ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for Forward Deployed Engineers on our engineering team who want to work at the intersection of deep infrastructure work and direct customer impact. As an FDE, you’ll partner with leading AI companies and foundation labs on cloud architecture, networking, storage, containerization, sandboxing, and more, helping them design and ship production infrastructure on Modal’s platform.
The FDE team today includes world-class software engineers, computational scientists, ML engineers, and former founders. We’re looking for people with strong engineering fundamentals, deep curiosity across the infrastructure stack, and energy for working directly with customers on hard problems.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Work hands-on with companies like Suno, Lovable, Cognition, and Meta to architect and deploy massive-scale production workloads on Modal
- Lead technical discovery and architecture sessions with prospective and existing customers
- Architect migration paths from existing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) to Modal’s serverless platform
- Collaborate with Modal’s product and sales teams, contributing to the platform as both an engineer and a product stakeholder
- Build trusted relationships with technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, ML leads) at companies doing frontier AI work
- Conduct technical demos, experiments, and proofs of concept that make Modal’s infrastructure advantages tangible
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- You’re familiar with distributed systems architecture, data pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- You’re a strong communicator who can go deep on systems architecture with an infrastructure team and clearly articulate tradeoffs to technical leadership
- You have a genuine interest in working directly with customers: you find it energizing to understand someone else’s problem and help them solve it
- You’re willing to work in person in New York City, San Francisco, or Stockholm
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience leading large-scale migration efforts, open-source contributions, or side projects you’re proud of

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will guide client executives through complex business transformations, leveraging cutting-edge Wrike AI Agents, Wrike Copilot, and visual collaboration tools to map, optimize, and scale business workflows. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:

Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.

You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Enterprise Account Executive you close deals by understanding the customer, understanding the product and making magic happen. Who knew?
The Tennr product is great, but people are stubborn and tend to not talk to strangers.
To help, we’ve got a team of Sales Development representatives working to help you generate opportunities. Also some pretty crafty marketing initiatives (the Tennr Taco Truck really means something to medical providers in Texas)
If you’re good, you’ll get paid an egregious sum, so in exchange, you have to own the whole sales cycle from discovery to close, and keep a tight process along the way. You’ll negotiate pricing. You will never sell what you wouldn’t buy. You must deeply care about your customers and the craft of sales. And since the product is loved, you’ll love selling it.
You’ll have to hit quotas of course. Wouldn’t be much fun otherwise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Planning: As an enterprise rep it is your responsibility to understand your patch of accounts better than anyone at the company. You, along with your manager, will be responsible for mapping out the accounts that fit our ICP, the key contacts associated with them, and your hypothesis around the value we can provide. It’s your job to test and iterate your perspective throughout an evaluation process.
- Pipeline Management: Use Tennr’s sales process to manage your pipeline. It’s not just putting deals into our CRM, but understanding the reality and risks of the deal based on the exit criteria associated with deal stages in our sales process. When you’re stuck, you proactively ask for help.
- Collaboration: Deal team culture is central here. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Tennr Leadership and channel partners to build, advance and close opportunities. Lone-wolves need not apply.
- Client Relationships: You are responsible for forming a relationship with the customer, renewing that customer, and cross-selling into that customer.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software sales closing experience preferred, with experience selling a complex workflow technology solution
- No less than 1 year of enterprise sales experience
- Experience in healthcare technology solutions is a plus
- Demonstrated intellectual capacity: this candidate must be able to understand the underlying technology and be able to collaborate with clients on how it fits into their business needs
- Demonstrated motivation and hustle: a high-energy and fast-paced approach to problem-solving and taking initiative; past examples of demonstrating grit and entrepreneurial spirit a plus
- Experience working in an early-stage environment is preferred; the candidate should understand how to operate effectively with limited resources selling new products
- Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building: an approach to building relationships that gets to trust quickly.
- Must be comfortable up to 10-20% domestic travel
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
BENEFITS
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

