ClickHouse is looking for Growth Engineers who are obsessed with both craft UI and agentic experiences. You care about the button, the empty state, and the agent that helps someone get unstuck, and you care equally about whether any of it moved the number.
You’ll join our growth pod to build experimentation infrastructure, onboarding flows, and product surfaces across the self-serve funnel: classic human UI and AI-assisted / agent-driven flows. You’ll work side by side with unified console engineers, but your mandate is speed and impact: ship something testable, measure it, and iterate. You’re motivated by moving a number and learning fast, more than by getting every detail right on the first try.
This is a new role at ClickHouse. You’ll help define what growth engineering looks like here: PLG experimentation that spans human and agentic experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and data science on one pod, and partner with unified console and app teams on shared product surfaces.
What you will do:
- Build and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel: signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows.
- Design and polish human UI (flows, forms, empty states, navigation, microcopy surfaces) with a high bar for clarity and conversion.
- Design and ship agentic experiences (AI-assisted onboarding, in-product agents, guided workflows) that help users reach value faster.
- Run disciplined experiments on both: hypothesis, instrumentation, ship, learn. Tools like GrowthBook are part of the day-to-day.
- Partner closely with product, design, and data science to go from idea to shipped experiment quickly.
- Work within the Cloud Console codebase alongside unified console engineers, and partner with app teams (including Observability, Agents, and Postgres) on strong end-to-end user flows.
- Obsess over metrics: acquisition, activation, and monetization. You want proof that what you shipped moved the needle.
Requirements:
- Experienced in full-stack product engineering (TypeScript / Node / React), ideally including time on a growth, product, or experimentation-focused team.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with real taste for product UI.
- Experience building with LLMs or agent patterns in a product (tool calling, streaming, evals, system/prompt design), or a clear track record of shipping AI features you measured and iterated on.
- Comfortable shipping a smaller, testable version of an idea first, then iterating based on what you learn.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience with experimentation or A/B testing tools (e.g. GrowthBook, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly), or strong interest in building that muscle.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative code review.
- Excellent communication skills. You’ll work daily with PM, design, data science, marketing, and other engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You’ve shipped both polished UI experiments and agentic / AI-assisted product experiences (not just prototypes), with instrumentation and iteration.
- Experience on a growth or product-led-growth team, ideally at a company with a self-serve funnel.
- Experience with ClickHouse or other data-intensive/analytics products.
- Familiarity with Auth0 or similar auth integrations.
- Experience working closely with (but not necessarily reporting into) a separate platform or infrastructure engineering team.
- You have opinions on what makes great human UX and great agent UX, and you use AI heavily in your own workflow.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, highly autonomous Middle Next.js Developer to build and ship product features for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will own features end to end across a TypeScript monorepo — a Next.js App Router client, a Fastify + Payload CMS API on PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare Workers at the edge — from the moment you receive a task, through breaking it down, estimating, implementing, testing, and observability, to a clean release to production and confirmation that it works for real users.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who treats production as the standard, not the finish line. Half-tested code, silent failures, and unverified AI-generated output are not acceptable. The codebase is convention-heavy — a layered Feature-Sliced Design structure with strict import rules — and you are expected to work inside those conventions rather than around them. You are accountable for every task you take on and for every area of the product you touch: if it breaks, regresses, or stays half-finished, that is yours to see through. We expect maximum autonomy and real involvement in the product — you work independently within a sprint, communicate risks before they become blockers, and escalate architectural decisions to senior engineers rather than guessing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FEATURE DEVELOPMENT
- Build features across the Next.js client and the Fastify + Payload CMS backend according to product requirements
- Write code that follows the team's Feature-Sliced Design layering, naming, and import conventions
- Ship changes behind feature flags and A/B experiments, fully localized across every supported locale
- Integrate third-party providers — billing, email/CRM, analytics — over REST APIs and webhooks
QUALITY & RELIABILITY
- Cover functionality with unit, integration, and e2e tests at the level the team expects
- Run a thorough self-review before code review, and review teammates' code with the same rigour
- Fix bugs and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Optimize page and endpoint performance — rendering and caching strategy, database queries, bundle size
SECURITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Apply secure development practices: schema validation, access control, safe handling of secrets
- Follow observability practices — structured logging, metrics, and alerts — using existing tooling
COLLABORATION
- Break down, estimate, and ship your own tasks to production within the sprint — and stay accountable for them after release
