About the Role
Build, run and develop EXANTE’s principal trading book across asset classes. : Remote
Responsibilities
Principal trading book — provide liquidity against client flow, internalise and aggregate exposures where commercially attractive, manage inventory and hedge residual market risk.
Trading strategies — market making, flow trading, relative-value and other legitimate strategies the candidate identifies, within Board-approved risk limits.
Counterparty and execution venues — identify, negotiate and onboard the exchanges, prime brokers and OTC counterparties needed for hedging and inventory management.
Risk management framework — in partnership with the Risk function, design, implement and operate the risk limits, monitoring and escalation framework for the book.
Stock Lending cooperation — coordinate securities inventory, financing and revenue with the existing Stock Lending team, avoiding disruption to that revenue line.
Desk cooperation — work with the Options Trading and Fixed Income & Structured Products desks to ensure complementary principal books and shared risk visibility.
Operations and platform — cooperate with Operations, Treasury and Technology on workflow, financing, settlement and platform tooling.
Conflict and best execution — manage conflicts of interest, best-execution arrangements and product-governance compliance across the relevant booking entities (MiFID II, FCA, SFC and equivalent regimes).
Team build-out — size, composition and sequencing at the hire’s discretion as the book grows, consistent with the approved business plan.
Experience
10–20 years’ experience in principal trading, flow trading, market making or running a multi-asset trading book at a sell-side firm, broker-dealer, prime broker or proprietary trading house, with documented P&L through different market regimes.
Multi-asset risk management — strong background across delta, gamma, vega, correlation, liquidity and counterparty risk.
Regulatory expertise — hands-on familiarity with the MiFID II Systematic Internaliser regime, best-execution obligations and conflict-of-interest management in a regulated broker-dealer environment is essential.
Securities financing — familiarity with securities financing and stock lending operations is a strong plus.
Cooperative profile — non-negotiable; the role only succeeds by working closely with the existing Stock Lending team and the new trading desks, and a track record of operating effectively across desks and functions is expected.
Fluent English — mandatory.
Commercial and disciplined — technical, comfortable with full accountability for a P&L.

The Senior AI/ML Engineer (Applied AI Lead) will have the chance to:
• Design, develop, and productionise machine learning models end-to-end (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining), ensuring reliability in real-world environments.
• Lead the development of AI use cases such as client lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, and fraud/abuse detection, with clear alignment to business outcomes and measurable impact.

• Ensure model explainability and transparency using techniques such as SHAP, feature attribution, and other interpretability methods appropriate for business-critical and regulated contexts.
• Define and enforce best practices around model governance, documentation, versioning, and auditability, proportional to model risk and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines, feature engineering, reproducibility, and scalable data foundations.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions, balancing speed and robustness.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for ML or data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets in real-world environments.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact, not just model performance improvements.
• Experience working with model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies in production systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating trade-offs clearly.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements, imperfect data, and delivery pressure, balancing MVP speed with production robustness.
The below are considered as a plus:
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments, particularly where models influence business-critical decisions.
• Experience with real-time or streaming ML systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI approaches such as LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), particularly where applied to business workflows or integrated with structured data.
• Experience working in regulated environments and implementing model governance frameworks (e.g. auditability, explainability, approvals, documentation standards).

