GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
Summary
GiveWell's senior research staff are the key decision makers for hundreds of millions of dollars in grantmaking, and we think growing that team is one of the most important things we can do to increase our impact. We're seeking one or more Senior Recruiters to help us do that.
Finding senior research staff is a hard problem for a couple reasons:
The talent pool for GiveWell researchers basically doesn’t exist as a defined group. You can’t go to one type of program, industry, or a few obvious competitors to build a reliable pipeline. The people who succeed here come from a wide range of backgrounds — economics PhDs, policy analysts, management consultants, medical doctors, neuroscientists, primate biologists, etc. — and the roles don't have clean analogues elsewhere. What they share is a set of hard-to-measure cognitive skills and quantitative fluency that doesn’t show up reliably on resumes.
Our process is very competitive. The offer rate for senior research roles is less than one in a thousand.
We want you to figure out where to find strong candidates, improve our assessment process, and do the hands-on work of sourcing, screening, and closing offers. You'll work very closely with our research leadership team. We're most excited about finding someone who helps us make better decisions about finding great talent — and hire them faster.
The role
You'd work closely with our manager, research recruiting and the team to own recruiting for some of our
Researcher
, Program Officer,
Senior Researcher
, and Senior Program Officer roles. A few problems we’ll want you to think about:
After candidates apply, is our assessment process effective?
Our offer rate for senior roles is below 0.1%. That might mean we’re extremely selective. It might also mean we’re losing good candidates somewhere in the funnel. You’ll dig into our data and find answers (How well do early screening scores predict work trial performance? What are the most common rejection reasons, and are they signal or noise? How did past hires actually turn out?). You’ll help us develop good heuristics about what to do in situations when candidates’ signals are mixed.
Where do we even find good candidates?
The ideal GiveWell researcher doesn’t come from one degree program, industry, or competitor. You’ll think about where to look and go after them. And you’ll continually develop new pipelines with creative methods (running structured referral conversations with our researchers, scouring conference guest lists, using sourcing tools creatively, or maybe vibe-coding your own).
How can we use data to make better decisions?
Right now, we don’t have great visibility into which sourcing channels, process changes, or pipeline stages are driving results. You’ll track data, run analyses, and help us make evidence-based decisions about where to put effort. In some cases, you might find out that we don’t have the right data architecture to answer important questions, so you’ll build it.
What are ways our hiring process could be much better?
This is harder to describe because it covers ~every strategic and tactical question we face. We want you to be thinking about all of it. Things like: Are we overweighting particular qualities and losing promising candidates without noticing? How could we run experiments on our hiring processes (randomization, A/B testing, sourcing campaigns) that actually give us useful information?
You’ll also do a fair amount of bread-and-butter recruiting work: screening applications, writing outreach emails, and interviewing candidates. We think that sort of work will keep you close to the data and help you develop strong pattern recognition.
About you
You’re excited about GiveWell's mission and methods.
You think GiveWell is doing something special, not just generically “doing good.” You can explain what makes GiveWell different.
You’re careful and truth-seeking with your beliefs.
For example, if a hiring manager says we need to find “scrappy” people, you’re likely to ask “Why do you believe that?” or “What does scrappy mean?” instead of uncritically agreeing. You’re quick to update your beliefs by picking up new information and asking sharper questions. You can probably tell us about times when you’ve changed your mind about important things.
You're unusually curious and analytical.
When you get invested in a question, you keep trying to find the right answer after many other people would have stopped. You ground your beliefs in data when possible and hedge appropriately when you’re not confident.
You have very high standards.
We have a high competence bar for our research team, and you’ll need to uphold that and own your decisions about applications that do and don’t meet our bar.
You’re entrepreneurial and high agency.
You figure things out. You have a history of solving problems. You’re very resourceful. You’re more likely to make the mistake of moving too fast than moving too slow. You'd rather try something imperfect and learn from it than wait for a perfect plan.
You're direct.
You say what you actually think even when it's uncomfortable.
You’re good at communicating in writing.
You're concise, clear, and you don't hide behind jargon. You probably enjoy an effective memo.
If you think people who know you well would agree that many of the qualities above describe you, we’d like you to apply.
Qualifications
We care much more about the qualities described above than any specific background. That said, some things that might help:
Experience in recruiting, talent operations, research operations, or a generalist role at a mission-driven organization
Comfort with data — spreadsheets and basic quantitative analysis
Strong written communication
Experience working closely with executive-level leadership
Familiarity with global health, development economics, effective altruism, or adjacent fields is a plus but not required
Recruiting experience is welcome but not required. Some of the best people in comparable roles at peer organizations came in without it. And we’ll support you if you want to move on to other things at GiveWell after making progress on our research recruiting. There's always a place here for generalists who are good at solving hard problems, and we have a history of developing high performers into different roles across our org.
