Oversee security service providers, external partners, budgets, and resource allocation.
Establish meaningful performance measures and provide executive leadership with clear reporting on security trends, risks, incidents, and strategic initiatives.
Develop security awareness and preparedness programs that promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Influence and challenge constructively when necessary, ensuring critical security considerations are understood and appropriately addressed.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
Progressive experience in corporate security, crisis management, or business continuity, including at least five years in a senior leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience leading global corporate security operations within a large, complex, multinational organization.

Experience overseeing security technologies, systems, and operational programs.
Proven success building, transforming, or meaningfully elevating security programs, teams, or organizational capabilities.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
Demonstrated sound judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations and the confidence to make and defend difficult decisions.
An approachable, collaborative leadership style combined with a strong sense of accountability and conviction.
Experience managing budgets, external vendors, and cross-functional security initiatives.
Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable

About the Role
What you'll do
Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.
Collaborate on thumbnails and titles with an eye on click-through and retention.
Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
Requirements
What you bring
Must-haves
3+ years of professional video editing, with a portfolio showing both short-form and long-form work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects..
Hands-on experience generating video with Higgsfield AI, with examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted footage used in finished edits.
Proven experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and a clear understanding of how each platform's content differs.
A fast, repeatable workflow: you can show how you organize projects, use templates and presets, and ship multiple finished pieces per day.
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, story and sound; you know why one edit holds attention and another doesn't.
Clear written English for async communication, briefs and feedback.
Reliable high-speed internet, a capable editing machine and your own Adobe Creative Cloud license.
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for check-ins and fast revisions.

Comfort reading organic analytics (retention curves, watch time, saves, shares) and editing toward them.
Experience with Frame.io and ClickUp or similar review and project tools.
Use Higgsfield AI to generate and extend shots, B-roll, product visuals, scene transitions and stylized effects that would be slow or costly to film.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
Our client runs a fast-growing education and software business, and across their channels, his team and him, have built a platform of more than 1.5 million followers.
His job is to be the face of their content and to think about where the company goes next. That takes about forty hours a week of creating, plus long uninterrupted blocks for strategy. It leaves very little room for anything else.
Which is the problem. Projects need chasing. Follow-ups need sending. Hiring needs running. Reports need collecting. None of that happens on its own, and when he tries to do it, the content and the strategy suffer.
That is what this role is for. You'll protect his time, remove operational drag, and make sure the company actually executes.
The Role
A lot of roles with this title are a dead end: no access to the founder's inbox, no seat in the meetings, just a pile of disconnected projects nobody else wanted. If that is your experience of these jobs, he understands the scepticism.
This is not that. You will see his calendar, his inbox, his meetings, and his numbers. You will watch decisions get made in real time and understand why they went the way they did. Done properly, it is the fastest and most complete training in how to run a company that exists, which is why it comes with a defined path to
Chief of Staff over twelve to eighteen months.
The trade is simple, and he would rather be blunt about it. You get total context. In exchange, you do the work he genuinely does not want to do: the chasing, the reminding, the coordinating, the collecting, the repetitive things that protect my creative bandwidth.
If that trade sounds good to you, keep reading. If you want the access without the admin, this is not your role.
