About the role:
The Senior People & Talent Operations Partner owns People Ops as a product, including systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that enable the People & Culture function to run efficiently. The role involves managing payroll, compliance, and HR systems across 35 countries, building AI/automation and self-serve layers, and working in a lean two-person team directly with the Head of People & Culture. Responsibilities:

About the Role