- Own the areas of the product you work in: their stability, performance, and follow-up fixes
- Surface requirement clarifications, estimate changes, and risks early and in writing
- Escalate complex architectural decisions and critical risks to senior engineers
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of commercial React experience, including 1+ year with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, route handlers, rendering and caching strategies) and solid TypeScript
- Node.js backend experience on a typed HTTP framework (Fastify, Nest, or Express) with PostgreSQL — REST API design, schema migrations, integrations over REST and webhooks (signature verification, idempotency, retries) — plus a working understanding of HTTP/REST, auth mechanisms, and web security fundamentals
- Hands-on with the modern client stack: TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form + Zod, Tailwind CSS, and a React component library such as HeroUI, MUI, or shadcn/ui
- Experience with a code-first headless CMS on PostgreSQL (Payload, Strapi, Directus, or equivalent) — collections, access control, generated types, migrations
- Testing and delivery discipline: e2e tests (Cypress or Playwright) and unit/integration tests (Vitest or Jest), Git flow, code review, working with CI
- Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code or equivalents), including configuring them for a project — context, instructions, rules, MCP/integrations — with full ownership of the quality, security, and correctness of generated code
- English — B1+
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Owns the outcome — takes a task from requirement to production without waiting to be pushed, and stays accountable for the result and the area it touches
- Maximally autonomous and involved — needs a goal, not step-by-step instructions, and cares how the product performs, not just whether the ticket is closed
- Verifies before trusting — treats AI output, third-party responses, and your own code as unproven until tested
- Structured communicator — surfaces risks, blockers, and estimate changes early, in writing, in a remote team
- Knows the edge of their scope — escalates architectural and security decisions instead of improvising them
- Learns from incidents — fixes the root cause, not just the symptom

As our first B2B Demand Generation Leader, you'll build the function from the ground up: define the strategy, choose the tech stack, and create the repeatable pipeline machine that scales signNow and AltaFlow B2B revenue. You'll inherit an existing sales motion, established brands, and a self-service customer base of millions - your job is to accelerate what's already working, not prove a concept.
This is a greenfield mandate with a real commercial foundation beneath it. If you've built before, you'll know how rare that combination is.
Salary range: $180,000/yr — $220,000/yr
What you'll work on:
Build and lead airSlate’s B2B demand-generation function and team across the portfolio, initially prioritizing SignNow and AltaFlow.
Design and execute integrated ABM, lead-generation and nurture programs for SMB, mid-market and selected enterprise buyers.
Jointly set MQL, sourced-pipeline and funnel-conversion targets with Sales, RevOps and each BU, and own delivery against them.
Define and continually improve target-account selection, qualification, lead scoring, routing, handoff and follow-up SLAs with Sales and RevOps.
Partner with GTM Leaders, PMMs and Campaign Strategy to translate ICP, positioning and business priorities into campaigns and sales-ready assets.
Instrument attribution and report conversion from demand source through sales-accepted opportunity; optimize by campaign, source, segment and product.
Assess current people, processes and technology; redeploy and hire talent as appropriate, and build repeatable operating cadences with Marketing Ops, Data and the CIO.
Requirements:
8–12+ years in B2B demand generation, including direct experience building and scaling a function from an early stage; B2B SaaS experience required.
Demonstrated record of producing measurable sourced pipeline for sales-assisted SMB/mid-market motions through ABM, lead generation and nurture.
Proven ability to operate as a peer to Sales and RevOps and to define, defend and improve MQL criteria, scoring, routing, handoffs, SLAs and pipeline commitments.
Hands-on builder and people leader who can personally design and run programs before the team is fully staffed, then recruit, coach and scale the organization.
Strong command of modern MarTech/RevOps systems, attribution and funnel analytics; able to partner on stack and data architecture without depending entirely on others.
Comfortable in a multi-product, multi-BU environment with differing GTM motions; PLG-to-sales-assisted experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer and market orientation, executive communication and fluent English; U.S. location preferred, or Western Europe with meaningful U.S. customer exposure and Eastern Time overlap. Regular travel expected.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Document/workflow software experience is a plus.

Location: Espoo; Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Flight Software Deployment Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland/ Espoo, Finland
- Department: Flight Software Build & Release Team
- Reports to: Flight Software Build & Release Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Build & Release team owns the path from source to flight-ready software across growing satellite constellations. This role exists because every artifact that reaches satellites in orbit must be reproducible, traceable, and verifiable. A bad update is not a simple rollback, it could mean a satellite becomes at risk.
This is not a generic SRE or DevOps role, the production environment is composed of satellites flying 500 km above our heads, and the software artifacts are cross-compiled embedded binaries. The role is in the realm of half build engineering and half embedded Linux development, you need to be willing to work at both ends.
