About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Team
The Security Engineering team protects Anthropic's AI systems and maintains the trust of our users and society. We define the authentication architecture for our training infrastructure, design the cryptographic foundations that protect model weights and training data, and drive the developer security program that shapes how engineers build and ship software.
The team works across several areas that collaborate closely: identity and secrets management, developer security and supply chain, infrastructure security, and secure frameworks. You will own one or two of these areas and contribute to others, with your focus shaped by your strengths and the team's priorities. This is largely greenfield work, and you will help define the architecture.
About the role:
Scope, design, and build complex security systems end to end, maintaining them through production and driving through ambiguous technical challenges with minimal oversight
Identify systematic risks through threat modeling and risk assessment, then build the controls and infrastructure that address them
Mentor engineers across the security team and broader engineering organization, contribute to hiring, and grow security engineering culture at Anthropic
Enable other teams to build their own security solutions by providing design pattern guidance and expanding security ownership beyond the security team
Developer security and supply chain
Build and advance our developer security program by embedding security practices into the software development lifecycle and developer workflows
Harden CI/CD pipelines against supply chain attacks through isolated build environments, signed attestations, dependency verification, and automated policy enforcement
Identity and secrets management
Architect systems that protect sensitive assets including model weights, customer data, and training datasets
Build and operate credential issuance, rotation, and workload authentication across our multi-cloud environments
Infrastructure security
Implement and maintain cloud security controls including IAM, network segmentation, VPC architecture, and encryption across our multi-cloud and on-prem environments
Contribute to cluster security controls including RBAC policies, namespace isolation, workload identity, and pod security
Contribute to continuous cloud security posture management using infrastructure-as-code scanning, misconfiguration detection, and automated remediation
Secure frameworks
Build critical security foundations including cryptographic frameworks, mTLS infrastructure, secure serialization, and authorization systems, designed to prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities and empower engineering teams to work securely without becoming security experts themselves
Partner with product, research, infrastructure, and other security teams to ensure frameworks integrate smoothly with lower-layer security controls
You may be a good fit if you have:
At least 8 years of software engineering experience with deep security expertise, including leading complex security initiatives independently
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Strong programming skills in Python or at least one systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++
Deep understanding of identity systems, cryptographic primitives, and secrets management
Working knowledge of Kubernetes security primitives including RBAC, namespaces, network policies, and service accounts
Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives and navigating complex organizational dynamics
Outstanding communication skills, translating technical concepts effectively across all levels of the organization
A track record of bringing clarity and ownership to ambiguous technical problems and driving them to resolution
Low ego and high empathy, with a history of growing the engineers around you and supporting diverse, inclusive teams
Passion for AI safety and the role security engineering plays in building trustworthy AI systems
Strong candidates may also have:
Designed or operated identity and secrets management systems for large-scale AI or cloud infrastructure
Built security frameworks or libraries adopted across an engineering organization
Led a developer security program including supply chain security, secure build infrastructure, and SDLC integrations
Built or secured CI infrastructure using Nix, Bazel, or Kubernetes-based deploy systems, with depth in toolchain issues, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow optimization
Implemented machine identity or workload authentication systems using SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS, or equivalent
Understanding of Linux systems internals including namespaces, cgroups, and seccomp, and how these underpin container and workload isolation
Contributed to the security architecture of multi-cloud environments including network segmentation, data protection, and access governance
Experience with network security controls including admission controllers, CNI-level policy, service mesh security, and east-west traffic enforcement
Experience building runtime security monitoring using eBPF or kernel security policies

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

In case you hadn’t noticed, Anthropic is growing fast. Really, really fast. The People Products team exists to support Anthropic’s mission by defining the blueprint for AI at work. We help hire the best person in the world for every job, ensure manager effectiveness, ramp new hires successfully, and ensure that we apply first principles thinking in how we shape Anthropic’s culture through the tools we build. We cover the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, teamwork, and promotions.
