Location: Seattle
THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at ClickHouse, you'll own the technical side of the sales cycle for enterprise accounts. You'll engage with data platform engineers, architects, SRE, and the VP who owns the standard — and your job is to design something that satisfies all of them and then prove it at production scale.
Getting an enterprise team there usually means moving them off something else, so most of your work is making that migration credible: the architecture, benchmarks run against their own data, and a plan their engineers believe they can execute.
This is a role for engineers who want the hard version of the problem: real scale, real constraints, and an incumbent to displace. Prior pre-sales experience helps but isn't required — technical depth is non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the technical evaluation for enterprise accounts — from discovery through POC or competitive bake-off, architecture sign-off, security review, and first production workload.
- Engage across a wider set of stakeholders than a single team: data platform engineers, architects, SRE, security, and the executive who owns the standard. Design solutions that hold up with all of them in the room.
- Design for production scale — sizing, sharding and replication strategy, ingestion topology, tiered storage, cost modeling, and what happens when something fails at 3am.
- Win competitive displacements against Elasticsearch, Splunk, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, and homegrown systems, using benchmarks the customer's own team can reproduce.
- Own the migration plan — sequencing, dual-run, validation, and cutover — so the customer's team can see exactly how they get to production.
- Clear the security and procurement path: questionnaires, compliance artifacts, network and identity architecture, and BYOC or private deployment requirements.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to progress and close opportunities — you own the technical win, they own the commercial close. Build the TCO case against the incumbent/competition together.
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering — you're the voice of the technical buyer inside ClickHouse.
- Contribute reference architectures, benchmark harnesses, migration guides, and objection handling material that help the team scale what's working.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep technical foundation in data infrastructure — built through experience as a data engineer, platform engineer, software engineer, DBA, or solutions architect.
- Production experience with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Druid, Pinot, Vertica) and with operating them, not just querying them.
- Distributed systems judgment: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, query execution, and a felt sense for where things break under load.
- Fluency across the modern data stack — Kafka and CDC pipelines, orchestration, object storage, BI tools, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) at architecture level.
- Experience running a technical evaluation against a named competitor and winning it, including designing the migration off the incumbent and the parts of it that are genuinely hard.
- Customer-facing experience with real stakes — pre-sales, consulting, technical account management, or a staff-level engineering role that put you in front of customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can whiteboard with a staff engineer in the morning and present to a VP of Engineering in the afternoon.
- Comfort with longer cycles and more stakeholders. Enterprise evaluations don't close in three weeks, and you know how to keep one moving without letting it stall.
- Willingness to say ClickHouse isn't the right tool for a given workload when that's true.

Location: United States
Workplace: Remote
THE ROLE
You'll own a hybrid enterprise territory — a mix of existing customers to grow and net-new accounts to win. The balance varies by territory and shifts over time. You're accountable for the full commercial relationship in those accounts: new business, expansion, and renewal.
ClickHouse is bought by technical buyers. Data platform teams, architects, and engineering leaders evaluate the product seriously before price comes up, so expect to spend real time on technical evaluations alongside a Solutions Architect, and on the security and procurement work that comes with an enterprise purchase.
Expect to build a meaningful share of your own pipeline.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Grow your install base by landing new teams and new use cases inside accounts that already buy from us.
- Own renewals and consumption commitments, working with your Solutions Architect and Support to get ahead of usage and churn risk.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Find and develop opportunities in new accounts, including teams already using ClickHouse through open source or self-serve Cloud.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Map the remaining teams and use cases in each account and build an expansion plan against them.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against, across both new business and expansion.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don't need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience carrying a hybrid quota — new business alongside expansion and renewal — and the discipline to work both rather than defaulting to whichever is easier that quarter.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don't report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.
- Experience with AI-native companies and their data infrastructure needs is a plus.
PERKS

Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO
Location: Romania; Brazil; Peru; Sweden; Colombia; Argentina; Cyprus; South Africa; Czech Republic; Hungary; Mexico; Chile; Poland; Bulgaria
Workplace: Remote

