How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

- Present, defend and explain complex AI, architecture and delivery concepts in simple, practical terms for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Stay involved through MVP or first production release to preserve context, support delivery teams and validate that the solution works in the customer’s operating environment.
- Define evaluation criteria for AI quality and business impact, including accuracy, groundedness, tool-call correctness, latency, cost, adoption and workflow effectiveness.
- Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security, compliance, Responsible AI, observability and production-readiness principles.
- Convert field learnings into reusable Solvd assets, including solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks and service accelerators.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- A seasoned hands-on technical leader who has evolved from full-stack or server-side software engineering into the GenAI and agentic AI domain.
- Experienced in designing, prototyping and integrating systems that combine LLMs, agentic frameworks, enterprise data and business workflows.
- Proficient at combining established engineering patterns with emerging AI capabilities to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Skilled in guiding teams and clients through ambiguity - able to prototype rapidly, validate assumptions and converge toward delivery-ready designs.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, product teams, operational users and engineers alike, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable solution narratives.
- Pragmatic, curious, collaborative and obsessed with customer problem — equally focused on technical soundness, business value, user adoption and delivery readiness.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including strong experience in software design and engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting or building GenAI or agentic AI systems using modern LLM ecosystems, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience supporting presales solutioning, discovery, prototyping or early delivery for AI engagements.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, prompt engineering and tool-calling patterns.
- Understanding of cost modeling for AI workloads, including token usage, inference scaling and hosting models.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and its AI/ML service offerings.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions with both engineering and non-technical stakeholders in presales, discovery or early delivery phases.
- Strong command of software engineering fundamentals, API design, integration patterns and production-readiness practices.
- Knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, containerization, observability and DevSecOps.
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
OPTIONAL

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to serve as a founding member of our go-to-market expansion into Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. You will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with the region's leading digital-native companies—from high-growth startups to established unicorns and super-apps—across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Owning the full sales cycle from first outbound to launch, you'll act as a trusted partner to customers as they embed Claude into their products and operations. As a first mover in ASEAN, you'll shape our regional strategy from the ground up, building the playbooks and market insight that will scale as our team grows.
Key responsibilities
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic across ASEAN, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through deployment with digital-native customers
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the region's distinct markets, accounting for differences in market maturity, regulatory environment, language, and buying behaviour across Southeast Asian countries
Spearhead market expansion by identifying high-potential customer segments and use cases within the region's startup and scale-up ecosystem, including fintech, e-commerce, super-apps, gaming, SaaS, and logistics
Establish foundational go-to-market practices as a first mover in ASEAN, creating playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale with the team
Inform product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs specific to Southeast Asian enterprises, including multilingual and localisation requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, marketing, solutions, and partnerships—including regional cloud and channel partners—to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge
Serve as a market expert on ASEAN's digital-native landscape, providing strategic insight to global leadership on regional trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies with digital-native businesses in Southeast Asia, with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
Deep understanding of the ASEAN startup and scale-up ecosystem, including familiarity with leading digital-native companies across multiple markets in the region
Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored solutions
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organisations while managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Extensive experience negotiating complex, customised commercial agreements in Southeast Asian market contexts
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships from ICs to C-level executives and cultural fluency across ASEAN business environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity as a founding team member building processes and strategy from scratch
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, developer platforms, cloud, or API-based products to technical buyers
Existing relationships with founders, CTOs, and product leaders at prominent Southeast Asian technology companies
Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional accounts
Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai)
Experience establishing a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most.
We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers get the right answer quickly and delivering consistent results across quality, speed, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The role combines direct leadership of channel teams with close partnership across CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, CX AI Ops, and Product Operations. You will develop strong managers and frontline teams, create real accountability, and stay close enough to the work to understand where customers and teams are getting stuck. You will translate the department’s direction into clear priorities, stronger operating routines, and measurable improvements across Phone, Email, and Chat.
Because Ramp’s CX team sits within the Product organization, this role has close ties to the technical teams and products our customers use every day. That proximity gives CX a unique opportunity to turn frontline insight into better workflows, stronger product feedback loops, and an AI-powered way of working.
This role is a strong fit for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who learns quickly, raises the bar, and makes clear decisions in a fast-changing environment. You are comfortable owning the day-to-day, rolling up your sleeves to understand the work and the product deeply, developing people, setting high standards, and turning complex problems into clear plans that improve outcomes for customers and teams. You will help define how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where human judgment matters most, how channels work together, and how CX scales through Ramp’s next chapter.
If you love building high-performing teams, solving hard operational problems, and helping customers win through rapid product, business, and AI-driven change, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own day-to-day channel execution — lead Phone, Email, and Chat teams, stay close to the work, and drive frontline performance across customer satisfaction, quality, service levels, resolution quality, and productivity.
- Develop CX leadership — coach Managers, set clear expectations, and build accountability for team performance and customer outcomes.