You’ll work directly with Claude, with access to capabilities no external team has, on problems that are genuinely unsolved. You’ll move fast — prototype to production in days or weeks. We believe in cross-functional thinkers who can reason across product, design, and engineering. You’ll be given high autonomy, own your decisions, and ship constantly. If you’ve experienced the pain of bad people practices and want to be the person who fixes them at the most consequential AI company in the world, this is that job.
Responsibilities
Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
Design and implement AI-native workflows: build tools, evals, prompts, and products. You’ll help define what is possible in applied AI for people processes.
Work directly with internal stakeholders — HR teams, recruiters, managers — to understand problems, gather feedback, and iterate quickly without waiting for requirements to be handed down. No gatekeeping, you are expected to talk to your customers.
Make product and architecture decisions independently in a low-structure environment: knowing when to cut scope, when to ship, and when to ask for input.
Contribute ideas for how the team works, what it builds, and where applied AI can have the most leverage in people workflows.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex, multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent
Have shipped LLM-native features or applications.
Derive joy from hard work and the act of creation.
Are experienced enough to build big features independently, and make great architectural decisions along the way.
Are self-sufficient end-to-end: you can go from idea to production without needing a designer, PM, or architect to unblock you.
Move fast without cutting corners: you hold a high quality bar and know how to make smart tradeoffs under time pressure.
Engage directly with users and criticism: you’re comfortable talking to internal customers, hearing hard feedback, and incorporating it quickly.
Are genuinely mission-driven: you care about the intersection of AI and people practices, not just the technical puzzle.
Are a collaborative, supportive teammate: you bring people along, communicate clearly about tradeoffs, and make the people around you better.
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or prior experience building Claude or LLM integrations in production.
Background at an AI-native company or in a product-focused 0->1 engineering environment.
Experience with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling.

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talent team.
Capital·com is expanding, rebuilding, and rethinking the way the traditional broking industry operates. Product teams are highly focused on delivering an exceptional and unified platform to empower traders to make better financial decisions.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll work alongside product teams — shaping how products are framed, narrated and ultimately adopted.
Responsibilities:
Partner with product teams from early in the development process — contributing market insight, trader perspective, and positioning thinking before features are built, not after.
Own end-to-end GTM for product launches — from positioning and messaging through to channel coordination and post-launch performance analysis.
Build and maintain the messaging architecture for your product areas: what we say, to whom, in what order, and why.
Work with marketing and local market teams to embed product as a pillar of brand — ensuring what we build and what we say reinforce the same story across every region and channel.
Brief and review marketing copy, onboarding flows, in-app messaging, and enablement materials to keep the product story consistent across every touchpoint.
Run competitive and market intelligence — synthesizing signals from client research, trading behavior data, and the broader market into actionable recommendations.
Define success metrics for product adoption and report performance clearly.
Requirements:
3+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 in a fintech, brokerage, or financial services product environment.
Experience running GTM for multiple product launches, including scoping, briefing, cross-functional coordination, and measurement.
Comfort working from first principles: you can start from a product spec and arrive at a positioning document without a template.
Facility with data: you can pull your own analysis in Claude, Cursor or Amplitude, interpret it, and make a call.
A working understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in a marketing workflow — to move faster, think more clearly, and produce better briefs, not to replace judgment.
Experience working closely with creative teams — you understand what a strong brand identity requires, can brief against it precisely, and know when something is off.
Nice to have:
Experience with CFD, derivatives, or retail investment products — you understand the regulatory sensitivity and the client mindset.
Exposure to multi-jurisdiction marketing — what you can say in the UK, Cyprus, Australia, and the UAE are meaningfully different constraints.
What you will get in return:

At Novakid, we are on a mission
to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 100,000 students and 4,000 teachers, Novakid is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for children aged 4–12 across Europe and Asia.
About the role
We are building a new interactive entertainment project for families (parents + children) — with YouTube as the main platform and content home.
