Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing.
Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Exceptional live presentation or workshop facilitation skills.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:

Workplace: Hybrid
Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here
- Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions
- Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, London, San Francisco, Paris and Seattle.
We’re looking for a Creative with a focus on campaigns for Product Marketing. This is not a growth role. It’s a hands-on campaign creative role for someone who makes the work themselves, with AI as their primary medium. You’ll own full-funnel launch campaigns for Runway’s products, features and research: launch films, key visuals, landing pages, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows and everything in between. You’ll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
We’re open to creatives who lead with art direction or with copy. What matters is that you make the work yourself and can move across both. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand and adopt what Runway builds. That means work with real taste that stops people mid-scroll, makes new research feel tangible, and turns curiosity into first use. You’ll also help build the workflows and automations that let a small team ship at the pace of the product. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, design, research, growth and product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build full-funnel launch campaigns end to end: the idea, the script, the boards, the generation, the edit, the finish.
- Make launch films, key visuals and campaign systems that hold up next to the best brand work in the world.
- Turn research breakthroughs into work people outside the field can feel, not just read about.
- Extend each campaign across every surface (landing pages, social, email, in-product) without losing the idea.
- Work at the pace of the product: several launches at once, fast timelines, quality never optional.
- Build the machine behind the work. Turn what you make into reusable prompts, workflows and automated pipelines, so every campaign starts further ahead than the last.
- Treat every new model as new creative territory, and show the team what’s now possible before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years making creative at an agency, studio or brand, with real campaigns shipped for real clients.
- A portfolio that proves taste first. AI-generated or AI-assisted work should be central to it.
- Fluency with image and video models, plus the craft tools to finish (editing, compositing, design).
- Art direction instincts: casting, styling, light, composition, type and pacing.
- A strong lead discipline (art direction, motion/edit or copy) and comfort across the others.
- A builder’s mindset. You’ve chained tools together, automated the repetitive parts, or built workflows others use.
- The range to move from a cinematic launch film to a single perfect frame in the same week.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience launching creative tools, AI products or research.
- You’ve already built something interesting on Runway.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.
