What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations.
As VP of Consultant Relations, you’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You’ll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It’s a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space.
What you will do
Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors.
Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner’s go-to-market strategy.
Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests.
Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner’s value to each firm’s priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market.
What we're looking for
8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and your own senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors.
You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest.
You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers.
You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy.
You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number.
You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets.
You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

In this role, you will own OKX's Global Customer Complaints Program and report directly to the Compliance Chief of Staff. You will work closely with Local Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to promote consistent complaint handling across jurisdictions, maintain alignment with regulatory requirements, and provide effective second-line oversight and challenge.
A key part of the role will be turning customer complaints into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence. You will oversee complaints governance and quality assurance, identify trends and potential systemic issues, support root-cause analysis and remediation, and provide senior leadership with clear reporting on customer outcomes and emerging risks.
You will also support the development, coordination, and tracking of responses to regulators, working directly with Legal and Local Compliance teams on regulatory inquiries, escalated complaints, and related supervisory matters. This requires strong regulatory judgment, excellent written communication, and the ability to coordinate complex matters across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain global regulatory alignment by partnering with local Heads of Compliance to identify changes in jurisdictional requirements and ensure global policies, standards, procedures, and local requirements remain current and appropriately implemented.
Oversee the end-to-end complaints control framework, including complaint identification and classification, regulatory and internal service-level requirements, escalation thresholds, documentation standards, investigation and resolution expectations, and closed-loop validation.
Own the second-line oversight and quality assurance, including risk-based testing of complaint handling, identification of control gaps and customer-outcome issues, tracking of remediation, and escalation of issues.
Turn complaint data into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence by monitoring trends, recurring issues, root causes, regulatory complaints, overdue cases, customer outcomes, and potential systemic issues requiring broader investigation or remediation.
Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.
What We Look For In You
Strong experience developing and managing responses to regulators is required, including regulatory inquiries, information requests, examinations, escalated customer complaints, and other supervisory matters. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, trend analysis, SLA monitoring, management information, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with regulators, Legal, Compliance, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.

Experience designing or overseeing a global customer complaints program across multiple regulatory regimes, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, APAC, LATAM, and/or Middle East.
Familiarity with complaints-handling and customer protection expectations across major global regulatory regimes, including those established by the FCA, CFPB, MAS, European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA), and other relevant national competent authorities and dispute-resolution bodies.
Relevant professional certification or advanced qualification such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CCEP/CCEP-I, ICA compliance qualifications, CIA, CRCMP, JD or equivalent legal qualification, or a comparable compliance, risk, or audit credential.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the foundational team introducing Anthropic's frontier AI to large enterprises across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with major corporations across industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and telecommunications throughout the ASEAN region. You'll leverage your consultative enterprise sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted partner to C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, helping them embed Claude across business operations, research, and administration. As Anthropic's senior in-market commercial presence for ASEAN, you'll shape our regional go-to-market strategy and lay the groundwork for a dedicated Southeast Asia footprint.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships across ASEAN countries.
Serve as senior regional coverage for Anthropic's most strategic ASEAN enterprise accounts, building executive relationship depth and commercial momentum through consistent in-market engagement
Build and execute territory plans that identify high-value opportunities across key ASEAN industries, accounting for differences in market maturity, regulatory environment, and buying behaviour between countries
Lead consultative sales processes with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, positioning AI as a strategic business transformation driver
Orchestrate internal teams—Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships—to deliver tailored solutions for complex enterprise requirements
Translate technical AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions suited to the needs of Southeast Asian enterprises
Identify new use cases and contribute to ASEAN go-to-market strategy, providing feedback that shapes product roadmap and regional approach
Represent Anthropic across Southeast Asia, building executive relationships with enterprise, partner, and government stakeholders and raising Anthropic's profile within the regional technology community
Minimum qualifications
12+ years in enterprise sales, GTM, business development, or account management with direct, in-market Southeast Asia operating experience
A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and securing strategic deals in ASEAN markets by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored solutions
Existing commercial network across enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and at least one or two additional ASEAN markets
Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and advance high-value opportunities without heavy oversight
Comfort operating as a generalist regional presence—equally effective in an enterprise sales conversation, a partnership discussion, or a government stakeholder introduction
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with cultural fluency across ASEAN business environments
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Singapore, with eligibility to work in Singapore and the ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS to regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional enterprise accounts
Prior experience establishing or scaling a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese)
Familiarity with regional data residency, AI governance, and procurement frameworks relevant to enterprise buyers
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help run the systems, data and processes that let us hire +100 people per month. You will work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and every department that hires. Your job is to make recruiting more effective as we scale: more great hires per unit of effort, without adding unnecessary complexity or sacrificing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people: someone who loves solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize our ATS, broader recruiting stack, workflows and processes end to end; keep the system clean, connected and scalable.
