We are looking for an HR Functional Analyst to turn business needs into working solutions in our new HRIS. You will own a specific functional domain: Core HR, Org & Positions; Compensation, Self-Service & Reporting; or Absence/Leave, Regional Specifics & Integrations. The role spans inDrive’s global footprint of around 25 countries, so configuring for multi-country specifics is a core part of it. You will be the bridge between HR practitioners, the vendor, and internal technical teams. After implementation, you will stay on as the long-term owner of your domain. This role is a chance to help build a modern HR tech stack from the ground up and directly shape the daily experience of every employee in the company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops with PnC stakeholders to map current “As-Is” processes and define future “To-Be” states for your domain, removing bottlenecks and technical debt before migration
Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
Perform gap analysis between the system’s standard functionality and our requirements, working with the vendor and implementation partner to find the best configuration for each process
Configure functional settings in the new HRIS, such as org structures and positions, compensation cycles and pay bands, or country-specific leave and absence rules, getting the most out of standard functionality and avoiding unnecessary customization
Define data mapping requirements for a clean migration from legacy tools, and develop and run UAT scripts to confirm the system meets functional requirements
Partner with HR Systems Engineers to make sure data flows correctly between the core HRIS and peripheral systems
Own your functional domain end-to-end after go-live as the in-house Subject Matter Expert: resolve issues and keep evolving processes as business needs and the system change
Create user guides, documentation, and training materials for HR admins and employees, and monitor post-go-live adoption
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3+ years of experience as an HR Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Business Analyst focused on HR technology
Deep understanding of at least two core HR functional areas, including how processes vary across countries: Core HR and the employee lifecycle, Organization & Position management, Compensation & Benefits, or Absence/Leave management
Proven ability to document complex business processes and translate them into system configuration
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical HR partners
A solution-first approach, with the ability to find root causes rather than symptoms and a preference for standard functionality over custom development
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience with major HRIS/HCM suites (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob)
Previous experience in a system migration or tool-consolidation project
Experience configuring HR processes across multiple countries or jurisdictions
Russian language skills

Perplexity serves hundreds of millions of queries a month. Every answer, every Perplexity Computer task, and every enterprise deployment runs on production infrastructure owned by the Cloud Infrastructure team: a fleet of Kubernetes clusters across a multi-account AWS estate, private networks that reach hyperscalers and the neoclouds serving our models, and the storage underneath our user data and agentic workloads. We're looking for SREs who treat reliability as a software problem. You'll own compute, networking, and storage at scale and keep production stable while everything built on top of it is changing fast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own production at scale. Run the compute, networking, and storage foundation behind Perplexity's consumer, Computer, API, and enterprise products, and own its availability, latency, and cost.
- Run our Kubernetes fleet. Operate and upgrade the EKS clusters that host web services, search, datastores, and secure sandboxes. Tune scheduling, autoscaling, node lifecycle, DNS, and service networking so clusters stay healthy under bursty, fast-growing load.
- Engineer the network. Design and operate VPC architectures, Transit Gateway and PrivateLink connectivity, load balancing, DNS, and egress across accounts, regions, and cloud providers.
- Keep data durable and fast. Own the storage layer (EBS, S3, DynamoDB, and the managed databases and caches our services depend on), including performance, durability, backups, and restores that have actually been tested.
- Manage everything as code. Run infrastructure through Terraform and CI/CD. Build reusable modules and guardrails, and make every change reviewable, repeatable, and safe to roll back.
- Prepare for failures. Define SLOs, build alerts that someone can act on, design for zone and regional failure, and run game days and disaster-recovery exercises that prove recovery works.
- Lead incident response. Be on the critical path when things break. Drive incidents to resolution, write blameless postmortems, and land the fixes so the same failure never pages anyone twice.
- Scale ahead of demand. Own capacity planning, quotas, reservations, and cost efficiency so product launches and traffic spikes never wait on infrastructure.
- Automate away the toil. Build tooling, increasingly agent-driven, that turns provisioning, upgrades, and remediation into self-serve, hands-off workflows for every engineering team.
QUALIFICATIONS
We expect you to have real depth in most of these:
- Deep AWS expertise. You know VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, ELB, Route 53, S3, EBS, etc. well past the console, including their limits, failure modes, and the bill that comes with them.
- Production Kubernetes at scale: cluster upgrades, CNI, CoreDNS, autoscalers like Karpenter, and debugging a misbehaving node at 3 a.m. Writing Helm charts alone doesn't count.
- Terraform mastery. You've designed module structures, managed state across many accounts, and run large refactors and imports without taking production down.
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, routing).
- You write real code in Python, Go, or Rust for automation, tooling, and controllers, and you'd rather automate a runbook than follow it.
- Fluency with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana, and the judgment to turn metrics, logs, and traces into SLOs and alerts that matter.
- A track record of leading production incidents and turning root-cause analysis into durable fixes.
- You own problems end-to-end and do well when the path forward isn't laid out for you.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- Multi-region active-active or failover architectures, and disaster-recovery programs with real recovery targets.
- Proxies, service meshes, and kernel-level networking: Envoy, Istio, Cilium, or eBPF.
- GitOps and progressive delivery: Argo CD, Flux, or similar.
- Enterprise and compliance environments: single-tenant or BYOC deployments, KMS/BYOK, SOC 2 or similar controls.
- Running stateful systems in production: Postgres, Redis, or search engines like Vespa or Elasticsearch.
- Multi-cloud or neocloud operations (GCP, CoreWeave, or similar).
- FinOps: cost attribution, Savings Plans and reservations, and making infrastructure cheaper without making it fragile.
Location: San Francisco; Remote (United States); Toronto; Seattle; New York City
Perplexity serves hundreds of millions of queries a month, and every one of them fans out into multiple AI inference requests running in real time. Behind that sits a large GPU fleet spread across several cloud providers. Today, our inference engineers and researchers build models while also managing networking, securing capacity, and operating the underlying GPU clusters, responsibilities we want a dedicated platform team to own. Your job is to take ownership of that infrastructure and hide its complexity behind a unified, self-serve platform for running training and inference workloads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a self-serve compute platform. Design and own the systems that let inference engineers and researchers launch training jobs and operate inference services without managing GPU provisioning, cluster configuration, or provider-specific infrastructure.
- Operate the GPU fleet. Own provisioning, lifecycle management, reliability, and capacity integration across providers, giving teams a consistent way to use compute regardless of where it runs.
- Solve for GPU scarcity. Build the scheduling and placement logic that finds available capacity across providers, packs it efficiently, and gets the right workload onto the right hardware under real constraints.
- Support two very different workloads. Keep long-running distributed training jobs healthy while simultaneously guaranteeing the availability and latency of production inference services on the same fleet.
- Own the Kubernetes for GPU orchestration. Write the operators and CRDs, and manage many clusters across providers so the platform behaves the same everywhere we run.
- Make failure boring. Build the fault tolerance, autoscaling, and observability that keep the fleet utilized and let workloads survive node loss, provider hiccups, and capacity shifts without human intervention.
- Set technical direction across teams. Partner with inference and cloud infrastructure engineers to turn operational constraints into a coherent platform architecture and roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS
We expect you to have real depth in most of these:
- Deep Kubernetes experience — custom operators, CRDs, and multi-cluster federation, not just running kubectl apply.
- You've managed GPU clusters at scale: NVIDIA hardware, CUDA, and the networking that makes them fast (InfiniBand or RoCE).
- You've orchestrated compute across multiple clouds (CoreWeave, AWS, GCP, or similar) and understand how different each one really is.
- Strong distributed systems fundamentals: scheduling, resource allocation, and fault tolerance under load.
- You write infrastructure and systems-level code in Go, Rust or C++.
- You've supported both long-running training jobs and high-availability inference services, and you know why they pull infrastructure in opposite directions.
- You own problems end-to-end and do well when the path forward isn't laid out for you.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- Inference serving stacks: vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM.
- Slurm or other HPC schedulers.
- GPU kernel work in CUDA or Triton — not required, but notable.
- High-speed interconnects: InfiniBand, RoCE, or RDMA in production.
- Observability for ML workloads: Prometheus, Grafana, or Weights & Biases.

