At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Senior Formal Verification (FV) Engineer to join one of our clients' teams.
Reporting directly to the Vector Unit Verification Lead, this is a highly technical Individual Contributor (IC) role. In this position, you will be the dedicated formal expert for the VU team, responsible for designing scalable formal testbenches, writing mathematical properties, and ensuring the absolute algorithmic and architectural integrity of our vector pipeline. You will work side-by-side with VU microarchitects to hunt down deep corner-case bugs and achieve formal sign-off on high-complexity arithmetic and execution blocks.
Key Responsibilities
Block-Level Execution & Convergence Engineering (90%)
End-to-End Testbench Ownership:
Design, deploy, and maintain robust formal verification environments for complex Vector Unit sub-blocks (e.g., Vector Execution Pipelines, Vector Register File/Rename interfaces, and Vector Floating-Point Units).
Datapath & Arithmetic Verification:
Implement advanced word-level modeling, bit-blasting, and algebraic rewriting strategies to verify complex IEEE-754 floating-point and integer vector arithmetic units.
Proof Convergence Management:
Independently diagnose and resolve proof-convergence failures, over-constraints, and state-space explosions using advanced reduction techniques (e.g., case-splitting, black-boxing, and abstraction modeling).
RISC-V Vector Compliance:
Develop formal environments to mathematically prove that the VU pipeline strictly complies with the RISC-V Vector (V) Extension specification.
Simulation Partnership:
Collaborate closely with VU simulation engineers to define a razor-sharp boundary between simulation and formal verification, ensuring maximum bug-hunting efficiency and zero coverage gaps.
Embedded Mentorship & Best Practices (10%)
Formal-Friendly Design:
Partner with VU microarchitects during early-stage RTL development to drive formal-friendly coding styles and structural design patterns.
SVA Propagation:
Review and refine SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) written by design and simulation peers, establishing best practices for block-level assertions within the VU team.
Education:
B.S./M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with practical industry execution; or a Ph.D. with a research focus on formal methods or computer arithmetic.
Experience:
5+ years of production-grade hardware verification experience (or Ph.D. + 1–3 years) with a strong, proven track record of applying formal verification to CPU, GPU, or DSP execution pipelines.
Collaboration Style:
A self-driven engineer who enjoys deep mathematical puzzles, collaborates seamlessly within a localized block-level team, and can translate complex proof counter-examples into actionable bugs for designers.
Datapath Validation Focus:
Strong specialization in arithmetic formal verification, algebraic rewriting, and word-level modeling. Familiarity with control-path formal techniques (liveness, safety properties) is highly welcome.
Vector Microarchitecture:
Good working knowledge of high-width execution pipelines, vector execution units, or floating-point/integer arithmetic hardware. Experience with Out-of-Order execution mechanics is a plus.
Formal Tools:
Proficient command of commercial EDA formal tools (e.g., Cadence JasperGold/DPV, Synopsys VC Formal, Siemens OneSpin) and their specialized mathematical/datapath apps.
Languages:
Native fluency in SystemVerilog and SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA). Scripting proficiency (Python, Tcl, or Bash) for testbench automation.
Nice to Have
RISC-V Core Verification.
RISC-V Ecosystem:
Familiarity with the RISC-V Architecture, specifically the Vector (V) and Floating-Point (F/D) extension ecosystems.
Emulation platforms (Veloce, ZeBu).
Core/Bus interface protocols (e.g., AXI/CHI).

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About
Tavily
We're building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Our API is designed from the ground up to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent — but also informed.
We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI — from small startups shaping the ecosystem to the largest enterprises deploying AI at scale. Whether it's powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we're the missing link between LLMs and the real world.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the billing platform behind a novel search engine tailored for agentic AI consumption. This role is based in our New York office, hybrid with the NYC team.
Our APIs are used by millions of developers and the AI agents acting on their behalf, all paying based on what they consume. You will own the systems that turn product usage into accurate, trustworthy revenue, supporting flexible billing models—usage-based pricing, subscriptions, prepaid balances with auto top-up, and enterprise contracts. Correctness is non-negotiable: every event must be measured precisely and every invoice must be right to the cent.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and operate the billing platform end to end, from usage events to invoices
Build metering and usage-aggregation pipelines that turn high-volume events into billable amounts
Design and operate prepaid credit/wallet systems with auto top-up and balance management
Support enterprise/contract billing with custom pricing, negotiated terms, and scheduled invoicing
Build reconciliation, idempotency, and invoice-accuracy safeguards to ensure revenue data is always correct
Lead the migration to the next generation of our billing system with no revenue loss or downtime
Define observability and quality metrics for billing correctness, freshness, and throughput
Ensure billing systems meet audit and compliance requirements (
SOX
, financial audit)
What
we're
looking for
:
6+ years building production backend systems, of which 3+ years actively building and operating billing or metering systems in production
Hands-on experience with usage-based / metered billing: rating, aggregation, and proration logic
Hands-on experience with subscription / recurring billing alongside usage-based models
Hands-on experience with prepaid credits / wallet systems and auto top-up mechanics
Hands-on experience with enterprise / contract billing: custom pricing and negotiated terms
End-to-end integration of a third-party billing platform (Stripe Billing, Metronome, Orb, or Zuora)
Strong expertise in Python and TypeScript/Node (Go a plus)
Production experience with transactional databases (Postgres or equivalent) for financial-grade data
Built high-volume event / usage pipelines into a data warehouse (Kafka or Kinesis → Snowflake or BigQuery)
Owned billing correctness in production: reconciliation, idempotency, invoice accuracy
Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience: worked on billing for high-volume, self-serve users
Hands-on with Auth0, Okta, or similar identity systems in production
Shipped revenue systems under
SOX
or financial audit constraints
Nice to have:
Led a billing system migration or re-platform with zero revenue loss or downtime
Built hybrid billing combining usage, subscriptions, and prepaid in one system
Worked across both a payments layer (Stripe) and a metering / rating layer (Metronome / Orb)
Billed a developer-facing / API product with pay-as-you-go and API-key metering
Used Snowflake for usage aggregation and revenue analytics
Why
Tavily
?

