ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
The role
This is a foundational role on Sierra's Operations team, sitting at the intersection of marketing and GTM. As Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead, you'll own two things: the measurement infrastructure that connects marketing programs to pipeline and revenue; and the operational processes that make the marketing engine run efficiently and at scale.
What you'll do
- Full-funnel attribution: Design and own Sierra's marketing attribution framework, connecting campaigns, events, content, and demand gen programs to pipeline generation and ultimately LTC conversions.
- Pipeline analytics: Partner with Marketing and Sales to analyze pipegen by vertical, region, and segment. Track conversion rates at each stage and surface where marketing programs are—and aren't—generating high-quality opportunities.
- Performance reporting: Build and maintain the marketing team's core performance dashboards—campaign ROI, event pipeline influence, channel mix, lead quality, and funnel velocity.
- ICP & account intelligence: Develop data-driven ICP scoring and account prioritization models to focus marketing investment on segments with the highest win rates and ASPs. Integrate signals from first-party and third-party intent sources to keep targeting sharp.
- Experiment design & optimization: Design rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across marketing channels. Establish the statistical standards the team uses to evaluate new programs; translate results into clear, actionable recommendations—not just p-values.
- Lead management & routing: Define and maintain lead scoring models, MQL thresholds, and routing logic from first touch to Sales handoff. Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, minimize friction, and continuously improve conversion from MQL to pipeline.
- Campaign operations: Own the operational infrastructure behind campaign execution—email programs, landing page workflows, event lead capture, and list management. Build processes that let the demand gen and events teams move quickly without creating data debt.
- Cross-functional partnership: Serve as the analytical and operational bridge between Marketing, GTM Ops, Finance, and Sales leadership—ensuring marketing metrics are aligned with company PG, POC, and ARR targets; contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning with marketing-specific performance analysis and forecasts
What you'll bring
- 12+ years spanning marketing analytics and marketing operations
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling, multi-touch funnel analysis, and pipeline/revenue measurement in long, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
- Hands-on martech stack experience—marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), Salesforce, lead routing, and third-party enrichment tools
- Strong SQL skills; fluency working with large datasets in modern data stacks (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- High attention to detail and a strong point of view on what "good" looks like—you've built this infrastructure before and know where the landmines are
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

Who You Are:
Galaxy’s Digital Infrastructure Services (DIS) is the institutional backbone of our blockchain ambitions – spanning staking, validators, custody, DeFi, and tokenization – serving tier-1 banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers. As Business Partner – Execution & Delivery, you will sit at the center of DIS as a high-agency execution and strategy partner to senior leadership. You will drive the organization’s highest-value work to completion: supporting internal transformation initiatives, owning delivery across complex cross-functional programs, building the client-facing materials that represent DIS externally, and showing up in institutional client rooms when it matters. This role requires someone equally at home in an org design conversation with DIS leadership and in a technical workshop with a tier-1 bank.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives – org design, operating model changes, team structure, and cross-functional alignment
Develop materials that support leadership decision-making: frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, and structured recommendations
Track and synthesize the full picture of what’s happening across DIS – internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps – so leadership is always informed
Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what’s coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment
Own delivery coordination for the most complex, cross-functional DIS initiatives – platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts
Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability – and hold teams to them
Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders – ensuring no handoff falls through
Stay deeply familiar with the active deal landscape – understanding where each engagement stands, what’s required to close or deliver, and where we have product, resource, or capability gaps
Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials: pitch decks, capability presentations, proposal documents, and engagement readouts
Represent DIS in institutional client engagements as appropriate – including workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews with tier-1 banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers
Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts – and bring them to the right people before they compound
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS’s operating model – delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling – and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role – ideally within a fast-moving technology or financial services organization
Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation: org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization
Strong commercial instincts – able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity
Exceptional written communication and materials production – pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations that reflect well on leadership
Highly structured thinker with a bias for action – creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it
Comfortable operating across functions and org levels simultaneously – org design in the morning, a client session in the afternoon, an engineering status review by end of day
Low ego, high accountability – you own your work and say what you see
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services
Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products
Prior experience supporting or working alongside tier-1 financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians)
Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution

Who You Are:
The Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed Lead is the de facto CEO of their pod within Galaxy Edge — a small, senior team focused on one client engagement or one innovation bet. In this role, you will own product direction, technical standards, client relationships, and account growth, working alongside a dedicated Delivery Lead who handles timelines and execution. You will rotate between our two verticals — Forward Deployed Product & Engineering and R&D & Innovation — carrying hard-won market and technical context across the boundary. You will partner closely with Tier-1 financial institution stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives, translating their needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading into buildable roadmaps. This is a deliberately hybrid role requiring a hands-on startup CTO mindset combined with the commercial instinct to grow accounts and turn delivered trust into the next engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Own product and technical direction: translate institutional needs — custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory context — into a buildable roadmap; set the technical bar, make hard design calls, and stay in the code when it matters
Drive commercial and account growth: run your account like a business, identify expansion opportunities, advise senior client stakeholders (CTO, COO, Head of Digital Assets), and convert delivered trust into the next engagement
Lead client and executive relationships: run discovery from engineers to the C-suite, define success in their terms (adoption, risk, cost, time-to-value), and navigate complex regulated organizations to alignment
Rotate into R&D and Innovation: lead 0-to-1 product creation on frontier blockchain and AI, and codify learnings into reusable components and playbooks that feed back into client delivery
Serve as the voice of the customer back into Galaxy’s product organization, translating delivered insights into what the firm builds next
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
Real technical depth — you’ve shipped production software and can lead engineers credibly

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the first people who will help define it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for building great AI infrastructure. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers. You earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences.
Getting a model into production still takes real expertise: choosing a serving engine, sizing hardware, tuning it, wiring it into an app. We want a developer to go from "it runs on my laptop" to "it's serving production traffic" in minutes, on their own. You'll own the entire experience a developer touches to deploy and iterate: the CLI and SDKs, the console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment configuration, Truss, and the increasingly agent-driven ways developers build. Your job is to make Baseten synonymous with great DevEx and make it effortless for far more developers to self-serve deploy models on Baseten than can today.
This role fits someone who gets technical by instinct and does whatever it takes to ship for customers, not only strategy, UX, or docs. You'll define the design system and the patterns from scratch rather than work inside ones someone else built, and you're obsessed with improving your product craft with AI.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our Product and Engineering teams:
- Building multi-component AI workflows at scale with Chains https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-chains-explained/
- Announcing Baseten for Model Labs https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-baseten-for-model-labs/
- Introducing canary deployments on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/blog/canary-deployments-on-baseten/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collapse time to production, taking a developer from first sign-up to a running, maintained production deployment and driving down the time it takes to get there.
- Make the CLI and SDKs the primary way developers and their AI agents build on Baseten, converging the authoring surfaces (CLI, console, Truss, config.yml, model.py, chains.py) into one coherent path.
- Make a developer's first run effortless across onboarding, model discovery and deploy via the Model Library, and a first deploy where errors surface clearly and builds show progress.
- Own the deployment lifecycle that lets teams ship safely, including environment promotion from dev to staging to prod, version history, an artifact and model registry, reproducible deployments, and the progressive delivery controls developers set and read: canary, shadow, A/B, scheduled promotion, and one-gesture rollback.
- Define how developers compose multi-model apps through Chains and the DevEx for developers building multi-modal agents and applications.
- Grow self-serve deployment across FDEs and customers by living in customer conversations and turning deploy-and-operate friction into roadmap, so work that needs an FDE today becomes something a developer does alone.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years building developer-facing or technical products, as a product manager or as a product-minded engineer.
- Built dev tools as an engineer before becoming a PM, shipping SDKs, CLIs, APIs, or platform surfaces with your own hands.
- Proof of dev tooling and dev products you've shipped and take pride in.
- Genuine taste for developer experience across both local (CLI) and UI, with a specific example of where you made something complex feel simple.
- Strong opinions on CLI, API-first, and agent-first design, treating the coding agent as a first-class user rather than a feature.
- Technical enough to earn engineers' trust and reason about what's under the hood, because you've been under it.
- A rigorous researcher who lets customer reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API products.
- You've deployed and served models yourself.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an
AI Software Engineer
to design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered capabilities within the Creatio platform. This is an AI-first engineering role: you will spend most of your time designing agents, engineering prompts and context, building retrieval and evaluation pipelines, and directing AI coding agents - with solid .NET engineering as the foundation rather than the whole job.
You will join the AI teams building the
agent platform
that enables AI agents to safely perform real work in the product: call tools and APIs, read and write data, maintain context and memory, follow permissions, and escalate to humans when needed.
The team also owns the core infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, logging, observability, and cost/performance control, ensuring AI agents are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on AI engineering experience. You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions, including assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG-based capabilities, and agentic workflows - and you will use AI coding agents as your primary daily development workflow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered product features within the Creatio platform: assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, RAG, and semantic search.
Design agent architectures - tools, memory and context strategy, orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation - and choose the right pattern for each problem (single LLM call vs. tool-using agent vs. multi-agent).
Engineer prompts, system instructions, and agent context as first-class artifacts: versioned, reviewed, and covered by evaluations.
Integrate LLM providers, MCP servers and tools, enterprise data sources, embedding pipelines, and vector/hybrid search into the platform.
Build evaluation datasets, offline and online evals, quality gates, and observability (tracing, logging, drift detection) for AI capabilities.
Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities in production, including prompt and model updates.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration through tools, hallucinations, over-permissioned agents, and sensitive-data leakage.
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents as the default development workflow; critically review and verify agent output; contribute reusable rules, skills, and prompts to the team.
Follow the AI landscape closely and bring new models, tools, and patterns to the team.
Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context-window and cost management.
Practical understanding of agent architectures (tool loops, planner/executor, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop), MCP, and at least one agent framework or SDK.
Working knowledge of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding and citations, and common failure modes.
Experience with AI evaluation (datasets, offline evals, LLM-as-judge), LLM observability and tracing, and AI security (prompt injection, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, Responsible AI practices).
Daily proficiency with AI coding agents: the ability to direct, review, and verify agent output rather than only write code by hand.
Solid experience with C# and .NET, API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Experience with SQL databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development; Docker and basic Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade software development.
Nice to have:
Python for prototyping, data work, and evaluation scripting.
Hands-on experience with a major AI platform (Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience building agent-facing tools or MCP servers.
LLMOps practices: prompt and model versioning, evaluation gates in CI/CD, canary rollouts of prompt changes.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or adapter-based model customization.
Experience with Creatio or other low-code CRM platforms.
What to expect from us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.
Benefits & Rewards Package:
We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.

