— Полный цикл исследований по краткосрочной микроструктуре, LP/хеджированию, исполнению, межплощадочным сигналам, распределению риска и смежным задачам crypto/DeFi;
— Дизайн исследования: гипотеза, target/разметка, baseline, метрики, причинно корректная OOS-проверка, анализ режимов и явные критерии GO/NO-GO;
— Работа с данными: поиск источников, выравнивание времени, контроль качества, построение признаков и воспроизводимые контракты данных;
— ML/DL по структуре задачи; RL или другие методы последовательного управления - только когда они действительно оправданы;
— Реалистичная симуляция и торговая экономика: комиссии, проскальзывание, ликвидность, задержки, adverse selection, impact, fill assumptions, хеджирование и синхронизация DEX/CEX;
— Paper/shadow-стратегии, анализ sim-to-real и совместная работа с quant developer при переносе доказанных решений в production;
— Инженерный стандарт исследования: воспроизводимые эксперименты, чистый Python, критичные проверки, мониторинг и дисциплинированное использование LLM/агентов.
Ожидания от кандидата:
— Проверяемый опыт 2-3 Quant/ML проектов, где вы лично отвечали за существенную часть цепочки от постановки задачи и данных до проверки, кода и решения о внедрении либо GO/NO-GO;
— Отличный Python и сильная инженерная база: вы сами пишете, отлаживаете и ревьюите исследовательский код;
— Сильную статистику, вероятность, оптимизацию и работу с временными рядами: временную зависимость, leakage, selection bias, uncertainty и честную OOS-проверку;
— Глубокое практическое понимание микроструктуры и исполнения: order book/flow, liquidity, latency, fees, slippage, adverse selection, impact, sizing и hedging.
— Сильное практическое владение ML/DL для последовательных финансовых данных и способность отличать реальный сигнал от оптимизации метрики;
— Высокую самостоятельность: структурировать неясную проблему, выбирать наиболее информативный эксперимент, быстро останавливать слабые гипотезы и принимать решения на основании доказательств;
— Рабочее понимание структуры crypto-рынка. Прямой опыт DeFi/DEX будет плюсом, но сильный CEX/microstructure опыт может его компенсировать при быстрой адаптации.
Условия и возможности:
— Полная занятость, 5/2, гибридный/удаленный формат, офис в центре Москвы;
— Работа с реальным капиталом, где качество исследования, реалистичность исполнения и риск-контроль имеют прямое значение;
— Прямая работа с Quant/ML, разработкой и руководством компании, высокая самостоятельность и короткий цикл обратной связи;
— Небольшая команда, где сильное исследование может стать production-системой, а не закончиться презентацией;
— Компенсация всех необходимых инструменты и ПО для работы.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets.
We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused, repeatable, and durable growth engine.
This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices.
You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product, monetization, and growth.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets.
The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution roadmap for a major business area.
Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer lifecycle.
Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined experimentation.
Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based, lifecycle-driven, or hybrid.
Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and business-critical product choices.
Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms.
Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity.
Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead.
In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability, healthier cash generation, and durable growth.
In scaling or earlier-stage businesses, success may mean clearer ICP and positioning, stronger conversion and retention, validated propositions and channels, healthier unit economics, and repeatable growth loops.
Across all cases, success means stronger commercial judgment, faster learning, better execution, and tight alignment between product direction, monetization, and business outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, GTM, strategy, or general management roles; experience in SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build or scale a commercial engine, including sales motion, segmentation, pricing, packaging, channels, lifecycle, and operating cadence.
- Strong sales background with hands-on ownership of revenue outcomes, pipeline quality, conversion, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Strong P&L and unit economics orientation, including CAC, payback, retention, expansion, margin trade-offs, service cost, and cash implications.
- Strong product-commercial judgment and ability to work closely with Product without relying on hierarchy.
- High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Data-driven and experiment-minded, using evidence, customer signals, and fast learning loops to improve performance.
- Talent multiplier with experience hiring, coaching, delegating, and developing strong leaders.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SPIKES
We are hiring across several priority business lines and do not expect every candidate to cover all of them. We are especially interested in profiles with one or more of the following spikes:
Consumer SaaS / self-service
Experience scaling consumer SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth businesses with high-volume digital funnels, including conversion, lifecycle, retention, pricing, experimentation, and efficient acquisition.
Consumer SaaS / expert-assisted services
Experience scaling SaaS subscription businesses where software and service delivery are deeply connected, including expert support, operations, quality control, capacity planning, and service economics.
SaaS for self-employed professionals
Experience building and scaling Business SaaS solutions for self-employed professionals, SMEs, accountants, or similar B2B ecosystems, including sales-led or partner-led GTM, onboarding, retention, expansion, and platform monetization.