— small team, you own the entire infrastructure, not a slice of it
Real scaling challenges
— bursty scraping workloads, cache invalidation, multi-region, millions of daily requests

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow one of Avoca's most important revenue engines. Partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, through the networks, platforms, and industry players they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of partner relationships across the home services ecosystem, from integration and technology partners to the manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue, across technology partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors
- Leverage Avoca’s network of investors, partners, and industry influencers to generate inbound interest and warm introductions.
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure every partnership is effectively enabled and integrated into our existing GTM motions, not left to sit on paper
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry, you understand how this ecosystem works and who the players are
- Existing relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, or other key players in the space that you can activate quickly
- 6+ years in the industry or in partnerships, channel, or business development adjacent to it
- A track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, not just managing existing ones
- Strong commercial instinct and clear communication with both field operators and executives
- High agency: you build the playbook, you don't wait for one
- Bonus points: Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions and familiarity with the CRMs home services operators use (ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes, Housecall Pro, and others)
WHO YOU ARE
- You know the home services world well enough to bring a point of view and a network with you, not build both from scratch
- You're a relationship builder who's equally comfortable in the field and in a boardroom
- You think in systems: you can look at a fragmented landscape and quickly see where the leverage is
- You want to own a book of partnerships, carry a number, and shape what this function becomes
- You want to be in-office in NYC, surrounded by people who move fast and hold themselves to a high standard
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. Our Recruiting team will share full details as you progress through the process.

About the Role
We are a Las Vegas based game studio born on the Roblox platform and built by people who genuinely love this community. As a community-first studio, we care as much about our worlds and players as we do about the people building them. That mindset has helped us grow into one of the most innovative teams on Roblox, pushing boundaries, shaping culture, and setting new standards across the platform. With over 8B game visits, 44M monthly players, and a 19M member community, our worlds have become a core part of the Roblox ecosystem. We’re a ten-time winner of the Roblox Innovation Awards and recognized as builders of the future of the platform. From Creatures of Sonaria and Dragon Adventures to World // Zero and Horse Life, we create experiences that players live in, not just visit.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a passionate, data-driven Product Manager to join our game teams. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for your game, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Art, Marketing, and Commerce to ship features that delight players and drive long-term growth. You'll sit at the intersection of player experience, game design, and live-ops, working within the unique constraints and opportunities of the Roblox platform, where your players are vocal, your community is enormous, and your updates ship in weeks, not quarters.
Responsibilities:
— Own and drive the product roadmap for your game, from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.
— Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and measure the impact of shipped features.
— Stay close to your game's community to understand what players love, what frustrates them, and what they're asking for next.
— Collaborate with creative leadership to plan seasonal content, events, and monetization updates that resonate with your players.
— Partner with design, engineering, and art teams to translate product vision into well-scoped, executable work.
— Define and prioritize features based on player feedback, data, and strategic goals
— Write clear product specs and briefs that give your team everything they need to build with confidence.
— Run sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and unblocked.
— Communicate progress, risks, and learnings to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
— Foster a culture of focus, momentum, and fun across your team.
Requirements:
— 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer in gaming.
— Strong analytical mindset. You are comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
— Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, scoping, and shipping.
— Familiarity with Roblox Studio. You don't need to write Lua, but you should be able to open a place in Roblox Studio, navigate a game hierarchy, understand how assets and scripts are organized, and speak credibly with developers about scope and feasibility.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can write a crisp spec and present a clear recommendation to leadership.
— Experience with live service products and the cadence of ongoing updates, events, and seasonal content.
— Collaborative by nature. You work well across disciplines and know how to build trust with creative and technical partners.
— Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Suite, Discord, or similar for roadmap management and documentation.
Location:
This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world. Las Vegas-based team members work in-office Tuesday through Friday (Monday optional). If Vegas sounds fun, we offer relocation support for candidates interested in moving here. In-office perks include daily DoorDash credits to keep you fed, commuter credits to cover your ride in, and a monthly game stipend because we think playing games is part of the job. We are actively building a UK talent hub in anticipation of a dedicated UK office. Candidates across the UK are warmly encouraged to apply.