Short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) will serve as the acquisition engine: hooks, teasers, cliffhangers, and emotional moments designed to drive viewers to the main YouTube episodes.
You will own the creative direction for both long-form and short-form — ensuring every piece of content works together as a system, not separately.
Before we invest in full production, we will first test concepts using short-form content to measure audience demand, engagement, and intent to watch longer episodes.
Cultural & Audience Insight
Ensure concepts resonate with parents culturally and emotionally, with a focus on the TR market
Anticipate cross-cultural interpretation, humor, and sensitivity
Keep Novakid relevant to real parent conversations, not marketing narratives
What you have done before (real experience we need)
You have concepted and led production of long-form YouTube content (8–20+ min) — episodic, story-driven, with clear hooks and payoff.
You have successfully repurposed long-form content into short-form trailers/teasers that drove measurable traffic back to YouTube.
You have tested content concepts using only short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) before investing in full episodes — and can show examples of how you made that decision.
You understand YouTube organic metrics (CTR, retention, AVD) and short-form metrics (completion rate, shares, comments) — and how they relate.
You have worked on projects with participatory or community elements (even simple ones like comments shaping next steps).
Key responsibilities
YouTube first: Everything starts with the long-form episode. Short-form serves it, not the other way around.
Test fast: Use short-form to validate concepts before building full episodes.
Own the creative vision from title/thumbnail to final frame of each episode.
Collaborate with production teams but stay responsible for viral instincts and audience psychology.
Analyze performance across both formats and iterate quickly.
Must-have qualifications
Portfolio with long-form YouTube content you concepted (show retention, CTR, or growth if possible).
Proven ability to drive traffic from short-form to long-form (examples required).
Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts as acquisition tools, not standalone entertainment.
Obsessed with hooks, pacing, cliffhangers, and payoff.
Strong interest in parenting, family dynamics, or human stories involving children
Requirements:
Experience leading video projects from concept to final delivery.
Experience with family, parenting, or kids content.
Basic editing or thumbnail design sense.
Experience building a YouTube channel (other Social Media channels) from zero.
C1 level English
We offer:
Opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-growing edtech company.
A creative and collaborative work environment.
Comprehensive professional development and leadership growth opportunities.
The chance to have a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners around the world.
100% Remote work
Unlimited holidays
Bonuses and stock options

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
AIRE (AI Reliability Engineering) partners with teams across Anthropic to improve reliability across our most critical serving paths -- every hop from the SDK through our network, API layers, serving infrastructure, and accelerators and back. We jump into the trenches alongside partner teams to make the systems that deliver Claude more robust and resilient, be it during an incident or collaborating on projects.
Reliability here is an emergent phenomenon that transcends any single team's boundaries, so someone has to zoom out and look at the whole picture. That's us -- and it means few teams at Anthropic offer this kind of dynamic, cross-cutting exposure to the systems that matter most.
Responsibilities:
Develop appropriate Service Level Objectives for large language model serving systems, balancing availability and latency with development velocity
Design and implement monitoring and observability systems across the token path
Assist in the design and implementation of high-availability serving infrastructure across multiple regions and cloud provider
Lead incident response for critical AI services, ensuring rapid recovery, thorough incident reviews, and systematic improvements
Support the reliability of safeguard model serving -- critical for both site reliability and Anthropic's safety commitments.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have strong distributed systems, infrastructure, or reliability backgrounds -- we're looking for reliability-minded software engineers and SREs
Are curious and brave -- comfortable jumping into unfamiliar systems during an incident and helping drive resolution even when you don't have deep expertise yet
Think holistically about how systems compose and where the seams are
Can build lasting relationships across teams -- our engagement model depends on being welcomed as teammates, not outsiders with opinions
Care about users and feel ownership over outcomes, even for systems you don't own
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills -- you'll be partnering across the entire company
Bring diverse experience -- the team's strength comes from people who've built product stacks, scaled databases, run massive distributed systems, and everything in between.