- Metrics & performance: build the metrics and reporting that leadership and Ops teams need to make decisions, and turn insights into concrete improvements in speed, quality and efficiency.
- Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: partner with Finance and business leaders to align workforce plans with business priorities and ensure recruiting capacity stays aligned as priorities evolve.
- Enable recruiters & hiring managers: build practical enablement around tools, sourcing, workflows, interviewing, hiring principles and calibration so teams can operate more effectively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting, People or HR Operations, ideally in a company that has scaled headcount quickly and navigated significant organizational complexity.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail: you naturally connect the dots, spot inconsistencies and care about getting the underlying system right, not just fixing the symptom.
- Pragmatic and highly organized: you focus on what will have the biggest impact, can manage multiple complex projects without losing focus, and bring the structure and follow-through needed to get things to the finish line.
- Curious and hands-on: you have an appetite to vibe-code your way through automation, experiment with AI and new tools, and are comfortable building lightweight solutions yourself.
- High-agency and positive: you operate independently, turn complex problems into solutions rather than simply raising them, and bring a constructive, can-do mindset to the work.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world — one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We're a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable — and we're looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Arcadia helps healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver measurable results. We unify fragmented data across the healthcare ecosystem so payers, providers, ACOs, and life sciences companies can make confident decisions grounded in trustworthy intelligence. Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's commercial team depends on consistent process, clean pipeline data, and forecasts to help manage and grow the business. As a fast-growing company, we need to scale our infrastructure, systems and operating model to one that aligns to the pace of the growth. This role owns the systems, tools, and cadences that make pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting consistent and accurate across the entire commercial team.
Part of the initial mandate is understanding the current ecosystem of tools and technology that support commercial and revenue operations today, and making recommendations on the optimal tech stack for the function going forward — one that is AI native. This person will be the accountable owner of that stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation.
This person will run point on sales operations and the forecasting cadence, and will build the AI-powered operating layer (dashboards, briefings, and workflow tools) that gives the entire commercial organization — not just its leadership — real-time visibility and leverage.
This is role is for someone who is execution oriented. You'll work in the tools yourself — not just direct others to — while also setting the strategy, systems, and rigor that let Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance move as one aligned, predictable engine.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the revenue operating system, designing and scaling the processes, metrics, and infrastructure that drive consistent, predictable performance across the business
Partner with Systems Engineering to drive end-to-end improvements and scalability in Salesforce, including structure, data hygiene, workflow automation, and adoption across the sales org
Evaluate the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and make recommendations on the optimal, AI-native tech stack for the function
Serve as the accountable owner of that tech stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation
Own pricing strategy, SKUs, and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring pricing structures and deal execution are clean, consistent, and scalable
Own the forecasting cadence and develop robust, repeatable forecasting models (pipeline, bookings, ARR) that improve accuracy and predictability
Build the AI-powered operating layer — automated briefings, pipeline intelligence, meeting prep, and reporting dashboards — that gives the commercial organization real-time visibility
Establish and maintain a unified KPI framework, ensuring alignment on definitions, visibility, and accountability across the funnel
Act as connective tissue across live opportunities, coordinating Marketing, Finance, the RFP team, Value Enablement, and Sales Engineering so they're effectively leveraged
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to align execution with company goals and financial plans
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales efficiency to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Design and manage sales compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors across GTM teams
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Build a deep understanding of Arcadia's GTM model, revenue streams, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle)
Assess current RevOps infrastructure, CRM configuration, reporting, and forecasting methodologies
Map the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and begin forming a point of view on the optimal, AI-native tech stack
Establish trust across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
In 6 months
Own the CRM and forecasting cadence end-to-end, with a unified KPI framework giving clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency
Ship the first version of the AI-powered operating layer (automated briefings, dashboards, and reporting tools) that reduces manual reporting burden for commercial leadership
Improve forecast accuracy through enhanced pipeline modeling and data-driven insights
In 12 months
Operate a scalable revenue operating system — process, CRM, forecasting, and AI tooling — that enables predictable growth and aligns planning across GTM and Finance
Deliver consistent, high-confidence forecasts and actionable insights that directly inform the executive team's decisions
Improve key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales productivity, retention) through data-driven optimizatio
What You'll Bring
The Role, Done Before
You have held this exact role — Head/Director of Revenue Operations or equivalent — at a company of similar growth stage, and can point to what you built and owned.