As a Data Analyst in the Business Analytics team, you’ll be the dedicated analyst for our B2B commercial direction. You’ll work as an independent contributor, side by side with the commercial team. You’ll find growth opportunities in the data, form and test hypotheses, and measure the impact of business initiatives that are not product features. Your first projects will be supporting and developing our pricing override and cost modifier processes, designing experiments around the credit limits we give B2B partners to help grow their booking volumes, and evaluating the financial and customer impact of opening local legal entities in new markets. A/B testing alone often isn’t enough here, so you’ll choose and apply other methods, such as difference-in-differences or causal impact. There is no ready-made playbook. You’ll set your own approach, and project managers on both sides will help you run the work. The role suits a self-driven analyst who wants real ownership and visible impact on commercial decisions, and it can grow as the direction expands.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business, data or product analytics.
Strong SQL, including writing efficient, fast-running queries.
Confident Python and its data libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn and others.

Experience with causal inference methods: Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching and similar.
Solid knowledge of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests and other experiments.
Ability to dive deep into business processes, solve non-standard problems and work independently.
Fluent Russian and English B2.
Nice to have
Experience with time series forecasting (Prophet, ARIMA, Exponential Smoothing or similar).
Experience in B2B, commercial or partner analytics.
Experience onboarding or mentoring junior colleagues.
Hands-on use of AI tools, such as Copilot or agents, to speed up your work.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
A structured onboarding, a personal development plan, and regular internal lectures and demos from the team.
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
Location: Salalah, Oman
International Group Coordinator
Format: Remote + on-site support as needed
Frequency: A new group every 3 days
About the Role
We organise regular tours for brokers to Salala and are looking for a Coordinator to fully manage groups of 10–15 people - from pre-trip preparations to sending guests back home. Work Format
Constant daily presence with the group is not required. Typically, the coordinator meets the group in person on arrival day (for introductions) and on departure day. On intermediate days, you will drop by in the morning to gather the group and send them off for their daily itinerary. However, it is vital to remain constantly available online, respond promptly, and be ready to arrive in person immediately if an urgent need arises.
Requirements
Personal vehicle and valid driving license.
Fluent English proficiency.
High level of accountability, responsibility, and self-reliance.
Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and an approachable personality.
High stress tolerance and the ability to make quick decisions in unpredictable situations.
Readiness to work a flexible schedule and react quickly to incoming requests.
Advantage: Deep knowledge of the region and an existing network of local contacts (drivers, medical facilities, hotels).
Advantage: Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or group coordination.
Benefits
Consistent workload.
Flexible format: Primary operations are handled online, with on-site visits scheduled around arrivals, departures, and emergencies.
Competitive salary.
Well-know company across the region.
