing a technically mixed org (engineers, data engineers, and platform/systems administrators) and successfully raising the technical bar of the admin-facing work over time.
- Data-first orientation focused on data architecture and flow
- Strong working fluency in modern, event-based, service-oriented architectures using server-side JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js http://node.js within a primarily serverless AWS environment.
- Deep experience with REST / GraphQL API architectures, relevant authorization strategies including OAUTH and JWT.
- Familiarity with data engineering fundamentals and infrastructure including SQL, Python, dbt / data modeling, pipeline orchestration, batch vs near-real time ETLs and reverse ETLs, medallion architectures.
- Experience with IaC platforms (e.g. Terraform) for DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
Nice to have experience:
- Modern AI-centric engineering workflows and practices.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building autonomous AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with graph theory and databases, especially as a context layer for Ai co-pilots, workflows and agents.

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

The Engineering and Business Systems team works collaboratively across Chainalysis’ Business Automation, Data and Systems organization to ensure that core business systems and platforms enable business policies and operational processes. Our job is to empower employees to do their best work by building the foundational systems and data products that drive business decisions and processes while accelerating Chainalysis’ growth.
As the Director, Business Systems & Platform Engineering, you’ll be at the forefront of positioning our technical teams to thrive in an AI-driven shift to headless, API and MCP-driven business systems architectures. You’ll own the integrated technical roadmap for building out the technology architecture as well as the underlying administration and engineering practices. The ideal candidate brings strong software and data engineering leadership depth and can ramp quickly on the GTM and Finance systems domain. The role will lead a small organization that encompasses platform engineering, data engineering, integration engineering and systems administration.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead the systems and engineering org through a shift from a traditional IT and admin-centric org to one centered around platform and data engineering.
- Own the technical architecture, design, and delivery roadmap across business systems, enterprise data and integrations.
- Directly manage and grow systems and engineering-track managers and direct reports including technical mentorship and career pathing.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and codify standards, style guides, workflows, ceremonies and other engineering and systems practices into a single, coherent operating model that leverages AI and agentic processes.
- Partner with colleagues in Product, Success and Program Management to prioritize and deliver the BADaS roadmap by translating business, process and product requirements into technical scope, staffing, and sequencing decisions.
- Act as the internal technical counterpart to vendors and partners, including reviewing architecture proposals, approving technical designs, and owning technical builds.
- Own security, RBAC, and data-governance posture of BADaS platforms, especially from an audit and access-control risk perspective.
- Partner with engineering leaders across Chainalysis on best practices and to leverage platforms, components, solutions and code-bases that already exist.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or data engineering, including 4+ years managing engineers and engineering managers.
- Strong organizational leadership: hiring, career pathing, and building succession depth across a multi-manager org that currently has real single-point-of-failure risk.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, transformation-in-progress environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of team-based technical architecture and engineering practices: repo management, CI/CD, code review standards, test/regression discipline, etc.

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have strived to create the strongest and most effective developer tools in the world. Today, we are evolving beyond standalone tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.
AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift brings challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone, challenges that involve governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordination between humans and autonomous agents.
The
JetBrains Platform team (JCP)
is building the foundation that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. The platform is both deeply integrated with JetBrains products and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
We’re now looking for an experienced
Software Engineer
to join an identity management and access team in JCP. The team owns several services responsible for authentication and authorization, as well as for managing organizations, user memberships, groups, and workspaces. All these form a foundational dependency for the rest of the platform. We also supply and support robust authentication components used by YouTrack, IDE Services, License Vault, Qodana, and other JetBrains products.
In this role, you will:
Own the entire SDLC: codebase, architecture, and operations
Maintain and evolve the services in Kotlin and a little bit of Go, ensuring reliability and performance as the platform grows
Design and implement new features across the identity, organization, membership, group, and workspace domains
Review and integrate PRs from other platform teams
Manage integrations with other JCP platform components and connected applications
We will be happy to have you on our team if you:
Have 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin
Know how to approach performance problems on JVM and Postgres
Are experienced in building and operating SaaS production services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment
Can fluently navigate a modern devops stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
Have a track record of taking over and improving existing production services
Nice to have:
Prior experience with identity management protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or SCIM 2.0
If you have designed and evolved domain models for organizational or identity systems
Cybersecurity experience: estimating risks, recognizing common vulnerability antipatterns, and promoting best SSDLC practices
Hands-on experience with Go
Why join JetBrains?

