Quantitative Analyst Intern - Digital Assets Market Making (HFT) - Brussels
Since 2017, Keyrock has been a change-maker in digital assets. We're a global, remote-first team of 200+ people across 40+ nationalities, with hubs in Brussels, London, Paris and New York.
We provide liquidity across 80+ centralized and decentralized exchanges - a position cemented by our Series C, led by SC Ventures. Today we run a full spectrum of capital markets businesses across centralized and on-chain venues: market making, high-frequency trading, options, OTC, DeFi trading desks, advisory, and asset management.
We're building toward the agentic investment banking capabilities for the era of digital finance. A proprietary agentic layer runs the mechanics of the market, so our people can focus on the work code cannot do: the deal, the relationship, and the judgement.
We're not just envisioning the future of finance - we're building it.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our internship programme gives early-career talent the opportunity to build practical skills, contribute to meaningful projects and learn alongside experienced colleagues in digital finance.
Typically lasting six months and based in our Brussels office (London possible), each internship includes hands-on experience, clear learning goals and dedicated guidance and regular feedback. We look for curiosity, relevant foundational skills, deep, active interest and passion for digital assets and the potential to grow exponentially with us - you don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Where performance, business needs and available opportunities align, an internship may lead to a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed.
We are looking for 3-4 high-caliber Quantitative Analyst Interns to sit within our Strategic Market Making (CeFi and DeFi), Credit and Corporate Development desks/teams (see other openings on our career page for details).
Application deadline: 30 November 2026
Start date: 1 March 2027
Selection process:
- Interview with Talent Acquisition representative
- Interview with Hiring Manager
- Recruitment Challenge
The role
About Strategic Market Making Desk
Our Strategic Proprietary Market Making team researches and deploys systematic trading strategies across centralized digital asset venues. We study how order-book dynamics, fragmented liquidity, exchange design and participant behaviour shape pricing, execution and risk.
As a Quantitative Analyst Intern within the HFT track, you will work alongside quantitative researchers, traders and engineers to analyse market and trading data, test hypotheses through backtesting and simulation, and build tools that improve strategy performance and risk visibility. You will investigate how fair value, liquidity, latency, queue position, fees and adverse selection affect real-world execution across venues.
This is a technical and applied internship. We are looking for someone who combines strong quantitative reasoning and coding skills with a detailed understanding of electronic markets. You should be curious about how exchanges work beneath the interface and able to connect market microstructure to trading outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Quantitative Analyst (HFT)
- Analyse multi-venue top-of-book and depth data, trades, orders, fills and cancels to study liquidity, price discovery and execution quality.
- Build and validate latency-aware, event-driven backtests with explicit assumptions around maker/taker execution, queue position, fill probability, fees and cancellations.
- Measure spread capture, forward markouts, fees and adverse selection, and investigate how execution quality changes across venues, instruments and market regimes.
- Build reusable Python tools and data pipelines using modern columnar analysis and SQL for strategy research, performance attribution and monitoring.
- Study cross-venue price discovery, lead–lag relationships, fair-value construction and spot–perpetual basis while accounting for data staleness, instrument design and settlement-currency differences.
- Support live strategies through PnL, inventory and exposure analysis, post-trade review and investigation of unexpected performance.
- Evaluate liquidity-program economics by balancing execution quality, market share, fees and incentives, and work with traders and engineers to translate research into robust production improvements.
- Present findings clearly, including assumptions, limitations, risks and recommended next steps.
WHO YOU ARE/KEY REQUIREMENTS - QUANTITATIVE ANALYST (HFT)
- Quantitative and coding foundations: You are pursuing or recently completed a degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, quantitative finance or a related field. You are proficient in Python for data analysis, ideally including Polars or similar columnar tools, and comfortable with SQL, Git and command-line workflows. Experience with ClickHouse or another analytical database is valuable.
- Electronic market structure: You understand limit order books, order types, maker/taker mechanics, matching and priority rules, spreads, market depth and how trades move prices.
- Execution awareness: You can reason about the order lifecycle from signal to acknowledgement and fill, including exchange APIs, latency, queue position, partial fills, cancellations, fees, slippage and adverse selection.
