WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
In this role, you own the engagement outcome. You will lead our most complex, multi-workstream engagements in Korea, decide when Forward Deployed Engineers are needed for code-intensive work, and coach others to raise the bar across our Services practice.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead Notion’s most complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea end to end, from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption and handoff, often where the future state and success measures are not yet defined.
- Shape Services scope, effort estimates and implementation strategy with account teams during pre-sales, then deliver against the agreed scope, timeline and outcomes, recovering engagements that go off track.
- Drive executive alignment on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions: facilitate discovery and architecture workshops, frame tradeoffs clearly and deliver hard messages directly.
- Decide where Notion should own, complement or connect to existing systems, and design scalable architectures and AI-native workflows to a production quality bar, including permission design, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls and operational ownership.
- Orchestrate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners and internal teams: define when deeper engineering is required and set clear scope, ownership and handoffs.
- Lead change management and adoption through stakeholder alignment, champion programs, phased rollouts and enablement, so customer teams sustain usage and realize measurable value.
- Coach other architects and partners, and scale the Korea Services practice through reusable reference architectures, packaged solutions and localized enablement.
- Turn field patterns into evidence-backed product signals (customer pain, business impact, expected outcome and frequency) that influence Notion’s roadmap.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows or agents in production for customers.
- Hands-on technical depth in data modeling and permission design, API and integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts. You do not need to write production code.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Experience scoping Services work, estimating effort and delivering within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Experience coaching consultants or architects, and building methods, reference architectures or packaged services that others adopt.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience delivering for large Korean enterprises and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Experience enabling or co-delivering with implementation partners.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Global Security Program Manager on Notion’s Global Safety & Security team, you’ll help protect our people, workplaces, and operations across a distributed global portfolio. This role exists to bring greater consistency to physical security programs as Notion scales—strengthening technology, vendor operations, incident readiness, and local execution without losing the welcoming experience we want employees and guests to feel. You’ll work across Workplace, People, IT, Legal, business leaders, vendors, and building partners, balancing hands-on operations with repeatable program design. This is a remote role based in the United States, with travel to Notion offices, events, and other locations expected—up to 50% based on operational needs.

- Work with a vendor or building manager to resolve a security gap, balancing local context with global standards.
- Draft an incident update, using AI to improve clarity, then validate the details and judgment behind the message.
- Coordinate international project work while responding thoughtfully to an urgent operational issue.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By your 90th day, kick off a global physical security parity project that creates shared visibility into regional practices, gaps, and priorities.
- By your 90th day, use AI to accelerate clear, effective communications, reduce busywork, and keep detail-heavy work accurate and reviewable.
- By the end of your first year, take ownership of Notion’s physical security technology program, improving how systems, data, and operating practices support safe and resilient workplaces.
- By the end of your first year, demonstrate program ownership in one major physical security or safety pillar, such as business continuity and disaster recovery, event security, travel risk management, monitoring operations, crisis management, guard force operations, or governance.
- By the end of your first year, deliver multiple international projects with clear plans, sound judgment, and effective coordination across regions, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated ability to own physical security or safety programs across multiple sites or regions, including security technology, access control, incident response, or vendor operations.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to move multiple international projects from ambiguity to clear plans, decisions, and delivery.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with internal partners, vendors, building management, and local stakeholders—especially when translating security requirements into practical action.
- A service-oriented approach and eagerness to help create secure, welcoming workplace experiences; you bring curiosity, ownership, and sound judgment to how you work with others.
- Novice AI proficiency and a willingness to use AI as a practical collaborator for communication, accuracy checks, documentation, and reducing repetitive work.

About the Role
The Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager sits at the intersection of B2B marketing strategy and performance analytics. You sit within GTM Strategy & Planning and act as the right hand to the VP of Growth - helping the team decide where to spend their next dollar, setting marketing-level targets in partnership with Finance, and making recommendations of how to maximize the revenue yield from demand.
The marketing team you’ll be supporting owns the digital/technical marketing channels that are heavily reliant on data-driven decisions and insights. The team’s outcomes support both the sales-led business and our PLG motion, and we make decisions around lead routing between the two businesses so that we maximize revenue yield.
This is a high visibility role with direct exposure to marketing leadership. We're looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, has the business judgment to challenge assumptions, and can move fast without sacrificing rigor. You translate performance data into investment decisions and defend those decisions to senior stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York City offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one to two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Target Setting and Impact Measurement
Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation driven by a documented planning model
Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix
Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios
Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target
Maintain the coverage, conversion, and velocity assumptions the model runs on, and reconcile them with Field Ops and Finance
Experimentation and Optimization
Analyze marketing experiments (landing pages, email sequences, ad creative, offers) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with our Head of PLG Revenue to identify friction in the self serve funnel and recommend interventions
Design experiments that help optimize the marketing spend and pipeline ROI
Capacity & headcount planning
Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization, tying resourcing to targets and coverage requirements
Model the trade-offs between headcount, program spend, and pipeline output to inform investment and org decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations
Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where definitions, targets, and operating models are still evolving, and the ability to balance speed with rigor
Understanding of B2B SaaS performance metrics: pipeline, ACV, conversion rates, velocity, marketing-sourced vs. influenced pipeline, and attribution concepts
Comfortable with SQL, Excel/google sheets and BI/visualization tools like Looker to move quickly through data
Working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, opportunity data), marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), and ad platforms (Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, chatgpt Ads, etc)
Bonus Skills
Python or R proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, or building lightweight models
Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms (Bizible/Marketo)
Exposure to experiment design, significance testing, or applied statistics in a marketing context
Experience with predictive modeling: LTV estimation, propensity scoring, or cohort analysis applied to marketing audiences
Familiarity with the modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Looker)
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software industries

