ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive high-impact security and infrastructure initiatives end-to-end. Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning cloud infrastructure, platform security, identity and access management, detection and response, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery from problem definition through execution and sustained outcomes.
- Own execution, planning, and program health. Be accountable for sequencing work, managing dependencies, tracking risk, and ensuring delivery of Sierra’s most critical security programs, with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Help shape Sierra’s security strategy. Partner with security and engineering leadership to define priorities, investment areas, and execution plans that align risk reduction with platform growth, customer trust, and long-term scalability.
- Build and strengthen security foundations. Drive programs that establish durable security primitives such as identity boundaries, access controls, logging and detection baselines, incident readiness, and secure defaults that future teams and features can confidently build on.
- Translate ambiguity into clear execution. Decompose loosely defined security, risk, and compliance challenges particularly in emerging AI domains into structured programs, prioritized workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead communication and alignment. Provide clear updates to leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs; surface issues early and drive cross-functional alignment.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Engineering: Infrastructure, Data Platform and Agent SDK engineers to shape technical requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver resilient systems.
- Security & GRC: Security engineering, risk, compliance, and privacy partners to align on threat models, control strategy, audits, and risk management in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Product and GTM: Product, Agent Development, and Sales to operationalize security commitments and respond to sophisticated customer and regulator expectations.
- Legal: On security terms, third-party risk, and contractual obligations.
- Executive Leadership: Senior leaders who rely on you for clarity, prioritization, and confidence in Sierra’s security strategy and execution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience running security-focused technical programs in fast-growing SaaS or platform environments.
- Strong technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, IAM, infrastructure as code, observability, secure CI/CD, and incident response.
- Ability to execute through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and keep teams moving.
- Comfort operating in environments where things aren’t fully built yet and helping decide what needs to be built first.
- Clear, concise communication with senior technical and business leaders.
- A collaborative, pragmatic style with high ownership and high agency.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience scaling security programs globally in AI-first or data-intensive SaaS environments.
- Exposure to emerging AI risk, data governance, or agent and model-related security considerations.
- Experience supporting security initiatives in public-sector, regulated and/or multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Relevant security, cloud, AI or technical program management certifications.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This early-career Notino Experience Program Manager role is for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and turns it into momentum. You’ll wear many hats across the People team, but your core job is to jump in, chart the path, and drive high-impact projects based on business priorities—bringing clarity, aligning cross-functional partners, and executing quickly so the team can deliver meaningful employee experiences across EMEA and APAC.
You’ll succeed here if you’re deeply curious, eager to grow, and excited to hone your craft in People. This is a launchpad opportunity to learn from strong leaders, build expertise across the full spectrum of People work, and help shape moments that matter—bringing energy, optimism, and genuine care for people while helping build a workplace where everyone can do the best work of their careers.
As the regional anchor for how Notion’s global people & environment programs come to life outside the U.S., you’ll sit at the intersection of global vision and local execution. Based in Dublin and reporting to the Notino Experience & Environment Lead for APAC & EMEA, you’ll partner closely with the Global Experience Programs team in AMER and environment teams across Dublin, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hyderabad—translating global programs into locally relevant, high-quality experiences and building the operational infrastructure to deliver them consistently at scale.
We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own regional program operations. Take end-to-end ownership of key people programs across EMEA and APAC — from onboarding and performance cycles to engagement surveys and talent retention initiatives. You'll research, plan, launch, and iterate.
- Bridge global and local. Act as the connective layer between the Global Experience Programs team and on-the-ground environment teams. You'll translate global frameworks into locally relevant experiences.
- Build the infrastructure. Create processes, playbooks, and agents that make local execution easier and more consistent across markets. Think onboarding workflows, program calendars, and repeatable delivery frameworks.
- Elevate Affinity Groups. Partner with Affinity Group leads across the region to strengthen their programmes, provide operational support, and help surface retention and engagement insights from within those communities.
- Use data to drive decisions. Build and maintain dashboards that track program health, adoption, and outcomes. Use what you learn to run experiments, course-correct quickly, and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with People Partners, NoE , Recruitment and business leaders to align people programs with organisational goals and ensure an inclusive, well-supported employee experience.
- Champion the Notion Experience. Help craft and bring to life a more distinct Notino Experience brand across EMEA and APAC — reimagining how we work, how we connect, and what it feels like to be a Notino in your region.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Programatic: experience running people programs end-to-end, across multiple markets & time zones.
- AI-native mindset: you’re “AI‑pilled” in the best way: you proactively use AI tools to speed up research, ops, and communication, and you’re excited to build AI agents/playbooks.
- Project management: strong skills and the ability to hold many moving pieces.
- Stakeholder trust: you build trust naturally across levels, from team members to executive partners.
- Bias toward action: you’re resourceful, scrappy when needed, and energised by a fast-moving environment.
- Change management: experience driving change at a high-growth company — you know how to bring people along, not just roll things out.
- Executive presence: you’re comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for Notion
- Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets, with an understanding of cultural nuance in employee experience.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €45,000 - €70,000 per year.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp needs a senior immigration and mobility expert to build the policies, operating model, and trusted guidance that support global growth. This person will be Ramp's internal subject-matter expert and work closely alongside external counsel to translate current immigration law, policy, and business needs into clear, consistent decisions.
They will set program direction, hold vendors accountable, guide difficult cases, and give employees and cross-functional partners the rationale behind high-stakes decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
IMMIGRATION PROGRAM AND POLICY LEADERSHIP
- Own and continuously refine Ramp's immigration, sponsorship, business-travel, and relocation policies, including eligibility, cost coverage, exceptions, and service standards.
- Stay current on relevant immigration laws, policy changes, and market practices; assess their impact on Ramp and recommend program updates.
- Develop practical decision frameworks for common pathways and scenarios— including travel timing, filing approach.
- Explain the rationale behind policies and visa-pathway recommendations in plain language, building trust with employees, managers, Recruiting, and other partners.
- Partner closely with external counsel on complex, precedent-setting, or white-glove cases; know when to seek legal advice and ensure Ramp makes timely operational decisions.
VENDOR AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Own the strategy and operating cadence with immigration counsel and relocation vendors, including selection, SLAs, escalation paths, QBRs, and performance improvement.
- Serve as Ramp's practical voice of reason for cross-functional stakeholders (HR, legal, recruiters, etc.), balancing employee experience, business urgency, consistency, cost, and compliance risk.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Recruiting, Compensation, People Partners, IT, and Workplace on sponsorship decisions, relocations, and new-country employment.
- Build repeatable playbooks for country entry, relocations, and high-impact hiring so stakeholders know the decision maker, dependencies, timeline, and escalation route.
PROGRAM SCALE AND TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Set the function's roadmap, risk reporting, core metrics, and communication standards.
- Personally lead the most sensitive or complex cases and coach the Associate on judgment, prioritization, employee communication, and escalation.
- Turn recurring case patterns into better policy, vendor accountability, self-service guidance, and automation priorities.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years in corporate immigration, global mobility, international People Operations, or a closely related field; deep U.S. immigration expertise strongly preferred.
- Current working knowledge of immigration pathways, filing considerations, and policy changes, with sound judgment about when counsel must advise.
- Experience owning program policy, managing outside counsel/vendors, and influencing decisions with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- A record of building scalable programs in a high-growth or global environment.
- Exceptional, empathetic communication and the ability to explain complex requirements clearly without giving legal advice.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- UK, Canada, EU, APAC, or LatAm mobility/immigration experience.
- New-country employment or global expansion experience.
- Experience managing or mentoring an operations teammate.

- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or post-sales GTM operations.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; you can turn ambiguous business questions into clear frameworks, insights, and recommendations.

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies ever experience, and talent is the surface where our biggest bets get won or lost. We're hiring a Program Manager to sit at the center of that motion, owning the mission-critical, cross-functional programs that shape how we plan, prioritize, and hire.
This is a uniquely visible seat, reserved for operators who thrive in ambiguity and have a track record of driving companywide initiatives to measurable outcomes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with recruiting leadership, executives, and cross-functional partners to architect the systems, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks that let the company move faster and with more clarity. When a complex, high-stakes program needs an owner, you're the person leadership turns to.
What You'll Do
- Own Perplexity's most consequential talent programs end-to-end, from ambiguous mandate to shipped outcome
- Partner directly with executives and recruiting leadership to turn strategy into programs with clear owners, milestones, and accountability
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership, aligning stakeholders and clearing blockers before they escalate
- Design the operating cadence of the org: planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, and executive updates that keep leadership decisive
- Build the systems, tooling, and workflows that let recruiting scale, automating the repetitive so human judgment goes to the highest-leverage work
- Stand up the metrics and dashboards that turn hiring data into faster, sharper decisions
- Anticipate risk on the highest-visibility programs, communicate crisply under pressure, and drive to resolution when priorities shift
- Set the bar for program excellence and codify repeatable playbooks the rest of the company can adopt
What You Bring
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of companywide, mission-critical initiatives
- Direct experience partnering with and presenting to executives on high-stakes, cross-functional work
- Track record of driving ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments
- Operational rigor. You build order out of chaos and design systems that outlast you
- Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to structure messy data into clear direction for leadership
- Sharp communication and stakeholder judgment, with the discretion to operate on sensitive, high-visibility work
- A builder's mindset and a bias for action, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what hasn't been built before
- Recruiting, talent, or People-org program experience is a plus, but we're optimizing for the best operators first

And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers (public sector, defence contractors).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of the UK’s most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
