About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Environments organization builds and maintains the infrastructure that improves Claude’s capabilities through reinforcement learning. That includes the frameworks researchers use to build environments and the infrastructure responsible for running them. The team's mission is to productionize research. You'll embed with research teams, get up to speed on how they work, and design the frameworks and APIs that let them move faster, building systems the team can understand, own, and maintain themselves. Scope also includes keeping production RL runs healthy, maintainable, monitored, and easy to triage.
You'll be a strong fit if you have deep expertise in Python, a refined sense of taste for API and framework design, and good intuition for how complex systems fail, especially silently. It's a bonus if you've built and operated a stateful distributed system, such as a workflow engine, actor framework, or durable-execution runtime, where correctness depends on getting shared state and recovery right. You should be comfortable diving into messy research code, finding the abstractions that matter, and improving them incrementally while researchers continue to build on your work. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your own development, but have an impulse towards deep verification.
Key responsibilities
Design widely used APIs, frameworks, and abstractions that other engineers and researchers build on, making correct usage the default and ruling out entire classes of errors structurally
Own the platform layers that sit beneath every environment, including the agent runtime
Build the tooling that lets environment owners understand, debug, and maintain their environments in production without needing an infrastructure engineer in the loop
Embed with research teams on a rotational basis, work directly in their codebases without slowing down the research they support, and transfer ownership when you rotate off
Anticipate silent failure modes and prevent them structurally through type safety, well-designed invariants, targeted testing, and refactors that reduce the room for correctness issues
Drive adoption of new frameworks across the organization, including deprecations and cutovers
Help define the engineering standards, review practices, and design patterns for a new team, and mentor researchers and engineers in adopting them
Minimum qualifications
Deep expertise in Python, including static typing, safe async and concurrency patterns, and writing performant code
Strong taste in API and framework design, the ability to explain why an interface is right or wrong rather than just recognizing it, and a track record of other engineers or teams adopting and building on frameworks you have built
Experience designing or operating stateful concurrent or distributed systems, and reasoning carefully about failure, retries, idempotency, and consistency
A habit of verification: you measure before you conclude, and you build the checks that let a system show it's correct
Experience working productively in large, evolving, or research-style codebases that you didn't originally write
Strong written and verbal communication with collaborators of varied engineering backgrounds, and comfort with ambiguity: able to scope your own work from a loosely defined problem and drive it to a maintainable outcome
Preferred qualifications
Experience building infrastructure, tooling, or frameworks for machine learning research or RL workflows, and familiarity with agentic systems or LLM training pipelines
Experience building agent frameworks, orchestration engines, or multi-agent systems, including checkpoint and restore, replay, and coordination of long-running stateful processes
Experience using AI coding tools on code where correctness matters, with good judgment about what to delegate and how to make the results verifiable
Experience building client libraries or SDKs on top of sandboxed, containerized, or remote execution platforms
Experience with large-scale data processing, dataset lifecycle management, or data lineage systems
Experience designing serialization schemes, plugin systems, or extensible class hierarchies used across an organization
Experience embedding with or consulting for other teams and handing off systems for others to own, or defining code standards adopted across teams, or prior experience as a technical lead
Representative projects
These are examples of the challenges the team tackles:
Design a base RL environment abstraction that can be subclassed to support the large majority of environments built across RL
Redesign the model-tool interface for sandboxed agentic environments so that state is guaranteed to survive serialization, making it structurally impossible to write a tool that silently loses state
Design the state-sharing and recovery model for multi-agent workloads, so that losing a sandbox partway through a task becomes a transparent resume rather than lost work
Define the failure and retry model for a sandboxed execution platform, distinguishing infrastructure faults from genuine task outcomes so that each is handled correctly
Build the tooling that lets an environment owner diagnose why their environment is unhealthy in a production run, and fix it themselves

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- You join a Slack channel and submit a coding challenge in Go and TypeScript https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/fullstack/challenge.md using GitHub.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
We are on a mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is foundational to this process. Machines (or Large Language Models, to be exact) learn in similar ways to humans, by way of feedback. By labelling, ranking, auditing, and correcting model output, you will improve Large Language Models' performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere's technology. We are hiring Generalist professionals with broad backgrounds that span multiple consumer-facing or personal domains.