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
As Global Head of Land Revenue, you’ll be the global owner for technical new-business strategy, pipeline, and conversion—a customer-facing, technical revenue leadership role, not a RevOps or sales operations role. You’ll own Notion’s Land number (net-new and upgrade iARR across regions), work closely with EPD and Product, and step into high-stakes technical conversations with customers and partners as Notion shifts from product-led to sales-led selling in an AI-native world.
This role is the global owner for new business standards, pipeline programs, and operating cadence. You’ll set the way for landing new business revenue globally, partner with Regional GMs who own regional P&L outcomes, and ensure consistent execution through scalable programs, playbooks, enablement, and governance.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, Sales leadership, and regional teams to improve pipeline quality, win rates, conversion, and time-to-productivity. You’ll also design operating standards that balance regional accountability with global program consistency.
You’ll be measured on qualified pipeline creation, coverage, conversion, program ROI, velocity, handoff quality, and BDR/SC ramp outcomes—requiring you to operate with strong systems thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build and lead the global net-new business motion: define strategy, program portfolio, operating cadence, governance, and performance standards across regions
- Own the global net new business strategy for Land, including ICP and segmentation guardrails, plays, coverage model assumptions, annual and quarterly planning, sequencing, and investment trade-offs
- Establish global definitions and standards for stages, qualification, handoffs, pipeline math assumptions, and reporting integrity
- Build and run global pipeline generation programs in partnership with Marketing and regional leaders, including campaign-to-pipeline motions, partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account plays, and field event program standards
- Define the measurement framework for new business programs, connecting inputs to outputs and outcomes across cost, pipeline, iARR, velocity, and win-rate lift
- Own the Land-side technical selling motion and set the technical bar for sales: SC plays, discovery and demo standards, scalable demo environments, certification paths, and ramp mechanisms
- Run the global new business operating cadence, including weekly program reviews, monthly pipeline health inspection, quarterly planning, escalation paths, and decision-rights models
- Partner with Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Product, and Partnerships to align new business programs, systems, content, enablement, feedback loops, and change management
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deeply technical SaaS background with meaningful customer-facing experience—solutions engineering, solutions consulting, field or customer engineering, or technical sales—plus ownership of a revenue, quota, pipeline, or conversion outcome
- Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics and how to influence conversion levers end-to-end, including qualified pipeline creation, coverage ratios, lead response, handoff quality, stage progression, win-rate lift, and velocity
- Strong program-building instincts: you can design scalable plays, instrument them with data, and run an inspection cadence that drives behavior change
- Experience building operating systems for global teams, including cadences, dashboards, governance, playbooks, definitions, and change-management mechanisms

