About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Advantage HQ is looking for a Senior Media Buyer who can take ownership of growth across a portfolio of e-commerce clients.
This is a strategic, client-facing role. You will be responsible for understanding each client's business, developing the paid media strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and working with Media Analysts, Creative Strategists, and other internal teams to turn that strategy into measurable results.
You will be expected to think beyond campaign metrics. The strongest Senior Media Buyers understand how media connects to the broader customer journey, creative, offers, funnel performance, and business economics.
You will have significant ownership over your clients and will be expected to bring recommendations, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities before the client has to ask.
What You'll Own
Own the paid media strategy
You will develop and lead paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
You will determine where to allocate budget, how to structure campaigns, which audiences and creative angles to prioritize, and where additional investment can create profitable growth.
You will balance short-term performance with the longer-term goal of building a scalable acquisition engine.
Drive account performance
You will work closely with Media Analysts to monitor performance, identify trends, diagnose problems, and make decisions that improve efficiency and growth.
You will be accountable for understanding the reasons behind performance changes, not simply reporting what happened.
You will know when to scale, when to test, when to pull back, and when the problem sits outside the media account itself.
Think beyond the media account
You will analyze the broader customer journey and identify opportunities across the funnel.
This may include landing pages, conversion rates, offers, pricing, checkout experience, creative, customer retention, and post-purchase behavior.
You will work with cross-functional teams to turn these insights into practical recommendations for clients.
Lead testing and experimentation
You will develop a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, messaging, campaign structures, and other growth levers.
You will evaluate test results based on business impact and use those learnings to inform future strategy.
You will avoid testing for the sake of activity and focus on experiments that can meaningfully improve performance.
Partner with Creative
You will work closely with Creative Strategists to identify creative opportunities based on media performance, customer behavior, and market insights.
You will help translate performance data into clear creative briefs and recommendations and use creative performance to inform future media strategy.
Own client relationships
You will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, building relationships based on trust, expertise, and results.
You will lead strategic conversations, present performance insights, explain recommendations clearly, and help clients understand the decisions behind the strategy.
You will be comfortable challenging a client's assumptions when the data supports a different direction.
Identify growth opportunities
You will continuously look for opportunities to increase client growth and account value.
This could include new channels, new audiences, new offers, creative opportunities, funnel improvements, or changes to the broader acquisition strategy.
You are expected to bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction.
Who You Are
You are an experienced performance marketer who understands e-commerce from the perspective of both media and business growth.
You can look at an account and understand not only what the numbers are saying, but what they mean and what should happen next.
You are strategic enough to lead client conversations but hands-on enough to understand campaign mechanics and challenge the details when necessary.
You are commercially minded. You understand that a strong media account is not defined by a good CTR or low CPA alone. You care about profitable growth, customer economics, conversion, retention, and the client's broader business objectives.
You are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of your accounts. You do not wait for someone else to identify the next opportunity.
You use data, technology, and AI to improve the speed and quality of your decision-making.
Experience We Value
6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
Significant experience managing e-commerce clients is required
Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok, with additional platform experience such as Snapchat or X being valuable
Experience managing significant advertising budgets
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth
Strong understanding of funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition economics, and e-commerce metrics
Experience with creative testing, offer testing, and landing page or funnel optimization
Experience working closely with Creative, Analytics, Growth, or other cross-functional teams
Strong client-facing and presentation skills
Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Why Join Advantage HQ
You will work with ambitious consumer brands and have the opportunity to influence growth beyond the boundaries of a traditional media buying role.
You will have access to experienced media, creative, growth, and technology teams, as well as proprietary data and tools such as Meteoric AI.
You will have meaningful ownership over your clients and the opportunity to test new ideas, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies across the broader customer acquisition system.
For the right person, this role can also provide a path into media leadership, strategy, or broader growth responsibilities.
Compensation & Location
$30,000 - $70,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
We are open to candidates globally.
We care far more about ownership, judgment, and execution than geography.
If you're excited by owning e-commerce growth, developing high-impact media strategies, solving complex performance challenges, and becoming a strategic partner to ambitious consumer brands, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity
Our media organization is growing, and strong performance at scale requires more than talented Media Buyers.
We need leaders who can build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow teams to deliver consistently as client volume grows.
The Media Operations Manager will manage Media Buying teams while owning the systems that support their performance. You will be responsible for turning a group of capable individuals into a well-run operating unit.
You will work closely with Media Buying leadership and cross-functional teams to improve execution, capacity, quality, and team performance.
What You'll Own
Build the team operating system
You will establish clear workflows, operating rhythms, standards, and accountability mechanisms for the teams you manage.
You will determine what needs to happen consistently across accounts and build practical systems that make that possible.
Manage team performance
You will lead Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Media Analysts and hold the team accountable for performance, quality, and execution.
You will create a clear feedback loop between individual performance, team performance, and client outcomes.
Improve operational efficiency
You will identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, unnecessary manual work, and gaps in communication.
You will redesign processes and introduce tools, automation, and documentation where they create meaningful improvements.
Manage capacity and resources
You will monitor workload across teams and make recommendations around account allocation, hiring, staffing, and resource requirements.
As client volume changes, you will ensure the organization has the capacity to support it.
Develop leaders
You will coach Team Leads and high-potential Media Buyers and help build the next layer of leadership within the organization.