- Digital asset markets: You understand key differences between spot and perpetual futures, including basis, funding, leverage, liquidation risk, settlement currencies and residual exposure.
- Quantitative reasoning: You are comfortable with probability, statistics, time-series analysis and evaluating noisy results without overstating significance.
- Hands-on curiosity: Ideally, you have built or analysed something yourself—such as an order-book study, trading bot, exchange connector, backtest, execution simulator or market-data pipeline.
- Trading judgement: You naturally question whether an apparent edge survives latency, fees, market impact, changing liquidity and real execution constraints.
- Ownership and communication: You can structure an ambiguous problem, test assumptions and communicate findings and limitations clearly in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with exchange WebSocket/REST APIs and asynchronous market-data pipelines
- Exposure to Rust or another systems programming language
- Experience with tick/order-book data, event-driven simulation or execution modelling
- A technical project demonstrating sustained interest in systematic trading or market microstructure
Our offer
- A 6 month paid internship at world-renowned digital assets company with accommodation provided for entirety or part of it
- The opportunity to learn about digital assets and blockchain from a 30,000 ft view of the entire ecosystem
- Working from one of Brussels newest, nicest and most advanced office spaces
- A global, collaborative and tech-driven environment.
- Autonomy & Impact - our flat structure means you can contribute your ideas from day one and help shape the foundation that will power Keyrock’s future business.
- Culture of Excellence - we value nimbleness, drive for success, owner mentality and collaboration.
- Opportunity to leave your mark and start your career in one of the most reputable companies in the digital assets world
- We are envisioning for the internship to be based pre-dominantly in Brussels. It is possible for a selected candidate to be based in London, UK, provided at least 1-2 months onboarding period would be spent in Brussels together with the rest of the interns cohort.
Our recruitment philosophy
We value self-awareness and powerful communication skills in our recruitment process. We seek fiercely passionate people who understand themselves and their career goals. We're after those with the right skills and a conscious choice to join our field. The perfect fit? A crypto enthusiast who’s driven, collaborative, acts with ownership and delivers solid, scalable outcomes.
As an employer we are committed to building a positive and collaborative work environment. We welcome employees of all backgrounds, and hire, reward and promote entirely based on merit and performance.
Due to the nature of our business and external requirements, we perform background checks on all potential employees, passing which is a prerequisite to join Keyrock.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward’s Payments & Blockchain team builds the capabilities that move money into and out of its products, connecting banking partners, payment providers and local rails for millions of users.
We’re building a peer-to-peer marketplace for Asia-Pacific that lets users buy and sell digital assets directly with each other using familiar local payment methods. Payward will provide the marketplace infrastructure, merchant network, escrow, transaction management, and trust and safety capabilities.
We’re looking for an experienced product leader who has launched crypto P2P in APAC and can turn that expertise into a shared platform serving multiple Payward products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Strategy and market expansion: Set the P2P vision, business objectives and roadmap. Prioritize markets, customer segments and payment methods based on demand, competitive conditions, economics and regulatory requirements.
- Merchant network and liquidity: Develop the merchant acquisition, onboarding, incentives and retention strategy. Work with commercial and local teams to build dependable liquidity, competitive pricing and coverage across relevant payment methods.
- Marketplace economics: Define fee structures and incentive programs. Set commercial targets and improve revenue, transaction costs and contribution margin with finance and commercial partners.
- Core P2P capabilities: Lead product development across matching, escrow, order management, payment confirmation, transaction limits, merchant controls and dispute handling.
- Platform adoption: Build reusable capabilities and integration requirements that allow multiple Payward products to offer P2P. Make the platform straightforward to integrate, operate and extend into new markets.
- Buyer, seller and merchant requirements: Define transaction workflows, exception handling and acceptance criteria. Bring customer research and marketplace expertise into interface decisions, and use transaction data to identify friction and improve completion.
- Trust and marketplace integrity: Partner with risk, compliance, legal and operations to build merchant verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and appeals into the product from the outset.
- Launch and operating performance: Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish the processes needed to run each market. Track liquidity, order completion, time to trade, repeat usage, dispute rates, fraud losses and platform reliability.
