HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE SENIOR REVENUE OPERATIONS JOB
Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership.
You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost.
Why is this role interesting?
- High-impact scope: You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers.
- Real ownership: You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery.
- Builder's playground: You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale.
- Tangible results: Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate.
What will you do with us?
You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.
You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. You own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure);
- Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives;
- Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on;
- Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating;
- Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them.
- Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows
- Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did.
- Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have at least an advanced level in English.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:

- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Design and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement, to expand GitLab usage within new and existing strategic accounts, with particular attention to fast-growing AI companies and their evolving technical buying committees.
Lead end-to-end customer journeys from initial discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and successful implementation, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
Champion continuous improvement by contributing to forecasting and pipeline reviews, conducting sophisticated win/loss analyses, and sharing strategic insights, including emerging trends in AI company buying behavior, that refine our go-to-market approach.
Prepare and deliver compelling customer-facing and internal presentations, proposals, and recommendations that clearly communicate value, business outcomes, and the path to long-term partnership with GitLab.
What you'll bring

Background selling into large, enterprise accounts in San Francisco, United States, with the ability to build trusted C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
Familiarity with the AI/ML company landscape, including model providers, AI infrastructure vendors, and applied AI startups, and the ability to speak credibly to engineering and technical leadership about how DevSecOps practices apply to AI-driven development.
Knowledge of San Francisco's enterprise and AI market, including key industries, buying centers, and decision-making dynamics, with the ability to build and nurture a relevant professional network.
Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that lead to sustainable, long-term customer partnerships.
Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead account strategy, influence internal and external stakeholders, and remain calm under pressure.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our Strategic Deals team originates, structures, negotiates, and closes the deals that secure the compute Anthropic uses to train and serve frontier AI systems. We work closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, legal, product, and go-to-market teams to expand Anthropic's access to cloud capacity, silicon, networking, and the financing behind them.
We are hiring several Strategic Deals Leads focused on compute and infrastructure. In this role, you will source opportunities, design partnerships, and negotiate high-value agreements with some of the world's largest technology companies, and you will connect deal terms to structured finance solutions. Your work will directly shape how quickly and reliably Anthropic can bring new compute online.
Each hire will bring deep expertise in one or more of these areas while working across the broader infrastructure stack:
Cloud compute:
building and running a pipeline of capacity across established and emerging cloud providers, and structuring the financing that connects capacity commitments to their economics.
Compute infrastructure:
going deep into the silicon supply chain, structuring co-development and early-access deals with semiconductor and emerging hardware companies, and securing networking, backbone, and memory supply.
Compute partnerships:
owning multi-year partnerships with the largest cloud providers, where compute commitments, financing structures, model availability on partner platforms, marketplace and co-sell arrangements, and pricing and revenue-share constructs are negotiated together.
Key responsibilities
Own deals end to end in your focus area, from opportunity identification and term sheet development through diligence, negotiation, internal approval, close, and post-close execution

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Build strong working relationships across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Technology and regional teams to align delivery and resolve dependencies.
- Maintain clear governance over engagement risks, issues, decisions, action plans and remediation, escalating material matters to the Head of Compliance Strategy and relevant governance forums.
- Produce concise and decision-useful updates for Compliance leadership, senior management and governance committees, including themes, trends, risks, commitments and delivery status.
- Partner with relevant second-line teams to ensure external engagement activity is consistent with the Compliance framework, risk appetite, regulatory obligations and the responsibilities of the three lines of defence.
- Coach, develop and set clear expectations for Senior Analyst(s).
- Create and implement a high-quality, scalable and collaborative partner-engagement framework.
- Identify opportunities to use better data, tooling, workflow design and documentation to improve response quality, reduce duplication and increase the resilience of the Compliance operating model.
- Represent Compliance Strategy in cross-functional strategic initiatives and take on other priorities that support long-term capability maturation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within compliance, regulatory compliance, risk, audit, legal or a related function in payments, fintech, banking or another regulated financial-services environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading external partner, banking, scheme, audit, regulatory or due-diligence engagements.
- Experience translating regulatory or partner expectations into practical requirements, delivery plans, governance and measurable improvements.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional workstreams with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and deadlines.
- Experience coaching or managing people, setting priorities, giving feedback and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and the compliance expectations relevant to banking partners, payment schemes and regulated financial institutions.
- Working knowledge of relevant compliance domains such as AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC/CDD/EDD, licensing, safeguarding, operational resilience, regulatory change or control assurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex issues, defend recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively, distinguish material from non-material issues and escalate appropriately.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project-management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- ICA, ACAMS or another relevant professional qualification is desirable.
HOW YOU WILL WORK AT CHECKOUT
- Be The Owner: Set direction, create accountability and ensure commitments are delivered.
- Talk Straight: Give clear, evidence-led advice and communicate difficult messages respectfully and early.
- One Team: Build alignment across functions and regions, sharing context and bringing people with you.
- No Room for Approximation: Set a high bar for accuracy, evidence, consistency and regulatory defensibility.
- Athlete Mindset: Plan rigorously, raise the standard and keep improving the capability of the function.

