OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).

We’re hiring multiple Senior Data Scientists across different areas of the business. Rather than hiring for one fixed team, we use the interview process to understand your strengths, interests and development areas, and then align you to the right scope, remit and team.
About Our Data Science Organisation
We have an outstanding Data Science organisation, with a mission to drive the highest quality decision-making across our marketplace. Strategic Technical Execution:
Drive strategic decision-making by selecting the most effective tool or method for the task, maintaining a focus on high-quality execution and measurable results. You will act as a well-trusted strategic partner to stakeholders, using analytics, effective communication and domain expertise to influence roadmaps.
Experimentation and measurement:
Design and lead measurement strategies that drive product direction, ranging from simple A/B tests to complex experimental designs. You will be equally capable of applying alternative causal inference techniques when standard trials aren't feasible, ensuring the business moves based on data driven insights.
Organisational Alignment
: Actively contribute to the broader Analytics community, driving L+D initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure we are delivering the "right" things org-wide by aligning technical work with overarching business strategy and shared best practices.

Through solid analysis, provide clear and actionable recommendations that influence the team's roadmap.
Effective problem-solving, demonstrating an ability to successfully address complex and ambiguous challenges.
Ability to think creatively and insightfully about business problems
Proficiency with analytical tools like R/Python and familiarity with SQL. Proficiency with Cursor/AI tools to deliver impactful, high quality work efficiently is also valued

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Data Science organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo, powering decision-making across product, commercial and operational teams through experimentation and causal inference.
We’re hiring multiple Data Science Managers across different areas of the business. All of these roles are at the same level. Rather than hiring for one fixed team, we use the interview process to understand your strengths, interests and development areas, and then align you to the right scope and team at the end of the process, based on your background, interview performance, preferences and current business needs.
We’re also advertising some opportunities separately where particular domain experience is especially relevant. You only need to submit one application, as we’ll consider your profile across all suitable Data Science Manager vacancies. Before an offer is made, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the proposed team, either virtually or at our London headquarters, and learn more about the role’s scope and priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the analytical direction and measurable impact of a product or business area, while leading and developing a high-performing team of data scientists or machine learning engineers.
Our Data Science Managers work across a range of consumer, product and commercial areas. Depending on the team you join, your work could focus on areas such as customer retention and loyalty, pricing and promotions, discovery and personalisation, or customer acquisition and engagement.
Across all roles, you’ll lead and develop your team, set the analytical direction for your area and decide which problems are worth solving. You’ll ensure data science work translates into better product and commercial decisions, not just analysis.
You’ll remain hands-on while managing a team, partnering with Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing and Finance as a thought partner. You’ll set the bar for analytical rigour, prioritisation and impact across noisy metrics, real trade-offs and strong stakeholder opinions.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Experience line managing data scientists and supporting their career development
A strong background as a senior individual contributor, with hands-on experience in experimentation, causal inference or applied machine learning
Proven ability to identify high-impact opportunities and turn insights into clear strategy and execution
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where prioritisation and judgement matter as much as technical skill
Why Join Us?