- Product leadership: Align senior stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs, work closely with engineering on system capabilities, and develop product talent as the platform scales. Apply proven P2P playbooks and move quickly from decisions to live transactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A demonstrated record of launching and scaling a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC, ideally including a launch from zero.
- Senior product leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of merchant operations, two-sided liquidity, pricing, incentives and the economics of P2P trading.
- Practical knowledge of APAC payment methods, local banking and wallet ecosystems, and how customer behavior differs across markets.
- Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple products, channels or external partners.
- Strong judgment about fraud, payment verification, transaction disputes and the operational realities of running a financial marketplace.
- Technical fluency across APIs, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations and reliable financial systems.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through partnerships with engineering, interface product teams, operations, risk and commercial teams.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience expanding P2P across several APAC markets.
- Experience with stablecoins and local fiat on/off-ramps.
- Experience building and leading product teams.
- Fluency in one or more APAC languages.

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We’re looking for a Motion Brand Designer to bring our brand to life through animation, video and graphic design across our digital channels, events and products.
You will help shape how Douro Labs and Pyth move and show up to the world.
This role is for a hands-on designer who loves making things move: a versatile creator who shifts easily from a quick animated campaign graphic to a full motion package for a product launch or an event booth screen, often on short notice.
You will work closely with our Brand Design Lead to bring our visual identity systems to life across every touchpoint both static and dynamic, from web and social to events, while also supporting our Product Design Lead on product-side animation and graphics in the short term.
Location: Remote (US-based, EST preferred)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Design
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers and the global financial infrastructure community. Craft and clarity are key to how we communicate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need a designer who can move quickly without compromising quality. You’ll be comfortable with shifting priorities, short timelines and finding smart ways to get more done.
The Mission: In this role, you will define how Pyth Pro, our institutional offering for leading banks, trading platforms and global financial networks, looks and feels in motion. You will play a key part in expanding the Douro Labs brand beyond Web3 natives into traditional markets, creating work that reaches market participants, developers and industry leaders every week.
About the Role
This is a production-focused role with motion design at its core. Most of the requests coming from our marketing team are motion and video, and you’ll be the person who owns them. You’ll receive art direction, creative direction and project assignments primarily from the Brand Design Lead, and secondarily from the Product Design Lead. At the outset, your time will be split roughly 75% brand and 25% product.
As the design team grows, this role is expected to shift toward supporting the Brand Design Lead full-time, with a deeper focus on motion, campaign and event work.
Responsibilities
Motion and Video
- Create animations and short-form video for social media, campaigns and partner announcements
- Produce motion packages for product releases, exchange integrations and major ecosystem events
- Turn complex ideas, like real-time market data, into clear and engaging animated stories
- Bring our website to life with animations and interactive moments in Framer
- Build reusable motion systems, templates and brand animation guidelines
- Adapt and resize motion assets across formats and platforms
Digital Production
- Design static social assets, sales collateral, internal communications and web content
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels
Event Design
- Create motion content for event screens, stage visuals and booth displays
- Design booth graphics, signage and printed collateral
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time
Product Support
- Support the Product Design Lead with UI animations, micro-interactions, illustrations and visual assets
- Help keep visual consistency between brand and product surfaces
Tools and Workflows
- Use any motion tool you like (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Rive, Lottie or others), as long as deliverables meet high standards and source files stay neatly organized and shareable
- Bring AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up production and explore new ideas
- Experiment with new tools and techniques and share what works with the team
- Help build templates and systems that make recurring motion work faster
About You
You must have:
- Excellent motion design skills, with a portfolio that shows animation, video and brand-led motion work
- Proficiency in Figma, with clean, well-organized files and experience working with shared libraries
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a motion, graphic or brand designer
- Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color and composition
- A portfolio that shows range across motion, video, and graphic design
- An AI-forward mindset, using platforms like Claude, OpenArt, Higgsfield and Firefly in your daily practice to explore new visual ideas
- Self-organization and proactivity, able to manage your own workload and deadlines
- Clear, warm communication: you take direction well and speak up with ideas
- A resourceful, experimental approach to problem-solving, and you enjoy figuring things out
Nice to have:
- 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar)
- Hands-on Framer experience, including building and animating web pages or interactive prototypes
- Illustration and iconography skills
- Crypto, DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As part of our growing Data Science and Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in our company's mission of building safe and beneficial artificial intelligence by driving data-informed decision making across our organization. You bring experience from high-bar teams and are eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing data science team as Anthropic continues to scale. In this unique company, technology, and moment in history, your work will be critical to informing our strategy as we deploy safe, frontier AI at scale to the world.
