Location: London Office
Workplace: Hybrid
Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and creating products that build trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization who thrive on the challenging work we do and doing it with other exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry changes constantly, and our job is to create user-facing products supported by our best-in-class data, allowing us to adapt to those rapid changes and bring maximal value to our customers.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our Research and Intelligence organisation in London. You'll work across flexible, cross-functional squads within the Data Science team, leading analytical, statistical, and machine-learning work across both UTXO and EVM blockchains. The team develops behavioural heuristics, graph algorithms, statistical models, and machine-learning techniques that power some of the most advanced blockchain analysis in the industry. Much of the work is state of the art and ahead of academia; your work will shape the data that fuels Chainalysis products and customers globally.
This role is ideal for someone energised by deeply technical, ambiguous problems at the intersection of statistics, machine learning, algorithms, and large-scale on-chain analysis—and who wants to own multiple projects and systems end to end, shape technical direction, and deliver company-level impact.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own and prioritise multiple concurrent production data-science projects or systems, translating broad problem statements into actionable work, managing evolving requirements, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Design, develop, and validate novel analytical methods, statistical models, behavioural heuristics, and algorithms across UTXO, EVM, and other blockchain data to attribute on-chain activity and uncover customer-relevant insights.
- Stay current on advances in data science and blockchain analysis; evaluate and pilot techniques such as graph computation, statistical modelling, and machine learning on large-scale on-chain datasets.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in code, methodology, and workflows; make architectural decisions; define and track quality metrics; understand upstream and downstream dependencies; and balance long-term system health and technical debt against new delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by clearly articulating and defending methodology and results, challenging assumptions when warranted, and building consensus as requirements evolve.
- Mentor team members across levels within your domain, support onboarding, contribute to technical hiring, and share knowledge through documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate across Research, Global Intelligence, Product, and Engineering to move research from prototype to dependable production systems and create tools or platforms that multiply team output.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep expertise in statistics, machine learning, computer science, physics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, demonstrated through advanced industry or research work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with a track record of writing clean, testable, production-quality code.
- Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytical techniques (e.g. graph algorithms, ML, statistical inference) to large, messy datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar technical domains and data models quickly; prior blockchain experience is welcome but not required.
- A demonstrated ability to own and prioritise multiple concurrent projects or systems, make sound architectural and methodological decisions, and drive cross-functional stakeholders toward delivery.
- An analytical, open-minded approach to problem solving – comfortable navigating ambiguity and willing to dive into problems outside your day-to-day scope.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodology to diverse audiences, mentor technical practitioners, and share knowledge across a team.
Nice to have:
- A PhD or equivalent research training in a quantitative field, and/or familiarity with Databricks, dbt, Spark/PySpark, or similar large-scale data platforms.
- Experience modifying infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) or contributing to production data pipelines.
- Experience building shared tools or platforms that multiply team output and onboarding others onto them.
- Experience with UTXO, EVM, or other blockchain data, graph computation, and/or the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:
- Python
- SQL
- Databricks
- Dbt
- PySpark / Spark
- Terraform
- AWS
- Postgres
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Applied Science team builds models and tools that solve Ramp’s most critical problems: from underwriting businesses to combatting fraud to making spend management smarter. We’re deeply embedded in the business and provide a quantitative foundation for decision making.

- State-of-the-Art AI: leverage the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve novel problems and create new product capabilities for our customers
- Versatile Techniques: apply the right tools to the right problems, whether it’s deep learning, gradient boosting, or causal inference
- Rigorous Experimentation: quantify the impact of your work through A/B tests and other statistical methods
- Collaborate: partner closely with product and business leaders to translate models and insights into actionable strategy and user-facing features
WHAT YOU NEED
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. Student: currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 - 2029. Graduate degrees are preferred, but not a must.
- Strong ML Fundamentals: solid understanding of the mathematical foundations of machine learning, statistics, probability, and optimization
- Strong Interest or Experience with AI: curiosity and drive to integrate cutting edge LLMs and agents into applied solutions
- Python Proficiency: good grasp of common Data Science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, PyTorch, etc.)
- SQL Knowledge: experience wrangling data in a modern data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Clickhouse)
- Practical Experience: track record of curating datasets and building/evaluating ML models
- Strong Communication: ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and use data to build a compelling narrative
- Bias For Action: a comfort with ambiguity and desire to ship solutions quickly then iterate
NICE TO HAVES
- Publications, Projects, or Previous Experience: relevant experience applying AI/ML and demonstrating your passion for the field
- Production ML Mindset: knowledge of software engineering best practices applied to ML including version control (Git), testing, and writing maintainable code

