Location: United States
Company Overview
We provide a mission-critical DevOps and Data Management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. Our suite of products—including CI/CD, automated testing, backup & recovery, and data masking—empowers organizations to release code faster, more securely, and with total data integrity. We are entering a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a foundational leader to build our Enterprise presence in the United States.
The Role: Director of Enterprise Sales to serve as the "Incubator" for our U.S. sales organization. This is a unique "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will not be an armchair manager; you will be a hands-on builder responsible for the entire end-to-end operation of this business unit—from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals.
You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation: Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling: Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations: Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building: Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA: You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience: Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA: This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Benefits
Why join us?
Autonomy: You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact: Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.
Complexity: Work with a sophisticated, technical product suite that solves real-world engineering and security challenges

Product engineering at Descript means owning outcomes, not just tickets — you'll take a problem from a rough idea to a shipped, measured result, working closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering along the way. We organize around a few teams, each responsible for a distinct part of the product:
Editor:
owns our video editor. Help make traditionally complex video-editing workflows simpler, craft cutting-edge AI into practical creative tools, and build on our vision of turning a text-editor for video into a tool that puts video in everyone's communication toolkit.
Growth & Monetization:
owns onboarding and activation, growth loops and in-product experiments, plans and pricing, checkout, billing, and AI credits. Help turn visitors into customers and customers into revenue.
Media:
owns upload, transcription, diarization, alignment, drive-wide search, playback, rendering, and export (including the engine we're rewriting in Rust 🦀). Help make media fast to bring in, easy to find, instant to play, and reliable to export.
Agent:
owns Underlord, Descript’s AI co-editor. Build the representations, tools, harness, evals, and feedback loops that let it reason about video projects, make edits, and check its work. Help people and agents collaborate naturally, whether in the editor or through our API and MCP.
Identity & Access (aka TACO):
owns login, authentication and authorization, account settings, and project organization, plus the enterprise layer of workspaces, SSO/SCIM, governance, and audit logs. Help individuals become teams, and teams scale into enterprises, with the trust and security to go all in.
Regardless of your team you’ll have the opportunity to design thoughtful full-stack systems that work reliably and deliver value to new and existing users.
What You’ll Do
Own meaningful product surfaces end to end.
Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance. Improve core Editor workflows, shape the self-serve journey from signup through renewal, or help make Underlord more sentient.
Shape the product, not just the implementation.
Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions, expose constraints, choose the right metrics, and find simpler paths to user outcomes.
Build ambitious full-stack systems with care.
Create responsive, reliable experiences. Stretch from TypeScript and React to NodeJS and Temporal to first and third party integrations to get the job done.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What You Bring
Required:
You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how to better harness AI in your work.
You’ve owned features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch, and leveraged analytics and metrics to evaluate impact.
You orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions to both your teammates and agents.
You care about how software feels and notice when the technically correct result is still wrong for the user.
You create clarity in ambiguous work and can navigate (and simplify!) significant product and technical complexity.
You validate your work rigorously through focused reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence rather than trusting that the output looks right.
Experience that helps:
Similar Products:
Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system (like Stripe).
Our Stack:
TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL. But we obviously live in a post stack world. We just rewrote our media engine in Rust. None of us knows Rust.
Crafting with AI:
Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models.
Experimentation/Analytics Experience:
We like people who know how to measure their success through experimentation and product analytics.
Intricacies of Video:
Shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats.
Descript is a startup. We're especially interested in working with engineers who use the product and are aligned with our mission. To that end, we promise to review any application that includes a share link to a Descript video. The video can be about anything - your career, a favorite game or movie, a discarded audition tape for Love Island. If you take the time to make something in Descript, we'll commit to having a human watch it and review your application. 🤝
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $200,000-$275,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.

About Spin.AI
Spin.AI is a global SaaS security company based in Palo Alto, CA, protecting enterprises from SaaS ransomware, Shadow IT, non-compliance, data loss, and data leak disasters in the cloud.