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define Category Strategy:
Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.
Execute Signature Product Bets:
Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets—such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts—and ship them end to end.
Optimise Category Surfaces:
Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience.
Leverage Platform Capabilities:
Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner deeply with BD, Sales, Catalog, and Search teams to ensure category surfaces are powered by accurate data and align cleanly with merchant relationships.
Measure Impact:
Use data, customer insight, and experimentation to prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and directly move the needle on conversion and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Consumer Product Experience:
Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
Track Record of 0-to-1 Innovation:
Proven ability to ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences, navigating ambiguity to break broad opportunities into focused, testable bets.
Strong Analytical Capabilities:
Comfort driving data-informed prioritisation, establishing robust success metrics, and utilising experimentation to measure category-level impact.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) as well as commercial teams like BD and Sales to align business needs with product strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Product Instinct:
A natural intuition for customer behaviour, understanding what makes a shopping experience feel right and how to design the emotional hook that drives retention.
Nice to Have
Specialised Retail Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with merchandising, category management, product detail pages (PDP), or specialised shopping flows.
Data Structure Familiarity:
Experience working alongside Catalog or Search product areas to power front-end surfaces with complex item data.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Role
As a Program Manager for our Operational Support team, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale programmes across the SMB Hub — from structured engagement frameworks to communications and change initiatives — that keep the Hub's commercial priorities moving and measurable. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with Sales, New Partner Experience (NMX), Account Management and Partner Support leads to ensure the right initiatives land at the right time, applying a recognised delivery methodology to keep programmes on track.
This is an ideal role for an individual with strong project and time management skills who can manage multiple concurrent programmes end-to-end, while also designing long-term frameworks that drive lasting change across a large, fast-moving operation.
The Team
The SMB Hub brings together our commercial teams — Sales, New Partner Experience (NPX), Account Management and Partner Support — responsible for Deliveroo's relationships with thousands of independent restaurant and retail partners across Europe, supported through our in-house contact centre in Manchester and third-party providers.
The Operational Support team is the glue that holds the Hub together. Within the team, we own workforce management (WFM), commercial excellence, tooling and automation — and this role is central to delivering change, ensuring effective communication throughout the Hub, and driving commercial excellence for our partners and the Hub as a whole.
Core Responsibilities
Programme & Change Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SMB initiatives — from scoping and governance through to sign-off, communications and reporting — so senior teams can track commercial impact.
Apply a consistent, recognised methodology (PRINCE2 or Six Sigma) to give initiatives clear milestones, risk management and quality control.
Design and embed a structured engagement framework for the Hub, defining how initiatives are prioritised, resourced and measured.
Strategic Planning
Translate Hub priorities into actionable delivery plans that support commercial objectives, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers.
Monitor delivery and engagement metrics (e.g. Peakon, adoption rates) and use the insight to adjust plans, manage risk and support decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, NMX and Account Management to align delivery capacity with Hub priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Own the SMB communications strategy — channel ownership, sequencing and accountability — to improve clarity and consistency of key messages.
Produce clear, structured reporting that translates operational detail into decisions for senior stakeholders.
Act as the conduit between Sales, NPX, Account Management, Partner Support and Ops, keeping a wide stakeholder group aligned and informed.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading delivery of the Hub's structured engagement framework, defining how initiatives are prioritised and measured.
Designing and implementing strategic communications and change initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and coaching teams to embed new ways of working.
Applying PRINCE2 or Six Sigma to bring rigour, clear milestones and risk management to SMB programmes.
Delivering the Hub's career pathway and capability-building initiatives, connecting development and learning to progression.
Championing change and identifying new ways of working with Sales, NPX and Account Management to ensure agents have the right tools and content.
Partnering with the commercial excellence and central teams to build robust plans that drive change through better engagement, improved efficiency or increased capability.
Linking delivery directly to commercial outcomes, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers.
Identifying risks and inconsistencies before they affect delivery, escalating and problem-solving with appropriate autonomy.
What You'll Need to Thrive
This is a delivery-focused role that will require an individual who can manage a number of competing priorities across a live, fast-moving Hub while keeping sight of the bigger picture. The successful candidate will be structured, comfortable applying a recognised delivery methodology, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
The required skills include:
Strong project and programme management skills, ideally with a PRINCE2 or Six Sigma qualification (or clear demonstrable working knowledge)
Excellent time management — able to prioritise, sequence and protect delivery quality across multiple workstreams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex style for different audiences, including senior stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex plans against deadlines, with a clear prioritisation model
Comfortable working with data and metrics to track and evidence impact, not just activity
A collaborative approach; able to bring the right people together across functions and build trust quickly
The desired experiences include:
Typically 3+ years' experience in project or programme delivery, operations, or a comparable environment
Is either Six Sigma or Prince2 methodology (or equivalent) certified (Preferred)
Experience delivering communications, engagement or change initiatives at scale
Experience working within a commercial or contact-centre operating environment