Workplace: Hybrid
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive our most complex, cross-cutting infrastructure programs. This role will operate across all domains of AI infrastructure, from the GPUs up to the multi-cluster orchestration layer.
This is an execution-first role. The work is less about owning a single system and more about imposing order on ambiguity: standing up the right structures, driving decisions to closure, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across dozens of stakeholders. If you take satisfaction in turning a chaotic, half-defined initiative into a predictable, well-governed program, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own complex migrations end to end. Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations across teams and domains. This will involve scoping the work, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and driving them to completion without surprises.
- Drive process across infrastructure. Establish and run the operating rhythms that keep programs healthy: planning cadences, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, and escalation paths. Make the process light enough that teams adopt it and rigorous enough that it actually works.
- Help managers build the right structures. Partner with engineering managers and leads to design the team structures, ownership boundaries, and working models a program needs to succeed. Spot gaps in accountability before they become problems.
- Own follow-ups relentlessly. Be the person who tracks every open item, owns the action register, and closes loops. Drive decisions and unblockers to resolution rather than letting them drift.
- Create clarity from ambiguity. Take loosely defined goals and turn them into scoped, sequenced, resourced plans with clear owners and measurable milestones.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp status that lets busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of delivering large, cross-team infrastructure or platform programs.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex migrations or comparable multi-domain initiatives from inception through completion.
- Strong execution discipline: you build the structures, cadences, and tracking that keep programs on the rails, and you hold the line on follow-through.
- Comfort operating across multiple infrastructure domains. You don't need to be the deepest expert in any one, but you can engage credibly with engineers on compute, storage, networking, and data.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, aligning teams and managers who don't report to you around shared plans and commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make complex, technical programs legible to any audience.
- A bias toward closure: you're uncomfortable with open loops and you drive things to done.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing team structures or operating models alongside engineering leadership.
- Experience with AI models, their use, and how they operate at the infrastructure level.
- Background in or exposure to software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with the tooling that supports program execution at scale (e.g., issue tracking, planning, and reporting systems).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.

What We’re Looking For:
7
+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience building backend systems in Golang.

The company connects developers with capital through programs such as the Xsolla Funding Club, and it has extended its footprint into the public markets through Xsolla SPAC 1 (Nasdaq: XSLLU), a publicly listed acquisition vehicle focused on gaming, fintech, adtech, and related technology sectors. These activities sit alongside a growing portfolio of partnerships, market expansion programs, and new business lines led by the Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships organization.
Market Opportunity
The opportunity is significant. The global games market is on track to exceed 300 billion dollars, and the sector has matured into a genuine institutional asset class. Industry trackers recorded roughly 161 billion dollars of games industry mergers and acquisitions in , and private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and sovereign investors continue to deploy capital into the studios, platforms, and infrastructure that power the industry. Xsolla sits at the center of this commerce layer, which positions the company to play a meaningful role in how capital flows through gaming.

About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.

Role Overview
As Head of Investor Capital and Relations, you will be responsible for the full arc of capital engagement, from sourcing and cultivating investors, to structuring and executing capital raises, to maintaining disciplined, compliant, and trusted relationships once capital is committed. Your remit will span private capital formation, sovereign and strategic institutional relationships, and the investor relations function associated with Xsolla's publicly listed activities.
You will build the investor relations capability that a company operating in and around the public markets requires, including the disclosure discipline, messaging consistency, and relationship infrastructure that institutional investors expect. You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.