SpinOne is an all-in-one SaaS data protection platform built for mission-critical applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian. We deliver the most innovative last line of cyber defense, along with SaaS data management and protection, for more than 2,000 organizations worldwide. Learn more at https://spin.ai/
About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the SpinOne platform. You'll provide technical support by email and chat across the full breadth of what SpinOne protects: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and — following our acquisition of Revyz — Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
We're especially interested in candidates coming from a Jira Service Management or Jira administration background. You already know how to run a queue, write a clear KB article, and keep a frustrated user calm while you work the problem. This role gives you the chance to bring that instinct to a security and data protection product, and to broaden it across four more SaaS ecosystems that a huge number of businesses run on every day.
You'll be one of the most direct lines our customers have to Spin.AI. Strong candidates are methodical troubleshooters, clear writers, and comfortable de-escalating a tense conversation without losing the thread of the actual technical issue.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments
Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers and set realistic expectations on resolution
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the ticketing system
Prepare accurate and timely reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring issues
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Participate in improving the product FAQ and knowledge base, particularly as Revyz/Atlassian coverage matures
Work closely with the engineering team on unresolved or recurring issues, and help translate Jira/Atlassian-specific behavior for teams less familiar with that ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management — you understand permission schemes, workflows, automation rules, and how admins actually use the product day to day
Experience with technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows
Strong written communication skills — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a frustrated user without over-simplifying it
Willingness to build working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce administration alongside your existing Atlassian expertise
Skilled at de-escalation — you can keep a tense conversation productive and focused on resolution
Certifications That Strengthen Your Application:
You don't need to hold all — or any — of these to apply, but the following credentials map closely to the work and are a strong signal of fit:
ACP-120: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud — the closest match to this role; covers Jira Cloud configuration, permissions, workflows, and automation
ACP-620: Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud, or equivalent Confluence admin experience
Atlassian Certified Organization Administrator (Cloud Organization Admin), for candidates who've worked at the org/Atlassian Access level
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to SaaS backup, recovery, or data protection concepts
Experience supporting more than one of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Salesforce in addition to Atlassian
Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content
Benefits:
PTO
Paid Holidays
Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Employee Wellness Program
Great opportunity to work with amazing people

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
As a Scale Growth Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll own a portfolio of roughly 6-8 of our most strategic and fastest-scaling AI-native startup customers, driving expansion and retention by helping them harness the transformative potential of safe, frontier AI. These are companies that build on Anthropic's models and are now scaling quickly — your job is to grow with them. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise to expand revenue across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts while becoming a trusted strategic advisor to founders and executive teams, helping them expand their AI capabilities and unlock new use cases. Working closely with GTM, Applied AI, product, and marketing teams, you'll identify expansion opportunities while ensuring our customers get maximum value from Anthropic's solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with executive relationship management skills, focusing on growing large accounts through strategic expansion while maintaining high retention rates in a competitive market. By driving expanded deployment of Anthropic's products at the companies defining what AI-native looks like, you will help them scale their AI capabilities while advancing its safe and ethical development.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and renewals across a focused portfolio (~6-8) of Anthropic's largest AI-native startup customers. Own the full sales cycle for upsell and renewal opportunities while maintaining strong retention rates
Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, board members, and executive stakeholders, as well as the technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of AI) who own model decisions
Lead strategic account planning including executive business reviews, health checks, usage and forecast reviews, and renewal negotiations
Partner with customers to identify new use cases, workloads, and products that expand their AI capabilities with Anthropic
Navigate complex commercial conversations — multi-stakeholder deals, evolving usage patterns, and competitive evaluations — in partnership with Applied AI and product teams
Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and conveying market needs to inform our product roadmap
Develop and execute account strategies that align Anthropic's solutions with customer business objectives
Proactively identify and mitigate retention and competitive risks while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Must Have Qualifications:
11+ years of experience in sales or account management roles, with a proven track record of growing large, complex accounts and exceeding retention and expansion targets
Success as a strategic business advisor to founders and executives, deeply understanding fast-scaling startup needs and creating solutions that align with their vision
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, working with technical stakeholders, and negotiating strategic deals
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to build relationships across all customer levels, from ICs to founders and C-level executives
Analytical approach to understanding customer needs and usage combined with creative solutions to drive expansion
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
Passion for emerging technologies like AI, with interest in ensuring they are developed safely and responsibly
Experience running executive business reviews and managing executive relationships
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling or expanding usage- or consumption-based API, infrastructure, or developer-platform products
Experience selling to technical founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders at AI-native or developer-first companies
Fluency in the LLM/AI market — model providers, capabilities, pricing models, and how AI-native companies evaluate and switch between them
Experience structuring larger commercial agreements (usage commitments, multi-year terms, enterprise contract terms) with fast-growing customers

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own Wealthsimple’s Connectivity Platform, spanning two critical areas:
- Brokerage & Bank Linking: How clients securely and reliably connect external financial institutions to Wealthsimple.
