Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.
We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
Finance at seQura runs on data: recurring calculations, regulatory processes, provisioning, reporting cycles, and profitability tracking. As a Senior Financial Product Data Analyst, you'll own the link between how Finance actually works, the KPIs it tracks, and the decisions those KPIs drive, turning that understanding into reliable, self-service data products.
This isn't a "receive a ticket, write a query" role. You'll work closely with Finance and Finance Tech teams to understand why a number matters before you model it, then build trusted data products that Finance teams can use independently.
Your work will directly improve how Finance operates, helping establish a single source of truth for revenue, enabling self-service reporting, and ensuring the business can make confident decisions based on reliable data.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Learn seQura's Finance domain deeply enough to understand which KPIs matter, why they matter, and the business decisions they support—from pricing and provisioning to servicer settlement and product profitability.
Design and build production-grade data products, not just queries: dbt models on Redshift, fully documented and tested to Single Source of Truth standards, together with the Metabase dashboards and self-service datasets that sit on top of them.
Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into robust, reliable, and auditable data models.
Validate and reconcile critical Finance outputs, including servicer reports, provisioning runs, and amortisation tables, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.
Chase data quality issues back to their source, working closely with Data Engineering to solve problems upstream instead of applying downstream workarounds.
Help close the existing revenue gap between operational systems and the data warehouse while improving Finance models for defaults and amortisation.
Present findings, recommendations, and new data products directly to Finance leadership, connecting the data back to the business decisions it's meant to support.
Contribute to broader Data & AI governance initiatives, including metadata, documentation, and data catalog work wherever it impacts Finance.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power business decisions, reporting, and AI across all domains.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains.
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics.
Semantic models that enable consistent reporting and analytics.
Data contracts and governance standards across domains.
Data lineage, documentation, and discoverability.
Data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted data products.
Team Structure
You'll join a team of four Analytics Engineers, working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
You'll collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Tech, Data Engineering, and the wider Data & AI team to ensure Finance data is accurate, governed, and easy to consume.
How we work
We treat data as a product, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
We build self-service data products rather than one-off reports.
We understand the business context before building data models—we care as much about why a metric exists as how it's calculated.
We work closely with domain experts to turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
We continuously improve data quality through governance, documentation, testing, and collaboration.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn seQura's core Finance processes and KPIs, including pricing, provisioning, servicer settlement, and product profitability. Meet stakeholders across Finance and Finance Tech, and become familiar with the existing dbt models and Metabase dashboards supporting Finance.
Month 2
Take ownership of your first data quality or reconciliation initiative end-to-end, tracing issues back to their source alongside Data Engineering while contributing to an active dbt model.
Month 3
Deliver your first self-service Finance data product—a documented dbt model together with a Metabase dashboard—that Finance stakeholders can use independently, and present your work and recommendations to Finance leadership.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
Our Finance Analytics stack is built around SQL, dbt, Redshift, and Metabase, enabling trusted, production-grade data products across Finance.
The team uses dbt for transformation and testing, Redshift as the analytical warehouse, and Metabase to deliver self-service reporting. OpenMetadata supports governance and discoverability, while Python and Airflow are used where automation or orchestration adds value.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
Strong hands-on SQL skills.
Practical experience with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation.
Experience building dashboards and self-service data products using Metabase (or an equivalent BI platform).
Demonstrated ability to understand Finance processes, not just execute against a specification, and translate that understanding into robust data logic.
Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect KPIs to the decisions they support.
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, lending, or BNPL environments.
Knowledge of provisioning, amortisation, EIR, or IFRS 9.
Python for analysis or lightweight automation.
Experience with data governance or catalog tools such as OpenMetadata.
Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Experience presenting data products directly to Finance or executive stakeholders.
What we offer 😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts
Flexible working hours.
A personal budget for professional development.
Office workshops and meet-ups to encourage community participation and career growth.
Hybrid work from Barcelona
Moreover, we have a
Wellness Program
that embraces a holistic approach by covering 6 areas (occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, and environmental consciousness). Each area will include a variety of activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.