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer to own ICT security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities at different stages of maturity, from established licensed operations to new markets launching under frameworks. This is not a support function. You will be the named security officer for your entities, accountable to their boards and their regulators.
This is a high visibility, high trust role for a security governance professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services, and who is energised by applying established group frameworks to the local needs of a growing regulated entity.
Payward is one of the world's most trusted and secure digital asset platforms, operating across a growing network of regulated entities spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As we expand into new markets and deepen our regulatory footprint, the demand for embedded, senior-level ICT security leadership at the entity level has never been higher.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Prepare, contribute and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings, highlighting control status, risk exposure, and readiness
- Execute risk assessments and control testing across UAE operations in line with VARA cybersecurity guidelines and security best practices
- Maintain and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA), integrating findings into global resilience planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, testing, and updates, including entity-specific scenarios
- Collaborate with Group Security and IT to:
- Align UAE-specific regulatory controls with global policies and control frameworks
- Contribute to the development of security policies to meet international and UAE compliance requirements
- Conduct security control validation and document evidence for internal/external audits
- Participate in remediation planning for audit findings and track progress to closure
- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators
- Prepare and present security and resilience reports for internal governance committees and local entity management
- Assist in responses to regulatory examinations, including due diligence and compliance queries
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory changes and propose control adaptations
- Participate in the regional incident response process, assist with post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $60,000 USD and $75,000 USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or a related function within a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)/Revenue Cloud, including resolving complex quoting and cross-object issues.
- Strong understanding of commercial deal structures, including annual recurring revenue (ARR), multi-year agreements, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, stub billing, bundled products, and discounting.
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes, documentation, approval workflows, and commercial policies in an evolving environment.
- Sound commercial judgment and the ability to balance customer and seller needs with pricing discipline, revenue integrity, and business risk.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively without formal authority and explain complex commercial concepts clearly.
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI), automation, or workflow tools to reduce manual work and improve the quote-to-cash process is preferred.
What you can expect:
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), Sales Managers, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on complex, non-standard, and high-impact deals.
- Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, discounting, approvals, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, bundled products, and other commercial considerations.
- Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, ensuring quotes and contracts are accurate, complete, and ready for approval and invoicing.
- Build the foundations of the Commercial Deal Desk, including intake processes, approval routing, discount governance, exception handling, service-level agreements (SLAs), and documentation.
- Create playbooks, training materials, office hours, and practical guidance that help sales teams navigate commercial processes and quoting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tooling, and CPQ configuration, while partnering with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Use deal data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, improve deal quality, and recommend changes that support efficient, sustainable growth.

These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead our Salesforce development and administration team and drive the architecture, roadmap, and day-to-day operational health of our Salesforce instance. This is a hands-on technical management role: you'll manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, stay close to code and configuration, and also own a small set of adjacent RevOps tools that round out the GTM systems stack. You'll report to the Director, Business Systems and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Security leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, including hiring, performance management, career development, and day-to-day prioritization of their work
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrated third-party systems, balancing production support, technical debt reduction, and net-new delivery
- Stay hands-on with architecture and code review for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and platform security, guiding your team's technical decisions rather than delegating them entirely
- Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle: Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, and production change management, including planning around end-of-quarter production freezes
- Pair heavily with the Technical Architect to execute against their architectural roadmap, with dotted-line accountability for delivering their priorities through your team while retaining direct management authority over your reports
- Maintain governance over Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and integration/service account hygiene across connected systems
- Own or co-own supporting integrations between Salesforce and platforms
- Own a set of adjacent RevOps tools outside Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Gong, Loom) and coordinate with other owners
- Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI-driven Salesforce offerings, and evaluate new AI-driven workflow opportunities on the platform
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions delivered by your team
- Set team standards for documentation, testing, and change management, and enforce operating rules for high-risk changes (e.g., Closed/Won opportunity edits, ownership changes) to protect data integrity and downstream automation
- Escalate and resolve complex production issues, serving as the team's senior technical point of contact
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years total hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and people management
- Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
- Experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices (Gearset or similar)
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, ideally supporting a globally distributed GTM organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable balancing people management with hands-on technical work
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Administrator certification
- Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes and Mulesoft
- Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows
- Experience supporting global sales organizations
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS:
- Meet your direct reports and the broader Business Systems team; build 1:1 cadences
- Assess team workload, skill gaps, and open production support items
- Get up to speed on the Salesforce instance, code base, best practices, and current roadmap
- Introduce yourself to cross-functional stakeholders the Salesforce team supports
FIRST 60 DAYS:
- Dive deep into the technical architecture to evaluate performance and identify refactor opportunities
- Establish a regular working cadence with the Technical Architect to align on roadmap priorities and execution ownership
- Engage with key stakeholder leaders across the organization
- Establish or reinforce best practices to keep the instance performant, secure, and scalable
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK:
- Have a high-performing, well-supported team delivering to roadmap independently
- Own the Salesforce ecosystem as it relates to third-party tooling, integrations, and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Be the go-to subject matter expert for the Salesforce instance and its surrounding systems
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Commercial (Mid-Market) Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and high growth organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex, six-figure, multi-product, platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in San Francisco/Bay Area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, about 30-40%.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of closing experience in commercial, mid-market, or enterprise sales, including experience selling to organizations with 500+ employees.
- A consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas in the range of $1 million or more and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Experience selling enterprise platforms or integrated solutions rather than only transactional or stand-alone products.
- Experience creating pipeline through account planning, territory prioritization, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up, with the persistence to build new opportunities.
- The ability to engage security, identity, information technology, DevOps, platform engineering, and executive stakeholders, connecting technical priorities to clear business outcomes.
- Strong account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, negotiation, and executive communication skills, with a track record of winning new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access, cloud security, endpoint security, developer security, software as a service (SaaS) governance, or related technologies; experience selling to technology companies is also valuable.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:
• Develop and execute account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), identity leaders, security architects, and engineering teams.
• Create qualified pipeline by identifying whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, compelling events, and new use cases across identity security, AI adoption, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that connect an immediate customer need to a broader Unified Access strategy spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, information technology, DevOps, engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
• Structure and negotiate multi-year, multi-product agreements while maintaining accurate opportunity data, forecasts, mutual action plans, and close plans.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, channels, alliances, product, marketing, legal, and deal teams to win new customers and expand existing relationships through meaningful customer engagement.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