What You'll Own
Calendar, first and above everything else
Protect deep work blocks, batch meetings, enforce priorities
Turn a chaotic week into an intentional one that matches company goals
Gate my time, never my people. You are not a human shield and you will never intercept someone who should be talking to me directly
The follow-up engine
Action items, owners, due dates, reminders, escalation
Nothing dies in Slack, WhatsApp or email because somebody got busy
Draft messages, emails and internal updates so I can approve them fast
Project management and accountability across the company
Build and run the company operating system, whether that lives in Trello, Asana or Notion
Every project carries an owner, a deadline, a next action and a definition of done
Hold department leaders to what they committed to, including when that means a difficult conversation
Hiring operations
Run hiring end to end for key roles: an Organic Content Director, a Senior DR Copywriter, an Instagram Copywriter and others
Pipeline, scheduling, scorecards, assignments, Loom reviews, references
Keep it moving fast without dragging me into logistics
Content operations oversight
You will not create content. You will make sure it ships
Track weekly output, deadlines and approvals across YouTube, Instagram and email so I am not chasing anyone
Metrics and reporting
Collect and analyse the monthly P&L, maintain KPI dashboards, run the weekly reporting rhythm
Review payroll, which means you will know what everyone earns, and come back with specific recommendations on raises, comp structure, inefficiency and where we are carrying people we should not be
Projects that do not fit anywhere else
Sometimes real-world and operational, such as managing the build-out of a home studio in Puerto Rico
Sometimes unglamorous. A real example: three or four hours going line by line through my AMEX statement to find software we are overpaying for, then contacting each vendor to cancel. The right answer is to do it once, then automate it, delegate it or own it monthly
AI across the workflow
Using ChatGPT instead of Google is the floor, not the bar
You should be good enough that you are advising other department leaders on how to use AI in their own work
How you will be trained
Nobody performs on day one in this role, and I do not expect you to. Context is the whole job, and context takes time to build.
Weeks 1 to 4, shadowing.
You sit in on everything: calendar, meetings, comms, priorities. You build your own model of how I think, what I care about and how I decide. You start taking small things off my plate immediately, mostly scheduling, notes and action items.
Days 30 to 60, execution and systems.
You take over the follow-up engine and the task system. You run a short structured weekly planning session with me. You start managing hiring operations and cross-functional projects, and you begin enforcing owners and due dates.
Days 60 to 90, Office of the CEO.
You run the operating cadence: reporting, follow-ups, meeting prep. You own major initiatives. You are my execution arm while I focus on content and strategy.
Months 3 to 18, Chief of Staff track.

- Experience delivering reliable products with cross-functional partners in a complex or regulated environment.
- A practical understanding of modern backend and frontend systems, relational databases (SQL), event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Effectiveness at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Scaling humanoid robots from hundreds to tens of thousands of units takes several hundred million dollars of new capital, and much of it will come from partners, not just funds. Our biggest investors are also our supplier, manufacturer and customer. That makes capital formation and strategic partnerships one job.
You will be the senior operator who connects them. You will lead our next equity rounds alongside the CFO, open doors to the strategic and institutional investors who can carry Humanoid to a public exit, and turn partnerships with industrial, compute and supply-chain leaders into capital, contracts and access. Few roles offer this mix of venture, growth equity, corporate development and deal-making at a company of this ambition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Capital formation (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Co-lead equity rounds from Series B onward: investor targeting, sequencing, process management, term sheet negotiation and closing.
2. Build and run a single investor CRM and pipeline across VC, growth equity, private equity, crossover funds, sovereign wealth, family offices and corporate venture arms.
3. Cultivate a core group of long-term foundational investors ahead of each round, with a regular cadence of updates and meetings.
4. Shape the equity story with the CFO and CEO: deck, data room, model narrative and answers to diligence.
5. Structure non-dilutive and hybrid capital with the CFO, including strategic investments, venture debt, equipment and fleet financing for RaaS, and customer-funded capacity.
6. Help lay the groundwork for a public exit: investor base quality, crossover readiness and relationships with banks and long- only funds.
Strategic partnerships (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Originate, structure and close strategic alliances with industrial OEMs, logistics operators, compute and AI platforms, and supply-chain partners.
2. Design deal structures that combine commercial and capital terms: strategic equity, joint ventures, co-development, volume commitments, compute-for-equity and regional partnerships.
3. Own the partner relationship at executive level after signing, so each alliance delivers its commercial, technical and capital commitments.
4. Map the strategic landscape: who is investing in robotics and embodied AI, how, and where Humanoid fits.
Across both
1. Run one pipeline that links investor conversations to partnership opportunities, avoiding conflicts with competitor holdings.
2. Gate access to the CEO and founders so leadership time goes to the highest-value conversations.
3. Report pipeline, forecast and deal status to the CFO, CBO and board.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have sat on both sides of the table: investing at a top-tier venture firm, then raising capital and closing strategic deals for a high-growth company.