Strong candidates may also:
Have been an SRE, Production Engineer, or in similar reliability-focused roles on large scale systems
Have experience operating large-scale model serving or training infrastructure (>1000 GPUs)
Have experience with one or more ML hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs, Trainium)
Understand ML-specific networking optimizations like RDMA and InfiniBand
Have expertise in AI-specific observability tools and frameworks
Have experience with chaos engineering and systematic resilience testing
Have contributed to open-source infrastructure or ML tooling.

About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own our relationship with one to two of the world's largest global systems integrators. This is a general-management role disguised as an alliance role: you will set the multi-year joint strategy with the partner's C-suite, negotiate the strategic agreement that underpins it, and then build the machine — go-to-market, solution co-development, delivery readiness, and enablement at a scale of tens of thousands of practitioners — that turns Claude into one of the partner's largest and fastest-growing practices.
You will be measured on the size and health of the joint business: progress against a $1B+ Claude practice plan, Anthropic ARR sourced and influenced through the partner, certified and delivery-ready practitioners (50,000+), co-developed solutions in market with reference-able customers, and the depth of executive alignment on both sides.
Key responsibilities
Own the joint business.
Build and run a multi-year joint business plan with each GSI covering services bookings, Anthropic ARR, priority industries and geographies, investment, and headcount. Report on it to Anthropic and partner executive leadership quarterly.
Lead at the C-suite.
Be the primary Anthropic relationship owner for the partner's Group CEO, service-line and industry CEOs, CTO/Chief AI Officer, and Chief Learning Officer. Map and activate Anthropic executive sponsors, run CEO-level QBRs, and shape the partner's public AI narrative (earnings calls, analyst days, flagship events) around Claude.
Negotiate the strategic agreement.
Structure and close multi-year strategic collaboration agreements spanning consumption and resale commitments, co-investment and market development funds, co-marketing, IP and solution terms, and enterprise-wide internal deployment of Claude across the partner's own workforce.
Co-develop solutions.
Partner with Anthropic Product, Applied AI, and the GSI's CTO office to co-build industry and horizontal offerings, agentic and Claude Code delivery accelerators, and reference architectures; take them to market with named launch customers and published references.
Build a 50,000+ practitioner practice.
Design and land a certification and delivery-readiness system inside the partner — embedded in their academy/L&D, train-the-trainer led, tied to Claude Partner Network tier requirements — and hold the partner accountable to capability they build themselves rather than capacity Anthropic supplies.
Drive global co-sell.
Stand up joint account planning and pursuit governance with Anthropic field leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC; personally engage on the largest strategic pursuits; ensure clean attribution through deal registration and CRM discipline.
Run alliance governance.
Establish and chair a joint steering committee with named workstreams (GTM, solutions, delivery readiness, enablement, marketing), clear owners on both sides, and a published operating cadence.
Lead through others.
Orchestrate a global virtual team of partner solutions architects, partner marketing, enablement, regional PAMs, and sales leaders; mentor PAMs across the team; scope and make the case for dedicated resourcing as the business scales.
Shape the program.
Bring the voice of the largest GSIs into Anthropic's partner strategy, Elite-tier program design, and product roadmap.
Minimum qualifications
15+ years in alliances, partner sales, or consulting leadership, including 8+ years owning a top-tier GSI relationship (e.g., IBM, NTT Data, Capgemini) at a hyperscaler or category-defining enterprise software/AI company — or the mirror-image role leading a hyperscaler/AI alliance from inside a GSI.
A track record of personally building or scaling a partner practice to $500M–$1B+ and tens of thousands of trained practitioners, with the joint business plan, governance, and metrics to show for it.
Demonstrated C-suite presence: you have set agendas with GSI Group CEOs and service-line leaders, and you can hold a strategy conversation and a commercial negotiation in the same meeting.
