About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work

5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

As a Protective Services Lead, you'll be the operational security lead keeping ICEYE's people safe wherever they work or travel. You'll protect our executives and travelling employees, lead our response when things go wrong, and build the security practices a fast-growing global company needs. This is a hands-on, senior role where your impact comes from scope and ownership rather than team size.

— Plan and deliver executive protection for senior leaders, including threat assessments, route planning, and coordination of protective details.
— Act as the first point of contact for security incidents and alarm activations, triaging, escalating, and responding on site or remotely.
— Plan and oversee security for company events, from risk assessment and access control to coordination with venues and security providers.
— Manage external security vendors (protective services, travel risk, and event security), holding them to agreed service levels.
— Write and maintain security procedures, run crisis exercises and drills, and deliver security training for employees.
— Support business lines running specialised or fast-moving programmes with tailored security planning.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Must haves:
— Around 8 years of security experience in an international setting, covering crisis management, executive protection, or travel security across multiple sites and regions.
— Hands-on experience managing external security vendors, including performance and service level management.
— A track record of leading security for executive travel programmes or high-profile company events.
— Experience planning and running crisis exercises, incident response drills, and security training.
— Strong written documentation skills: procedures, incident and after-action reports, and travel risk assessments.
— Calm, structured decision-making under pressure, including during simultaneous incidents across sites.
— Confidence working with authorities, law enforcement, and external providers, and explaining security requirements clearly to non-specialists.
Nice to haves:

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will drive the transition from manual, repetitive legacy work to more accurate, streamlined, and automated models, dashboards, and data feeds. Your work will change from week-to-week and month-to-month as you partner with FP&A to redesign how the team plans and forecasts, build new dashboards, and train AI agents to do the tedious stuff automatically. We need someone who combines financial acumen with technical know-how — translating model assumptions and drivers into the right long-term solution, whether that's a Pigment model, a Python script, or an AI agent. You'll also own the trustworthiness of the numbers Finance leaders rely on, building systematic data-quality checks and partnering with the Data/Analytics Engineering team to resolve upstream data issues. And because a fix that only you can maintain isn't really a fix, you'll document your models clearly enough that analysts without a Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes — empowering the team with tools that completely solve problems without manual workarounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Pigment, BigQuery, NetSuite, Omni, Sigma, Claude Code
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with FP&A business partners across Sales & Marketing, R&D, and G&A to understand how each team plans, forecasts, and reports today, then work together to identify manual, repetitive Finance work that Pigment integrations, Python scripts, and AI agents can streamline and automate.
Own the end-to-end build of new and migrated Pigment models — data blocks, formulas, workflows, dashboards, and views — turning fuzzy business asks from FP&A into technical solutions people actually want to use.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of our Pigment architecture, ensuring we avoid a tangled mess of metrics, dimensions, and boards and keep our tools easy-to-navigate.
Team up with your peers on the Finance Systems team to build durable integrations between Pigment, BigQuery, and other finance systems, so the data everyone needs shows up accurately and automatically instead of through manual workarounds.
Put systematic data-quality checks in place — reconciliations, change monitoring, variance alerts — so business partners can trust the numbers without manual effort.
Document what you build clearly enough that a Finance analyst with no Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes.
Loop in the Data/Analytics Engineering team when a request needs a new data connection or you find an upstream data problem.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or analytics engineering, with hands-on work in an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) — or an equivalent analytics-engineering background (SQL, dbt, Python) with a strong interest in moving into EPM/finance systems work.
Proven experience using AI agents/LLM tooling to automate finance workflows.
Ability to sit with a Finance stakeholder, listen to a messy description of “how we currently do this,” and come back with a well-scoped technical plan.
Working proficiency in Python — or willingness and ability to learn via Claude Code or Codex.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar).
High attention to detail — this role will work on models that inform real business decisions, so the ability to audit models and build intuition on outputs matter as much as speed.
Strong communication skills — able to explain a data discrepancy or a modeling trade-off to someone without a systems or data background.
Bonus Skills
Prior experience inside an FP&A or corporate finance function (not just building tools for one from the outside), ideally supporting a Sales, R&D, or G&A finance function specifically.
Prior experience building a Sales Capacity/Planning model or a Supply Chain model in Pigment, Anaplan, or another similar planning platform.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Omni.
Experience with dbt or another data-transformation framework.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
T
ogether, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️