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
It’s an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Accounting team with ample development opportunities. We're growing the Revenue Data team with Engineering and Accounting Data openings to drive automation and systems infrastructure. All whilst while keeping pace within one of the fastest growing marketplace companies globally.
About the Role
The Engineer for Accounting Infrastructure and Systems designs, builds, and maintains the scalable backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash / Deliveroo's accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting workflows. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and fellow engineers, this role translates complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, automated systems that ensure accuracy, auditability, and compliance at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong distributed-systems and data engineering expertise along with a solid understanding of financial processes, and takes technical ownership of critical projects while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape the team's architecture and best practices.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Take technical ownership of critical accounting infrastructure projects — designing and building the backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash's financial reporting, reconciliation, and close workflows at scale.
Partner directly with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, auditable, and automated systems.
Shape the team's architecture and engineering best practices, mentoring junior engineers and raising the technical bar across the organization.
Drive measurable improvements in data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and system performance in a high-impact, compliance-critical environment.
We're excited about you because…
You have 3 - 4+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with a strong track record of owning and delivering complex backend or data infrastructure projects.
You have deep expertise in distributed systems and data engineering, with hands-on experience in tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, or similar modern data stack technologies.
You can navigate the intersection of engineering and finance — understanding concepts like revenue recognition, reconciliation, and auditability well enough to build systems that meet those requirements.
You have a collaborative, low-ego approach and can effectively partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Engineering.
Familiarity with SOX controls, data quality frameworks, or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a strong plus.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do.
We're looking for a Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions to join our Marketing Team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role.
Role Overview
As Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East. You will own the day-to-day delivery and performance of our promotional and incentive campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure every offer is targeted, well-timed, and commercially sound.
Incentives sit at the centre of how customers experience value on the platform - they influence whether someone tries the app, comes back, or drifts away. This role owns that layer day to day: turning the promotional calendar into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and making sure every campaign earns its budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be joining the Middle East Marketing team. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Data Science, and Global/Central teams to build promotional plans that improve customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like:
Promotional Calendar Execution:
Own the day-to-day execution of the Middle East promotional calendar, translating the quarterly plan into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back.
Promo Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development of strategies focused on how value propositions can change customer behavior and drive ROI for Deliveroo and our Partners.
CRM & Lifecycle Campaigns:
Work with CRM and Tech to build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring offers reach the right customer segment at the right moment.
Campaign Set-up & Accuracy:
Own the set-up of promotions end to end - eligibility, caps, dates, and copy - so every offer goes live as briefed and on time.
Customer-centric Programmes:
Work with Data Science to translate customer and performance data into promo mechanics that are genuinely relevant, not just discounted.
Budget Tracking:
Own campaign-level budget tracking and reporting, flagging when a promotion’s ROI or margin impact is off plan.
Performance Optimization:
Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and post-campaign analysis, identifying what worked, what didn’t, and what’s worth testing next.
Test & Learn Agenda:
Design and run local test-and-learn experiments, feeding results back into the broader promotional strategy.
Competition Monitoring:
Keep on top of competitor trends and market activity to keep our offers sharp and well-positioned.
Customer Advocacy:
Champion the consumer voice, ensuring every promotion offers genuine value rather than just a lower price.
What You'll Need to Thrive:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Promotions within a high-growth technology, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer platform.
Commercial Acumen:
Experience owning or supporting customer incentive strategies and promotional campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, with working knowledge of core commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, GMV, margin impact) and how promotional decisions move them.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Analytical Rigor:
Strong analytical skills - proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker, and comfortable interpreting data to shape campaign decisions.
Technical know-how:
Experience running or supporting A/B tests and translating results into recommendations.
Attention to Detail:
Organised and accurate, able to run several campaigns at once without letting the details slip.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and the confidence to communicate at all levels.
Execution Focus:
A self-starter attitude, with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
Language Skills:
Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage in this market.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Role
Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food delivery, and B2B marketing is central to how we grow our merchant business. We're looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own paid demand generation across our operating markets and help us win in one of the most competitive categories in tech. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a seasoned performance marketer who can own demand gen end-to-end — from strategy and channel mix through to creative, execution, and the leads that actually convert into live, revenue-generating merchants.
Deliveroo operates in a focused set of markets, which means local relevance is everything. You'll work hand-in-hand with country Sales and commercial teams to understand each market's strategy, adapt the demand gen playbook to local realities, and choose the channels and tactics that will move the needle in each one. Rather than running a single global template, you'll tailor your approach country by country while building the repeatable systems that let us scale what works.
You'll manage significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond) and you'll be equally comfortable crafting a sharp lead-gen campaign and a brand awareness push to win back share against multiple well-funded competitors. You'll partner with creatives to shape intelligent, well-positioned campaigns and testing winners, learning with data what works and can be scaled.
What you'll be responsible for
Owning end-to-end paid demand generation across our markets and B2B products, managing significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond), experimenting with locally relevant tactics and turning what works into scalable playbooks;
Partnering closely with country Sales and commercial stakeholders to understand local strategy and market dynamics, and adapting the demand gen playbook to each market;
Building a lead generation engine that converts, looking beyond raw lead volume to lead quality, merchants that go live, and the GOV (Gross Order Value) they generate
Partnering with creative on full-funnel campaigns and sharp positioning, from lead generation through to brand awareness that defends and grows share in a highly competitive category, working independently with country teams;
Driving automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort;
Supporting new product and feature launches with go-to-market demand generation campaigns;
Owning reporting and measurement, defining success from spend through to live merchants and GOV, and building strong relationships with Sales, Product and commercial teams to drive real business impact.
What you'll be able to demonstrate
Essential
A seasoned performance marketer with 5–8 years running high-budget B2B paid campaigns across multiple channels with real strength in Meta, TikTok and Google Search and across multiple countries, products or clients;
SMB B2B experience: you build lead generation pipelines that convert, thinking beyond the lead to good leads, merchants that go live, and the GOV they generate;
Strong local and commercial instinct: you work naturally with Sales, adapt to each country's strategy, and communicate clearly in English (other languages a plus);
Ability to plan and optimise media investment against business and campaign-level KPIs, and to do in-house media buying;
A spark of creativity and a sharp eye for positioning, you partner with creatives to craft intelligent campaigns and operate independently with country teams;
Analytical and data-driven: you define KPIs, form hypotheses, design tests for statistically significant results, and scale up what works;
Genuine interest in using AI and automation to improve how you work, with concrete examples to back it up.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Food or Retail industries;
Experience aligning inbound and outbound motions, and knowledge of data enrichment and attribution (e.g. Clay, Cognism, ZoomInfo), ABM or intent-based tools;
Experience with content syndication, paid PR or retail media.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Analytics organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo powering decision-making across our 3 sided marketplace.
We’re looking for an
Analytics Engineering Manager
to join our London team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on-site. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Analytics Engineers embedded in a key business domain, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power day-to-day decisions and building the data foundations your stakeholders rely on.
About the Analytics Engineering Org
Analytics Engineering is a core pillar of Deliveroo’s Analytics organisation, alongside Data Science. With over 70 Analytics Engineers across the UK and India, we are embedded directly within product and business domains, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power decision-making at scale: from self-serve AI-enabled analytics and experimentation through to executive reporting and strategic planning.
The discipline is evolving fast. With new tooling changing how we work, we are shifting from building data pipelines to building AI first data products, developing rich semantic and data context layers and empowering self-serve data users. This role leads that work across a defined business domain, directly managing a team of Analytics Engineers and helping shape AE standards, culture and direction across the wider org.
What You'll Be Doing
Directly lead a team of Analytics Engineers embedded in a defined business domain, owning their performance, development and wellbeing
Own the AE roadmap for your domain, identifying the highest-leverage investments, prioritising competing requests, and building the case for them with your business and product stakeholders
Drive a data products mindset across your estate: clear ownership, SLAs, observability and data contracts built into how your team works by default
Maintain strong technical involvement: reviewing data models and SQL, guiding architectural decisions, and stepping in hands-on when your team needs unblocking
Contribute to AE-wide decisions on tooling, standards and process, helping shape how Analytics Engineering works at Deliveroo beyond your immediate team
Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture by giving regular and actionable feedback, handling performance and motivation challenges, and running effective rituals
Partner with Recruiting to hire strong, diverse AE talent into your team
What You'll Need to Thrive
Essential
Experience in an Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering role, with strong, hands-on SQL foundations you still draw on regularly
Proven experience managing a team of ICs, with a track record of developing people, giving hard feedback, and handling typical team situations independently
Demonstrated ability to own a technical roadmap for a domain area and deliver against it with measurable business impact
Strong grounding across the modern AE stack (cloud data warehousing, transformation tooling, data modelling, and data quality practices), with the ability to engage credibly on technical decisions and unblock your team
Comfortable engaging and influencing at senior business and product level, with experience aligning analytics investment to domain priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, grocery or retail analytics context
Familiarity with semantic and metrics layer tooling, or Python for data automation and pipeline work
Exposure to AI for Data, including agentic AI methods, semantic layers, or AI-assisted analytics workflows
Experience contributing to analytics ways of working: documentation standards, peer review processes, onboarding, and knowledge sharing