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About GiveDirectly in the DRC
GiveDirectly DRC was established in 2018 to enable cash transfers to poor and rural populations via mobile phones, thereby promoting food security, poverty reduction, and financial inclusion. We aimed to demonstrate the operational feasibility and cost-effectiveness of transferring large volumes of money digitally in one of the world's least developed countries. Since its inception four years ago, GiveDirectly DRC has used mobile phones to transfer over $14 million to more than 65,000 beneficiaries in four provinces: South Kivu, North Kivu, Ituri, and Kinshasa.
GiveDirectly's activities in the DRC have expanded to include, among other things: compelling proofs of concept for mobile-based cash transfers; and the implementation of innovative technologies to target disadvantaged urban populations in Kinshasa, in collaboration with the DRC's social protection agency, the DRC Social Fund. The delivery of contactless cash to beneficiaries in Beni and Bunia affected by the economic consequences of COVID-19. You will be joining Give Directly DRC at an exciting time in its history, as we are establishing and hope to launch several new programs and strengthen our partnership with the DRC government.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Operations (DRC), you'll build and lead the operational backbone behind GiveDirectly's programs in the country. You'll direct the support services team end-to-end — HR, logistics, procurement, and administration — while managing a team of managers. You'll design a procurement strategy that keeps goods and services flowing efficiently and reliably across provinces, own fleet and logistics management as the program scales, and manage the operational budget with an eye for efficiency. You'll also support the Country Director on HR strategy — recruitment, training, and performance — and design the systems needed for a much larger footprint across provinces, from procurement to digital tools that improve scalability.
This is a role for someone who can build systems as readily as they can lead people, and who's energized by both strategic design and the operational details that make it real on the ground.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the DRC support services team end-to-end — HR, logistics, procurement, administration, and office management — including direct oversight of managers
Develop and drive a procurement strategy ensuring efficient, compliant, and resilient sourcing across provinces, and own fleet and logistics management as the program scales
Manage the operational budget, forecasting and driving efficiency across procurement, logistics, and administrative spend
Support the Country Director on HR strategy — recruitment, training, performance management, and talent density — through oversight of the HR function
Design systems and processes to support a much larger footprint across provinces, anticipating future needs and identifying AI and digital opportunities to improve scalability
Coach and develop support services managers to build operational excellence beyond individual contribution
Maintain a compliance and operational risk register, and lead internal spot checks, audit preparedness, and action plans in partnership with Finance and Internal Audit
Own donor reporting, budget tracking, and donor visit coordination, and serve as the primary point of contact between the Country Office and GSS on operational and compliance matters
Own the Operational Knowledge Base and lead onboarding, training, and localization of materials as the team grows
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (management, administration, finance, or related); a master's degree is an asset
Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of transforming informal systems into structured, compliant, and scalable ones, including direct oversight of managers
Strong financial and budget management skills, with experience managing an operational budget
Proven experience maintaining a risk register and working closely with internal/external audit functions
Experience developing and coaching managers, with comfort delegating execution while retaining accountability for results
Strong digital fluency, with experience using and training teams on multiple platforms (Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Guru, Slack)
Familiarity with international NGO standards and donor compliance frameworks
Experience navigating the DRC's complex legal environment, including labor law and immigration requirements
Strong alignment with
GiveDirectly's values
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate fluently in English and French with high level stakeholders
Professional proficiency in French and English required; knowledge of Congolese Swahili and/or Lingala is an asset

Base Salary:
$94,500

About the Role
As Senior Manager, Programs (DRC), you'll help bring GiveDirectly's programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo to life — owning their end-to-end execution, from operational design to on-the-ground delivery. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving: designing systems that work, catching risks before they escalate, and using data to drive continuous improvement. You'll also lead people, managing a team of managers and field staff, while partnering closely with the Program Director and Country Director to shape what comes next. What You’ll Do:
Develop detailed project management plans for all our programs and drive them through successful end-to-end execution
Design operational models for new programs — including targeting, payments, and customer service — and define, monitor, and report on key operational and efficiency indicators
Identify operational vulnerabilities, such as fraud or reputational risk, and implement mitigation solutions aligned with the risk framework set by the Program Director
Analyze program-level data to diagnose the causes of underperformance and drive continuous quality improvement
Partner with Tech and Data teams to design surveys and ensure data integrity in Salesforce
Directly manage a team of managers, with oversight of field teams and call centre at multiple levels
Support the Program Director and Country Director in scoping new programs, including operational feasibility and risk assessment.
Manage partner relationships with key operational partners with oversight of scoping, contracting and ensuring the terms of our agreements are respected.
Develop materials for engagement with donors and other external stakeholders in order to represent our work externally.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience managing and implementing programs within international NGOs or a comparable operational environment; experience in cash or money transfer programming is an asset
Work experience in the DRC, or strong knowledge of the DRC context, is highly desirable
Experience in team management, including recruitment, team building, and development
Strong analytical thinking, with a proven ability to use data to identify problems and improve programs
Experience using technology and digital tools to drive results and operational innovation
Proven instinct for risk management and creative problem-solving in complex operational environments
A high degree of autonomy and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fragile, rapidly changing environment
Strong alignment with

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- Experience prioritizing accounts, engaging senior or complex buyers, and tailoring outreach to customer context.
- Strong written and verbal communication: concise, customer-focused, and specific.
- Strong discovery and objection-handling fundamentals.