Growth-Stage Fluency
Track record of operating at growth-stage speed and ambiguity — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building infrastructure from scratch rather than administering something already built. Candidates whose experience is exclusively at large, mature organizations without growth-stage exposure are not a fit for this seat.
Deep SaaS Metrics Expertise
Strong command of key SaaS metrics including ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity, and how they connect to business performance.
Forecasting & Modeling Rigor
Proven ability to build and operationalize forecasting models (e.g., pipeline velocity, ARR forecasting) that improve accuracy and predictability.
CRM & Systems Ownership
Deep, hands-on experience owning a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and the broader GTM tech stack — configuration, data integrity, and workflow design, not just consumption of dashboards.
Pricing & Quote-to-Cash Experience
Hands-on experience owning pricing strategy, SKU structure, and the quote-to-cash process, ideally in a company that scaled or restructured its pricing model.
AI-Forward
Comfortable using AI tools to build operational leverage — automating reporting, briefings, and workflows rather than relying solely on headcount to scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to drive alignment and results.
Operator Mindset
Ability to move between strategy and execution, translating insights into action and driving measurable impact.
Would Love for You to Have
8–12+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics in a SaaS environment
Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS company through key milestones (e.g., post-acquisition integration, scale-up, or M&A)
Familiarity with modern BI, AI, and planning tools (e.g., Sigma, Adaptive, Salesforce ecosystem, AI-native reporting/agent tools) and building self-service analytics environments
Experience designing and optimizing sales compensation plans at scale
What You'll Get
The mandate to build a consistent, predictable commercial engine — including its AI-powered tooling — rather than inherit and maintain one
A growth path from individual contributor to leading the people and functions that support sales operations as Arcadia scales
A mission-driven culture where your work supports better healthcare outcomes
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
A collaborative, data-driven environment focused on impact, ownership, and continuous improvement

ClickHouse is looking for an experienced engineer to join our Observability organization. We are hiring across two closely aligned teams: Observability Platform and Internal Observability.
Together, these teams build and operate the systems behind ClickHouse’s internal observability and ClickStack Cloud. Our platforms process trillions of events per day, sustaining throughput in the hundreds of millions of events per second. The experience we gain operating observability at ClickHouse scale feeds directly back into the platform and product we provide to customers.
The Observability Platform team builds shared systems for telemetry ingestion, durable buffering, processing, storage, autoscaling, and service provisioning. The Internal Observability team operates ClickHouse’s company-wide observability platform and works with engineering teams to improve reliability, debugging, and operational efficiency.
This is a software engineering role at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. You will build systems, operate what you build, respond to incidents, and turn recurring operational problems into durable software and automation.
Your background may be in backend engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering. What matters most is your ability to solve ambiguous production problems, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and take ownership from design through operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems that ingest, process, and store telemetry at very high scale.
- Own the reliability, performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipelines and storage systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, help resolve production incidents, and drive root-cause fixes through to completion.
- Build software and automation that eliminate repetitive operational work and make the platform easier to operate.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and help shape the roadmap for the next stage of scale.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and service teams across ClickHouse.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews and help raise engineering quality across the team.
HOW YOU WORK
- You take ownership and proactively improve the systems around you.
- You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar distributed systems in production.
- You make pragmatic tradeoffs between reliability, performance, delivery speed, and cost.
- You communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly environment.
- You prefer incremental delivery: ship a focused solution, validate it in production, and improve it based on evidence.
- You address the underlying cause of operational problems rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with high-throughput ingestion, streaming, queueing, or storage systems.
- Experience building multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for both performance and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript.

