Who This Role Is Not For
This role is
not
for you if:
You prefer
strategy, research or system design
over execution—this is a
craft-heavy role
.
You need
a lot of direction or structured processes
—you should thrive in open-endedness and ambiguity.
You
don’t obsess over details
—we’re looking for someone who sweats the pixels.
You primarily work on
marketing sites
—this role is about designing deep,
functional
software experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
Owning
end-to-end design for
high-impact product areas
from concept to execution.
Defining

What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
You’ve raised the design bar.
Your work is referenced as an example of
exceptional craft and taste.
You’ve shipped product with major business impact.
The areas you own are
visibly better because of you.
You operate autonomously.
You don’t need direction—you
see what needs to be done and do it.
Engineers love working with you.
Your designs are
considered, clear, and easy to implement.
Your peers trust your judgment.
When you push for quality, people listen.
Interview Process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time and energy consuming–we aim to be thorough, speedy and transparent in our approach. You should expect for the entire process to be no more than 4 weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with various members of our team and have the opportunity to fully validate that Fin and the role is the right fit for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you're driven to push the boundaries of product design and have the craft, autonomy, and taste to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Smart Manufacturing Engineer, SW & Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization
- Reports to: Smart Manufacturing, Team Leader
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Smart Manufacturing Engineer, SW & Electronics, you will help ensure our satellites can be tested reliably and efficiently before they are launched to space. You will design and own Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and satellite‑level test systems that combine electronics, embedded software and automation. Your work will directly support AIT and Production teams, keeping critical test setups running while building the next generation of EGSEs to scale ICEYE’s manufacturing.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy – day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support AIT and Production teams in running and troubleshooting RF, electronics and satellite‑level test setups, especially in your first months.
- Design, develop and maintain EGSE systems that combine electronics, embedded software and Python-based test automation.
- Capture requirements and define architectures for new test systems together with AIT Engineering, Production and other Engineering teams.
- Implement and debug embedded C/C++ code on ARM‑based MCUs (e.g. STM32, TI), including bring‑up, interface control and communication with instruments.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
