We are looking for a
Team Lead Software Engineer
(.NET)
.
Your main tasks will be:
Own delivery of the monolith-to-microservices modernization end-to-end — from legacy analysis through production release — with full visibility into pipeline status and risk.
Partner with Product and Architecture to review specs, map legacy dependencies, and turn that into estimates the team can actually hit.
Guide architectural decisions across .NET Core services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and frontend integrations, and be the go-to for the hardest backend, data migration, and production incident calls.
Sharpen how the team works day-to-day — tighter task tracking in Jira, more accurate estimation, and a QA partnership that keeps bugs resolved fast and production stable.
Run regular 1-on-1s tied to real career goals, and drive the feedback and process changes that keep the team improving and engaged.
We expect from you:
Solid
.NET engineering background
with deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.
Deep understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, the microservices pattern, message brokers (RabbitMQ), and
database design (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Redis).
Practical experience with legacy system modernization, monorepo-to-microservices refactoring, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to act as the technical escalation point for complex implementation, data migration, or performance issues.
Proven experience managing engineering teams — running 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and objective evaluations.
Strong track record in delivery management: task tracking in Jira, process discipline, and hitting internal deadlines with predictable releases.
Experience reviewing business specs, assessing technical feasibility, and providing high-level estimates — partnering closely with PM and product to keep engineering output aligned with product goals.

Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
The role
MetaMask is launching an official VIP programme in early 2027. Our pilot showed that high volume traders bring their trading to MetaMask when someone owns the relationship with them. Swaps, Memecoins, Perps, RWA and Prediction Markets are at the heart of our business, and a small number of traders drive a large share of it.
As the US Relationship Manager, you will own MetaMask's relationships with US high volume traders and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across our Trade and Money VIP programmes. The US market is competitive, and established exchanges have mature VIP offerings. You will win people over with trust, product access and time spent in person.
What you will own

Building relationships across the US trader, HNWI and community landscape, including industry networks, referrals, events and inbound interest.
Negotiating and agreeing VIP terms with candidates, within MetaMask's programme guidelines.
Acting as each VIP's main point of contact, and bringing in Support, Product, Marketing and leadership when needed.
Hosting and attending VIP gatherings across the US, working with our Events team, with regular travel to key US hubs and industry events.
Turning conversations with VIPs into insight on trading behaviour, competitor offers, market shifts and product gaps, and sharing it with Product.
Adapting VIP materials and communications for a US audience, in line with Legal guidance.
Tracking and reporting on pipeline, volume, fees and retention.
What success looks like
A growing, active and engaged VIP community in the US.
Strong retention and a healthy flow of referrals.
VIP feedback that shapes what Product builds.
Relationships handled in full compliance with our policies.
What you bring
Experience in VIP, account management or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages or fintech.
A credible network among high volume US traders, HNWIs, KOLs or communities, or a track record of building one.
Excellent written and spoken English, and the polish to work with high net worth clients.
A good understanding of the US trading landscape and how traders compare offers.
Comfort working towards volume, fee and deposit targets.
Solid knowledge of on chain trading and DeFi.
Sound judgement on US regulation, and comfort working with Legal guidance.
Nice to have
Experience hosting private events or community gatherings for high value and HNWI clients.
Familiarity with MetaMask products across our trading features and Money Account.

From product launches and campaigns to events, advertising, social, motion, and visual identity systems, you'll help create a brand that's instantly recognizable and impossible to ignore.
We're looking for someone with exceptional visual craft, outstanding creative taste, and experience building brands for modern software, AI, or technology companies. You understand how to communicate complex products through clear, compelling visual storytelling, creating work that's both strategically effective and visually memorable.
You'll think beyond individual assets, building scalable visual systems while constantly pushing the brand forward. Working closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Motion, Content, and Leadership, you'll help define how Circle shows up to the world.
We're building a brand that stands alongside the very best in technology—not just one that's functional, but one that's instantly recognizable, culturally relevant, and sets the standard for modern software companies.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Help define and evolve Circle's visual identity across every customer-facing touchpoint.
- Lead the creative direction for major product launches, campaigns, announcements, and strategic initiatives.
- Design scalable brand systems that work across web, social, paid advertising, events, presentations, email, video, and product marketing.
- Develop compelling visual narratives for new product launches, translating complex software and AI capabilities into simple, engaging brand experiences.
- Create campaign identities, illustrations, iconography, graphics, presentations, and launch assets that elevate the Circle brand.
- Develop storyboards and creative concepts for launch videos, motion pieces, and product announcements, collaborating closely with motion designers throughout production.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Motion, and Leadership to define the visual direction for major company moments.
- Build reusable brand systems, templates, and creative frameworks that improve consistency and speed across the company.
- Continuously evolve Circle's design language by researching emerging trends across branding, AI, motion, and digital design.
- Present creative concepts confidently, communicate design rationale, and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every asset reflects the quality expected from the Circle brand.
- Research emerging AI-powered creative tools and identify opportunities to improve our design workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Strong alignment with our values (find them on our Careers page if you haven't already).
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
- 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer within software, AI, or technology companies.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand design across campaigns, product launches, visual identities, and digital experiences.
- Experience building and evolving brands for modern software companies, with a strong understanding of how to communicate complex products through simple, engaging design.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, AI, and technology design trends, with an eye for where modern brands are heading—not just where they are today.
- Experience developing creative concepts and storyboards for product launches, brand films, motion graphics, or campaign videos.
- Experience collaborating closely with motion designers and understanding how static design translates into animation and storytelling.
- Exceptional typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us on our mission to help everyone shape the tools that shape their lives.
At Notion, we believe in building software that adapts to how people work, not the other way around. As we scale globally, we need someone who can ensure our revenue teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes to succeed across every geography while maintaining our core values and approach to customer relationships.
We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to own the development and implementation of global enablement programs that scale seamlessly across regions. You'll spend 50% of your time developing and locally implementing these global programs, and 50% tuning enablement initiatives to meet regional needs—all while maintaining a globally aligned selling process that honors local market nuances.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring someone who can think globally while acting locally. You'll leverage AI and automation to build scalable enablement solutions that empower our revenue teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences worldwide.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
Global Program Development & Implementation (50%)
- Champion our global operating cadence to ensure the Japan and Korea region is successfully executing our GTM strategy as an extension of the Global Revenue Operations team
- Design, develop and manage comprehensive enablement programs that can be deployed globally while maintaining consistency in our selling methodology and GTM goals
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to create scalable training curriculum, design content, program manage SME stakeholders, develop certification programs, deploy continuous training frameworks frameworks and more
- Build and maintain our global sales playbook, ensuring it reflects best practices that work across diverse markets
- Leverage AI tools and automation to create personalized learning paths, real-time coaching recommendations for revenue team members and leverage the work of our Enablement team
- Establish measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and ROI across all regions — you'll close the loop and report out on progress
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align product releases, go-to-market strategies, and enablement rollouts
Regional Tuning & Localization (50%)
- Collaborate with regional sales and GTM leaders to identify local market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior patterns
- Adapt global programs to address regional needs while maintaining core methodology and brand consistency
- Create region-specific content, case studies, and competitive battle cards that resonate with local markets
- Build feedback loops between regional teams and global program development to continuously improve our approach
- Support regional team leads in coaching and reinforcing enablement initiatives within their teams

- Experience working with global sales teams and understanding of diverse market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring program impact and ROI
Skills & Qualities
- Strategic thinker who can balance global consistency with local relevance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with senior leadership

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