This is a judgment-driven role, not passive data entry. You will review, assess, and provide structured feedback across a broad and evolving range of tasks, evaluating, stress-testing, and improving our models on English-language data spanning multiple modalities (text, image, and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, and Markdown). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact annotation projects.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada only. We seek candidates who can commit to 16 hours per week at a CAD $30/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 (Bring Your Own Device, laptop). This position is remote.
As an Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate and rank model outputs: Complete preference and comparison tasks, assessing which responses best conform to project guidelines for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and safety, and writing clear justifications for your judgments.
- Stress-test and break models: Probe models adversarially to surface failure modes, unsafe behavior, and capability gaps, and document reproducible cases that engineering and research teams can act on.
- Create datasets: Author high-quality prompts, responses, and exemplars to build training and evaluation datasets, following detailed specifications and editing machine-written or human-written outputs to standard.
- Build and apply rubrics and taxonomies: Contribute to the design of grading criteria and rubrics, then apply them consistently to produce structured, high-quality annotations across task types.
- Annotate and correct multimodal data: Label, audit, and rectify inaccuracies across text, image, and structured data, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain consistency: Participate in calibration exercises and inter-annotator agreement checks to align on standards, and flag ambiguous or uncovered edge cases rather than guessing, since a single misjudgment replicated at scale degrades a model.
- Adapt to experimental work: Take on new and evolving task types as project needs shift, applying sound judgment in areas where guidelines are still being developed.
- Report on model performance: Surface and communicate quality and performance trends in model and agent behavior, giving cross-functional partners clear, well-evidenced feedback on where models succeed, fail, and degrade.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, content moderation, research, or a related analytical role, with exposure to quality assurance, and/or preference ranking.
- Experience applying detailed guidelines to complex and often ambiguous content, with strong contextual and sociocultural judgment, sensitivity to nuance, tone, and register, and the ability to reason well in cases where there is no single correct answer.
- Comfort with ambiguity: a willingness to flag unclear or uncovered edge cases rather than guess, and to work productively on novel, experimental tasks whose definitions are still evolving.
- A sharp, curious eye for inconsistencies, subtle errors, and model failure modes, including the instinct to probe models adversarially and surface where they break. Familiarity with how large language models behave, such as hallucination, sycophancy, and instruction-following gaps, is a plus.
- Excellent command of written English and strong reading comprehension, with the ability to clearly justify your evaluations, including why an output is correct or incorrect, high-quality or low-quality, and to write clear prompts and exemplars that explain your reasoning. Bonus points if you are fluent in another language!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume and monotonous tasks.
- Comfort working with annotation platforms and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, Markdown, XML, and YAML.
- Strong execution in a remote environment, including good time management, comfort using new tools, and the ability to work independently in a global, asynchronous team.
Candidate Journey
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application.
- First Assessment: If selected to move forward, you’ll receive a multiple-choice assessment by email.
- Second Assessment: Candidates who achieve a passing score will be contacted by a member of our team to complete a more comprehensive assessment focused on their area of expertise.
- Video Screen: If selected to move forward, you’ll have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team.
- Final: Selected candidates will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and, therefore, compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human-generated and model-generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build Nebius Serverless AI — our GPU-native platform for deploying inference endpoints, batch jobs, and AI workloads without managing infrastructure. Customers run production AI on it today; the mission now is to make it the fastest, cheapest, most reliable place to ship GPU workloads on the planet.
This is a senior, high-ownership position on a fast-evolving service. You'll set the technical bar: own the architecture of the parts you ship, drive the hard design decisions, and raise the standard of everything around you through code reviews, design reviews, and the way you operate. The work is end-to-end — from cold-start latency in the runtime to the API contract customers integrate against.
You'll work from our office in Amsterdam or London, hybrid.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and build core components of the Serverless platform — the control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler, and the APIs customers integrate against.
Own the hardest engineering problems on the service: cold-start latency, GPU scheduling under contention, multi-tenant isolation, fair-share quotas, request routing at the edge.