on what that will take.
About this role
GiveDirectly has delivered more than $1B in cash directly to more than 2 million people living in poverty across 15 countries. We believe cash transfers are one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid, with the research to back it up.
We are growing at an unprecedented scale. By the end of 2027, we will have more than tripled dollars delivered via our current playbook to $750M+, while building toward a step-change of roughly 10x on a new technology stack and operating model. We also believe that we could deliver significant incremental money through external partnerships, whether by sourcing verified lists from an institutional partner like UNHCR, subgranting to partners with existing distribution capacity, or routing funds directly through an established remittance provider.
To evaluate and advance these external opportunities to increase our delivery capacity, we are building a lean internal consulting team. In this role, you will work with high autonomy to elaborate a comprehensive set of options and rigorously evaluate, prioritize, and implement them. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with our Executive team, Country Directors, and external partners. The work is in an early stage, the mandate is wide, and the recommendations you make have the potential to influence delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars.
This role is especially well suited to structured problem-solvers with Director or Team Lead-level experience in consulting, strategy, or operations, in business or social impact contexts. This role is funded through the end of 2027, deliberately matched to the window in which these decisions need to be made. We see a strong case for it to become a permanent function beyond that.
What you'll do
Build and prioritize a portfolio of options
. Generate a comprehensive set of external pathways to increase delivery capacity, from institutional data partnerships to outsourced delivery to telco and payment provider arrangements, and rank them on scale, speed, feasibility, and what it would cost us to pursue them.
Pressure test opportunities to a clear verdict
. Run primary diligence on the options that warrant it, including direct engagement with potential partners, regulators, and counsel, and reach a defensible recommendation to advance or stop.
Advance one or two priorities from evaluation into implementation
. Take the opportunities we select from recommendation through to a live pilot, holding the counterparty relationship and coordinating the cross-functional internal work required to deliver.
Define and run competitive solicitations
. Articulate what we need from a partner precisely enough to publish an RFP (or similar), set selection criteria, and manage and evaluate the responses.
Negotiate with institutional counterparties
. Lead engagement with UN agencies, INGOs, mobile network operators, and government bodies, from first contact through to signed agreement.
Equip Executive decision-making
. Produce the analysis and written recommendations that let the Executive team decide where to commit money and capacity.
What we're looking for
A driven, disciplined explorer of unfamiliar territory.
You have personally taken a mandate as broad as "find us more ways to deliver” and turned it into a short list of options you pressure tested until you arrived at a recommendation. You translate ambiguous ideas into clear strategies with milestones and success metrics. You have done this with no playbook and no team assigned to you. Your work influenced high-stakes strategic decisions.
Strong analytical instincts.
You are adept at using data to generate insights and drive decision-making. You can build comparable estimates for structurally different options, and show what would have to be true for each one to work.
A negotiator who uses leverage intelligently.
You can assess what an institution's incentives and compliance requirements will allow. You position opportunities for collaboration shrewdly, distinguish a difficult but workable partnership from one that will not advance, and judge when to persist, change your approach, or walk away.
A clear, direct communicator.
You cut through complexity and influence senior stakeholders with concise, well-structured thinking. Your recommendations lead with what you think we should do, name the assumptions they depend on, and state what further work would test them.
Embody and set an example for GD values.
We take
our values
incredibly seriously, and expect the people who represent us externally to embody them in all aspects of their work.
Additional areas we’re interested in, though not required
Experience with humanitarian or institutional donors, particularly UN agencies and INGO consortia; mobile money, telco, or payments partnerships; grantmaking, organizational due diligence, or cost-effectiveness assessments; running challenge funds or competitive solicitations; negotiating data-sharing and data-protection agreements; and operating in low-income or infrastructure-constrained markets.
Compensation

We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst to help build and scale 1Password’s Commercial Deal Desk capability within Revenue Operations. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams on complex commercial decisions, while turning what you learn into clear processes, guidance, and tools that help teams move faster with confidence. This role will help strengthen 1Password’s enterprise commercial capabilities as deal complexity and volume grow.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

- Build the foundations of the Commercial Deal Desk, including intake processes, approval routing, discount governance, exception handling, service-level agreements (SLAs), and documentation.
- Create playbooks, training materials, office hours, and practical guidance that help sales teams navigate commercial processes and quoting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tooling, and CPQ configuration, while partnering with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Use deal data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, improve deal quality, and recommend changes that support efficient, sustainable growth.
UK-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between £60,000 GBP and £84,000 GBP, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, pension, and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