You'll be the senior data science leader for Model Experience and a strategic thought partner to product, engineering, and research leaders. Working where frontier AI research reaches the public, you'll help shape model roadmap and launch decisions, bringing a point of view on how users experience our models and what good looks like beyond benchmark scores. As a tech lead manager, you'll also hire and manage a team of data scientists, setting their agenda, personally leading the highest-stakes analyses, and raising the bar for how data shapes model and product decisions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic thought partner to product, engineering, and research leaders, helping shape model roadmap priorities, launch decisions, and the major bets the team makes
Set the data science agenda for Model Experience, deciding where the team can have the most impact on model development and launch decisions and what it should deprioritize
Hire, manage, and develop a team of data scientists, coaching them to move from answering questions to shaping decisions
Frame the most important and ambiguous questions about model quality and user experience, size the opportunities, and make clear recommendations, including when they challenge the current direction
Define how Model Experience measures success, establishing the core metrics and measurement frameworks across external products and internal testing that align teams and leadership on what matters
Set the standard for experimentation and causal inference across Model Experience, including where launches lack a clean A/B test, and personally lead the highest-stakes analyses
Turn complex analyses of model and user behavior into clear narratives and recommendations that drive decisions with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Establish foundational data practices and shape the analytics infrastructure Model Experience needs to support rapid iteration and decision-making as our models and products evolve
You may be a good fit if you:
Have extensive experience in data science, including leading analytics for a product or research area at significant scale
Have 3+ years managing data science teams, including setting team direction, hiring, and developing senior data scientists
Have been a trusted partner to senior product, research, and business leaders, with clear examples of changing a roadmap or high-stakes decision
Bring strong product sense and business judgment, including the ability to frame the right question and take a position with incomplete information
Have deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling at high scale, with enough fluency in Python and SQL to stay hands-on and guide others' technical work
Communicate clearly in writing and in presentations, including to executive audiences
Have a bias for action and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you must create clarity and drive progress
Care about the company's mission of building helpful, honest, and harmless AI
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools in the AI/ML ecosystem
Experience as a tech lead manager or player-coach, balancing hands-on technical work with people management
Experience building or scaling a data science team in a fast-growing organization
Experience working closely with Product or Research teams, especially on LLM or AI products
Comfort working with unstructured data

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for an Engineering Director to own the technology platform behind the GoMining ecosystem.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep engineering expertise with strong product and business thinking.
You will own the Platform end-to-end — technology strategy, architecture, engineering organization, roadmap, reliability, delivery, and its impact on the wider business.
The Platform powers multiple GoMining products and includes core application infrastructure, authentication and authorization, integrations, shared services, analytics infrastructure, user restrictions, native applications, reliability, and other foundational capabilities.
This is not a role where success is measured simply by uptime, delivery, or engineering output.
We expect the Engineering Director to understand where technology creates or limits business value, make trade-offs between long-term architecture and immediate commercial priorities, and build a platform that allows the entire company to move faster.
Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Architecture
Own the technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the GoMining Platform.
Build scalable shared infrastructure used across multiple products and engineering teams.
Define which capabilities should be centralized at Platform level and which should remain within individual product teams.
Drive major architectural and technical decisions.
Identify scalability and architectural bottlenecks before they become business-critical.
Balance long-term platform investments with immediate product and commercial priorities.
Reliability & Engineering Excellence
Own platform reliability, availability, latency, scalability, and operational performance.
Define and improve SLAs, DORA metrics, engineering performance, and incident-management practices.
Improve release stability, engineering velocity, and system resilience.
