Bonus points for:
- Experience partnering with Product Management and Product Marketing to translate product strategy and positioning for customer-facing audiences, along with strong editorial judgment and operational rigor.

- Lead the GTM communications and role-based breakout experience for Sales Kickoff, including session design, materials, presenter preparation, rehearsals, and speaker coaching.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Have deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments.
Thrive in building and rapidly scaling teams and processes within ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
Have excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
This is a chance to build the frontier LLM evals that shape the next generations of flagship models.
Could a model design a computer chip, or find the backdoor an attacker left in a network? Public benchmarks can't tell us, as they're generally not a good measure of real work.
As an Evaluation Engineer, you'll own evals from start to finish. You'll run workshops with customers, industry experts and our customer-facing teams to understand their most important industry use cases (e.g., an engineer updating a part in CAD software), and help decide which are worth building first. You'll also look beyond today's use cases and design moonshot evals for work no model can do yet, so Mistral gets there first. Then you'll turn each one into a benchmark, often one where an agent has to do the work inside real software. You'll source the data, decide how to score it, and run it on every new Mistral model and on competitor models.
When our models fall short, you'll work with the post-training teams to close the gap. When they catch up, you'll make the eval harder. You'll write up and present your results so senior leaders can act on them. They also give our go-to-market teams evidence of where Mistral leads.
You'll learn new fields quickly. One month you might be learning how chip designers check their work, and the next how a bank investigates a flagged payment.
The team is new and fast-paced, and you'll have a lot of autonomy. You'll spend a lot of time speaking with people across Mistral to work out what matters most, then decide what to build.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run discovery with customers, industry experts and teams across Mistral, then help decide which use cases are worth building first.
- Design new benchmarks for industry use cases and frontier capabilities, including how they're scored.
- Build evals where agents work inside real software (e.g., CAD and simulation tools), and run them on our models with checks that the results stay reliable over time.
- Stress-test existing evals to find flaws and bugs before we rely on them.
- Source data with expert vendors. Where customer data can't leave the customer, build realistic proxy or synthetic data instead.
- Write up and present what you find so leaders across Mistral can act on it.
- Help other teams build their own evals, with tools and guides they can reuse.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of industry experience (e.g., in software, AI, or consulting), or a PhD.
- A software engineering or research background, with experience writing code that others can build on.
- Experience working directly with customers, industry experts, or other teams (e.g., through consulting, solutions engineering, or research collaborations).
- Experience building something with LLMs.
- Comfort working with large datasets, including building and cleaning them.
TECHNICAL
- Strong Python skills.
- Comfortable working in a large, shared codebase and getting your code through reviews by other teams.
- A strong understanding of LLM training, inference, and evaluation.
COMMUNICATION
- You enjoy speaking with people and are good at it.
- You write clearly. A short doc or deck from you is enough for a busy leader to make a decision.
- Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English.
HOW YOU WORK
- High energy, and you don't need a roadmap. You move independently and handle uncertainty with confidence.
- Proactive and high-agency. You spot what needs doing and get it done.
- You make good decisions about what to build first and can explain why.
- Low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Curious, with a track record of learning things outside your work or studies. You can get to grips with a new field in a few weeks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building AI evaluations, especially for industry applications.
- Published research on evals or contributions to open-source evaluation frameworks.
- Experience building datasets, generating synthetic data, developing labelling guidelines, or working with annotation vendors.
- A background in an industry outside software (e.g., engineering, finance, or science).
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. We build and operate systems that support Grafana’s business operations and customer experience, working closely with product teams and internal business partners.
The Usage squad works on billing, rates, usage calculations, usage visibility and cloud marketplace integrations. Our software helps customers understand their consumption and costs, and helps internal teams operate accurate, reliable billing processes.
We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer with strong backend experience who enjoys making complex business systems reliable, understandable and easier to operate. You will help deliver new capabilities while improving existing services, reducing repetitive manual work and addressing edge cases that affect customers and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on Staff engineering role within the AppCore Usage squad. You will lead complex technical work, contribute directly to implementation and share ownership with the squad’s other Staff and Senior engineers. Your primary focus will be Usage’s systems and outcomes, collaborating with adjacent teams when the work requires it.
Our ownership includes application code, data stores, deployment configuration and the cloud infrastructure supporting our services. You should be comfortable following a problem across those boundaries and making improvements with the appropriate platform teams.