Your goal is to be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful to our members. After all, we are dealing with a crucial subject — their health — and we are committed to offering them exceptional service.
- Improving Alan - As a User Care Expert, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on projects next to answering our members. The focus of these projects depends on your interest and background. We expect you to help us implement better processes and tools, and to contribute to improving our product. This will involve analysing what you see, identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions on what we can do better.
- Grow and learn - At Alan, we are dedicated to learn as much as we can. It's not every day that you can join a fast-growing company, tackling an obsolete sector by putting the member at the heart of it all. You will become an expert in healthcare and insurance, and help new members of the great healthcare team.
- Pioneering - The 🇧🇪 care team today is still relatively small. However, we have bold ambitions and will grow quickly. You will be involved in building, nurturing and enhancing our care team on a daily basis.
⭐️ JOIN THE 🇧🇪 CARE TEAM ⭐️
You will be a good fit for the role if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in: a customer-support role; or education; or communication
- Are bilingual English + Dutch
- Have a passion for caring for members, and solving their problems
- Love written communication
- Are comfortable with computers and technology in general
- Have a very empathetic mindset
- Are motivated and entrepreneurial
- Have an enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.

Director of Technology Operations
We are building the next operating model for a ~150-person technology organization behind production-critical financial infrastructure.
We are looking for a Director of Technology Operations to lead that transformation.
This is not a traditional infrastructure or IT operations role. The mandate is to evolve Technology Operations from a primarily reactive model toward a scalable organization built around clear ownership, platform engineering, automation, self-service, operational excellence, resilience and measurable outcomes.
You will initially lead several established technology functions through their existing Heads and Leads, with approximately 25 people across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence. The mandate is broader than the initial team size: you will help shape the operating model of a ~150-person technology organization and build capabilities designed to scale significantly beyond today's structure.
Your responsibility will go beyond managing these teams. You will help shape how the broader technology organization operates: how production services are owned, how incidents and changes are managed, how engineers consume infrastructure capabilities, how operational risks are identified, and how recurring manual work is systematically eliminated.
A major part of the role is organizational transformation. We expect you to assess the current model, challenge it where necessary, define the target state, develop the leaders underneath you, and deliver measurable improvements rather than simply introduce new processes.
The goal is straightforward: as the company grows, Technology Operations should become more reliable, resilient and scalable while requiring less manual coordination, less operational toil and less executive intervention.
What you will do
Lead the transformation of Technology Operations across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence, moving the organization from reactive operations toward ownership, automation, self-service and measurable outcomes.
Define the Technology Operations strategy, target operating model, organizational structure, responsibilities, priorities and transformation roadmap.
Lead multiple established technology functions through Heads, Leads and other managers, creating clear accountability and developing leaders who can operate with increasing autonomy.
Lead the evolution of DevOps toward a Platform Engineering model that reduces operational toil, increases self-service and improves developer productivity while maintaining reliability and security.
Partner with Engineering to establish a "you build it, you own it" model, where product teams retain ownership of their services in production while Technology Operations provides the platform, standards, tooling and operational framework that enable them to operate reliably.
Develop Service Management toward Operational Excellence: strengthen service ownership, incident and problem management, introduce risk-based change governance, reduce unnecessary manual controls, and use operational data to eliminate systemic causes of failures.
Transform Corporate IT toward a secure, automated employee technology model, with strong identity and access lifecycle management, device management, governance and employee self-service.
Continuously assess the current organization, technology landscape and operating model, identify structural and operational gaps, and turn them into concrete improvement initiatives.
Improve the maturity, reliability, scalability and efficiency of technology operations supporting production-critical systems.
Define meaningful operational metrics and use them to identify systemic problems, measure transformation outcomes and drive improvements rather than simply report performance.
Own the Technology Operations contribution to digital operational resilience, including ICT business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and restoration, resilience testing, recovery objectives, crisis readiness, and remediation of findings from incidents and resilience exercises.
Partner with Security, Risk and Compliance to maintain an effective ICT risk management and control environment, including technology risk identification, critical service dependencies, ICT third-party risk, resilience testing, audit readiness and regulatory remediation.