About the role
Perplexity's fraud prevention team protects our products, users, and infrastructure from fraud and abuse across the whole lifecycle: sign-up, authentication, payments, API usage, and product features. We build and operate a real-time decisioning platform together with the surrounding systems: data pipelines for detection and model training, integrations with product and payment systems, and internal tooling for investigation and response. As a software engineer on the team, you will own services end to end, from design to production operations, and work closely with fraud analysts, ML engineers, and product teams to make abuse expensive and legitimate usage frictionless.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate high-throughput, low-latency backend services for fraud detection and prevention
- Build data pipelines and real-time feature computation that power detections and ML models
- Collect and process trust signals
- Integrate fraud decisions into product, auth, and payment flows across Perplexity
- Own reliability of production services: observability, alerting, safe rollouts, incident response
- Build internal tooling for investigation, enforcement, and auditability
- Partner with fraud analysts to turn new abuse patterns into production detections quickly
Qualifications
- 5+ years building and operating high-throughput, latency-sensitive backend systems in production
- Strong systems programming skills; Rust, Go, or C++ experience preferred (we write Rust)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and cloud infrastructure
- Solid data fundamentals: stream/batch computations, caching and storage trade-offs
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven approach: ship incrementally, measure, and make failures degrade safely
Nice to have
- Fraud prevention, anti-abuse, or payments-risk domain experience
- Experience serving ML models in production
- Client-side experience (web or mobile) for signal collection

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance, helping institutions put agents in front of customers, policyholders, and advisors that are safe, compliant, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. This is a rare chance to join while the vertical is moving from pilots to production, with the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each of Banking and Insurance, including different buyers, regulators, and use cases
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security, bringing Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec in early
- Help customers pick a narrow, high-volume first use case in Banking (servicing, caller verification, collections, onboarding) and Insurance (claims intake, policy servicing, renewals), and scale from there
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-build and share what the field teaches us
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy and platform bundlers, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into banks and/or insurers, and navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec gatekeepers
- An established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Deep fluency in banking and insurance regulation (model risk, third-party risk, data protection, consumer protection), which you can speak to without a briefing
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required.

Comfort operating in a 0-to-1 setting with ambiguous requirements and a strong bias for action.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience building cloud-based services on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with high-volume data, streaming or real-time inference paths, and a range of data stores.

Extensive experience with ML Ops and LLM Ops patterns, including designing and implementing rigorous evaluation metrics for non-deterministic AI features at scale.
Strong communication skills and highly effective collaborator who works well with teammates.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
Desired:
Prior experience building evals for autonomous agents and large language models.
Prior experience building autonomous agents that handle multi-turn conversations and maintain long-term context/consistency.
Prior experience working in a globally distributed team.

- Support colleagues with expenses, reimbursements, and corporate card questions, resolving issues efficiently.
DELIVER ACCURATE ACCOUNTING & MONTH-END CLOSE
- Own assigned OPEX, card spend, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

- 🎯 Ownership & reliability: You take responsibility for daily operations, follow through on commitments, and proactively identify ways to improve how things work.

- 🌍 International accounting: You have experience working across multiple entities, ideally in a global business with an expanding international footprint.
- 💰 SaaS & revenue accounting: You're familiar with SaaS business models, multi-currency accounting, AR, or revenue recognition.
- 🔍 Audit & qualifications: You bring an audit background or relevant accounting qualifications that strengthen your accounting expertise.
- 🇩🇪 German language skills: You can communicate in German, although this is not required for the role.
Why join us?
At n8n, you won't just process transactions — you'll help rethink how accounting works at an automation company. You'll own meaningful parts of our accounting operations, build AI-powered improvements you can see in action, and help shape a scalable finance function at one of Europe's fastest-growing startups.
You'll join a supportive, remote-first team where autonomy, curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning are encouraged. An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Fullstack Engineer (Ruby/Vue.js), Growth at GitLab, you'll help turn GitLab's self-serve funnel into a reliable source of new paying customers. You'll work on the in-product journey from a user's first visit through sign-up, trial, and first purchase, on both GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Analysts, with a particular focus on backend development in Ruby on Rails and frontend work in Vue.js. This role gives you the opportunity to combine your fullstack engineering skills with product thinking and experimentation, shipping small changes quickly and measuring their impact on real customer outcomes.
Some examples of our projects:
Making it easier for self-managed users to try and buy GitLab
Building upgrade prompts where users run into paid features
Improving the trial experience, including trials of GitLab Duo
Improving the tooling the team uses to run and read out experiments
What you'll do
Design, build, and iterate on A/B tests and experiments that increase first purchases on GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab.
Build and improve registration, trial, onboarding, and in-product upgrade and purchase experiences to increase completion of these steps.
Implement backend features and services in Ruby on Rails and frontend experiences using Vue.js.
Analyze experiment results and product usage data with Data Analysts to decide which changes to keep, iterate on, or roll back based on first-purchase outcomes.
Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define hypotheses and success metrics before shipping experiments, then compare results against those metrics.
Maintain and improve our experimentation framework and tooling to increase experiment throughput and reduce the time from setup to results.
Collaborate with other Engineering teams, including Fulfillment, to remove purchase barriers across GitLab’s codebase.
Document decisions, review code, and share experiment results asynchronously so distributed teammates can track shipped changes and their measured outcomes.
What you'll bring
Professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript, along with solid Git, feature development, and deployment workflows.
Experience working with relational databases and a solid understanding of web performance optimization.
A track record of shipping features to production and owning them after release.
Ability to use product data to decide what to build, keep, or roll back.
Ability to document decisions and share updates asynchronously with distributed Product Management, UX, and Data teammates.
Ability to organize your work, seek and apply feedback, and collaborate inclusively with teammates from diverse backgrounds, in line with GitLab’s values.
Preferred, not required: experience with Vue.js, PostgreSQL, A/B testing, feature flags, experimentation frameworks, or SaaS sign-up, trial, billing, or checkout flows. We'll help you learn our tooling.