Key Questions
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
GiveWell has a unique approach to hiring,
and it’s possible that you’ll dislike it. For example, we tend to lean heavily into work trials and finding empirical evidence about the candidates we hire. We are rigorous in how we evaluate candidates, and hold really high standards, which can lead to longer hiring rounds with more steps than what is typical elsewhere. We’re extremely quality focused and would rather hold out for the right candidate than settle on someone who’s “mostly right.”
You’ll need to deeply understand our work and culture to succeed.
We want you to be able to speak with candidates about our work and what makes GiveWell special, and provide useful input to hiring managers when we’re developing assessments and evaluating candidates.
You will be expected to hunt, not just farm.
While we receive a high volume of inbound applicants, we are looking for recruiters who effectively source and attract candidates, not just wait for them to trickle in.
You’ll be collaborating with leaders with high expectations.
We’re a founder-led, performance-driven culture and you’ll be collaborating with our executive team regularly in this role. Strong partnerships will depend on you building trust, leading with curiosity, and reliably delivering results.
You’ll be running hiring rounds from start to finish.
We consider this a full-lifecycle role, which means you should be comfortable with things like scheduling, building out roles in Greenhouse, and day-to-day coordination with candidates. While you might have support from more junior colleagues, you’ll be expected to capably manage your own pipelines.
What does growth look like in this role?
GiveWell’s growing, and you’re going to help shape that. Your growth will be tied directly to the impact created by the people you help hire. Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you’ll have the opportunity to work on more strategic projects, including shaping our overall hiring approach and improving our employer brand. In this role you’ll also have significant exposure to executive leadership and many corners of our business. The talent acquisition team is doubling in 2026, which means there are clear opportunities for mentorship and potentially growing into a team leader.
What does this interview process entail?
We'll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. Past versions have looked like:
Simulating a hiring manager intake conversation
Walking through a sourcing strategy for a hard-to-fill role
Reviewing a job description or process and offering a critique
Writing a candidate outreach email or internal communication
We'll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward, but our current plan is:
Screen with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
Career history interview with the Manager, Talent Acquisition
Work trial, which will include live conversations and written work
Values interview with VP, People
Final conversation with Manager, Talent Acquisition

Team structure
This role sits on GiveWell's People team and reports to our Manager of Talent Acquisition. Day-to-day, you'd work in close partnership with our Research Program Director, who owns senior research hiring decisions and is part of our Research Leadership Team. You'd collaborate regularly with other members of the People and Research teams on sourcing and candidate evaluation.
We'll likely also want you to attend research team meetings, develop 1:1 relationships with research team members, and potentially join research team-building retreats. We’ll be interested in ~any kind of team embedding that helps you build useful context.

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.
Additional information
We don’t want to miss candidates that could do great things at GiveWell. Practically, that means a GiveWell staff member reviews every application carefully, considering the whole picture of your background and potential. If you’re on the fence about applying because you meet some but not 100% of our preferred qualifications (some studies suggest this hesitation is especially common for women and people of color), we encourage you to apply anyway.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Growth team's job is to keep Anthropic on the exponential by getting more people and companies using and paying for Claude. Growth Data Scientists partner closely with growth product managers, engineers and marketers on experimentation, opportunity sizing, strategic analysis, metrics and personalization.
We're hiring for two focus areas within this posting. Tell us in your application which one fits you best, or if you're excited about both:
Growth generalist:
a strong generalist across marketing and product who drives experimentation, opportunity sizing, marketing measurement and strategic analysis.
Personalization:
building and evaluating the models and experiments that pick the right message, offer or product experience for each user, across lifecycle marketing, onboarding and in-product experiences.
We work in an AI-native way. Much of our analysis, reporting and experiment work is done with Claude as a collaborator, and we expect you to push that further.
