Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:

• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting

We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.
What You Will Own
The creative standard.
Across every client, every format, every platform, you set the bar. That means tracking what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok before it becomes consensus, translating those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks the whole team executes against, and ensuring that individual wins compound into repeatable systems. When the industry moves, we move first.
The team.
A group of performance creative strategists owns our day-to-day client accounts. Your job is to make them significantly better: sharper at diagnosing underperformance, more fluent in direct response principles, more confident in owning a creative point of view. You raise the floor and build a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without killing instinct and taste.
The production process.
Great strategy executed poorly is still a loss. Working directly with our lead editor, you will build the standards, workflows, and SOPs that make our production team as systematic and high-output as the strategy behind it.
Creator and talent alignment.
You will work closely with our head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator process are fully in sync; so that what we brief, what creators produce, and what we run as paid media are pulling in the same direction.
New client launches.
The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum or create debt. You will own the creative side of onboarding – building the frameworks that find early wins fast and turn the first month into proof of concept, not ramp-up time.
The senior creative voice.
When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative is underperforming and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room. You present creative strategy with conviction, give hard feedback without losing confidence, and make clients feel like the smartest person on creative just joined their team.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent 7+ years in performance creative, the majority of it at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast – from a DTC skincare brand to a fitness app to a consumer tech launch – without losing the thread on any of them.
You have driven revenue, not just creative output. The work you've led has a measurable downstream effect on conversion rates, on cost per acquisition, on the growth trajectory of the brands you've worked on. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are genuinely fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what kills conversion, how to diagnose a hook that isn't landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterate on it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and you can back them up with data from accounts you've actually run.
You have built people, not just campaigns. You know how to develop a junior strategist, challenge a senior one, and run a team that owns live client accounts under real performance pressure. You raise the bar without creating chaos, and you build cultures where creative decisions are grounded in evidence without draining the room of instinct.
You have operated at volume and thrived. You are someone who has kept quality high, clients confident, and teams aligned while juggling more than most people think is possible — and you have the results to show for it.

$200,000 - $450,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity

About the Role
You'll be working with some of the biggest DTC brands in the USA, on creative work that actually moves business outcomes, with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows we've built in-house. And you'll be doing it inside one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. performance marketing.
We're hiring Project Managers to run the day-to-day operations behind our highest-priority accounts. You'll be assigned to multiple top-tier clients and work across the workflows and work streams that keep campaigns moving and performance climbing.
This is an operational role at its core. The work spans creative and analytical territory, from research and copy to QA and reporting, and a lot of it gets done with the AI tools and proprietary systems that give our team an edge.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll be assigned to multiple high-priority accounts and run operations across them, working alongside Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and submit creative briefs for senior review.
Draft, edit, and refine advertising copy using our internal AI workflows.
Conduct competitor research and in-depth brand analysis, including review mining, Reddit and community insights, founder-led content, and other relevant sources.
Analyze top-performing scripts across our portfolio and adapt them to align with individual brand voice, positioning, and audience.
Perform quality assurance on creative outputs to ensure alignment with briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
Review raw content and footage to identify high-potential clips for editing and production.
Manage day-to-day project workflows to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.
Track deliverables, deadlines, owners, and blockers while maintaining clear visibility on project status.
Coordinate across creative, strategy, performance, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Ensure deadlines, priorities, and key tasks are met, proactively identifying and preventing gaps or delays.
You'll also be expected to communicate clearly, stay highly organized, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. The goal is to keep work moving, maintain a high standard of quality, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Training
You're not expected to walk in knowing every discipline you'll touch. We invest the first two weeks in deep training on the fundamentals, including Creative Strategy and the other specialties you'll be supporting. We have proprietary courses, frameworks, and SOPs. Plan to learn fast and apply faster.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role. You're obsessive about quality—the kind of person who notices the typo, the off-brand color, or the script that doesn't quite hit.
You're comfortable working with both data and creative, and you don't see those as separate worlds. You've used AI tools in your workflow and you're excited to use more of them. You can write clearly, read carefully, and proactively identify issues without needing to be told.
You're fluent in our stack: Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools. You communicate well in writing because much of our work happens asynchronously.