Lead post-incident improvements and eliminate systemic reliability issues.
Maintain a high engineering bar without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Core Platform Capabilities
Own shared authentication, authorization, registration, and 2FA infrastructure.
Develop common account controls, user restrictions, and security mechanisms.
Own integrations and shared backend capabilities required across GoMining products.
Develop shared analytics and event infrastructure.
Support common infrastructure across web and native applications.
Partner with Product, Design, Security, and engineering teams on cross-company capabilities.
Product & Business Impact
Platform at GoMining is not an isolated infrastructure function.
You will work directly with product leaders, General Managers, and C-level stakeholders to understand where technology can unlock growth and where platform limitations are holding the business back.
Prioritize engineering initiatives based on technical risk and business impact.
Understand how platform decisions affect revenue, conversion, customer experience, and product velocity.
Identify technical changes that can unlock meaningful business results.
Balance competing priorities across multiple product teams.
Make clear trade-offs between speed, scalability, reliability, security, and business value.
Measure Platform not only through technical metrics, but through how effectively it accelerates the company.
Engineering Leadership
Lead and develop the Platform engineering organization.
Own team structure, hiring, performance, priorities, and execution.
Build a culture of strong engineering ownership and accountability.
Stay close enough to architecture and technology to challenge decisions and make informed trade-offs.
Develop strong technical leaders within the team.
Raise the technical and execution bar across the organization.
AI-First Engineering
Actively use AI tools and agents in your own work.
Introduce AI-assisted workflows across engineering, specifications, QA, analytics, and operations.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering work.
Use AI to increase engineering velocity and quality.
Build a team where AI becomes part of the engineering operating model.
Requirements
Experience as an Engineering Director, Head of Engineering, Head of Platform, VP Engineering, CTO, or in a comparable senior engineering leadership role.
Strong technical background and the ability to engage deeply in architecture and engineering decisions.
Experience building or operating complex platforms, shared services, or infrastructure used by multiple products or engineering teams.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-load environments, reliability, scalability, incidents, and security.
Experience with authentication, authorization, integrations, identity, payments infrastructure, or other shared platform capabilities.
Strong product and business mindset — you understand not only how something should be built, but why it matters.
Ability to prioritize based on business impact rather than technical complexity alone.
Experience working directly with senior product, business, and executive stakeholders.
Strong data-driven approach to engineering and decision-making.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and agents.
Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, marketplaces, gaming, or another high-scale technology environment is a strong advantage.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: United States
Workplace: Remote
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join Webflow's Commercial Legal team. This is a hands-on, high-variety role. One day you're closing an enterprise MSA at quarter-end. Next you're negotiating a reseller agreement, structuring terms for a new technology partner with our BD team, tightening our API and marketplace terms, or updating a playbook after closing a complex deal. You'll own a steady flow of deals from start to finish and be the main POC to our impactful and growing Corporate GTM team, and you'll be the person the team counts on to jump in wherever the business needs it most.
You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Procurement, Finance, Product, Security, and Privacy to get deals done and counsel our internal stakeholders with sound, risk-balanced judgment. You'll also help scale Webflow's partner ecosystem and keep our contracting frameworks current as Webflow builds out agentic and AI-powered capabilities. This role suits a commercially pragmatic lawyer who knows which points matter, trades the rest well, and is energized by the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth, sales-led company.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $183,300 - $220,000
- Zone B: $171,700 - $206,000
- Zone C: $161,700 - $194,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the AGC, Head of Commercial Legal
As a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions you’ll:
- Independently negotiate and close a high volume of customer agreements across SMB, mid-market, regulated, and large enterprise segments, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs, and AI addenda.
- Support Webflow's partner ecosystem end to end: draft and negotiate agreements with agency and solution partners, technology and integration partners, resellers and channel partners, and referral partners, including program terms, co-selling and co-marketing, revenue share, and referral fees.
- Work with Partnerships and BD teams to structure, launch, and scale partner programs, keeping partner-facing templates, flow-downs, and program terms aligned with our customer paper.
- Advise on API, developer, and marketplace terms (including terms for app developers and template creators), working with Product so our terms match how our platform and AI features actually work.