Required
- Top-tier VC experience: 4+ years as an investor (Principal, Partner or equivalent) at a leading venture or growth firm, ideally with exposure to deep tech, robotics, AI or industrial technology.
- Fundraising track record across all three capital sources: led or co-led raises from venture capital, private equity or growth equity, and strategic or corporate investors. Be ready to walk us through specific rounds, sizes, investors and your role.
- Strong relationships at strategic partners: trusted, senior-level contacts at industrial OEMs, automotive and manufacturing groups, logistics operators, semiconductor and compute companies, or their corporate venture arms.
- Deal structuring: hands-on negotiation of term sheets, strategic investments, joint ventures or commercial agreements with capital attached.
- Network: active relationships with growth, crossover and sovereign investors in the US and Europe.
- Experience: 12+ years across investing, corporate development, investment banking or a startup finance or business leadership role.
- Financial fluency: you can defend a financial model, valuation and cap table in front of a demanding investment committee.
Nice to have
- Operating experience at a hardware, robotics, autonomy or industrial AI company after Series B
- Experience with IPO preparation, crossover rounds or a US–UK corporate restructuring
- Exposure to non-dilutive capital: venture debt, asset or fleet financing, government grants and defence or industrial programmes
- Relationships with Gulf, Asian or European sovereign and strategic investors MBA, CFA or equivalent
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Help build the engine behind what traders love
We are hiring a Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to power our Active Trader business. This is the person who turns strategy into shipped work—the operational backbone who keeps creative projects, compliance reviews, and campaign briefs moving on time and at quality. You don't need to be a trader yourself, but financial literacy and genuine curiosity about markets will help you move fast and speak the same language as the rest of the pod.
You'll be the connective tissue of the Active Trader marketing team. Where our Product Marketing Managers set direction and shape narrative, you make it real: building briefs, running the creative pipeline, managing legal and compliance review, and keeping every campaign coordinated across a busy set of stakeholders. You'll own the systems and rituals that let a small team ship a lot, without dropping details or missing a regulatory requirement.
You'll thrive here if you're energized by getting things organized, love making messy processes simple, and take pride in being the person everyone trusts to have the details covered.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own the campaign operating rhythm: Run the end-to-end workflow for Active Trader campaigns, from brief to creative to launch to results analysis so work ships on time, on message, and on budget. Build and maintain the trackers, timelines, and intake process that keep the pod aligned.
- Write and manage briefs: Turn strategic direction into clear, complete creative and campaign briefs that give designers, copywriters, and partners everything they need. Chase down the open questions before they become delays.
- Drive creative project management: Coordinate designers, writers, agencies, and cross-functional partners across concurrent projects. Manage scope, feedback loops, versions, and approvals so creative lands polished and on schedule.
- Own compliance and legal review: Be the point person for getting marketing materials through legal, compliance, and regulatory review (e.g., CIRO requirements). Understand what's required, prep submissions cleanly, track approvals, and build the guardrails that keep us both fast and compliant.
- Keep stakeholders coordinated: Partner daily with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Design, Legal/Compliance, and external vendors—making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
- Track and report results: Stand up the reporting and post-mortem process so we know what shipped, what worked, and what to do differently. Keep budgets and timelines honest.
- Leverage AI to streamline operations: Use AI tools to speed up briefing, drafting, reporting, and project coordination, and to remove friction from repetitive work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience: in marketing operations, campaign management, creative/project management, or agency account/traffic management—ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven project management chops: You've run multiple concurrent campaigns or creative projects end-to-end and kept them on time, on scope, and on quality.
- Experience managing compliance or regulatory review: Financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a strong plus; you know how to move fast and stay within the lines.
- Excellent briefing and written communication: You write clear briefs and crisp updates, and you make complex processes feel simple.
- Financial literacy and curiosity about markets: You don't need to be an active trader, but you're comfortable with financial concepts and eager to learn the trader audience.
