The Opportunity
Flosum is looking for a visionary Senior Salesforce Administrator who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape the future of how the world's largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce.
This is not a maintenance role. You will own the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global brands like Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products that create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are at an inflection point. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who sees around corners, understands where this space is heading, and has the conviction and execution chops to get us there first.
About Flosum
Flosum is the only enterprise-grade DevOps, Data Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding platform built 100% native on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, we operate within the Salesforce trust boundary, which means zero data exposure, no third-party cloud processing, and full compliance with Salesforce security standards.
Our customers are among the most demanding in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) who require SOX compliance, zero-trust architecture, and audit-grade governance. We compete against Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto, and we win because our native architecture delivers security, speed, and extensibility that external tools simply cannot match.
We recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce into our platform, making Flosum the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution. This is just the beginning of what we plan to build.
What You Will Own
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.
AI & Innovation
Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
Customer & Market Insight
Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.
Execution & Delivery
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
Requirements
Who You Are
We are looking for a missionary, not a mercenary. Someone who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thinks independently, and is driven by a need to build something that matters, not just advance their career.
7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You know where each is strong and where they are vulnerable.
Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.
What Will Make You Exceptional in This Role
You have experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
You have worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
You have led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
You have a point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and can articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change how enterprises build on Salesforce.
You have experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority rather than just marketing spend.
What We Expect in the First 12 Months
First 90 Days: Learn and Diagnose
Achieve deep fluency in Flosum's five product lines and their technical architecture.
Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews to build a firsthand understanding of enterprise pain points.
Complete a competitive audit with specific, actionable recommendations on where Flosum should invest to win.
Deliver your first product roadmap refresh with clear prioritization rationale.
Months 3-6: Ship and Win
Own and deliver at least one major product release that directly addresses a competitive gap or customer-requested capability.
Establish a product-led feedback loop between Sales, CS, and Engineering that accelerates deal velocity and reduces churn.
Define the next generation of Flosum's AI capabilities and present a detailed execution plan.
Months 6-12: Scale and Lead
Drive measurable improvement in competitive win rates against Copado and Gearset.
Launch at least one net-new product capability that opens a new revenue stream or market segment.
Establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement.
Benefits
Why Flosum
Category-defining opportunity: You will shape the future of how enterprises build on Salesforce. This is not incremental; it is transformational.
Direct CEO partnership: You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder who is deeply technical, product-obsessed, and committed to building the best platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will directly impact how the world's largest and most complex organizations operate.
AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are rewriting the rules. Flosum is the first native platform to integrate these capabilities. You will define what comes next.
Missionary culture: We hire people who want to make a dent, not pad a resume. If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your ideas are heard, this is it.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + performance bonus
Equity participation

About The Opportunity
The Compliance team's primary objective is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards. The team owns the full compliance engineering stack: KYC onboarding and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. We achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML vendors, and enabling robust business growth, which ultimately strengthens user trust in our platform. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated. In compliance, a system that is mostly right is wrong — so every control we build must be deterministic in its enforcement, complete in its coverage, and explainable in its outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Formulate, select, and develop technical schemes for platform projects across the compliance domain — KYC onboarding flows, identity verification and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule, case management, and regulatory reporting — including AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, automated risk scoring, and analyst-assist agents.
Organize and coordinate resources, leading project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion — including delivery of AI model integration work within KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication and promote teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration, including partnering with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and ensure reliable, auditable inference infrastructure.
Define where probabilistic AI is appropriate versus where deterministic logic is mandatory — and design the boundary cleanly so models assist without compromising auditability or enforcement integrity.
Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talents in the industry, with a focus on building AI engineering best practices across the compliance engineering team — patterns for agentic coding, prompt libraries, eval suites, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated work in a regulated environment.
What We Look For In You
A compliance-first systems mindset — you instinctively reach for state machines, idempotency keys, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs and immutable audit logs. You understand that in compliance, false negatives cost millions and false positives cost trust, and you design accordingly. Prior experience in KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, or payments is a strong plus; experience surviving a regulatory audit is an even stronger plus.
Daily, fluent use of modern AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or equivalents. You can describe the specific workflows you run, the failure modes you have hit, and the guardrails you have built around AI-generated code. AI fluency is required, not nice-to-have.
Production experience integrating AI/ML model inference into Java services — REST/gRPC-based model serving, feature engineering pipelines, latency-sensitive inference optimization, graceful degradation, and drift / rollback playbooks.
Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns — at least one of: RAG pipelines (vector store + retrieval + grounding) for policy / KYC / case lookup, agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step reasoning, validation loops) for analyst assistance, or LLM-based classification / extraction shipped to production.
Discipline around AI output — you do not ship LLM features without evals, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes decisions. You have an opinion on when to reach for a frontier model vs. a fine-tuned small model vs. a deterministic rule, and can defend that trade-off to a regulator.
Exposure to LLM integration or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus — e.g. prompt engineering at the system level, RAG pipelines, or orchestrating AI workflows within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of software engineering basics, distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and exactly-once vs at-least-once semantics.
Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills — including the ability to write clearly for non-engineers (compliance officers, auditors, regulators).
AI Proficiency Expectations & Interview Process
AI fluency is a required engineering competency for this role, on the same level as ‘can write good Java’. We will assess it explicitly during the interview, and a strong showing here is a meaningful plus:
AI-augmented workflow demo — walk us through how you use AI tools day-to-day. The prompts, the tasks you delegate to an agent vs. write yourself, how you review AI-generated diffs, and how you measure the impact (commit velocity, defect rate, test coverage). Concrete examples beat slogans.
Live agentic exercise — a working session using the AI coding agent of your choice on a realistic compliance-flavoured problem. We look at how you scope, prompt, validate, and integrate AI output, not whether the agent gets it right first try.
Design discussion with a probabilistic twist — expect at least one system-design question where the right answer involves deciding when not to use an LLM, and how to design the deterministic fallback. We hire engineers who can defend that boundary.
Evaluation & guardrails — be ready to discuss an eval suite or guardrail you have built for an AI feature in production (e.g. an LLM-assisted SAR narrative drafting tool, an AI-assisted KYC document review step, or screening-hit disambiguation). If you have not shipped one, tell us how you would design it.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development — including budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, financing, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we’re licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we’re one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We’re well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You’ll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We’re scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that’s actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
This is a senior originator seat owning Hex Trust’s institutional financing book. You will scale our lending book by sourcing both sides of the market: institutional borrowers (funds, market makers, prop desks, treasuries, corporates) and lenders (family offices, HNW, balance sheets, and institutional liquidity providers) and structuring the trades that connect them.
The role is P&L-accountable from day one: origination, structuring, pricing, and ongoing counterparty coverage. You will own the financing book end-to-end and work hand-in-hand with risk, legal, and product to build a scalable, capital-efficient lending business across digital assets.
We expect the person in this seat to grow the desk into a meaningful contributor to Hex Trust’s revenue mix and, over time, to build and lead a financing team underneath them.
Duties & Responsibilities
Originate and execute institutional crypto lending, borrowing, and financing transactions — collateralized loans, margin financing, repo-style structures, basis and yield-enhancement trades.
Build and scale the lending book: grow assets under loan, optimise utilisation, and expand the spread Hex Trust earns across the financing stack.
Develop and own borrower relationships across hedge funds, market makers, OTC desks, prop trading firms, miners, and corporate treasuries.
Work closely with the institutional sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients and push/cross-sell financing products.
Structure, price, and negotiate commercial and credit terms in partnership with risk, credit, treasury, and legal; own term sheets through to execution.
Partner with risk and operations on counterparty onboarding, margining frameworks, collateral management, and exposure monitoring.
Maintain financing pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy; produce weekly pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting for management within Hex Trust.
Represent Hex Trust at industry conferences, client events, and on panels; act as a public face of the Hex Trust team
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in institutional financing, securities lending, prime brokerage, repo, or crypto lending — at a bank, broker-dealer, prime broker, or crypto-native lender.
Proven track record originating and growing a lending book is required.
Existing network of institutional borrowers and lenders that can be activated from day one.
Deep understanding of collateralized lending mechanics: LTVs, margining, haircuts, liquidation, rehypothecation, tri-party structures, and credit risk — including hands-on familiarity with risk/collateral dashboards such as Haruko.
Strong commercial and structuring instincts; able to price risk, negotiate term sheets, and close complex transactions.
Credit-aware and risk-disciplined; comfortable working closely with risk, and legal on borrowing/lending decisions.
Crypto-native, or a TradFi financing professional with a demonstrated bridge into digital assets. Comfortable discussing custody, collateral segregation, on-chain settlement, and stablecoin mechanics.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus
Highly comfortable with AI tools (Claude or similar) and modern workflows; uses them to move faster on origination and analysis.
Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai onsite or 100% remote; full-time position.
Benefits
As one of the leading Web3 innovators,
Hex Trust