As an MVNO Networks Manager at Airalo you will be responsible for establishing and managing the host operator partnerships that allow Airalo to operate its own networks locally. You will own each new market from the first conversation with a host mobile network operator through commercial negotiation, regulatory approval and technical integration to commercial launch, and you will remain its commercial owner once it is live.
You are someone who owns a market from its business case through to its commercial performance in operation. You are equally at ease negotiating terms with an operator's executive team, scoping the integration with their technical team, and running a service management review once the market is operational.
You will work in close coordination with our legal, finance, product, engineering and core network teams, as the local networks you establish need to interoperate with Airalo's existing platform and services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Represent Airalo as the ideal interface to host mobile network operators on a global level
Identify, approach and secure new host network partnerships across target markets
Assess and recommend full MVNO or light MVNO constructs per market, including the commercial, technical and timeline implications of each
Build the business case for each new market together with Finance, and present it to Airalo's leadership team and to host operator executives
Negotiate terms and conditions of MVNO, wholesale and reseller contracts with host mobile network operators
Support Legal on the regulatory approvals required per market, including entity and licensing, numbering allocation and number portability, and provide information to product management
Work with the Delivery team on the implementation of regulatory obligations such as mobile number portability, lawful interception and emergency calling
Coordinate the technical integration of host mobile networks with Airalo's OSS and BSS platform together with our product, engineering and core network teams
Prepare and run the rollout of new markets, from launch readiness through to first commercial traffic
Hand over each launched market to our NOC and operations teams, and run regular service management reviews with host operators covering network quality, SLA compliance and incident performance
Perform escalations in case of network quality issues and availabilities
Define and perform reconciliation processes between host operator invoices and Airalo's own usage records
Define and run traffic, revenue and cost analytics per market, and report performance against business case
Renegotiate commercial terms with host operators as volumes grow and market conditions change
Develop and maintain a repeatable market entry playbook, and methods to assure unification of conditions and agreements
Must-haves:
5 years minimum relevant experience in the mobile telco industry, in a commercial, wholesale or business development role
Having personally negotiated and closed at least two wholesale or MVNO agreements with host mobile network operators
Proven ability to build a market business case, including subscriber lifecycle assumptions, traffic forecasting, wholesale cost modelling, margin and payback, in close cooperation with Finance
Proven ability to present and defend a business case and its assumptions to a leadership team and to host operator executives
Experience owning commercial performance against forecast after launch, including contract renegotiation as volumes grow
Ideally having served within an MVNO, MVNA or MVNE, or on the operator side selling wholesale to them, with hands on mentality
Working knowledge of full MVNO and light MVNO architectures, including core, HSS/HLR, IMSI ranges, numbering and interconnect, and of the commercial trade-offs between them
Good overview in Telecommunication Network technologies like Mobile Core (PGW, IMS, Voice GW, HSS), OSS & BSS, and eSIM provisioning
Understanding different Mobile Network Generations like 2G, 3G/UMTS, 4G/LTE, 5G NSA and 5G SA and how they influence customer experiences
Ability to lead technical scoping and service management discussions directly with host operators, covering integration scope, launch dependencies, SLA definition and ongoing service reviews
Understanding the regulatory requirements on providing mobile services, including numbering, portability, emergency calling and lawful interception, and familiar with KYC processes for mobile subscriptions
Experience in a fast moving environment such as a startup, scale-up or challenger MVNO, with the ability to run several markets at different stages in parallel
Excellent English skills; in writing, speaking and reading, business fluent
Willingness to travel internationally occasionally to meet host operators
Good-to-have:
Having taken an MVNO from signed agreement through to live commercial traffic and first subscribers
Established working relationships with host mobile network operators and national telecom regulators
Experience selecting, contracting or managing an MVNE platform vendor
Prior ownership of a P&L or a country level budget
Master Studies and/or MBA highly preferred

This is a hands-on, field-based, independent-contributor sales role focused on opening new dealer accounts and getting X-LAB bikes on shop floors across a defined territory. You’ll be out in-market most days, walking into stores, having real conversations with shop owners and managers, and building relationships face to face. What You’ll Do
- Build X-LAB’s presence across your territory by regularly visiting independent bicycle dealers.

- Dealer activation, repeat ordering, and account development.
Our Compensation and Benefits

WHO WE ARE
X-LAB is the in-house performance bicycle line by XDS, which has quietly become the world’s largest and most vertically integrated bicycle manufacturer and the largest maker of carbon fiber frames, supplying many of the top brands in cycling and mobility.
Today, XDS is quiet no more. XDS launched X-LAB in April 2026 as the global consumer brand to take the industry by storm. Three decades of experience building exceptional bicycles have culminated into a unique line of road, gravel, electric, city, hybrid, and soon mountain bikes that riders and shops can’t stop talking about.
X-LAB is the new inflection point for the category. We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.
Our ambition is not simply to sell more bikes. It is to make great bikes more integrated, more accessible, and better supported through the independent shops and communities that grow cycling and bring in new riders. That is what makes this moment exciting. Joining X-LAB means helping to shape a company with unmatched production scale, real engineering R&D depth, and the confidence to earn trust… one rider, one dealer, one product, and one market at a time.