Deep understanding of insurance buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the regulatory environment insurers operate within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the insurance market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for insurance use

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 OTE per year.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Arcadia helps healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver measurable results. We unify fragmented data across the healthcare ecosystem so payers, providers, ACOs, and life sciences companies can make confident decisions grounded in trustworthy intelligence. Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia is at a growth stage where the connective tissue between ideation, execution, and executive decision-making matters enormously. This primarily manifests across two areas today: (1) Growth (Strategy, Sales, and Retention & Expansion) and (2) cross-functional Executive initiatives. This role sits at that intersection: you will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and launch new growth initiatives—whether that's a new vertical, a new go-to-market partnership, or a new solution while also engaging directly with the executive team to drive alignment on the initiatives that matter most across the company. In practice, this typically plays out as roughly 75% of your time on commercial strategy and growth initiatives, and roughly 25% partnering directly with the executive team and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.
This is a role of ownership and initiative, not execution-on-request. You will be given real latitude to define how new opportunities get approached, how cross-functional work gets organized, and how the executive team stays aligned—and you'll be trusted to run with it. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner closely with Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Actuary, Account Management, and the broader executive team.
What You'll Be Doing
Launch New Growth Initiatives
You will partner across the Commercial, Value Enablement, and Product teams to identify and pursue new paths to growth—whether that's a new vertical, a strategic partnership, a new product or solution go-to-market motion, or another initiative altogether—taking ownership of the work from initial concept through initial traction.
Identify and size new growth opportunities by understanding the market, our competitive position, and where Arcadia's assets and talent can be leveraged to win
Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks, so leadership can make a clear go or no-go decision
Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and other domain SMEs as needed to shape the specifics of each initiative—what it is, who it's for, and how it comes together
Build the
GTM positioning
and competitive differentiation for each initiative, grounded in Arcadia's outcomes-first brand and validated against real buyer needs
Translate the business case into a tactical execution plan, and drive that plan forward: coordinate cross-functional workstreams, resolve dependencies, and keep the initiative moving toward real traction
Define success criteria for each initiative and track progress against commitments
Strengthen GTM Motion
New markets don't succeed in isolation—they depend on a commercial engine that's tightly coordinated. You will take initiative to close gaps and accelerate growth across the teams that make GTM work and bring visibility into that progress at the executive level.
Build and refresh competitive intelligence in target markets, synthesizing signals from win/loss data, market research, analyst commentary, and field input
Collaborate with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting to improve discovery-to-proposal velocity, solution credibility, and RFP quality
Partner with Actuary to sharpen financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks used in payer and risk-bearing organization deals
Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, manage project tracking for strategic commercial initiatives, and proactively remove blockers
Bring commercial progress, risks, and decisions needing executive input directly into board and executive committee conversations
Executive Team
Support
As Arcadia scales, the initiatives that matter most increasingly cut across teams and leaders—commercial expansion chief among them. This role gives you a direct seat in that conversation, extending the alignment work you do in Commercial to the executive team as a whole.
Drive the Executive Committee Operating Rhythm: Help shape and run the weekly executive committee meeting -- build agendas, synthesize pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across leaders
Partner on board meeting preparation, ensuring materials reflect a coherent narrative across commercial, product, and financial priorities
Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and executives, acting as the driver who keeps them moving and accountable
Proactively surface where executive-level initiatives are stalling and broker resolution before they become bigger problems
Take on special projects with the executive team as they arise, applying the same ownership and rigor used in the commercial work
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, you have mapped the highest-priority growth opportunities in front of Arcadia, built relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team, and built the business case for at least one priority initiative.
In year one, you have taken two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction—whether new verticals, partnerships, or products—contributed measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates, and become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence.
What You'll Bring
Required
Seven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role
Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape—you can speak credibly to value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, quality and Stars
Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context—building the business case, shaping the go-to-market approach, and driving execution
Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms, including meeting preparation, cross-functional tracking, and driving follow-through on strategic commitments
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align product, clinical, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders behind a common strategy
Comfort working in ambiguity—this role requires structuring undefined problems and building the plan, not executing a defined playbook
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build crisp, compelling narratives for executive, board, and buyer audiences
Preferred
Experience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations
Familiarity with buyer segments beyond traditional payer and provider markets—including self-funded employers, risk-bearing entities, or adjacent healthcare services organizations
Prior experience as a chief of staff, or in a strategy-and-operations role partnering closely with a CEO or executive committee
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian Community