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional GRC hire. The Tech G
overnance
Office is looking for someone who combines the governance judgment of a seasoned compliance professional with the drive of a forward-deployed engineer — someone who closes gaps by shipping solutions, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding, and operates with the urgency of a startup and the rigour of a regulated financial institution.
You will own complex cross-functional workstreams independently — coordinating across Engineering, Legal, Product, and Finance — while managing external auditors and regulators. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is a meaningful advantage in this role. AI tooling is not optional; it is how you work.
Who You Are
Self-directed driver
— You run cross-functional workstreams without being managed. Ambiguity is a starting point, not a blocker.
AI-native operator
— You already use AI to do more, faster — and you raise the floor for the teams around you.
Clear communicator
— You earn trust across regulators, auditors, and C-suite through precision and consistency — in any room.
Culture Fit
Pace
Standards
Startup velocity
— Decisions move fast. Priorities shift. You ship, iterate, and adapt — without waiting for perfect conditions or top-down direction.
Financial institution rigour
— Audit trails matter. Regulators scrutinise. The bar for accuracy, documentation, and accountability is institutional-grade — always.
> The tension between these two is not a bug — it is the job. We are looking for someone who holds both without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independently lead audit remediation programmes — assess gaps, develop structured plans, and drive verified closure across engineering, product, legal, and operations without escalation dependency.
Own cross-functional governance workstreams — set milestones, coordinate accountability, and remove blockers across departments with limited management oversight.
Conduct IT security and architecture governance reviews — assess whether systems and processes meet applicable standards, and issue findings with clear ownership and remediation timelines.
Build and maintain the policy estate — draft, refine, and operationalise IT governance policies and procedures; translate regulatory requirements into implementation-ready guidance for first-line teams.
Lead regulator and auditor engagement — serve as the primary coordination interface for external audit and regulatory correspondence, representing the Tech G
overnance
Office with credibility and precision.
Deploy AI to accelerate compliance operations — prototype and scale AI-assisted workflows for evidence collection, control monitoring, audit response, and policy generation; drive team-wide adoption.
Deliver Tech G
overnance
-level reporting — produce governance dashboards and executive briefs on remediation status, risk exposure, and regulatory posture, independently and to publication standard.
Track the regulatory horizon — monitor evolving requirements across active jurisdictions, translate changes into prioritised internal action, and brief senior leadership proactively.
What We Look For In You
AI Adoption & Application — Must Have
Active daily use of AI tools to accelerate compliance and governance work — demonstrated practice with measurable output impact, not theoretical awareness.
Ability to identify, build, and scale AI-assisted workflows within a Tech G
overnance
office context — evidence automation, policy generation, audit response, or control monitoring.
Working knowledge of AI governance and risk — sufficient to contribute to internal AI oversight frameworks and assess AI-related compliance obligations.
Independent Cross-Functional Leadership — Must Have
Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams independently — setting direction, coordinating accountability, and delivering outcomes without management escalation.
Track record of influencing without authority across engineering, legal, finance, and operations in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable operating under ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining institutional-grade standards for accuracy and documentation.
Experience
8+ years in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance
3+ years leading governance programmes at a large-scale internet, financial services, or crypto firm
Exposure to IPO-readiness or high-scrutiny regulatory examination programmes preferred
Frameworks & Standards
ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, NIST — deep working knowledge
GDPR and APAC data protection regimes
Crypto and blockchain-specific compliance risk awareness a strong asset
Engineering Sensibility
Able to read and interpret code, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents without engineer-translation dependency
Familiarity with cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP) and associated security tooling
Communication
Executive-level written and verbal communication in English — board-ready governance briefs, regulator responses, and Tech G
overnance
-level reporting produced independently
Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong advantage for APAC regulatory and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Professional security or governance certification:
CISA · CISSP · CRISC · CISM · CCISO · Agentic AI
Experience building AI-powered compliance tooling — audit automation, continuous control monitoring, or policy-to-control mapping
Prior involvement in SOX ITGC, SEC Reg S-K Item 106, or equivalent listing-authority tech governance programmes
Crypto-native compliance exposure — Proof of Reserves, SAB 121, Travel Rule, AML/CFT programme governance
Active regulatory footprint across MAS, VARA, FCA, HKMA/SFC, or equivalent
Why This Role
OKX operates across 50+ jurisdictions with live regulatory programmes. The Tech G
overnance
Office is building infrastructure-grade compliance capability — not checkbox compliance. This is a rare opportunity to shape how that work gets done: independently, at pace, and with AI at the centre of the method.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

This role is for a senior in-house lawyer who can combine financial services expertise, practical business judgement, leadership, speed of execution and the ability to build legal systems rather than only solve individual tasks
Responsibilities:

Own the department portfolio, priorities, workload allocation, quality control, escalation discipline and legal standards.
Act as the main escalation point for complex, high-risk, time-sensitive or strategically important matters within the department perimeter.