Who You Are
You are an experienced media leader who has moved beyond managing your own accounts.
You understand that good teams need clear expectations, reliable systems, strong managers, and accountability. You enjoy finding the reason behind recurring problems and fixing the system instead of repeatedly addressing the symptom.
You have strong paid media judgment, but your primary leverage comes from making other people and teams more effective.
You are comfortable operating with incomplete information and taking ownership of problems that do not come with predefined solutions.

About Tabby
Tabby is the GCC's leading shopping and payments platform, giving millions of people across Saudi Arabia and the UAE more control in the way they spend, save and earn. Headquartered in Riyadh, we've grown into one of the largest fintech companies to come out of the Arab world, working with +65,000 sellers, from global names like Apple, IKEA, Adidas and Shein to the region's leading retail groups.
We're now building a local team on the ground in Kuwait, with a renewed presence in the market coming soon. This is a rare chance to join us at the start of a local launch, shaping how we show up for Kuwaiti shoppers and sellers from day one, backed by the scale, technology and track record we've built across the region.
If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager/Sr Manager to be Tabby’s sole commercial point of contact on the ground in Kuwait. This person will act as our local face to merchants, an escalation point and door opener, while working closely with our UAE based account management, sales and partnerships teams who own the day to day execution of deals.
You won’t be closing deals in isolation. Instead, you’ll be the person merchants call when they want a face to face conversation, the person who spots the gaps and opportunities in the market that aren’t being maximised, and the person who keeps Tabby’s commercial engine in Kuwait running smoothly by working through others.
You’ll be accountable for an overall GMV goal for the market, achieved by orchestrating closely with the commercial teams rather than owning the full sales cycle yourself.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Serve as Tabby’s on the ground commercial representative in Kuwait, building strong relationships with key merchants and partners
Act as an escalation point for merchant needs that require an in person presence or local touch
Evangelise for Tabby in Kuwait: attend events, open doors, and build Tabby’s local commercial presence and brand

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter -you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
We're building an AI-powered entertainment studio producing addictive vertical micro-drama series for US audiences, primarily women aged 35–55.
We're looking for a creative director with exceptional storytelling instincts, strong cinematic taste, and a deep understanding of human emotions.
Your mission is simple: turn good scripts into emotionally powerful episodes that people can't stop watching.
You'll work with screenwriters, AI video creators, and editors, taking creative ownership from script review to the final finished episode.
You won't need to write the scripts or generate every video yourself. Your role is to guide the creative execution, identify what needs improvement, and ensure every episode meets our standards.
No AI experience? No problem. We’re looking for exceptional storytellers and filmmakers, not AI experts. If you’re a talented screenwriter or director, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about AI filmmaking technologies.
We believe AI is opening up incredible new opportunities for creative professionals, allowing them to bring their ideas to life faster and with fewer traditional production limitations. You’ll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge tools, develop valuable new skills, and become part of the next generation of filmmaking.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Script Review & Creative Direction
- Review season storylines and individual episode screenplays.
- Evaluate storytelling, emotional impact, character motivations, hooks, and cliffhangers.
- Approve scripts or provide specific, actionable feedback to screenwriters.
- Add directing instructions only when necessary. If the script is already strong and production-ready, approve it without unnecessary changes.
2. Direct AI Video Production
- Establish the visual style and creative standards for each series.
- Guide AI video creators on cinematography, framing, character performance, lighting, and emotional delivery.
- Review generated footage and identify scenes or shots that need improvement.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across episodes.
3. Editing & Final Approval
- Review episode edits for pacing, tension, emotional impact, music, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Give clear, prioritized feedback to editors.
- Approve final episodes before release.
- Ensure the finished video delivers the intended emotional experience.
4. Production Quality & Efficiency
- Work with multiple AI video creators and editors.
- Help the team increase production speed without sacrificing creative quality.
- Identify recurring production problems and improve workflows.
- Use audience feedback and retention data to improve future episodes.
WHO YOU ARE
- Exceptional storytelling instincts – you understand why audiences feel anger, excitement, suspense, satisfaction, and anticipation.
- Strong cinematic judgment – you know how camera angles, acting, editing, lighting, and sound influence emotions.
- Experience in directing or filmmaking – ideally film, television, serialized drama, or narrative short-form video.
- Understanding of AI filmmaking – you know the capabilities and limitations of AI video generation and how they affect production decisions.
- Strong attention to detail – you easily spot continuity errors, weak performances, awkward cuts, or emotional moments that don't work.
- Clear communicator – you can explain exactly what's wrong, why it matters, and how to fix it.
- Pragmatic – you don't make changes just to make changes. You know when something is good enough to approve.
- Comfortable with fast-paced production – you can make strong creative decisions quickly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
BIG PLUS
- Experience directing drama, romance, thrillers, soap operas, or telenovelas.
- Experience with AI filmmaking tools such as Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar.
- Experience leading creative production teams.
- Understanding of audience retention and performance-driven storytelling.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Episodes consistently deliver strong emotional impact, hooks, and cliffhangers.
- Screenwriters and AI creators receive clear, useful feedback without unnecessary revisions.
- The team produces more high-quality episodes while keeping production costs under control.
- Finished episodes maintain consistent cinematic quality and improve based on audience feedback.