Responsibilities
Across both focus areas, you will:
Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments across activation, retention and monetization, and turn the results into a clear call on what to ship
Define systems of metrics and guardrails that tie short-term wins to long-term value
Present analyses and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, leading with the decision and keeping the numbers in support
In the Growth generalist focus, you will also:
Size opportunities and make the case for what Growth should work on next
Measure the incrementality of paid and lifecycle marketing with holdouts, geo experiments and other causal methods, and turn the results into budget and channel recommendations
Tie acquisition and lifecycle programs to long-term value (LTV, CAC and payback)
In the Personalization focus, you will also:
Build and ship targeting and personalization models that decide which users get which message, offer or experience, working closely with growth product managers and engineers
Design the tests that evaluate and iterate on our personalization strategy, including holdouts, bandits and off-policy estimates where A/B tests aren't practical
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of experience in data science, with significant time on growth, marketing, lifecycle or personalization problems
Deep expertise in experimental design and causal inference, including A/B testing at scale, holdouts and quasi-experimental methods when randomization isn't available
Experience analyzing growth funnels: acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
Proficiency with Python and SQL
Clear written communication, and a track record of recommendations that changed priorities or what a team built
A bias for action and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
An interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe and beneficial AI
For the Growth generalist focus, we're also looking for:
Experience measuring marketing: incrementality testing, holdouts or geo experiments, and LTV/CAC for paid or lifecycle programs
For the Personalization focus, we're also looking for:
Hands-on experience building and shipping machine learning models that drive user-facing decisions (targeting, ranking, recommendation or personalization)
Strong candidates may also have
Experience defining activation metrics and lifecycle measurement for a product-led business
Experience with experimentation platforms and meta-analysis across experiment portfolios
Background at consumption-based, multi-product companies serving both consumers and enterprises
Experience using LLMs or coding agents in your own analytical workflow
Experience with marketing mix modeling, geo experiments or synthetic controls
Experience running contextual bandits, uplift models or similar decision systems in production
Experience with lifecycle or CRM personalization (email, push, in-product messaging) and its measurement problems, such as global holdouts and interference between campaigns
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$380,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As a Transformative AI Research Economist at Anthropic, you will build macroeconomic models of AI that could be genuinely transformative and develop the scenario-based forecasting tools that let us reason quantitatively about economic trajectories with no historical precedent. You will work on questions of aggregate growth, income distribution, and economic governance under scenarios that most of the profession has not yet modeled seriously.
You will ground projections in microeconomic signals from the
Anthropic Economic Index
— usage patterns across millions of real-world AI interactions, surfaced through privacy-preserving measurement — so that scenario forecasts are disciplined by what we actually observe about task transformation and productivity. You will use frontier methods in growth theory, computational macro, and structural estimation, and contribute to AI-powered tools that expand what economic research can do.
Our team combines rigorous empirical methods with novel measurement approaches. We're building first-of-its-kind datasets tracking AI's impact on labor markets, productivity, and economic transformation. Using our
privacy-preserving measurement system
, we
analyze millions of real-world AI interactions
to understand how AI augments and automates work across different occupations and tasks.
Responsibilities
Build macroeconomic models of transformative AI spanning growth, labor markets, and income distribution
Develop and maintain scenario-based forecasting tools; publish forecasts for GDP, productivity, and unemployment under a range of AI-capability trajectories
Ground macroeconomic projections in microeconomic data from the Anthropic Economic Index, constraining theory with observed patterns of adoption and task transformation
Analyze questions of income distribution and economic governance under transformative-AI scenarios
Contribute to the development of AI-powered research tools for economics
Contribute to Economic Index Reports and publish Research Briefs on first-order questions as they arise
Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, policy think tanks, and other research partners
Amplify external engagement through research publications, policy briefs, and presentations to diverse stakeholders
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
PhD in Economics, or an exceptional candidate close to completion
Background in macroeconomics, growth theory, or public finance ideally with exposure to task-based frameworks and labor economics
A research record that engages seriously with the possibility of transformative AI — you treat the scenarios in this posting as live questions worth modeling rigorously, not speculation to be hedged against
Relevant experience in some of:
Macroeconomic modeling and structural estimation
Scenario-based and time-series forecasting
Task-based approaches to technological change
Computational methods, agent-based modeling, or large-scale simulation
Income distribution and inequality
Using large language models in the research workflow
Technical skills including:

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's Safeguards team is responsible for enforcing our policies, protecting users, and ensuring our platform is not misused. As a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst focused on Safety Evaluations, you'll play a central role in ensuring our models meet safety and policy standards before and after launch. You'll run and monitor evaluations, drive mitigations when issues surface, coordinate the creation of new evals, and help build the processes and documentation that allow the team to scale this work over time.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of coordinating across teams to break new ground and drive work to completion. This work is deeply cross-functional — you'll partner closely with policy experts, Safeguards engineering teams, and many other stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure our evaluations are comprehensive and current, and that findings translate into meaningful improvements to model behavior.