Ensure operational and technology risks are identified early, understood, prioritized and addressed appropriately.
Support the company through audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and other controls relevant to financial and technology organizations.
Own and optimize budgets, technology vendors, infrastructure investments and external partnerships within the function.
Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, Compliance, Product, Finance and other business functions.
Represent Technology Operations in cross-functional and executive discussions and communicate complex technology and operational topics clearly to different audiences.
Help prepare the technology organization for the next stage of the company's growth, including increasingly complex enterprise customers, new products and a larger engineering organization.
What we are looking for
Significant leadership experience in Technology Operations, IT Operations, Infrastructure & Operations, Platform/Production Operations, Platform Engineering or a comparable technology function.
Experience as a manager of managers, with responsibility for several teams or functions through Heads, Engineering Managers, Team Leads or equivalent leadership roles.
Previous experience as a Technology Director, VP/Head of Technology Operations, Platform/Infrastructure leader or in a comparable senior role within a product engineering organization is highly relevant.
Proven examples of significant organizational or technology transformation: changing operating models, building or restructuring functions, introducing new capabilities, increasing operational maturity, scaling teams or materially changing how technology organizations operate.
Experience leading or evolving DevOps, SRE or infrastructure capabilities toward Platform Engineering, including developer self-service, automation and reduction of operational toil.
Strong understanding of modern production ownership models and the relationship between Platform Engineering and product engineering teams.
Experience with production-critical systems where availability, reliability, security and operational failures have direct business impact.
Experience with IT and Service Management in modern product/engineering environments, including incident, problem and change management.
Experience transforming Corporate IT or employee technology environments, including identity/access lifecycle, endpoint/device management, automation, governance and employee self-service.
Practical experience with business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience in production-critical environments, including BIA, RTO/RPO, backup and restoration, resilience testing and remediation.
Experience working with Security, Risk and Compliance teams and managing technology and operational risks.
Exposure to audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and operational controls relevant to financial institutions or other regulated environments.
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to technology operations in financial services, such as DORA, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic engineering and operational controls, is a plus.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts and technology investments.
Ability to operate effectively when requirements, organizational boundaries or the final solution are not yet fully defined.
Track record of developing leaders and building teams that can operate without constant escalation or executive intervention.
Ability to move between strategic topics and operational problems: understand what requires executive attention, delegate what should be owned by your leaders, and personally step in when the situation requires it.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical teams, senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial infrastructure or another regulated and production-critical technology environment would be highly valuable.
How we think about this role
We are not looking for a traditional IT or infrastructure leader whose primary focus is maintaining existing systems and following established processes.
We need someone who is comfortable entering an environment where not everything has already been defined — and who sees that ambiguity as part of the mandate.
You should be able to understand how the organization actually operates today, distinguish symptoms from systemic problems, bring the right people together, make decisions with incomplete information, and turn those decisions into measurable organizational and technology improvements.
You will not be expected to solve every problem personally. A major part of your role will be to build strong Heads and Leads who can own their areas independently, while you focus on the most important organizational, strategic and cross-functional challenges.
At the same time, limited resources, legacy approaches or imperfect processes should be constraints to work with — not reasons why progress cannot happen.
What success looks like
Within the first 6–12 months, we expect to see measurable movement in addition to plans:
reduced recurring operational toil;
increasing developer and employee self-service;
stronger and clearer service ownership;
fewer repeated incidents and systemic operational failures;
more risk-based and automated change management;
improved developer and employee experience;
clearer operational and resilience metrics;
measurable progress toward a Platform Engineering model;
stronger operational resilience and risk management;
and Heads and Leads operating with greater autonomy.
You will have established a clear target operating model and transformation roadmap, but success will not be measured by the existence of the roadmap itself. It will be visible in how the organization operates.
Success means the organization requires less manual coordination and executive intervention while becoming more reliable, resilient, faster and more scalable.