- Public API: How clients and partners securely access and use Wealthsimple financial data outside of Wealthsimple.
Together, these capabilities define how Wealthsimple connects to the broader financial ecosystem, and how every product team inside Wealthsimple builds on the external financial data that flows through it. This role will set the strategy for that platform and turn it into a reliable, scalable and differentiated capability for our clients, our product teams and our partners.
This is a platform role with a meaningful client experience surface. You’ll need to be equally comfortable thinking about APIs, data models and platform architecture as you are designing a client UX or deciding how Wealthsimple should work with an external provider.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Brokerage & Bank Linking team builds the technology that lets clients link their outside bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple. It owns the automated and manual linking experiences end to end, along with the three connectors behind them: Plaid, Flinks, and WST, our own in-house connector. That makes it one of the highest leverage surfaces in the company, and powers a growing set of experiences built by other product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Connectivity Strategy
- Set the long term vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple connects with the broader financial ecosystem.
- Define the capabilities we should build ourselves, where we should rely on partners, and where we can create differentiated client value.
- Develop a roadmap that balances immediate product needs with investments in reusable platform capabilities.
Brokerage & Bank Linking
- Own the end to end experience for connecting external bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple — automated and manual, including how clients recover when an automated connection fails.
- Improve connection success, reliability and coverage across institutions, and own the routing strategy that decides which connector handles which institution and flow.
- Own the client experience, including institution selection, authentication, errors, recovery and connection management.
- Drive reliability and AI Powered self-healing so connections detect and recover from failure without manual intervention.
- Balance conversion against fraud exposure and operational load, making those tradeoffs deliberately with our risk and operations partners.
- Develop the platform capabilities that allow Wealthsimple products to consume external financial data consistently.
- Own relationships and product integrations with connectivity vendors such as Plaid and Flinks, and decide where our own connector should lead — including how much of the connector business Wealthsimple should be in long term and where it makes more sense to partner.
Public API
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s Public API and external data connectivity.
- Make it safe and easy for clients to permission their Wealthsimple financial data to the products and services they choose.
- Define the platform capabilities required for authentication, consent, permissions, data access and partner integrations.
- Identify and prioritize the partners and use cases that matter most to Wealthsimple clients.
- Build toward a world where Wealthsimple is the financial institution where clients have the most control over their financial data.
- Accelerate wealthsimple and our industry toward open banking.
SKILLS YOU BRING
You’re a strong product thinker who can operate across platform infrastructure, external ecosystems and client experience. You likely have:
- Experience owning a platform, API, developer product or integrations platform, with a track record on metric-attached outcomes like conversion, success rate or reliability — not only feature delivery.
- Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers on APIs, authentication, data models, routing and platform architecture.
- Experience delivering through external vendors or partners whose roadmaps you don’t control, including making thoughtful build versus buy decisions and holding vendors accountable for product outcomes.
- Comfort treating reliability as product work — error taxonomies, failure recovery, observability, and the operational load a product creates.