Experience negotiating and closing multi-year strategic collaboration agreements with nine-figure commitments.
Fluency in GSI economics — utilization, pyramid, offering margin, industry P&Ls, delivery-center models — and how a new technology practice actually gets funded and staffed inside one.
A strongly commercial orientation: you are a business driver first and a relationship manager second, and you are comfortable pushing a partner to invest in its own capability.
Global operating experience across NA, EMEA, and APAC, including time with India-based delivery leadership.
Low ego, high curiosity, and a habit of making the people around you better; you put the mission ahead of personal credit.
Preferred qualifications
Experience launching co-developed partner solutions with a product/engineering organization, including agentic or developer-tooling offerings.
Prior ownership of a large-scale partner certification or academy program.
Hands-on familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, LLM application architectures, and enterprise AI deployment and governance.
Experience at a high-growth company where the program was being built while the plane was flying.

About the role
Anthropic is building the Applied AI team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Forward Deployed Engineers embed directly with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. As this practice grows, we need a founding leader to build and scale it.
As the first FDE Manager, you'll own the team that sits at the frontier of enterprise AI deployment. You'll hire and develop a high-performing team of FDEs, set the technical and operational bar for customer engagements, and build the playbooks that turn one-off successes into repeatable patterns. You'll work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers who own delivery logistics and stakeholder management, while you ensure your team is shipping quality code, growing technically, and representing Anthropic at the highest level in customer environments.
This is a player-coach role with a strong bias toward leadership. You'll stay close enough to the technical work to review architectures, debug production issues, and pair with your team when it matters — but your primary impact will come from the people you hire, the standards you set, and the culture you create. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape how Anthropic serves its most strategic customers, and your team's field insights will directly influence product direction.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from zero to one. You'll be defining what good looks like for FDE management at Anthropic — there is no existing playbook to follow.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers. Set a high bar for technical talent and customer instincts.
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide technical mentorship, and invest in the career growth of each team member. Create an environment where FDEs do the best work of their careers.
Staff and oversee customer engagements across your team's portfolio, making resource allocation decisions that balance customer needs, team development, and business priorities.
Collaborate with account teams and Engagement Managers during the pre-sales process to qualify engagements, scope work, and inform statements of work.
Review technical architectures and code produced by your FDEs, ensuring the team ships high-quality, production-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.
Stay hands-on enough to lead technical discovery sessions, prototype solutions, and debug complex issues alongside your team when needed.
Build repeatable playbooks, starter repositories, integration templates, and an internal knowledge base that captures what your team learns in the field.
Define team OKRs that tie to customer success outcomes and product adoption goals. Create operational cadences — standups, retros, engagement reviews — that keep the team aligned.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into product improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning.
Travel to customer sites as needed (25-50%), particularly during engagement kickoffs and for your team's highest-priority accounts.
You may be a good fit if you have
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing role such as forward deployed engineering or consulting.
2+ years of people management experience within a services/post-sales/FDE organization with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers.
Experience building organizations from 0->1, not just inheriting an existing one.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, including comfort navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Executive presence with the ability to move fluidly between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and hands-on debugging sessions with engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Genuine excitement about building something new and defining what great looks like for a team that doesn't yet exist.
Why this role matters
You'll be a founding leader of a team that defines how enterprises adopt and scale AI. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction, create reusable patterns for the broader customer base, and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation — all while advancing the responsible development of frontier AI systems.

About the Role
Safeguards Engineering builds and operates the infrastructure that keeps Anthropic's AI systems safe in production — the classifiers, detection pipelines, evaluation platforms, and monitoring systems that sit between our models and the real world. That infrastructure needs to be not just correct, but
reliable
: when a safety-critical pipeline goes down or degrades, the consequences can be serious, and they can be invisible until someone looks closely.