An overview of this role
As the Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will own GitLab's relationships with its two major cloud infrastructure partners: AWS and Google Cloud. This is a single-threaded owner role, reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships. You will shape partnership strategy from the top down and drive execution from the ground up, this is as much about running the weekly grind of a partnership as it is about setting its direction, turning strategic relationships into durable business outcomes.
You will own the commercial relationship end-to-end: managing GitLab's cloud infrastructure spend and consumption commitments, and leading renewal negotiations for enterprise agreements (e.g., EDPs, MACCs, or equivalent) before they come due. You will also own the technical and go-to-market side of each relationship: driving product integrations, shaping joint go-to-market strategy, and connecting GitLab's product roadmap and AI strategy to concrete partner initiatives. This is not a co-sell, channel, or revenue-through-partners role. Success here looks like disciplined commercial ownership, technical integration depth, and renewal outcomes that protect and grow GitLab's position, not partner-sourced pipeline or quota attainment.
This role sits close to GitLab's evolving AI strategy and the future of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will develop a clear point of view, represent these partnerships with senior stakeholders, and personally drive the day-to-day work that spans multi-year planning and weekly execution, chasing down blockers, keeping workstreams on track, and doing the detailed follow-through yourself rather than delegating it.
What you'll do
Serve as the primary owner and point of contact for GitLab's cloud infrastructure partnerships with AWS and Google Cloud, personally accountable for the direction, operating rhythm, and outcomes of each.
Own the full commercial lifecycle of each relationship: negotiating rates and terms, tracking consumption against committed spend, and leading renewal negotiations well ahead of contract expiration.
Manage cloud infrastructure spend as a standing responsibility, partnering with Finance/FinOps on forecasting, true-ups, and cost optimization across both hyperscalers.
Drive product integrations with each partner, working directly with engineering and product management counterparts on both sides to identify, scope, and deliver joint technical initiatives.
Develop and lead joint go-to-market strategy for each partnership, connecting GitLab's business priorities, product roadmap, and AI strategy to concrete partner initiatives, and then own getting those plans executed.
Build strong working relationships across partner organizations, including executives, product management, engineering, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
Run a disciplined operating cadence across complex initiatives, with clear priorities, owners, timelines, coordination points, and follow-through you drive yourself.
Coordinate cross-functional work inside GitLab to support partnership goals, aligning teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and the executive group.
Translate partner opportunities and requests into actionable internal plans, including roadmap discussions, integration needs, commercial terms, and executive recommendations.
Track and communicate measurable partnership outcomes such as spend efficiency, consumption trends, renewal terms secured, integration progress, and joint go-to-market execution.
Represent the partnerships at the executive level by preparing clear recommendations, briefing executives, and helping drive alignment on investments, trade-offs, and next steps.
What you'll bring
Significant experience owning strategic partnerships, alliance relationships, or vendor/commercial relationships in enterprise software, cloud, and/or AI, with a track record of being in the details, not just setting direction. This experience should reflect owning one or a small number of relationships in depth, not administering a large multi-partner channel ecosystem.
Direct experience managing enterprise cloud commercial agreements (e.g., EDP, MACC, or similar consumption/spend commitments) with at least one major hyperscaler, including experience owning a renewal cycle from expiration planning through negotiation and close.
Experience driving product or technical integrations with a cloud partner, and shaping joint go-to-market strategy that connects a product roadmap to partner initiatives.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate as a single-threaded owner who is accountable for both strategy and execution, and comfortable doing the hands-on work personally rather than handing it off.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex commercial and partnership topics into clear recommendations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to organize complex workstreams, prioritize effectively, and keep multiple initiatives moving through direct, hands-on management.
Genuine technical fluency in software development, platform integrations, and cloud infrastructure, with comfort engaging engineering and product counterparts in substantive conversations, not just positioning technology commercially.
Experience working with senior stakeholders on high-visibility initiatives, including preparing executive briefings, framing recommendations, and driving follow-through.
Ability to influence without formal authority, build strong working relationships across internal and external teams, and navigate multiple priorities with sound judgment.
Familiarity with the DevSecOps ecosystem and a results-oriented approach to measuring partnership impact through spend efficiency and business/product outcomes rather than partner-sourced revenue or quota attainment.
Preferred: candidates based in US Eastern or Central time zones, given close cross-functional coordination needs.
About the team
The Strategic Partnerships team owns the strategy and relationship management for some of GitLab's most consequential external partners, including the hyperscalers powering GitLab's infrastructure and future AI capabilities. We work across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and the executive group to turn these partnerships into differentiated value for GitLab, manage our infrastructure investment responsibly, and ensure these relationships support our long-term platform strategy.