About the Role
Hybrid (3 days per week in the London office required)
Individual contributor role
Fraud is constantly evolving. As our business grows, so do the ways bad actors seek to exploit our products, promotions, and operations.
As the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for Emerging Fraud & Abuse, you'll lead the discovery, investigation, and mitigation of new and evolving abuse vectors across our platform. Your mission is to identify risks before they become systemic, working across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Policy to design scalable solutions that protect our customers, partners, and business.
This isn't a role focused on running existing fraud programmes. It's about identifying what's next.
You'll combine deep analytical thinking with strategic problem solving to uncover emerging threats, quantify business impact, influence product strategy, and build new controls that keep us ahead of increasingly sophisticated fraudsters.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, following the data, and building solutions where no playbook exists, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Identify Emerging Abuse
Proactively identify new fraud patterns, abuse trends, and vulnerabilities across our products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
Investigate anomalies, understand attacker behaviours, and translate observations into actionable mitigation strategies.
Continuously scan for evolving risks, whether driven by organised fraud, policy loopholes, technological change, or new product launches.
Build the Strategy
Define the roadmap for emerging fraud prevention across the business.
Prioritise risks based on customer impact, financial exposure, operational complexity, and strategic importance.
Develop business cases that influence investment in tooling, automation, machine learning, and product improvements.
Turn Insights into Action
Lead complex investigations to understand how abuse occurs and where existing controls can be strengthened.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design scalable prevention mechanisms rather than tactical fixes.
Establish metrics that measure both emerging risk and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
Act as the central point of coordination between Fraud, Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Customer Operations, Legal, Finance, and Data Science.
Influence roadmaps to ensure fraud prevention is embedded into product development from the earliest stages.
Support major product launches by identifying potential abuse scenarios and recommending preventative controls.
Build Organisational Capability
Develop frameworks for identifying, prioritising, and responding to emerging threats.
Improve how intelligence is shared across teams to ensure new attack patterns are detected and mitigated quickly.
Help foster a culture of proactive fraud prevention across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving complex, high-impact business problems.
You'll likely come from fraud, trust & safety, cybersecurity, payments, marketplaces, fintech, consulting, or another analytical environment where you've been responsible for identifying and solving new risks.
You'll bring:
Experience investigating complex fraud, abuse, or operational risk problems
Strong analytical skills with SQL and the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
A structured approach to solving ambiguous problems with limited information
Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams without direct authority
The ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of balancing customer experience with risk mitigation
Experience in experimentation, machine learning, fraud detection, marketplace integrity, or trust and safety is advantageous but not essential
You'll thrive here if you...
Love solving problems that don't have an obvious answer
Are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering hidden patterns in data
Think like both an investigator and a strategist
Can connect technical detail with commercial impact
Influence through evidence rather than hierarchy
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evolving fraud techniques