- Sharp attention to detail: You catch the typo, the missing approval, and the date that doesn't line up.
- Comfort with tools and light data: Familiarity with project management and marketing tools; basic comfort reading a dashboard or a simple dataset (SQL is a nice-to-have).
- Fluency with AI tools: Experience using AI tools that boost productivity and reduce busywork.
- Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity: You make things happen without waiting to be told.
- Growth mindset and a service orientation: You take pride in making the whole team better and shipping quality work.

As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Marketing Technologies Director
The Marketing Technologies Director, leads PlayStation's global marketing technology organization across engineering, product management, UX, measurement and experimentation, audience activation, and marketing data. This leader owns the technology vision, architecture, product strategy, and roadmap for platforms used by marketers worldwide to reach hundreds of millions of players. The role is accountable for building secure, scalable, AI-enabled capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and customer experience.
We are seeking a technology leader with direct software or data engineering experience building marketing technology products and platforms. The successful candidate can lead engineers and technical product teams, make architecture and build-versus-buy decisions, and translate marketing needs into durable systems. Experience limited to administering vendors or managing a marketing technology stack without direct engineering experience does not meet the requirements of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Engineering and Product Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for marketing technology engineering, product management, and UX, with clear goals, operating rhythms, and accountability for delivery.
Own end-to-end delivery and operation of global marketing platforms, from discovery and architecture through launch, adoption, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Set the architecture for marketing platforms, APIs, data pipelines, audience services, orchestration, and activation integrations.
Define the marketing technology product vision and prioritize a multi-year roadmap based on customer value, technical feasibility, business impact, risk, and platform health.
Establish engineering standards for security, privacy, reliability, observability, scalability, and the management of technical debt.
Lead product discovery and UX research with marketing teams globally, converting user needs into intuitive workflows and measurable product outcomes.
Evaluate build, buy, and partner options with technical rigor, and ensure third-party platforms integrate into a coherent, maintainable architecture.
Measurement Experimentation and Audience Activation
Lead the measurement and experimentation function, including test design, measurement frameworks, platform capabilities, and the use of results in marketing decisions.
Lead audience activation and marketing data teams responsible for identity, segmentation, consent-aware audience management, data quality, governance, and activation readiness.
Connect audience, measurement, and activation capabilities across marketing channels so teams can plan, execute, learn, and optimize through shared data and platforms.
Partner with Data Science and Analytics leaders to embed experimentation, causal measurement, predictive models, and decision support into marketing workflows.
Assess and scale AI and automation use cases that improve marketer productivity, decision quality, and customer relevance.
Strategy and Transformation
Serve as the technical and strategic partner to Media, Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data Science, and Business Analytics leaders.
Align SIE teams that own or influence the marketing technology stack around a single architecture, product vision, roadmap, and set of investment priorities.
Lead high-priority transformation initiatives, managing execution, organizational dependencies, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with marketing leaders to redesign workflows, processes, decision rights, and operating models around new platform capabilities.
Balance global platform standards with appropriate local and product-level flexibility while maintaining security, privacy, and architectural integrity.
Define success measures and post-launch KPI tracking for platform performance, adoption, marketing effectiveness, and business impact.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, data engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience is acceptable. An advanced degree is preferred.
12+ years of experience across software or data engineering, technical product management, and marketing technology, including leadership of global teams.
Direct software or data engineering experience and a record of leading engineering teams that built and operated production marketing technology systems.
Demonstrated success building, launching, and operating enterprise SaaS products or internal platforms, beyond implementing or administering third-party tools.
Technical depth in cloud architecture, APIs, systems integration, data pipelines, identity and audience systems, security, privacy, reliability, and scalability.
Experience leading multidisciplinary organizations spanning engineering, product management, UX, measurement and experimentation, analytics or data science, and audience activation.
Strong command of experimentation methods, marketing measurement, analytics, and the use of data to improve product and marketing decisions.
Experience with AI-powered products, machine learning platforms, or automation in production environments.
Experience owning multi-year technology and product roadmaps and making investment, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions.