We are looking for a Russian-speaking
B2C Growth Marketing Manager
who can combine structured marketing leadership with hands-on execution of high-leverage work.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can work closely with the founder, turn many marketing ideas into a clear growth plan, identify the strongest lead generation opportunities, discard distractions, execute with discipline, and own the numbers for B2C growth, lead generation, and revenue.
About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring changes people’s lives by helping them find jobs and relocate to countries with a high quality of life, making the process as smooth and predictable as possible.
We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in helping English-speaking IT professionals find jobs in Germany and Europe. We support candidates through the full journey: job search, positioning, applications, interviews, job offer, visa, relocation, and settling into a new country.
Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, and our distributed team works remotely across Europe and Central Asia. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, as long as your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
About The Role
This role is a mix of
marketing strategy, funnel ownership, hands-on execution, and coordination of a small marketing team
.
You will work directly with the founder, who brings many ideas, hypotheses, and business priorities. Part of your job is to help turn these inputs into a focused marketing plan. More importantly, we expect you to bring your own growth marketing expertise: identify high-impact approaches we have not tried yet, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical campaigns, experiments, and funnel improvements.
You will own the plan, prioritize strategies, channels, and campaigns, define what success looks like, track results, understand what worked and what did not, and adjust the strategy based on data. This is not a role for simply organizing other people's ideas; we are looking for someone who can shape the growth agenda and make strong recommendations based on experience, data, and customer insight.
Our B2C marketing funnel includes social (Telegram/Instagram/LinkedIn), paid acquisition, lead magnets, webinars, lifecycle communication, and consultation-based conversion.
You will work with internal and external contributors across content, paid acquisition, operations, and analytics.
You may add freelancers or other external specialists when needed. As the function grows, success in this role should also create the case for hiring more marketing specialists and delegating more hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means that marketing becomes more structured, measurable, and connected to business outcomes.
You will be successful if:
You deliver a clear and focused marketing plan that achieves monthly goals with given resources.
Marketing activities are executed according to the plan and deliver results.
Marketing ideas are captured, prioritized, and either executed or intentionally declined.
Growth, lead generation, and revenue KPIs are clearly defined, measured and achieved.
Marketing reports explain what worked, what did not, and what we will do differently.
Requirements
Fluent Russian language.
Fluent English at C1 level.
Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
Structured thinking.
Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
Strong self-organization.
Attention to detail.
Nice To Have
Any of the following can be applied in our marketing, so it will be a plus but is not required:
Experience in EdTech, career, recruiting, relocation, immigration, or professional services.
Marketing workflow automation: n8n / Zapier / Make / Gumloop, or similar tools.
Experience planning and setting up email sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with chatbot automations in Instagram/Telegram/WhatsApp.
Performance marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar paid social channels.
Experience with webinars or online events.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
SEO experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar.
Landing page creation and CMS experience, such as WordPress.
Conditions And Benefits
KPI-based performance bonus will be a significant part of your total comp.
Direct work with the founder and short feedback loops.
High ownership and visible impact from the first weeks.
Supportive international team.
Opportunity to shape the B2C marketing system, not just execute tasks.
Full-time role.
Fully remote work.
We are deeply dedicated to our mission and expect the same level of focus from you. This role requires full attention and a deep dive into our business, audience, offers, and numbers. It cannot be combined with client work, employment, or projects that reduce availability, focus, or create conflicts of interest.
How To Apply
Send us your CV and a short note explaining:
Your greatest achievement in a similar role.
Which KPIs you owned.