- Review and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS, AI-enabled tools, and services, in partnership with Procurement, Security, and Privacy.
- Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and enablement materials so deal teams can handle routine issues themselves.
- Serve as a go-to escalation point and provide hands-on training and enablement for Sales, Partnerships, and Deal Desk, with clear, practical guidance that weighs revenue impact, risk, and precedent.
- Pinch-hit across the team: cover colleagues' deals, get in the trenches with our Trust & Safety team on Security and Privacy issues, and roll up your sleeves as the business evolves.
- Use AI tools and our contracting stack to speed up your end to end work product, with proper guardrails for accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including a combination of law firm training and at least 2 years in-house supporting revenue-generating teams in a hyper-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
- A demonstrated track record of independently drafting, negotiating, and closing B2B SaaS/PaaS agreements, including DPAs and privacy terms, as well as vendor and partnership agreements, in close partnership with Sales, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience supporting a partner ecosystem, such as channel/reseller, referral, technology/integration, agency, or marketplace programs.
You’ll thrive as a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions if you:
- Are a low-ego team player that likes to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed, whatever the scope or visibility of the work.
- Are commercially pragmatic: you can secure the best overall deal for Webflow without winning every point, prioritizing what matters and trading the rest.
- Understand how partner economics and incentives work, and can design terms that scale across a program rather than one-off deals.
- Bring growth-enabling, risk-balanced judgment and know when to escalate.
- Are comfortable being uncomfortable: you make sound calls with incomplete information and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Are AI-fluent and systems-savvy, with hands-on experience in a CLM (Ironclad or similar), DocuSign, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Communicate plainly and can coach sales reps, partner managers, and other stakeholders to handle routine issues on their own.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Technical Operations to act as a hands-on workflow builder and quality owner within our Operations ecosystem. You will not just analyze bottlenecks, you will actively build, test, and maintain automated workflows that power our AI Chat Platform. You will bring a rigorous QA mindset to operational workflows: designing resilient logic, catching edge cases, monitoring failure queues, and deprecating outdated processes before they create friction.
If you are a structured problem solver who loves writing clean SQL, automating workflows via orchestration tools and Python, and treating operational pipelines with engineering-grade quality standards, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Orchestrate Workflows: Design, configure, and maintain automated operational workflows using orchestration platforms (such as n8n or Workato) and custom scripting.
- Own Workflow QA & Lifecycle Hygiene: Apply software QA discipline to operational systems. Define test cases, validate release readiness, monitor regression risks, and systematically "unship" or refactor legacy workflows that no longer serve the ecosystem.
- Investigate & Optimize Pipeline Data: Dig into raw logs and database tables using advanced SQL and Python to identify failure patterns, isolate edge cases, and execute root-cause fixes on failed transactions.
- Leverage Applied AI Pragmatically: Actively utilize modern LLM tools for structured data parsing, regex generation, error-log classification, and accelerating operational investigation.
- Bridge Ops and Architecture: Partner closely with senior engineering and operational stakeholders to translate complex process requirements into scalable technical implementations. Challenge existing processes with data-backed technical arguments.
What You Bring
- 1–3+ Years of Relevant Technical Experience: Background in Technical Operations, Systems Analysis, Data QA, Software QA, or Workflow Automation where you were directly responsible for building, troubleshooting, and maintaining data-driven processes.
- Solid Data Literacy (SQL & Scripting): Demonstrated ability to write performant SQL beyond basic queries (experience with CTEs, window functions, and query optimization). Foundational familiarity with Python or scripting for data manipulation.
- Workflow Automation Mindset: Practical experience working with workflow engines, API integrations, or orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Workato, Make, Retool, or equivalent native workflow tools).
- Engineering-Minded QA Instincts: You understand that shipping a workflow is only half the job. You instinctively think about edge-case handling, monitoring, rollback plans, and system dependencies.
- Applied AI Fluency: You go beyond using LLMs for writing copy; you leverage AI tools to parse unstructured error strings, structure disparate datasets, and validate logic.
- Clear Technical Communication: Able to engage deeply with software engineers on architecture while clearly explaining operational impacts to business partners.