Arcadia is the most trusted healthcare platform powering outcomes. We transform complex healthcare data into trusted intelligence, helping providers, payers, and life sciences organizations act with clarity, make confident decisions, and achieve measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Built on a comprehensive data foundation spanning tens of millions of patient lives, Arcadia combines advanced analytics and responsible AI to surface meaningful insights, coordinate action, and improve performance at scale. Our approach to AI and automation is governed and transparent — designed to strengthen human expertise, not replace judgment or obscure responsibility.
Hundreds of organizations rely on Arcadia to improve cost, quality, and outcomes. Backed by Nordic Capital, we continue to invest in our platform, AI capabilities, and people as we pursue our purpose: helping healthcare deliver better outcomes for every person, every community, and every generation.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia’s data and analytics platform is used by hundreds of health systems, ACOs, payers, and life sciences organizations, touching tens of millions of patient lives. This role owns how our agentic capabilities perform at that same scale: accurate, transparent about their own confidence, and safe for the clinicians, care teams, and patients who depend on them.
As a staff-level individual contributor, you will own the product-layer decisions that shape agent behavior, including prompting, retrieval and context, memory and state, evaluation, and escalation, while partnering with Product and Engineering on the systems that support them. Your work will help Arcadia make evidence-based launch decisions and scale responsible AI that is steerable, trustworthy, and ready for real healthcare workflows.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
You have established a production-grounded baseline for priority agentic workflows, with documented failure modes, severity-weighted evaluation rubrics, and a clear measurement plan
You have mapped the current retrieval, context, memory, and escalation patterns and identified the highest-value opportunities to improve reliability, calibration, and cost
You have earned trust across Product and Engineering by turning production evidence into clear, actionable recommendations
In 6 months
What You'll Be Doing
Design and
iterate on
agent behavior across real, live workflows, including long-
horizon
, multi-turn agentic tasks
Design retrieval and context architecture so the right source data reaches a model in the right
structure
and agents
remain
grounded in real data rather than filling gaps with assumptions
Design memory and state handling across multi-turn and multi-agent flows,
determining
what is carried forward, summarized, or dropped and why
Create context and prompt templates that combine few-shot examples, structured formatting, and reasoning scaffolding for consistent agent behavior
Improve performance through prompting, tool-use strategy, and context construction,
validated
through direct experimentation rather than guesswork
Build and run evaluations against real production conditions to measure performance,
regressions
, failure modes, and edge cases
Author evaluation rubrics, quality heuristics, and thresholds that weight failures by severity and cost
,
not just frequency
,
and
monitor
those measures against production behavior
Design and
validate
escalation paths that route agents to human review based on confidence and uncertainty while preserving safety and consistency under adversarial and edge-case conditions
Design for cost-aware performance alongside latency, reliability, and accuracy through efficient context construction and tool-call economy
Evaluate and sign off on model changes by baselining current behavior, running comparative evaluations, and making the go/no-go call before a change reaches a customer
Maintain product-level AI documentation, including model cards, intended use, limitations, and known failure modes, so customer-facing teams work from actual agent behavior
Partner closely with Product and
product managers
to ensure agents are not just capable, but steerable, trustworthy, and ready to scale
What You'll Bring
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field and/or masters of Data Science or related field
4+ years of production software engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on ownership of ML, LLM, or agentic systems in production, with direct experience in healthcare, finance, or another regulated industry
Demonstrated ability to diagnose why an agent failed, correctly attribute the fix to instruction, retrieval, context, or memory design, and weigh failures by severity and cost rather than frequency alone
Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, production-grounded evaluation frameworks, and fallback or human-in-the-loop logic for automated systems
Working familiarity with AWS AI/ML services, including Bedrock and SageMaker, sufficient to build and evaluate effectively in Arcadia’s environment
Evidence-led judgment and the credibility to push back on launch decisions, paired with a builder’s instinct to run the experiment and move from a production failure to a fix
Would Love for You to Have
Experience applying AI to healthcare data or workflows where safety, transparency, and calibrated uncertainty directly affect care teams or patients
Experience with long-horizon, multi-turn or multi-agent workflows and product-level AI documentation such as model cards
What You'll Get
The opportunity to define how agent performance, safety, and readiness are measured for
production
healthcare workflows
Meaningful ownership across prompts, context, memory, evaluations, and escalation patterns at product scale
A cross-functional role translating production evidence into AI improvements used across Arcadia’s platform
A mission-driven company working to improve how patients receive care
A flexible, remote-friendly culture with personality and heart
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian community

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Observability to join our Product team. You will own the strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, including Runtime Logs, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Drains, which let teams stream logs, traces, Web Analytics events, and Speed Insights metrics into the systems they already use. You will partner closely with engineering and design to help customers understand and debug what they run on Vercel, both through Vercel's native surfaces and through integrations with vendors that support OpenTelemetry. You will report to the product lead and will be located in New York, NY (hybrid).