As a Technical Program Manager for Safeguards Infrastructure and Evals, you'll own the operational health and forward momentum of this stack. Your primary responsibility is driving reliability — owning the incident-response and post-mortem process, ensuring SLOs are defined and met in partnership with various teams, and making sure that when things go wrong, the right people know, the right actions get taken, and those actions actually get closed out. Alongside that ongoing operational rhythm, you'll coordinate the larger platform investments: migrations, eval-platform improvements, and the cross-team dependencies that connect them.
This role sits at the intersection of operations and program management. It requires genuine technical depth — you need to understand how these systems work well enough to triage effectively, judge what's actually safety-critical versus what can wait, and have informed conversations with the engineers building and maintaining them. But the core of the job is keeping the machine running well and the work moving.
What You'll Do:
Own the Safeguards Engineering ops review -
Drive the recurring cadence that keeps the team informed and coordinated: surfacing recent incidents and failures, bringing visibility to reliability trends, and making sure the right people are in the room when decisions need to be made. This is the heartbeat of how Safeguards Eng stays ahead of operational risk.
Drive incident tracking and post-mortem execution -
When incidents happen — and in this space, they happen regularly — you'll make sure they get followed through properly. That means tracking incidents across the organization (including those owned by partner teams like Inference), ensuring post-mortems get written, and most critically, making sure the action items that come out of them actually get done. Closing the loop on post-mortem actions is one of the highest-leverage things this role does.
Establish and maintain SLOs with partner teams -
Work with Safeguards Engineering teams and key partners — particularly Inference and Cloud Inference — to define service-level objectives for safety-critical pipelines. Then build the tracking and reporting that makes it possible to tell whether those SLOs are being met, and surface it when they're not.
Maintain runbook quality and incident-ownership clarity -
Safety-critical systems need clear playbooks for when things go wrong. Partner with engineering leads to keep runbooks accurate, actionable, and up to date — and ensure that ownership of incidents is unambiguous so that nothing falls through the cracks during an active incident.
Drive platform migrations and infrastructure projects -
Own the program management for the larger infrastructure work on the roadmap: migrating the infra from one platform to the next, moving from one incident platform to the next and from one cloud system monitoring to another, and other migrations as they come. These are cross-team efforts with real dependencies — your job is to keep them sequenced, on track, and connected to the teams that need them.
Coordinate evals platform improvements -
Partner with the evals engineering team to drive improvements to the evaluation platform — including self-serve capabilities and the broader eval factory infrastructure. Help scope the work, track dependencies on other Safeguards systems, and make sure the evals platform is keeping pace with the team's needs.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have solid technical program management experience, particularly in operational or infrastructure-heavy environments — you're comfortable owning a mix of ongoing operational cadences and discrete project work simultaneously.
Understand how production ML systems work well enough to triage incidents intelligently and have substantive conversations with engineers about what's going wrong and why — you don't need to write the code, but you need to follow the technical thread.
Are energized by closing loops. Post-mortem action items that never get done, SLOs that no one checks, runbooks that go stale — these things bother you, and you know how to build the processes and follow-ups that fix them.
Can work effectively across team boundaries — comfortable coordinating with partner teams (like Inference) where you don't have direct authority, and skilled at keeping shared work moving through influence and clear communication.
Thrive in environments where the work shifts between "keep the lights on" and "build something new" — and can context-switch between incident follow-ups and longer-horizon platform projects without dropping either.
Have experience with or strong interest in AI safety — you understand why the reliability of a safety-critical pipeline is a different kind of problem than the reliability of a product feature, and that distinction motivates you.
Strong candidates may also:
Have experience with SRE practices, incident management frameworks, or on-call operations at scale.
Have worked on or with evaluation infrastructure for ML systems — understanding how evals get designed, run, and interpreted.
Have experience driving infrastructure migrations in complex, multi-team environments — particularly where the migration touches operational systems that can't go offline.
Be familiar with monitoring and alerting tooling (PagerDuty, Datadog, or equivalents) and the operational culture around them.
Deadline to apply:
None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