Set the technical direction for the areas you own — drive architecture decisions, write the design docs, and align the team behind the chosen approach.
Raise the engineering bar across the team through code reviews, design reviews, and example — the kind of senior presence that compounds.
Run the service like an SRE: define SLOs, build observability, lead incident response, and make sure every postmortem changes the platform, not just the runbook.
Work directly with customers on architecture reviews, performance escalations, and the production problems that don't fit a ticket template.
Partner closely with Product, GTM, and infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into a coherent technical roadmap.
We expect you to have:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production distributed systems at scale.
Excellent knowledge of Golang, or you are ready to quickly switch to it.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration — you've operated it in anger, not just deployed it.
Strong distributed-systems instincts: consistency vs. availability trade-offs, queueing, backpressure, retries, idempotency, multi-tenancy.
Experience designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency services — you know where the milliseconds go and how to get them back.
A history of being the engineer others look to on hard problems — driving design discussions, unblocking teammates, and shipping the thing nobody else wanted to touch.
Ability to write reliable code and dig into complex problems.
Teamwork-oriented approach.
It would be an added bonus if you had:
Experience building serverless or function-as-a-service platforms (Knative, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, Cloudflare Workers, Modal, Replicate, Together, Fireworks, Anyscale, or similar).
GPU scheduling experience — Kubernetes device plugins, MIG, MPS, time-slicing, NVIDIA GPU Operator.
ML inference experience — vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, SGLang, model loading and warm-pool strategies.
Cold-start optimization at the runtime, image, or snapshot level (FireCracker, gVisor, checkpoint/restore, image streaming).
Experience writing Kubernetes operators (Go + controller-runtime / kubebuilder).
Contributions to relevant open-source projects in the serverless, scheduling, or inference ecosystems.
We conduct coding interviews as part of the process.

With over €170M in annual GMV and a community of 2.4M+ registered users, we're transforming the way people experience the sea. Headquartered in Paris with a growing team in Barcelona, we combine the agility of a startup (~150 people) with the ambition of a category leader.
We believe in building a company where autonomy, speed, and impact define everyday work, and we're looking for people who share that mindset.
To support this ambition, we're hiring a Sales Director to lead our human-led Sales strategy and join our growing team in Barcelona.
🚤 The role
We're looking for a Sales Director to join our crew in Barcelona and own the strategy for our human-led Sales: the part of our business where a Sales rep steps in between a tenant and an owner to close the deal.
This is an inbound, transactional, high-volume business (40k leads per year), international and B2C, with an average basket of €7K.
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll lead a team of 4 Sales Managers handling around 15 Sales Executives and 25 seasonal employees, with full ownership of your team's recruitment and the whole Sales cycle.
Today, the Sales team drives 20% of the company's revenue, as 80% is product-led.
Your mission is clear: deliver the yearly expected revenue base while :
Challenging the Sales approach we've had for the past 10 years
Managing potential geographical and segment expansion
Assessing where AI could be wisely introduced in our Sales cycle.
You'll shape the strategy, own the execution, and measure the impact.
🛟 What floats your boat
You will be responsible for the following:
Defining and executing the human-led Sales strategy, from first contact to closing, to reach your revenue objective. Lead generation stays out of your scope.
Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 Sales Managers, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of accountability, constant feedback, and raising the bar.
Ensuring the quality and delivery of recruitment by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
Managing the Sales side of potential business expansion into new geographies like the U.S. or segments like luxury yachting.
Introducing AI into the dealflow when relevant.
Managing your P&L according to budget.
🧭 What you bring aboard
8+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in a B2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.
5+ years of experience managing a team and driving performance through coaching, prioritisation, and clear goal-setting.
A first experience of managing managers.
A doer and problem-solver with a massive bias for action, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and balancing the long-term view with short-term workarounds.
Data-obsessed and analytically rigorous: comfortable building and reading dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) to report on your line of business with accuracy.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with Tech, Marketing, and Business teams while minimising dependencies.
Full proficiency in English is required.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)
Spanish or French.
Seasonal experience with scale-up/scale-down.