Ability to influence senior leaders, communicate technical tradeoffs clearly, and lead transformation across teams and regions.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION:
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Head of Security, you'll define and drive Morpho's security strategy across the entire organization - corporate IT, cloud and infrastructure, application, supply chain, identity, incident response, threat intelligence, and counterparty security - and you'll build the team and function to deliver it. This is a hands-on leadership role: in the early days you'll personally do the work while you hire, and you'll stay close enough to the technical detail to earn the trust of a deeply technical organization. You'll also be Morpho's credible security voice, internally to leadership, and externally to the integrators, institutions, and ecosystem partners who depend on us. You'll partner closely with Engineering on infrastructure and deployment integrity, and with our Integration team, which works with various partners across the Morpho ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and continuously evolve Morpho's security strategy and roadmap across, cloud/infrastructure, application, supply-chain, identity, and operational security.
- Build and lead the security function - hire, grow, and develop the team, recruiting skillsets across security operations and application security.
- Oversight of the IT function
- Stay hands-on. Personally execute critical security work - threat modeling, architecture review, control implementation, and incident command - while the team scales.
- Set the governance architecture: a coherent security framework that ties tooling and controls together, rather than accumulating tools in isolation.
- Own incident response end to end - runbooks, incident command, severity and escalation structure, and market communication during an event.
- Build and run a counterparty security program for curators and partners - identity verification, screening, operational diligence, and bidirectional incident-coordination channels.
- Lead Morpho's certification strategy (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001), meeting both the spirit and the letter sustainably.
- Represent Morpho's security posture externally - to fintechs, financial institutions, and the broader ecosystem - and internally to executives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Protocol, and Integrations, driving security outcomes through both direct ownership and influence.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
FIRST 30 DAYS
- You've built a clear, independent picture of Morpho's posture, architecture, threat model, and in-flight work - and pressure-tested the existing strategy against it.
- You've met the team and established working relationships with the people who own the surfaces you'll most depend on.
- You understand the path-to-funds attack surface in depth and have an early, evidence-based view of the highest-severity risks and quick wins.
- You know exactly where incident-response readiness stands today.
FIRST 60 DAYS
- You've published a clearly prioritized security roadmap with clear sequencing, owners, and the rationale for what's deferred and aligned leadership behind it.
- You've defined the team build-out plan and opened the first hire.
- You're personally driving the top-severity gaps - identity and authentication enforcement, deployment guardrails, and a documented incident-response runbook among them.
- You've set the governance framework and the certification path in motion.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Demonstrable progress closing the highest-priority gaps, with key controls enforced rather than optional.
- A documented incident-response capability that's been validated by at least one tabletop exercise.
- Hiring underway, and a clear operating rhythm established with Engineering, Protocol, and Integrations.
- Morpho's external security posture is taking shape - trust surface, counterparty security program, and ecosystem engagement - and you're recognized internally and externally as Morpho's credible security voice.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10+ years in security, several of them building or leading a security function, ideally at a crypto/web3, fintech, or financial-services company where security is core to the business.
- Strong grasp of the crypto/web3 threat model
- Proven experience building and growing a security team from a small base, recruiting across security operations and application/infrastructure security.
- Deep, hands-on technical expertise across cloud, infrastructure, CI/CD, supply-chain, identity, and application security - you do the work, not just direct it.
- Owned incident response end to end, including incident command and external communication.
- Sharp prioritization and the ability to galvanize action through hard and soft influence, including driving outcomes through teams you don't own.
- Exceptional, organized, responsive communication - credible to executives and to external audiences from fintechs to Fortune 500 institutions.
- Humble.
NICE TO HAVE:
- An established network and public profile in the security or crypto-security community, and comfort representing security work publicly (talks, writing, framework contribution).
- Offensive security depth, or experience standing up red/blue capabilities.
- Familiarity with institutional and regulatory expectations and threat-sharing networks (e.g. Crypto ISAC, TIBER-style frameworks).
- Taken an organization through certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent)
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.