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Spin.AI protects more than 2,000 organizations from SaaS ransomware, shadow IT, and data loss across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and Confluence. As Regional Director of Account Management, you'll lead a team that owns a multi-million-dollar renewal and expansion book and you'll personally run a portfolio of the region's most strategic accounts. This is a player-coach role for someone who has closed six-figure enterprise deals, knows how to turn single-module customers into full-platform partners, and wants to build a team, not just carry a number.
What You'll Do:
Own Strategic Accounts
Personally manages a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts renewals, seat true-ups, and multi-year commitments for organizations running business-critical Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and Confluence environments.
Build executive relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and security/IT administrators, positioning SpinOne as the customer's consolidated layer for SaaS backup, security posture, and browser risk.
Drive Platform Expansion
Map single-module customers into the full SpinOne platform moving backup-only accounts into SSPM (SpinSPM), ransomware detection and response (SpinRDR), data loss prevention (SpinDLP), and enterprise browser security (SpinCRX).
Act as a trusted advisor on customers' SaaS risk posture quantifying downtime exposure, translating ransomware and shadow IT findings into remediation plans, and tying SpinOne to compliance obligations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, CIS).
Operate with Rigor
Monitor account health via usage and telemetry signals (protected vs. licensed seats, backup success rates, alert volume, admin activity) to forecast renewals and flag churn risk early.
Own regional forecast accuracy for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, with disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Support on onboarding and adoption, and support partner/MSP-influenced accounts alongside the Partnerships team (including Google Chrome Enterprise, Fortinet, and Menlo Security relationships).
Stay ahead of the SaaS security landscape - ransomware, shadow IT, OAuth risk, browser threats, AI governance, and competing SSPM/backup vendors - and feed insight back to Product and Marketing.
What You Bring:
6-figure deal experience:
proven track record closing and owning six-figure renewals, expansions, and multi-year commitments, and navigating enterprise procurement, security review, and multi-stakeholder approval cycles.
Track record in B2B SaaS:
2+ years in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, including team leadership - ideally in cybersecurity, data protection, backup/DR, or cloud infrastructure.
Domain fluency:
working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) admin, seat, and OAuth permission models, plus the security categories SpinOne spans (backup/DR, ransomware detection, SSPM, DLP, browser security).
Dual fluency with buyers:
comfortable discussing RTO/RPO, incident response, and misconfiguration risk with technical stakeholders, then translating it into downtime cost and audit readiness for executives.
Compliance know-how:
experience navigating compliance-driven renewals and vendor security reviews (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, FERPA) is a strong plus.
Leadership:
proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, with hands-on experience in quota planning and pipeline reviews.
Analytical rigor:
experience using CRM and product-usage data to track account health, forecast retention, and measure team performance.
Bonus:
experience with MSP/channel-influenced accounts; comfort working across globally distributed teams; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + performance-based variable compensation
Equity
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
Paid holidays and annual bonus

If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Success is central to how we build, grow, and deliver value at Attio.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of our highest-potential customers, building deep relationships and helping them get meaningful value from Attio as their businesses grow.
Attio has a highly product-led customer base, and many of our most promising customers start as small, fast-growing teams. Success in this role isn't defined by customer size or current spend alone. You'll need to recognize potential early, understand where a customer's business is headed, and help them build the right foundations to scale with Attio.
This is a highly consultative and hands-on role. You'll understand each customer's GTM motion, uncover what they're trying to achieve, and translate their business needs into thoughtful recommendations across their workflows, data, and use of Attio. You'll work with fast-moving customers who expect you to bring both strategic thinking and strong product expertise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of high-potential customers.
- Lead customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing value realization, renewals, and expansion.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, GTM motion, goals, and challenges.
- Identify potential early within a product-led customer base and help customers deepen their adoption as they grow.
- Advise customers on how to structure their workflows, processes, and use of Attio to support their business.
- Balance strategic relationship management with hands-on solutioning, moving comfortably between business goals and product configuration.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations and become a trusted partner as their businesses evolve.
- Use customer data, product insights, and business context to identify risks and opportunities across your portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for deeper adoption and expansion based on customer needs and growth.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Sales to solve customer problems and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Bring customer insights back into Attio to help shape our product and Customer Success motion.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience owning customer relationships in B2B software, ideally across SMB and mid-market customers in a product-led environment.
- A consultative approach and ability to understand a customer's business before jumping to a solution.
- Strong product instincts and a track record of coaching customers on how to get the most out of a complex software product.
- Comfort working hands-on with customers to solve problems rather than relying heavily on separate technical or implementation teams.
- Experience owning customer outcomes across adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
- Strong commercial instincts and an ability to recognize customer potential beyond current spend or company size.
- Comfort working with fast-growing companies and lean teams where priorities and needs can change quickly.
- A data-driven approach to prioritizing your portfolio, identifying risk, and uncovering opportunities.
- Experience working at an early- or growth-stage startup.