Responsibilities
Support model launch readiness by running evaluations, monitoring and interpreting results, and surfacing regressions or unexpected behavior changes to relevant stakeholders
Partner closely with policy and domain experts throughout the evaluation lifecycle — from identifying risks and scoping the right evaluation approach, to coordinating creation of new evals and ensuring existing ones remain current with evolving policies, threat vectors, and model capabilities
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to help manage evaluation outcomes, including interpreting results and driving mitigations where needed
Think strategically about eval quality to build processes and eval paradigms that keep evaluations unsaturated, high-signal, and insightful as models improve
Build out processes and frameworks for creating product-specific evaluations as Anthropic's product surface area expands
Help design and scope tooling improvements that accommodate evolving eval needs and expand self-serve eval creation and iteration for non-technical users
Write and maintain rigorous documentation for evaluation creation, execution, and interpretation as the team builds out eval tooling and processes
You may be a good fit if you:
Have experience in trust and safety, content operations, policy enforcement, or a related operational role at a technology company
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you're energized rather than frustrated when the path forward isn't clearly defined and you need to figure it out as you go
Have experience building processes, workflows, or programs from scratch (zero-to-one work), not just maintaining existing ones
Have strong program management instincts, naturally creating structure around complex, multi-stakeholder efforts by tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to keep work on track
Are eager to expand your technical toolkit, including adopting internal tools and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work
Can manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different domain areas without losing track of details — strong prioritization and context-switching are essential when deadlines and priorities shift quickly
Are a strong generalist comfortable moving fluidly across different types of work and switching contexts throughout the day
Are comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information and escalating appropriately when needed
Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and cross-functionally
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience operating under tight, high-stakes timelines — such as product launch cycles, incident response, or regulatory deadlines — where information and priorities can shift with little notice
Experience coordinating across engineering, policy, and product teams to translate findings into concrete action
Experience building and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation in fast-changing environments
Proficiency with data tools (SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets) sufficient to maintain and improve workflows
Comfort working with sensitive content areas as part of eval creation or enforcement review responsibilities

Possess strong user empathy and are expert in the lifecycle of a support case; you can read between the lines of a user’s question, put yourself in their shoes, and get at the heart of their needs for a speedy, satisfying resolution
Have crisp but kind written communication skills and a deep care for the details
Enjoy helping others learn about new features and complex concepts
Are persistent and curious; you delight in the hunt of tracking down a bug or issue, and are energized by fixing this for all similar users going forward
Have experience contributing to the foundations of a support team – this is essential, highly valuable, but often unglamorous work. And particularly key for this role due to it being among the first Support hires in APAC.
Are proficient at working in a technical environment and are interested in Anthropic’s products
Possess a deep sense of ownership, and are excited to help us build our team!

As a Technical Program Manager on the Compute team, you will help drive the planning, coordination, and execution of programs that keep Anthropic's compute infrastructure running efficiently at scale. Our compute fleet is the foundation on which every model training run, evaluation, and inference workload depends.
You'll join a small, high-impact TPM team and take ownership of critical workstreams across the compute lifecycle, from how supply is procured and brought online, to how capacity is allocated and utilized across teams. The exact focus will depend on your strengths and the team's evolving needs.
You'll partner with Infrastructure, Systems, Research, Finance, and Capacity Engineering to shape the processes, tooling, and coordination mechanisms that allow Anthropic to move fast while managing an increasingly complex compute environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive critical programs across the compute lifecycle, coordinating execution across multiple engineering, research, and operations teams
Build and maintain operational visibility into the compute fleet, ensuring the organization has a clear picture of supply, demand, utilization, and health
Lead cross-functional coordination for compute transitions: bringing new capacity online, migrating workloads, and managing decommissions across cloud providers and hardware platforms
Partner with engineering and research leadership to navigate competing priorities and drive alignment on how compute resources are planned, allocated, and used
Identify and close operational gaps across the compute pipeline, whether through new tooling, improved processes, or better cross-team communication
Own trade-off discussions between utilization, cost, latency, and reliability, synthesizing inputs from technical and business stakeholders and communicating decisions to leadership
Develop and improve the processes and frameworks the team uses to plan, track, and execute compute programs at increasing scale and complexity
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or compute-intensive environments
Have led complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams with competing priorities and ambiguous requirements
Have experience working with research or ML teams and translating their needs into operational plans and technical requirements
Are comfortable diving deep into technical details (cloud infrastructure, cluster management, job scheduling, resource orchestration) while maintaining program-level visibility
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you need to define scope and build processes from the ground up
Have strong communication skills and can engage credibly with engineers, researchers, finance, and executive leadership
Have a track record of building trust with engineering teams and driving changes through influence rather than authority
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience managing compute capacity across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) or hybrid cloud/on-premises environments
Familiarity with job scheduling, resource orchestration, or workload management systems (Kubernetes, Slurm, Borg, YARN, or custom schedulers)
Experience with GPU or accelerator infrastructure, including the unique challenges of large-scale ML training and inference workloads
Built or improved observability for infrastructure systems: dashboards, alerting, efficiency metrics, or cost attribution
Capacity planning experience including demand forecasting, cost modeling, or hardware lifecycle management
Scaled through hypergrowth in AI/ML, HPC, or large-scale cloud environments
Deadline to Apply:
None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
