AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling.
- 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them.
- 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity.
- 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk.
- 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review.
- 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics.
- ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms.
- 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership.
- 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
Adapty powers subscriptions for thousands of mobile apps, and our clients don't come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll own a portfolio of 30-40 apps and act as their growth partner: understanding their funnel from ad click to purchase, finding where money leaks out, and bringing them concrete recommendations on paywalls, pricing, and A/B tests. You will be a sparring partner who knows subscription monetization as well as our clients do.
This isn't a ticket-answering job. Proactiveness, retention, adoption, and expansion in your portfolio are yours to drive, which means you'll spend your time in analytics dashboards and in strategic conversations, and you'll be comfortable turning a good insight into a commercial one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own a portfolio of 30-40 clients. You'll be the main point of contact and the person accountable for their retention, health, and growth.
- Onboard new clients. After handoff from Sales, guide them through integration, help them build their first funnel and paywall, and get their campaigns live.
- Close product adoption gaps. Audit how each client actually uses Adapty, spot underused features, and drive them to full adoption. Identify at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question.
- Drive account growth. Run paywall and UA analyses, and come to clients with concrete A/B test recommendations that move their subscription revenue, not generic check-ins.
- Unlock and close cross-sells. Identify expansion potential across the product line and own those deals through to closed-won.
- Be the voice of the customer. Gather and relay feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team, and follow up so critical issues actually ship.
- Know the product inside and out. You'll be expected to answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases without escalating everything.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions. You've worked with subscription monetization directly, not just adjacent to it.
- Full-cycle mobile growth background. Ideally you've owned traffic acquisition through to purchase: UA, funnel optimization, monetization, A/B testing.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Comfortable with sales. You're not afraid to open a commercial conversation, ask for the expansion, and close it.
- Sharp mind and strong communication. You can hold a strategic conversation with a founder or a growth lead and be taken seriously.
- Independent and proactive. We don't micromanage — you own your accounts and your numbers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a SaaS company in the mobile industry
- Working knowledge of Amplitude, Meta Ads, and creative testing.
- Track record of measurable account expansion or upsell in a previous CS role.
- Familiarity with support/CRM tools.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
About the role
We're looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, responsible for building, operating and continuously improving all of our infrastructure services — from core services to observability and private clouds.
Our infrastructure supports the stable operation of a large-scale trading platform and includes 2,000+ virtual machines and 300+ physical servers, running predominantly on Ubuntu. The stack ranges from core services like LDAP, PowerDNS and NTP, to an observability stack (Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, Jaeger) and private clouds based on OpenStack and Kubernetes, as well as services such as GitLab, Artifactory and Vault.
You’ll work in a team of experienced infrastructure engineers, using Scrum and Agile practices, with two-week sprints and a strong focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement.
The position is full-time remote, with a flexible start time — anytime before 12:00 pm EET/EEST.
Why this role?
You’ll be part of the team responsible for the production environment behind products used by millions of users, working directly with development teams, helping them troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and keep their services running reliably in production.
It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation and making infrastructure more reliable and scalable, rather than simply maintaining servers.
Tasks
Oversee various services and associated infrastructure components, including DNS, Gitlab, Artifactory, Vault, Loki, Prometheus etc;
Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring;
Manage and support private clouds (Openstack and Kubernetes);
Design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems across different environments, including bare metal, virtual machines and containers.
Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root cause analysis;
Ensure environments are stable and adhere to availability SLAs;
Work towards reducing operational effort;
Automate repetitive operational tasks and continuously reduce manual effort;
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues in production;
Keep infrastructure documentation and operational procedures up to date;
Engage in constant upskilling to stay updated with industry best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer, with a focus on infrastructure.
Extensive experience in designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers across various environments (bare metal, container, cloud);
Experience with Linux server configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting in production.
Understanding of process control, logging and Linux service management.
Experience with infrastructure services such as Vault, Artifactory, DNS and similar platform components.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Salt;
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized environments;
Experience with monitoring and log aggregation tools like Grafana, ELK, or Graylog;
Experience in deploying and maintaining systems on cloud solutions such as OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, or public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash and Python;
Familiarity with configuring various servers and databases, including Apache Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL DB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc;
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows.
At least C1 in Russian and B1 in English.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting workloads and cluster-related issues.
Hands-on experience with OpenStack, including deployment, configuration, maintenance or troubleshooting of private cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Chef.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Experience working with fintech/trading, or other high-load and mission-critical systems.
We offer
Full-time remote work (service provider contract).
Competitive compensation (EUR).
Flexible working hours.
Corporate AI subscriptions (Claude, Gemini, GPT, etc.).
Access to a rewards marketplace offering products and language courses, redeemable using the company’s internal currency.
A strong team of engineers.
Positive and friendly atmosphere.
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!
Note: All applications will be treated with strict confidence. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