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, from telemetry ingestion through the surfaces developers use to debug and monitor.
Turn ambiguous signal — support escalations, customer interviews, usage data, competitive shifts — into a sequenced plan with clear tradeoffs.
Partner daily with engineering on scoping, and with design on making dense telemetry data genuinely legible.
Define the native-vs-integrate line: what Vercel builds, and where we make Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, Honeycomb, and New Relic work seamlessly.
Work with Enterprise customers and Sales/Solutions on observability needs that block adoption or expansion.
Own pricing and packaging decisions with Finance and GTM — observability is metered, and unit economics are part of the product.
Write the launch narrative: changelogs, blog posts, docs direction, in partnership with PMM
Define the metrics that tell you it's working, and hold the team to them.
What you need
5+ years in product management, with meaningful time on developer, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
You've shipped something technical enough that engineers treated you as a peer. You can read a trace waterfall and reason about cardinality, sampling, and retention costs.
Comfortable owning a domain end to end without a PM above you translating strategy into work.
You use the products you build on, and you have opinions about the ones you don't.
Fluency with data: you write your own queries and don't wait on someone else to answer a usage question.
Bonus if you
Have worked at an observability, APM, or monitoring company, or been the internal power user of one at scale.
Have shipped AI or agent-facing developer tooling.
Have owned consumption-based pricing for a technical product.
Are an active Next.js or Vercel user.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
Arcadia is at a growth stage where the connective tissue between ideation, execution, and executive decision-making matters enormously. This primarily manifests across two areas today: (1) Growth (Strategy, Sales, and Retention & Expansion) and (2) cross-functional Executive initiatives. This role sits at that intersection: you will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and launch new growth initiatives—whether that's a new vertical, a new go-to-market partnership, or a new solution while also engaging directly with the executive team to drive alignment on the initiatives that matter most across the company. In practice, this typically plays out as roughly 75% of your time on commercial strategy and growth initiatives, and roughly 25% partnering directly with the executive team and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.
This is a role of ownership and initiative, not execution-on-request. You will be given real latitude to define how new opportunities get approached, how cross-functional work gets organized, and how the executive team stays aligned—and you'll be trusted to run with it. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner closely with Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Actuary, Account Management, and the broader executive team.
What You'll Be Doing
Launch New Growth Initiatives
You will partner across the Commercial, Value Enablement, and Product teams to identify and pursue new paths to growth—whether that's a new vertical, a strategic partnership, a new product or solution go-to-market motion, or another initiative altogether—taking ownership of the work from initial concept through initial traction.
Identify and size new growth opportunities by understanding the market, our competitive position, and where Arcadia's assets and talent can be leveraged to win
Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks, so leadership can make a clear go or no-go decision
Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and other domain SMEs as needed to shape the specifics of each initiative—what it is, who it's for, and how it comes together
Build the
GTM positioning
and competitive differentiation for each initiative, grounded in Arcadia's outcomes-first brand and validated against real buyer needs
Translate the business case into a tactical execution plan, and drive that plan forward: coordinate cross-functional workstreams, resolve dependencies, and keep the initiative moving toward real traction
Define success criteria for each initiative and track progress against commitments
Strengthen GTM Motion
New markets don't succeed in isolation—they depend on a commercial engine that's tightly coordinated. You will take initiative to close gaps and accelerate growth across the teams that make GTM work and bring visibility into that progress at the executive level.