- Experience weighing growth against fraud, risk and compliance, and holding both sides of that tradeoff.
- The ability to turn a collection of technical capabilities into a clear product strategy and compelling long term vision, and to make the case for investing in it.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to understand reliability, conversion, coverage and product performance, including building the measurement where it doesn’t exist yet.
- Excellent cross functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations and external partners.
- A bias toward simplifying complicated systems rather than layering more complexity on top of them.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with open banking, Canada’s consumer-driven banking framework, or building to a data sharing standard
- A background in financial data aggregation, whether at an aggregator, a bank, or a fintech consuming one
- Experience shipping a public API or developer platform as a commercial product, including partner onboarding and support
WHAT GREAT LOOKS LIKE
You won’t just operate Bank Linking and ship API endpoints.
You’ll create a coherent connectivity strategy for Wealthsimple: making it easier for clients to bring their financial life to Wealthsimple, easier to move their financial data where they want it to go, easier for any team at Wealthsimple to build on that data, and increasingly less dependent on the slow pace of connectivity innovation from incumbent financial institutions.
You’ll also have made the case for what this platform should become — the metrics, the roadmap and the investment argument that get it there.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.

🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Expert role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️
- Passionate about delivering & optimizing top notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes, making them clear and delightful for our operators and members
- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English as well as in French or Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for forward-thinking, high-performing AI Engineers who are excited to pioneer the future of AI-driven engineering at Paysend. In this role, you will work hands-on with Claude Code and the Anthropic API to design, harden, and ship agentic systems that write, review, test, and deploy code. This is a high-impact, build-and-own opportunity: you will take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into resilient production infrastructure - directly empowering our global engineering teams, accelerating our product velocity, and helping us solidify Paysend as the definitive end-to-end payment infrastructure for the modern world.
THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
The problem is not to make an LLM generate code. The problem is to make AI-assisted and agentic software delivery reliable enough to become part of normal engineering work.
These systems operate inside real software delivery workflows. They need to deal with incomplete context, failed execution, incorrect assumptions, external dependencies, changing repository state, and cases where an agent should not continue on its own. This means designing clear execution boundaries, decision points, observability, recovery and escalation paths, not only the agent behaviour itself.
The role includes shaping how these systems work, not only implementing integrations with existing AI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end AI-assisted delivery workflows, including agent responsibilities, execution boundaries, decision points, human intervention, failure handling, recovery, and escalation
Design and refine AI-driven pipelines that automate coding, code review, testing, and deployment tasks
Build and optimise agentic workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including custom tooling, MCP server integrations, sub-agents, and stateful orchestration logic
Engineer robust prompts, benchmark suites, and automated eval datasets; measure and improve pipeline accuracy, latency, and API costs
Define workflow-specific success criteria and operational evidence, including correctness, reliability, intervention and escalation rates, failure modes, and recovery effectiveness
Integrate core Anthropic capabilities (tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, batch processing) into internal developer platforms
Handle unglamorous production work: sandboxed execution, strict error handling, retries, observability, guardrails, and edge cases
Own these systems after initial implementation: observe how they behave in real engineering workflows, investigate failures and incorrect behaviour, and improve the system based on operational evidence
Partner with engineers across the org to identify automation opportunities and roll out agentic tools safely with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong software engineering background, with experience designing, building, and operating production systems, and strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
Ability to decompose end-to-end engineering workflows, identify decision boundaries, failure modes, dependencies, observability needs, and recovery paths
Direct, hands-on experience with Claude Code—you've used it beyond casual experimentation and understand its strengths, limits, and configuration (CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks)
Experience building with LLM APIs: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context window optimization, agentic loops, and evaluation
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration and custom workflows
Comfort turning prototypes into production systems: CI/CD integration, containerized execution, reliability engineering, and monitoring
Pragmatic judgment about where AI automation helps and where traditional deterministic logic or human oversight is required
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or building custom agent harnesses/tooling
Track record shipping internal developer platforms or CLI tooling
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks, developer tools, or MCP servers