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Client Support, IT, Document Management, Legal Operations and senior management.
Manage, mentor and develop Senior and Mid Legal Counsels within the department.
Coordinate with external legal advisers where needed and ensure their advice is converted into practical internal
standards and actions.
Requirements
10-12+ years of relevant legal experience in a Cyprus or European Investment Firm, regulated broker, fintech company, payment institution, financial services group, or a law firm advising such clients.
Law degree. Common-law qualification/JD or civil-law equivalent with strong exposure to common-law drafting, international transactions and EU financial services regulation is preferred.
Proven experience leading legal teams or managing complex legal portfolios in a regulated financial services environment.
Strong expertise in brokerage, investment services, capital markets, product distribution, commercial agreements, client-facing documentation and regulated communications.
Strong knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, CySEC requirements, applicable EU financial services regulation, GDPR, sanctions frameworks, DORA and related legal/regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting product launches, marketing and sales initiatives, client documentation, complaint handling and cross-functional business projects.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal advisory skills in English; fluent Russian or other languages will be a plus.
Ability to provide clear, business-oriented legal advice without lowering regulatory or legal standards.
Strong leadership, ownership, prioritisation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to build repeatable legal solutions, not only handle one-off legal tasks.
Confidence working with senior management, business teams, compliance, risk, external counsel and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with legal technology, document management tools, knowledge management, templates, playbooks or legal process improvement will be a strong advantage.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Niantic Spatial, you’ll own technical solutioning from early customer discovery through commercial structuring and delivery. This role serves as the primary technical partner to Business Development, Sales, and strategic customers. We welcome candidates from backgrounds in Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles. As the primary technical counterpart for strategic commercial customers, you’ll lead discovery and align development to reusable, platform-aligned capabilities rather than one-off builds — translating operational needs into architectures that integrate cleanly into existing enterprise systems, field workflows, and robotic platforms.
You’ll partner closely with Product Management so customer requirements shape the roadmap, and you’ll be central to developing, closing, and implementing new business across priority verticals — with a focus on Energy and Industrial — leveraging Niantic Spatial solutions such as Intelligent Field Operations, Reconstruction, Semantics, and Robotics.
What You’ll Do
Customer architecture & technical leadership
- Own the technical relationship and technical success for assigned commercial and strategic accounts from discovery through implementation, with priority focus on Energy customers leveraging Intelligent Field Operations and Semantics.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures (logical and physical) covering deployment, scaling, reliability, safety, and security across cloud, edge, and device environments.
- Lead technical workshops to capture operational objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and translate them into implementation-ready designs tailored to field environments.
Solution development & commercial proposal support
- Provide technical inputs to customer proposals, pilots, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial agreements.
- Lead technical solution documentation — architecture diagrams, integration approaches, deployment models, security considerations, and implementation plans.
- Partner with Sales/BD on technical differentiators, value narratives, demonstrations, and scoping assumptions aligned to customer ROI and operational impact.
Integration into enterprise & operational ecosystems
- Ensure solutions integrate into customer environments — identity systems, data platforms, GIS/geo services, robotics stacks, enterprise integration patterns, observability, and device constraints.
- Define integration patterns, APIs, and data flows across cloud, edge, and on-device systems; document operational runbooks and deployment/upgrade strategies suited to distributed field operations.
Product feedback loop
- Communicate customer needs, gaps, and technical requirements to Product Management and Engineering, influencing roadmap and prioritization with structured feedback from engagements, pilots, and deployments.
- Provide structured input on emerging use cases across Intelligent Field Operations, Semantics, and Robotics.
Delivery partnership
- Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to ensure architectures are implemented as designed; support escalations, performance optimization, field validation, and post-launch adoption.
- Support pilots and early deployments, ensuring measurable operational outcomes and scalable production transitions.
- Maintain a set of repeatable demos for commercial prospects; use demo feedback to inform proposals and the product roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering or Systems Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles supporting enterprise or industrial customers.
- Demonstrated experience developing solution architectures and contributing to commercial proposals, pilots, or customer-facing technical documentation.
- Strong architecture fundamentals across cloud and hybrid deployments, edge computing, networking, identity, security controls, and operational monitoring; enterprise integration (APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems); and edge/device-constrained, distributed systems operating in real-world field conditions.
- Experience supporting customers in at least one of: Intelligent Field Operations (utilities, energy, telecom, logistics, asset inspection, industrial automation); robotics platforms (mobile robots, drones, autonomy stacks, perception/localization); or geospatial, mapping/GIS, spatial computing, or AI-driven perception systems.
- Ability to translate operational needs into implementable architectures and explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into Energy verticals, and Oil & Gas specifically.
- Experience with robotics software stacks (e.g., ROS/ROS2), autonomy systems, SLAM/localization, or sensor fusion.
- Experience deploying AI/ML or perception systems in real-world operational environments.
- Familiarity with safety, reliability, and operational constraints in industrial or field-based systems.
- Prior experience partnering with Product Management to turn customer requirements into roadmap outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
$171,000 - $215,000 · annual bonus · equity · comprehensive benefits
Location & Work Model
San Francisco Bay Area or Houston, TX (remote). If in San Francisco: Hybrid — at least 3 days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don’t always tick every box. If you’re excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
Equal Opportunity
Niantic Spatial is an equal opportunity employer. Individuals seeking employment at Niantic Spatial are considered without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, age, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), marital status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or any other protected category under applicable laws. Niantic Spatial will also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws. Please contact your recruiter if you want to request an accommodation for the job application or interview process.

About the job
As a member of the AI model team, you will drive innovation in training and optimizing vision-language models with a focus on real-world deployment. Your work will span the full model development lifecycle - from data curation and training pipeline design to model evaluation and optimization - with the goal of building models that are both highly capable and practical to deploy at scale.

You will work closely with a small, high-caliber team where your contributions will have direct and meaningful impact. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what multimodal AI can achieve in production environments, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end research and engineering on vision-language models, covering training, evaluation, and optimization across the full model development lifecycle.