We are remote-first and global. For this role, we prefer candidates in NASA’s Eastern Time zone to provide more overlap with our EMEA colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your initial focus will be approximately 75% backend and 25% frontend. This balance will evolve with the squad’s priorities. You should be comfortable delivering across the stack, from business logic and APIs through to the interfaces customers and internal teams use.
Design, build and operate backend services and APIs supporting billing, rates, usage calculations, usage visibility and marketplace workflows.
Build and maintain backend services primarily in Go, with Node.js also present in our stack, and contribute to TypeScript/React applications to deliver complete features.
Improve the correctness and reliability of billing and usage workflows, including validation, reconciliation, error handling and recovery.
Identify recurring manual tasks and replace them with maintainable automation, clear operational workflows and appropriate controls.
Maintain and evolve the infrastructure supporting our services, including Kubernetes workloads, scheduled jobs, cloud resources and deployment configuration.
Use infrastructure as code and automated delivery pipelines to make changes repeatable, reviewable and safe across environments.
Investigate production issues across application code, databases and infrastructure, including resource exhaustion, failed jobs, slow queries and replication delays.
Plan and execute service deployments, database changes and infrastructure migrations, including validation, monitoring and recovery plans.
Build and maintain integrations with cloud marketplaces and external business systems where required by the squad’s work.
Deliver projects from understanding requirements and proposing an approach through implementation, testing, rollout and production support.
Make changes traceable and testable, supporting audit requirements and clear explanations of system behaviour.
Collaborate with product management, Support, DealOps, GTM, infrastructure teams and adjacent AppCore squads to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.
Share technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, mentoring and practical improvements.
Participate in the squad’s on-call rotation after onboarding. Improve dashboards, alert quality, runbooks and recovery procedures, and follow through on incident findings.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You enjoy engineering work where correctness, reliability and business impact matter. You find value in improving an established system, removing a recurring operational problem or making a billing workflow easier to understand and support.
You take ownership from understanding the problem through delivery and production support. You can turn an ambiguous request into manageable increments, make sound trade-offs and follow through without needing each step prescribed. You ask useful questions, seek feedback and raise uncertainty or blockers early.
You adapt as priorities change, learn unfamiliar systems and technologies, and contribute where the squad needs you. You bring a strong backend specialty while remaining willing and able to work on frontend features and supporting infrastructure.
You reason about how a service behaves in production: how it is deployed, where its data lives, what happens when dependencies fail, and how the team detects and recovers from problems.
You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation. In a distributed team, you make decisions, progress and risks visible so colleagues can contribute across time zones. You work independently while staying connected to the squad.
As a Staff engineer, you bring technical depth and sound judgment while remaining close to implementation. You collaborate constructively with other experienced engineers, welcome different perspectives and help the squad reach decisions and move forward.
We embrace thoughtful use of AI-assisted development. We value engineers who use these tools to support exploration, implementation, testing and documentation while taking responsibility for the quality and correctness of the result.
Requirements
Substantial experience designing, delivering and operating production backend systems, with the depth and judgment to lead complex work hands-on.

Experience reasoning about distributed systems, including partial failures, retries, consistency and interactions between services.
Experience with relational databases, including data modelling, schema migrations, query performance and safe production changes.
Practical experience deploying and troubleshooting containerised services and jobs in Kubernetes.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure through code and working with CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration and controlled rollouts.
Ability to investigate production problems using logs, metrics and traces, and turn findings into lasting improvements.
A record of delivering projects end to end, clarifying requirements, making trade-offs and following through after release.
Experience working remotely, with clear asynchronous communication and dependable collaboration across time zones.
Ability to learn unfamiliar domains and technologies, adjust your approach as new information emerges, and take ownership beyond your main area of expertise.
Experience writing readable, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, maintain and operate.
Willingness to participate in on-call and take responsibility for the production behaviour of the systems you build.
Experience supporting colleagues through code reviews, mentoring and constructive technical discussions.
Bonus Points For
Usage metering, billing engines, pricing and rates, financial reconciliation or customer-facing cost management applications.
Reducing operational toil and automating workflows with recurring exceptions or manual interventions.
Systems with auditability, traceability or financial-control requirements.
MySQL operations, replication, database upgrades and performance tuning.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales Director, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own a critical component of Garner's provider segment as a quota-carrying seller, selling our solutions into hospitals, health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, and digital health companies. You will run the full cycle from prospecting through close, using Garner's own data as the centerpiece of the pitch rather than a supporting slide. This is a builder's seat: the segment playbook is still being written, and the person in this role will help write it.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do
Own and advance a provider-segment pipeline end to end, from segmentation and prospecting through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Build and deepen senior relationships across hospitals and health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare consultants.