JTX is our trading app, and it runs on the fastest market infrastructure on Solana, which we also built. What nobody has done yet is make that speed something a trader can feel. That is this job.
JTX is live. Two frontend engineers built it to this point and you would be the third. The work now is one to a hundred: harden what exists, make it hold up under real volume, expand onto mobile, and raise the ceiling on every screen a trader touches.
We're a small team with product-market fit. That means:
High ownership: every team member drives significant technical decisions and shapes our product roadmap.
Fast execution: we ship rapidly and iterate based on real-world feedback. Progress, not motion.
High quality bar: the details are the product. We don't trade them for speed.
About the Position
You'll own the surface of JTX across web and mobile: order entry, market data, charts, positions, execution quality, onboarding, and the wallet flows underneath all of it.
The role suits a generalist with strong taste. You'll partner with design, product, and the infrastructure team, and you'll make architectural calls that stick for years. If you've spent time thinking about how markets actually work on Solana and want to build the product layer on top of that, this is the role.
Stack: React 19 + TypeScript on Next.js. Jotai + TanStack Query. Tailwind with a token-based design system. TradingView Advanced Charts on our own datafeed. Privy wallets. WebSockets to our engine. Web ships as a PWA; native mobile apps are in development.
What's Hard Right Now
Data freshness: several live WebSocket streams (order book, trades, candles, stats) feed many panels at once; keeping them fast, consistent with each other, and honest through async gaps (stale quotes, pending fills)
Performance: a data-dense terminal that stays smooth under constant streaming updates, including on mid-range hardware
Security: wallet signing, session auth, strict CSP, hardened supply chain
Shipping volume: three engineers own the entire surface of a live exchange; the backlog is bigger than the team, so throughput and prioritization are part of the job
Keeping product behavior and design language consistent between web and mobile while being very attentive to nuances of each mobile platform
Making execution quality something a trader can see in a glance instead of something they take on faith
What You'll Do
Build and own the JTX client across web and mobile
Ship real-time trading interfaces: order books, charts, order entry, positions, fill and execution visibility
Hit tight latency and render budgets against streaming market data, and decide what belongs on the client versus the server
Build wallet and signing flows, including self-custodial and embedded wallet onboarding
Own the shared component, state, and data layers the rest of the product team builds on
Make architectural decisions that hold as the codebase, the team, and the user base grow by an order of magnitude
Ship fast, watch real users, iterate
What We're Looking For
Attention to detail bordering on obsessive. You can look at a screen and say what is wrong with it, and it bothers you until it's fixed.
5+ years building production frontend, including something real-time, data dense, or financial
Deep React and TypeScript. You can explain why a component re-rendered and then fix it.
Mobile experience: React Native, Expo, or native iOS and Android
Strong fundamentals: browser performance, memory, websockets, network behavior under load
Security-first instincts around signing flows, key handling, and what should never touch a log
Comfortable in a codebase that is already live. You can refactor and clean up without stopping shipping.
Able to weigh business and engineering tradeoffs, and to explain complicated things simply
Relevant Background
If you have experience in any of the following, you may be a good fit:
Trading terminals, exchange or brokerage frontends
Consumer fintech apps at scale
Charting, time series, or high-frequency data visualization (canvas, WebGL)
Solana or EVM app development, wallet integrations, transaction signing
Maintaining a public TypeScript library or design system

Responsibilities
- Build production-quality UI components and interactions directly in React Native, translating designs into pixel-accurate, performant code

- Improve UI performance, animations, and micro-interactions across web, mobile, and browser extension
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions that affect UI flexibility, theming, and component scalability
- Help define and evolve design-to-dev workflows/tooling (Figma → code handoff, design tokens, etc.)
Requirements

- Comfortable working directly in Figma (or similar) to prototype and iterate on UI
- Experience building and maintaining component/design systems
- Track record of shipping polished, consumer-facing mobile products
- Strong communication skills — able to work fluidly across design and engineering teams and translate between the two
- Genuine interest in Web3/crypto products a plus
Nice to Have

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is the world's leading self-custodial wallet — and the primary gateway for hundreds of millions of people into the onchain economy. Our Trading features sit at the heart of that experience: enabling users to place a swap, a perp trade, a prediction market trade, or an investment in Real-World-Assets (RWA) with confidence.
We're looking for a strategic, data-informed, and user-obsessed
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to own the positioning and growth of these features. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the MetaMask marketing organisation — sitting at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term brand trust.
You'll report to our Product Marketing Director and work across Product, Growth, Brand, Business Development, and Partner Marketing to ensure every launch and lifecycle initiative is anchored in insight, competitive differentiation, and measurable impact.
What you'll do
Strategy
Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for features within Trading across global markets — from opportunity sizing and positioning through to launch and lifecycle optimisation
Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight, user behaviour, and growth potential
Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and Growth, representing user needs and market realities in decision-making
Influence long-term product strategy and monetisation through competitive analysis, segmentation, and market research
GTM and product growth
Lead product and feature launches, crafting narratives that resonate with crypto traders and holders,
Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase awareness, activation, and retention across Trading funnels
Partner with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities within user journeys, translating insights into programmes that move key metrics — conversion, volume, retention
Ensure strong measurement and continuous iteration — every campaign should have clear success metrics and documented learnings
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Brand, Growth, Communications, Business Development, and Customer Support to deliver integrated campaigns that connect product value to cultural relevance
Align cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines, priorities, and expectations to ensure seamless execution
Partner with Data and Product to monitor performance, share learnings, and continually refine GTM approaches
Brand and community
Strengthen MetaMask's reputation as a trusted, user-first brand in the Trading community
Support education, community, and influencer programmes that drive awareness and confidence — particularly among emerging market segments
Ensure consistency in storytelling across all surfaces, from lifecycle emails to content and brand campaigns
What you'll bring
6 to 8+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a high-growth consumer tech environment
Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives with measurable outcomes
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability — able to turn complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Analytical and outcome-driven; comfortable interpreting data and using insight to inform both marketing and product strategy
Exceptional cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership skills
Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and onchain user behaviour — or direct experience in the crypto ecosystem
Nice to have:
experience in leading GTM for perps trading and prediction markets products and leading GTM to Asia audience.