THE ROLE
Strategic accounts at Baseten are the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world. These are the teams defining the future of what AI products and services look like. These accounts can scale rapidly from one token to billions of tokens in a matter of weeks. This role owns these relationships, working directly with founders and engineering leaders on mission-critical and large-scale-AI problems in production—and shaping what we build next.
This is a highly technical sale. You’ll trade opinions on the latest open-source model releases, run fast and nuanced evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and often pulling in SMEs from applied research to infrastructure engineers to win. You’ll bring tight sales fundamentals and process discipline, while maintaining flexibility and creativity in how you run each cycle.
This role is pioneering what sales looks like at the bleeding-edge of technology sales. This is a front row seat to the most consequential decisions made at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. There is no faster place to learn and make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a focused portfolio of high-growth, strategic AI-native accounts end to end — from technical evaluation and initial workload landing through expansion as inference usage scales.
- Lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close. Bring strong sales fundamentals and process discipline, while staying flexible and creative in how you run each sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and technical leaders, becoming a credible partner on model, infrastructure, and inference decisions.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across applied research, engineering, and leadership to win technical evaluations and solve customer problems.
- Bring customer signal back to product, shaping roadmap priorities through the needs and patterns you see in the field.
- Stay close after close: help customers expand from an initial workload into additional use cases across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure, developer tools, data, or another consumption business, with a record of closing complex technical deals.
- Proven net-new experience selling complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, multi-threading, champion-building, and deal momentum.
- Genuine curiosity for open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape. You follow model releases and can hold your own with engineers.
- Highly dynamic: comfortable when a deal goes off-script, able to meet customers where they are, and willing to change your approach without losing rigor.
- Strong technical project management: you can run a thorough evaluation across multiple workstreams and create clarity and direction for Baseten to win..
- Proven ability to sell internally, earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move
- Scrappy, low-ego, collaborative operator. You run toward ambiguous problems, create structure where none exists, and earn internal support without relying on rigid swim lanes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Forward Deployed Engineer on Notion’s Services team, you will lead the hands on technical delivery of our most complex customer engagements. You will design, build, and deploy production ready solutions that help enterprise customers integrate Notion as the operating layer for their business.
You’ll embed with enterprise customers to design and build solutions that integrate Notion deeply into their technical and operational environments. This is a customer-facing engineering role for someone who is comfortable writing code, debugging technical issues, explaining tradeoffs to stakeholders, and turning ambiguous customer problems into scalable technical solutions. Your work will help shape best practices for how we support complex customer needs and ensure Notion’s platform is ready for scale.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the hands-on technical delivery of customer engagements, including deep technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and end to end implementation.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers make informed architectural decisions and identify opportunities to expand and deepen their use of Notion.
- Design, build, and operate custom agents, integrations, automations, and data pipelines that connect Notion with customers’ systems and workflows.
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale content and data migrations, including discovery, scoping, data modeling, transformation logic, validation, and post-migration optimization.
- Work directly with customer engineering, IT, security and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements, identify constraints, evaluate feasibility, and make sound architectural decisions that maximizes the value of Notion within their broader technical ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot complex implementation issues across APIs, integrations, automation logic, data quality, permissions, authentication, system limits, and customer specific environments.
- Design and operate feedback loops with Product, CX, and Engineering, translating real-world implementation challenges into actionable insights, technical requirements, and tooling improvements that directly influence Notion’s Product Roadmap and our Customers.
- Build reusable technical assets, including migration tooling, integration patterns, reference implementations, discovery frameworks, technical standards, scripts, and internal delivery tooling.
- Help define how Services delivers complex technical implementations at scale by improving methodologies, scoping artifacts, build patterns, technical documentation and engineering best practices.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or forward deployed engineering role or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python and comfort with writing production-quality code in customer-facing or internal engineering contexts.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
- Ability to lead technical discovery with customers, assess feasibility, identify risks, scope technical work, estimate effort, and translate ambiguous requirements into an executable plan.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate root causes across code, APIs, permissions, integrations and customer specific configuration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
- A track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into solutions that drive outcomes for customers at scale.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working in professional services, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience deploying AI agents autonomously in complex coding or business workflows.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, including work with MCPs, APIs, LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval/RAG systems or workflow orchestration.
- Background in developing technical frameworks, discovery methodologies, or internal tooling from the ground up.
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows, data transformation, schema mapping, validation scripts, or large-scale content migration tooling.
- Strong history of collaboration with product and engineering teams, including influencing roadmaps or architectural decisions.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or early engagement phases, including technical discovery, migration scoping, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and building prototypes or custom scripts to validate approaches.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law.
