About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX)
own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE)
embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer.
When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed;
you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for
.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engine

- Expert, hands-on skills in electronics design, spanning schematics through layout, bring-up, production, and operations, across a broad cross-section of high-speed design, power electronics, and harness.
- Ability to understand a satellite system end to end, deriving electronics requirements from it, and owning the electronics architecture of the payload as its main electronics authority.
- People-oriented leadership, comfortable managing and growing a small team, including hiring and day-to-day people management.
- Embracing the challenge, with a preference for simple designs that work reliably in all conditions over unnecessary complexity, and a mindset of owning problems and solving them.
- No space experience required.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with optical sensors.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Talent Attraction Screening
- Hiring Manager Screening
- Onsite workshop + Technical discussion
- Interview with Leadership

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

Freedom24 is an international fintech and investment platform, part of Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), providing brokerage and financial services to clients across Europe.
We are actively expanding our presence in France, and as part of our broader strategy to grow our product offering, we are exploring the launch of new regulated financial services in the French market, including a digital banking offering. To support this, we are strengthening our compliance team and looking for an experienced MLCO to build and lead the AML/CFT function for this new area of our business.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and directly shape the compliance infrastructure from the ground up.
Design and implement AML/CFT policies and procedures in line with ACPR, TRACFIN and EU regulatory requirements (AMLD5/6);
Build and oversee the KYC/KYB framework, including customer due diligence (CDD/EDD);
Monitor transactions, identify suspicious activity, and prepare TRACFIN filings;
Conduct risk assessments across products, customers, geographies and channels;
Act as the primary point of contact with regulators (ACPR, TRACFIN, AMF);
Train staff on AML/CFT, sanctions compliance and fraud prevention;
Report to senior management on compliance risks and controls.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance within a bank, payment institution (PSP/EMI), or fintech company;
Strong knowledge of French and EU regulatory frameworks (Code monétaire et financier, LCB-FT, AMLD);
Proven hands-on experience directly engaging with regulators (ACPR, TRACFIN) — correspondence, inspections, reporting;
Experience independently building a compliance function or processes from scratch, not just operating within an already established system;
Comfortable working in a startup environment: high ambiguity, few pre-built processes, and the ability to make decisions independently;
Understanding of digital financial and/or payment services and related risks;
Fluent in French and English;
ACAMS certification is a plus.
Benefits
A rare opportunity to build a compliance function for a new business line from the ground up — with direct influence on strategy and product;
A competitive salary that reflects the seniority and responsibility of the role;
A role within an international, publicly listed company (NASDAQ: FRHC) with ambitious growth plans in Europe;
Real autonomy and high level of trust — a rare chance to build something new, not just maintain an existing function.

is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a
Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time
Candidate profile:
Mobile
Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch for iOS and Android
Native drivers: XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso / UiAutomator2 (Android)
Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators
API automation: REST Assured, REST API and authorization handling
Understanding of flaky tests and retry strategies
Data Handling
Databases: MariaDB / MySQL, state validation via SQL / JDBC
Test data setup and cleanup
CI/CD and Processes
Build management with Gradle, custom tasks for different test suites
CI/CD: GitLab CI / Jenkins, integrating automated tests into pipelines
Git hooks / husky / pre-commit as a quality gate
Reporting: Allure
Test management: Jira
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech / trading / payment products
Experience using AI tools in testing (Copilot, AI assistants for test generation/analysis)
Experience with Testcontainers
Familiarity with App Store / Google Play guidelines

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.
What you'll do:
- Pentest new features and products pre-release: web, APIs, admin surfaces.
- Work out the attack surface of each new feature yourself.
- Hunt authorization flaws across our multi-tenant APIs and retest fixes.
- Join design and code reviews early, so flaws die before they're built.
- Turn recurring findings into guardrails — paved-road standards and automated checks — so a bug class dies once instead of resurfacing every release.
- Bring a working repro to the team that owns the code and see the fix through.
Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
What you'll get to do
Develop and execute SEO strategies for English-speaking markets
Analyze niche markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Generate and test hypotheses to increase traffic and improve conversion rates
Manage content production, set deadlines, and ensure quality delivery
Oversee and optimize link-building processes
Prepare plans and reports and participate in weekly sprints
Required skills
5+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2 years working in English-language markets
Proven success in growing organic traffic and ranking in the top 3 Google results in competitive niches
Understanding of SEO for large-scale websites with templated or similar-type pages
Experience in product or service companies, or full-cycle projects at digital agencies
Ability to set up workflows and manage projects independently
Strong skills in hypothesis generation, decision justification, and presenting results
What we offer
Confirmed employment from day one
Remote work from anywhere in the world or at our office
Flexible work schedule
Corporate events and team-building activities
A personalized approach to professional growth and development within the company
A team of professionals ready to mentor and share their knowledge and experience