You’ll lead recruiting managers and their teams, set the regional talent strategy, and maintain direct ownership of senior and executive-level searches. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition or an equivalent senior Talent Acquisition leader, you’ll help GitLab build exceptional technical teams in high-growth markets and create a scalable, well-documented recruiting model.
You’ll serve as a trusted talent advisor to Engineering and IT leaders, using market intelligence and hiring data to guide workforce planning, organization design, and recruiting priorities. You’ll also strengthen recruiting leadership, candidate experience, and GitLab’s employer presence while supporting an all-remote, globally distributed team.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a multi-layered recruiting organization, including recruiting managers and individual contributors, supporting 100 to 200 or more Engineering and IT requisitions across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Build recruiting management capability through coaching, clear expectations, structured operating cadences, and development plans for managers and individual contributors.
Own GitLab’s most senior and executive-level technical searches in the region, including Vice President and C-suite-adjacent leadership roles.
Set sourcing, talent pipeline, and market strategies for hard-to-fill roles in artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, security, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Advise senior Engineering and IT leaders on organization design, workforce planning, compensation considerations, talent availability, and hiring priorities.
Define regional hiring metrics and reporting, surface risks and bottlenecks to senior leaders, and recommend practical solutions that support predictable, high-quality hiring.
Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and other recruiting leaders on headcount strategy, process improvements, tooling decisions, and company-wide talent priorities.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging, strengthen candidate and hiring team experiences, and build an effective operating model for all-remote collaboration across regions and time zones.
What you'll bring
Experience leading recruiting in high-growth technology companies, including enterprise-scale or similarly complex hiring environments.
Experience managing recruiting managers or leading a multi-layered recruiting organization with accountability for team performance and development.
Deep experience recruiting Engineering and IT talent, from individual contributor roles through senior and executive leadership positions.
A record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for senior technical and leadership roles in competitive markets.
Deep knowledge of India’s technology talent market and experience setting hiring strategy across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Experience leading distributed teams and large, multi-portfolio hiring plans while advising senior leaders through growth and organizational change.
Clear written and verbal communication when advising senior leaders on recruiting strategy and priorities.
A data-informed approach to recruiting, including experience with hiring metrics, dashboards, market intelligence, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Experience with Greenhouse is helpful.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you’re excited about this role, please apply even if your experience doesn’t match every item listed.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Wrike is hiring a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to lead our global GTM Operations team across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
You will own Wrike’s revenue planning and operational architecture end-to-end driving annual planning, quota setting, territory management, and cross-functional alignment across our global revenue engine.
Reporting directly to GTM leadership, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to executive leaders while leading a hands-on global team of 6–15 operations partners and analysts.
This is an action-oriented leadership role for an operational "athlete'' - someone equally comfortable steering C-level strategic decisions, designing enterprise sales workflows, coaching an international team across time zones, and diving deep into the details of compensation plans or GTM forecasting.
Your Impact:
Global Team Leadership: Build, scale, and mentor a global GTM Operations team (15 team members, including embedded business partners and visualization analysts across diverse time zones), fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
Annual Planning & Execution: Lead annual planning, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and territory design across Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
Retention & Growth PMO: Partner with executive leadership to program manage company-wide objectives focused on gross/net retention, bookings, and customer lifecycle optimization.
Executive Facilitation: Lead recurring operational cadences with executive stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to eliminate friction and accelerate deal velocity.
Commercial Support & Governance: Oversee non-customer-facing commercial execution, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to streamline order processing and contracting workflows.
Your Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
Proven People Leadership: Direct experience managing and developing global operational teams (6+ direct/indirect reports) across international time zones.
Core GTM Mechanics: Expertise in SaaS unit economics, quota setting, territory planning, retention/bookings metrics, and annual planning processes.
Execution Track Record: High proficiency operating as an executive-level partner to Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership without needing a massive administrative layer.
Location Preference: East Coast U.S. preferred (ability to align with global time zones and executive leadership).
Standout Qualities:
Core Traits: High curiosity (constantly seeking better ways to execute), unyielding commitment to follow-through, and rigorous attention to detail.
Sales Methodology: Familiarity with enterprise value selling frameworks (e.g., Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or Challenger).
Target Background: Experience operating in high-growth, execution-oriented B2B SaaS environments
Team Dynamics: You will partner closely with executive leadership and lead a global team of GTM business partners and data visualization specialists. Your team acts as the central nerve center connecting field execution with executive strategy.
Our Work Style: We run Wrike on Wrike. You will use our collaborative work management platform daily to run annual planning, manage operational portfolios, and track team execution. We value intellectual curiosity, data-backed decision-making, and swift cross-functional execution.