Satellites are treated to OTA updates regularly which our team must make sure are built and deployed the right way, utilizing software development best practices.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on software engineering of our satellite on-board updating system, built to deploy software and firmware updates: features, maintenance, tests and documentation.
- Contribute to the build layer across the flight software domain, so every repository is built, versioned and packaged the same way.
- Enforce immutable releases and harden the packaging and signing pipelines: least-privilege permissions, pinned workflows and dependencies, approvals, and proper signing key management.
- Work with the Linux platform team on how updates land on the satellite on-board computers, covering packaging format, filesystem layout and access control, making sure what we build installs cleanly and safely.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Embedded software engineering experience, with hands-on embedded Linux development: cross-compilation for ARM or similar targets, kernel configuration, device tree overlays, root filesystem and image construction.
- Production CI/CD experience for compiled artifacts, not only containers or web deployments. GitHub Actions specifically is required, and workflow hardening experience is valuable.
- Working proficiency in C and C++ build environments, and in Python and Bash for automation.
- Experience implementing release integrity controls, immutable artifacts storage. Signing key management, PKI and trust chains, AWS object-lock storage and cloud key management are all valuable here.
- Shipping software to embedded devices already in the field with a package-based update mechanism, ideally opkg, under controlled release processes, quality gates and formal sign-of
Nice to haves:
- Command of CMake, including multi-repository setups, toolchain files, and shared build infrastructure that other teams consume. Buildroot experience is relevant here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Conversation with talent acquisition (~30 min).
- Screening with the hiring manager (~60 min).
- Technical test - take home task to be completed in 3 to 5 working days.
- Technical deep-dive (~90 min).
- On-site office visit & director interview (~60 min).

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Product Designer
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Product Design Director
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
This is the kind of project designers wait years for. You'll be the design lead and hands-on builder on one of the most exciting products we're working on: a largely greenfield space where AI and LLMs meet serious data intelligence and where the problems are genuinely hard, the kind nobody has solved before, because the product itself is new territory. We can't say much more here (some things we build, we keep quiet about) but if the idea of turning cutting-edge intelligence into something people can actually use makes your fingers itch, this is it. You won't inherit a design system or a roadmap but you'll shape both. And you won't do it alone: we're building a world-class design team from a small core and early hires like you set the bar for everyone who comes after. This role is for a builder, an IC who gets their energy from making things, not managing them
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own design end to end for the product: from fuzzy problem to research to concept to polished, shipped UI. No handoffs, no "that's another team's job."
- Get out of the building (or into the ground station). Talk to users regularly, watch how they work and turn what you learn into design decisions everyone can get behind.
- Make the complex feel simple. Take AI, LLM and data-heavy workflows and turn them into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Prototype fast and often. Test ideas with real users and real data before we commit engineering time and kill your darlings when the evidence says so.
- Work elbow to elbow with engineers, data scientists and product. You're in the room when problems get framed, not just when screens get requested.
- Set the design foundations. As one of the first designers on this product, you'll shape the patterns, quality bar and ways of working that everyone after you builds on.
- Push the craft. Sweat the details, raise the bar on every release and give (and take) sharp design feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Your craft is genuinely top-tier and your portfolio proves it. Sharp UX thinking, beautiful execution, obsessive attention to detail. We'll look closely so bring work you're proud of down to the last pixel.
- You've designed for data products, ML or AI, and you have opinions about it. You know what makes these experiences tricky and you've wrestled with at least some of it in real work.
- You've shipped design work that actually changed something. Adoption went up, churn went down, customers stopped swearing at the product. You can tell us what happened after you hit publish, ideally with numbers.
- You're a bit obsessed with users. Nobody has to send you to talk to customers; you're already there, asking awkward questions and coming back with your assumptions rearranged.
- You get a kick out of messy, ambiguous problems. There's no playbook here, half the time nobody knows what the answer is yet, and that's exactly where you do your best work.
- You own your stuff. The wins, sure, but also the faceplants. You'll tell us what went sideways, what you learned and what you'd do differently, without us having to drag it out of you.
- You make things happen without being asked. No design ops, no ticket queue, no waiting for permission. You spot what's needed, rally the right people, and ship.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed in a properly technical environment, elbow to elbow with engineers or scientists, on systems with real complexity under the hood.
- Satellites genuinely excite you. If you've ever fallen down a Wikipedia rabbit hole about Earth observation at 1am, we should talk.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Portfolio Review
- Assignment + Panel interview
- CPO interview