About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ sits at the intersection of performance marketing and creator-driven growth. We manage over $850M in annual media spend across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, run 80,000+ creator partnerships every month across a network of 400,000+ influencers, and use Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, to power discovery, outreach, whitelisting, and creative decisioning at scale.
We are trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives drives meaningful bottom-line impact through performance creative, paid media, influencer marketing, and CRO.
Advantage HQ is not just an agency. We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record, and a culture built for A-players.
The Role
We are hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the Founder and own the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will take ambiguous, high-stakes problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive them to completion across teams, from scoping and research to execution and review.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You are the Founder's force multiplier: the person who protects their time, sharpens their decisions, and makes sure what they set in motion actually ships. You think like an owner, you move fast, and you are comfortable operating with limited direction.
You are structured and analytical in equal measure. You turn a loose idea into a clear brief, use data to pressure-test it, and keep a fast-moving organization aligned on what matters most.
What You Will Own
Strategic project delivery.
Own cross-functional initiatives from the Founder's agenda end to end. Define objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics, then drive them through to completion.
Founder operating rhythm.
Run the Office of the Founder: weekly priorities, meeting agendas, follow-ups, decision logs and the cadence that keeps leadership aligned.
Research and analysis.
Run market scans, competitive reviews, process audits and financial analysis that inform strategic decisions, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
Communication and briefings.
Prepare briefing materials, board and investor updates, and internal communications. Speak on the Founder's behalf with teams and partners, with clarity and conviction.
Risk and blocker removal.
Spot risks and opportunities early. Bring solutions, not just problems, and clear the obstacles that slow teams down.
Systems and playbooks.
Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards so initiatives run without constant oversight.
AI fluency.
Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from research and analysis to automation of recurring work.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent [3-6+] years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles. You know what it means to context-switch fast across projects without losing the thread on any of them.
You have led complex, cross-functional projects to completion, and the work had a measurable effect on the business. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are analytical. You can take messy information, pull out what matters, and turn it into a decision or a plan. Spreadsheets, dashboards and basic financial modeling are second nature.
You are a strong writer and communicator. You write clear briefs, give honest feedback, and present your thinking to leaders with clarity and confidence.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. You hold a high bar for quality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and stand your ground respectfully when you disagree.
Nice to Have
Experience in a founder-led, high-growth or agency environment
Experience in performance marketing, DTC or creator-driven businesses
Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows
Comfort in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Location
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.

Advantage HQ is not just an agency. We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record, and a culture built for A-players.
The Role
We are hiring a Business Operations Project Lead to make a fast-growing agency run better. You will lead the operational projects that improve how our teams work, from process design and tooling to reporting and cross-team coordination, and manage them end to end.
This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and fast-paced agency delivery. You are the operator behind the machine: you see where work gets stuck, design the fix, and get teams to adopt it. You are equally comfortable in the details of a workflow and in the bigger picture of how the business scales.
You are organized and analytical in equal measure. You use data and team feedback to find bottlenecks, and you build systems that raise output without adding friction.
What You Will Own
Project leadership.
Lead operational improvement projects from scoping to delivery. Define scope, assign owners, manage timelines and dependencies, and report progress clearly.
Process design and documentation.
Map, document and improve core business processes. Write clear SOPs and playbooks that teams actually use.
Cross-team coordination.

Align priorities across departments, resolve dependencies and keep projects moving when work crosses teams.

Select, implement and improve the tools and automations that remove manual work and speed up delivery.
AI fluency.
Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from process analysis to documentation to workflow automation.

Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth who has been deep in the trenches of aggressive paid media scaling and knows what it actually takes to push Meta spend efficiently at volume. You understand how Meta's algorithm responds to creative velocity, cost control architecture, audience structure, and budget scaling - and you can translate that understanding into compounding, durable growth across a portfolio of DTC clients.
You will own growth strategy across a book of business, lead a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists, and be the senior voice in the room when clients need someone who can look at an account and see not just what is happening, but what needs to happen next to unlock the next level of scale.
What You Will Own
Aggressive, efficient Meta scaling
- scaling to six figures per day when the unit economics support it. You know the difference between scaling because the data says go and scaling because a client asked you to. You never confuse the two.
Full-funnel paid media strategy
across Meta, Google, and TikTok - with a clear hierarchy of where to push and where to protect margin. You can diagnose performance issues at the level of creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout - and you know which one to fix first.
Creative strategy leadership
alongside our creative team. You understand that at scale, creative is the primary lever, and you have a strong point of view on what makes a winning concept before the data comes back.
Senior client relationships
across a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands. You can walk a skeptical founder through a reset strategy, defend a scaling decision with data, and manage the tension between short-term efficiency and long-term growth - without losing the client's trust.
Team development
- building junior analysts and strategists into strong, independent operators.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day. You can walk through exactly how you did it, what broke, and how you fixed it.
6–10 years in paid digital advertising, with a meaningful portion managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
Deep structural understanding of Meta's algorithm - creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign architecture that gives the algorithm what it needs to spend efficiently at scale.
Analytically rigorous without being paralyzed by data. You make decisions, move fast, and take accountability for outcomes.
Clear, direct communicator - with clients, leadership, and your team, especially when the news isn't what they want to hear.
Compensation & Location
$150,000 – $300,000 USD
total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity
Fully remote