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

Location: Germany; Portugal; France; Spain; Italy; The Netherlands
Workplace: Remote
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
You can be based in Europe; we're mainly remote and invite you to the Berlin office 3-5 days every two months.
We expect significant travel across the Europe, with occasional travel to other regions when the audience quality justifies it. The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job.
WHY THIS ROLE?
Langfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications.
However, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks.
We want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum.
The goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across Europe
- Run live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets.
- Organize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences.
- Partner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well.
- Turn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles.
- You have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events.
- You already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material.
- You should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company.
- You care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong plus:
- You are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers.
- You can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material.
- You are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools.
- You have original opinions that experienced developers value.

About the Team
The Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio spans the connected workflows that carry a resident from referral through care delivery to payment: including, acute and payer care collaboration on the National Care Collaboration Network and Audacious platforms, Secure Conversations across our customer segments, practitioner EHR solutions, SNF admissions and managed care workflows, and SNF revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization.
The Outbound Product Management team within this portfolio is the bridge between strategic customer relationships, go-to-market execution, and product direction. The team is remote and hybrid across the US and Canada, and works shoulder to shoulder with inbound Product Management, Engineering, and every GTM function.
Position Summary:
This role owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, carrying accountability for how validated offerings reach the market and convert into adoption, revenue, and reference customers. The VP defines and drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy across the portfolio, co-owns roadmap and investment decisions with inbound Product Management, and owns the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and monetization — for new and AI-enabled capabilities.
The VP leads the portfolio's Outbound Product Management function, building and developing the team that runs launch, enablement, and early adoption. They represent PointClickCare’s product function externally as a market figurehead with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute customers and across the industry, and internally as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Management and the GTM leadership team.
Success is measured in growth outcomes: revenue and adoption attainment against portfolio targets, speed from launch to first reference customer, and the repeatable sales motions that turn early wins into scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Portfolio Growth:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.

Executive Customer Engagement & Market Leadership:
Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead beta and co-development programs that generate real-world proof points, and represent PointClickCare with customers, industry bodies, and analysts.
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach, and develop talent, establish operating cadence and standards aligned with the product development lifecycle and go-to-market model, and foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Portfolio Performance & Market Insight:
Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and thought leadership, and partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to support responsible deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above.
Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