Run a data-driven sales motion: use Garner's own data and insights to shape strategy conversations with sophisticated buyers.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, feeding market signal back into the roadmap and handing off closed accounts cleanly.
Contribute to a repeatable playbook for the segment: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Build working fluency across Garner's full product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
5 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience as a builder, helping design the selling motion as you go
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
Executive presence: an articulate, compelling presenter who earns trust with senior buyers and sells with data rather than relationship alone.
Demonstrated quota attainment you can name: percentage attainment, President's Club, or marquee logos closed.
Intellectual curiosity and data fluency: you ask probing questions and ramp fast into a new data methodology.
Creativity when a deal stalls: you generate new paths to momentum rather than waiting on the funnel.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to pull in the right internal partners at the right moment, and to route market signal back to the people who can act on it.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range (base and commission) for this position is $230,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
At 1Password, our purpose is to build a safe, simpler digital future for everyone. As a Senior Staff Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead multi-channel paid Business-to-Business (B2B) strategy that supports our sales-led growth motion, helping reach enterprise and mid-market audiences and turn marketing investment into qualified pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid channels such as affiliates, paid social, display, native, programmatic, direct buys, or emerging channels.
• Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and connecting marketing activity to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline, and revenue.
• A track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through paid B2B programs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions using incomplete or imperfect data.
• Experience partnering with campaign, analytics, marketing operations, or other cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Experience marketing complex technical products to audiences such as developers, information technology (IT) professionals, or other technical decision-makers. Experience in cybersecurity or familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and automated workflows is also a plus.
What you can expect:
• Own the B2B performance marketing and demand generation strategy for a sales-led growth motion, aligning paid programs with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps informed by business goals, audience insights, performance trends, and experimentation results.
• Manage paid channels and platforms end to end, from strategy and execution through optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI), marginal returns, and channel performance to guide budget shifts, scaling decisions, and investment strategy.
• Monitor leading indicators such as leads, MQLs, conversion rates, and Cost per Lead (CPL), as well as downstream pipeline, opportunity volume, and revenue influence.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments across audiences, channels, creative, offers, and funnel stages, translating results into scaled programs and clear recommendations.
• Partner with Global Campaigns, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to improve lead quality, strengthen campaign performance, and share actionable insights.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work.

The role
THE ROLE
We are hiring a
Senior Backend Engineer
for two platform products:
Xsolla ID
is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK
is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows, logging in and signing transactions, and other Xsolla teams build on top of them.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The backend services of your product area end to end: design, implementation, release and production operation, including on-call
Architecture across services: service boundaries, integration contracts and data ownership. You make these decisions and justify them in writing
Reliability and security of critical flows: SLOs, failure handling, protection of user data and credentials
Service performance and cost under load
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build services and APIs (REST, gRPC) for authentication, account management and wallet operations
Define service boundaries and integration contracts with other Xsolla teams
Design data models and storage; optimize schemas and queries
Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows
Own observability: metrics, logs, tracing and alerting, and act on what production tells you
Take part in on-call, incident response and post-mortems
Improve the engineering environment: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Responsibilities
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial backend development
Go: idiomatic code, concurrency (goroutines, channels, context and cancellation), memory and performance profiling (pprof)
Data
Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL): schema design, indexes, query plans, transactions and isolation levels, safe migrations
Caching (Redis): when to cache, invalidation, consistency trade-offs
Distributed systems
Service architecture and distributed-systems trade-offs: consistency, availability, idempotency, retries, failure modes
Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ or NATS): delivery guarantees, ordering, reprocessing
APIs
Designing REST and gRPC APIs: versioning, backward compatibility, contract documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger, Protobuf)
Security and identity
Application security: common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10), secrets management, safe handling of user data
OAuth 2.0 / OIDC from the server side: flows, tokens, sessions
Operations
Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) at the level of deploying and debugging your own services
Observability (we use Datadog; experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Graylog or OpenTelemetry also counts): metrics, logs, tracing and alerting; diagnosing incidents in production
Engineering practices
Testing: unit, integration, contract
Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar)
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Nice to Have
Web3 backend experience: blockchain integration, wallet infrastructure, account abstraction
High-load systems
Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
Domain experience in gaming, e-commerce, fintech or payments
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing.
Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering.
We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call.
Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview.
Built directly on the
What you will own
and
Required
sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser.
An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, backend and frontend engineers, QA and DevOps.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally.