Build and refresh competitive intelligence in target markets, synthesizing signals from win/loss data, market research, analyst commentary, and field input
Collaborate with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting to improve discovery-to-proposal velocity, solution credibility, and RFP quality
Partner with Actuary to sharpen financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks used in payer and risk-bearing organization deals
Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, manage project tracking for strategic commercial initiatives, and proactively remove blockers
Bring commercial progress, risks, and decisions needing executive input directly into board and executive committee conversations
Executive Team
Support
As Arcadia scales, the initiatives that matter most increasingly cut across teams and leaders—commercial expansion chief among them. This role gives you a direct seat in that conversation, extending the alignment work you do in Commercial to the executive team as a whole.
Drive the Executive Committee Operating Rhythm: Help shape and run the weekly executive committee meeting -- build agendas, synthesize pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across leaders
Partner on board meeting preparation, ensuring materials reflect a coherent narrative across commercial, product, and financial priorities
Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and executives, acting as the driver who keeps them moving and accountable
Proactively surface where executive-level initiatives are stalling and broker resolution before they become bigger problems
Take on special projects with the executive team as they arise, applying the same ownership and rigor used in the commercial work
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, you have mapped the highest-priority growth opportunities in front of Arcadia, built relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team, and built the business case for at least one priority initiative.
In year one, you have taken two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction—whether new verticals, partnerships, or products—contributed measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates, and become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence.
What You'll Bring
Required
Seven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role
Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape—you can speak credibly to value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, quality and Stars
Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context—building the business case, shaping the go-to-market approach, and driving execution
Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms, including meeting preparation, cross-functional tracking, and driving follow-through on strategic commitments
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align product, clinical, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders behind a common strategy
Comfort working in ambiguity—this role requires structuring undefined problems and building the plan, not executing a defined playbook
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build crisp, compelling narratives for executive, board, and buyer audiences
Preferred
Experience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations
Familiarity with buyer segments beyond traditional payer and provider markets—including self-funded employers, risk-bearing entities, or adjacent healthcare services organizations
Prior experience as a chief of staff, or in a strategy-and-operations role partnering closely with a CEO or executive committee
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian Community
Be a part of a mission driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Clipboard is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and run the systems behind our sales organization.
You'll work across Salesforce, data, automation, and internal tools to help our sales team operate more effectively. That might mean building an automation that eliminates a recurring workflow, investigating a messy data problem, redesigning part of our Salesforce setup, or building a new system from the ground up.
We are a small team with an unusual operating model. Much of our execution runs through AI agents that we direct and quality-check, allowing each analyst to operate with the leverage of a much larger team.
This is equal parts builder and operator. You'll own systems end to end, work through ambiguous requests from reps and leadership, and be accountable for making sure the things you build actually work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own live systems. Take ownership of production systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, and data sync pipelines. You'll be accountable for their accuracy and reliability.
- Solve ambiguous problems. Work through requests from sales reps, managers, and leadership, figure out what is actually needed, and execute quickly.
- Direct AI agents. Write specs and prompts, supervise AI agents, and rigorously QA their output before it touches production data.
- Build automations and tools. Create scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, and lightweight web apps that turn recurring manual work into scalable systems.
- Analyze and report. Use SQL and other tools to answer important revenue questions and build reporting the organization can trust.
- Guard data quality. Handle merges, deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and other work required to keep our systems accurate at scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of building. You've built scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems.
- AI-native working style. You already use AI to multiply your output and understand where it can fail and how to verify its work.
- High judgment under ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem, figure out what matters, and know when to act versus when to ask.
- Strong attention to detail. You're comfortable being the last line of defense before changes affect production systems and large datasets.
- Bias to ownership. When something you own breaks, you don't just fix the immediate issue. You look for the underlying problem and improve the system.
SQL and Python experience are strong pluses, but we're more interested in your curiosity, judgment, and ability to ship than checking every technical box.
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce administration or development experience, including flows, SOQL, or data model design.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a similar environment.
- Experience building automations with tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application Review – We'll review your experience and evidence of things you've built, automated, or owned.
2. Take-Home Assessment – A practical, ~2-hour assessment using a fictional company, mock website, and CRM. You'll have 48 hours to complete it, and AI tools are encouraged.
3. Technical Walkthrough – A 30-minute session where you'll demo what you built, explain your decisions, and make a small live change to your system.
4. Manager Interview – A 30-minute conversation focused on communication, ownership, judgment, and how you operate under ambiguity.
5. Final Steps / Offer! – Some candidates may have an executive conversation, followed by references and an offer.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits + 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first working environment

About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
