- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance
As a Financial Analyst, GTM, you’ll:
- Own the GTM expense plan and forecast, covering headcount and non-headcount spend, and turn it into executive-ready commentary for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders on variances, risks, and investment tradeoffs
- Manage GTM headcount planning and capacity, including hiring plans, ratios such as quota-carrying reps to sales support, and attrition, and flag drift from targets before it affects the forecast
- Reduce manual effort in planning by improving Workday and Adaptive Planning workflows, removing manual tagging, and setting materiality thresholds so non-headcount forecast updates focus on spend that moves the outlook
- Own the single source of truth for ARR and ATR across our Sales and Self-Serve models, auditing the ARR in Salesforce and the data warehouse, documenting metric definitions, and resolving breaks with Revenue Operations, Data and/or Accounting
- Run the monthly churn, renewal, and write-off review with GTM partners, preparing the analysis, root-cause commentary, and forecast implications leaders use to make decisions
- Synthesize multi-source data from Salesforce, the data warehouse, Workday, and NetSuite into clear metrics, KPIs, and business narratives that inform GTM leadership decisions
- Build working relationships across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and GTM to drive alignment without formal authority, and automate recurring reporting with SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting; experience in SaaS or a subscription business is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models from raw data
You’ll thrive as a Financial Analyst, GTM if you:
- Have a working understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and renewals, and can trace them back to source data in Salesforce and the data warehouse
- Enjoy partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders and can explain financial results in plain terms to non-finance audiences
- Notice manual work and fix it, whether with SQL, spreadsheet automation, or AI tools
- Bring accounting fluency, including accruals and the monthly close; a CPA and a Big 4 background is preferred
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE?
We’re building the foundational infrastructure that will define how the world thinks about and deploys AI, and we want the sharpest, most driven, and most curious people to help us do it. As the head of the Data Foundation pillar of our Analytics and Data Insights team, you’ll lead the team that makes Cohere’s data trustworthy, governed, and available: the warehouse every analytics surface runs on, the pipelines that keep it fresh, the access model that keeps it secure, and the agentic analytics layer that lets anyone at Cohere (and their agents) ask questions of governed data directly.
Your team owns the full data lifecycle. You’ll run ingestion into BigQuery from internal and external data sources, orchestrate it in Airflow and Cloud Run, model the data warehouse in dbt, and serve the results through Looker, export APIs, and customer-facing analytics surfaces. Everything is provisioned as code in Terraform, and governance is part of the design: VPC service controls, IAM patterns, and documented access paths that let people and agents move fast without putting data at risk.
This role is both highly visible and highly impactful, and you’ll inherit a solid structure on which to build the rest of the stack: a Terraform-provisioned warehouse framework, dbt modeling conventions, an alerting and incident-response practice, and documentation patterns to keep everything discoverable. The roadmap is set with big bets in flight: scaling that framework across the company, standing up an internal analytics agent with a real eval harness, and consolidating institutional knowledge into a self-correcting and self-maintaining system that keeps context centralized, current, and documented, rather than dispersed and in people’s heads.
Responsibilities
As the head of the Data Foundation pillar, you will:
- Build and lead the team. Hire and grow a team of data and infrastructure engineers; set the technical bar; develop strong talent and raise team performance, building leadership capability beneath you.
- Set the roadmap from company strategy. Own and sequence the Data Foundation roadmap: the warehouse buildout, the agentic analytics program, data governance, and the platform work that unblocks our other pillars. You’ll make the trade-offs and carry the cross-functional impact that comes with them.
- Own the data platform end to end. Ingestion (managed connectors and an open-source connector framework), orchestration on Airflow and Cloud Run, warehouse modeling in BigQuery with dbt (raw, core, mart layers), and serving through Looker, export APIs, and semantic layers. All of it provisioned as code in Terraform.
- Own data governance. Define how humans, service accounts, and agents get access to governed data: VPC service controls, IAM patterns, documented onboarding paths, audit logs, and sensitive requests (including legal holds) handled to deadline.
- Operate for reliability. Run the alerting and anomaly-detection framework, own data freshness SLAs, lead incident response and postmortems, and turn every incident into a durable standard so the same class of failure doesn’t recur.
- Lead the agentic analytics program. Wire the semantic layer into an internal analytics agent, build the eval harness that measures its accuracy, and make the eval-driven call on where AI earns its way into production. Apply the same discipline to automating data engineering work itself.
- Set the standard for analytics across the company. The medallion framework, naming conventions, and testing patterns your team maintains become the way other teams ship analytics data. You’ll onboard new domains onto it and keep the docs accurate to how the systems actually work.
- Partner across the org. Work with the North product and engineering teams on the analytics surfaces that ship in the product (including a customer-facing analytics export), with Business Insights on marts for the business, with Security on data governance, and with Legal on compliance-critical data requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
You may be a good fit, if you have:
- 10+ years of experience across data engineering, data infrastructure, or analytics platform work, with a strong management track record leading data platform or infrastructure teams
- Serious hands-on history in data engineering or infrastructure before management. You can still read a Terraform plan, a dbt DAG, or an Airflow scheduler log and ask the question that matters
- Production experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar), workflow orchestration (Airflow or similar), and infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar)
- Depth in data modeling: you think in fact and dimension tables, raw/core/mart separation, and semantic layers, and you have opinions on where tests and contracts belong
- A record of setting a team’s roadmap from company or function strategy and delivering outcomes that span teams, with the cross-functional partnerships to match
- Operational excellence you can point to: alerting you trust, SLAs you meet, incidents you run to ground and write up so they teach
- Exposure to data security and governance: IAM, access management, VPC service controls or equivalent, audit and compliance workflows
- Genuine excitement about AI: you follow the research, have opinions, and are energized by building the data foundation an AI company (and its AI agents) runs on
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, leading a multi-workstream roadmap, and working directly with executives on priorities
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!

We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

About the Job:
AI-powered workflows are only as good as the customer data underneath them. LaunchDarkly helps engineering teams ship software faster and more safely through feature management, experimentation, and AI delivery tooling. As our GTM Data Governance Manager (MDM), you will set the rules that make our core customer data (accounts, contacts, subscriptions, and users) accurate, consistent, and trusted across Salesforce, our billing and finance systems, marketing automation, product usage data, and the data warehouse.
This is an individual contributor role with real ownership of the data model and its standards. You will partner with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, Finance Systems, Legal, and Security to put those standards into production. Your work is the foundation for reliable reporting, accurate territory and segmentation, clean pipeline attribution, and the AI workflows that depend on high-quality data.
Responsibilities:
Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for the account, contact, and organization hierarchy domains.
Define golden record rules: matching, merging, survivorship, and parent/child hierarchies across CRM, billing, product, and support systems.
Set data governance standards, including ownership, stewardship roles, definitions, and quality SLAs, in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Run the processes for onboarding new data sources, handling change requests, and managing lifecycle events such as mergers, acquisitions, and customer reorganizations.
Design and monitor data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards covering completeness, accuracy, duplication, and timeliness. Drive remediation and report data health, risks, and progress to leadership with clear metrics and business impact.
Specify integration patterns and acceptance criteria across Salesforce, the data warehouse, and enrichment providers, and work with Data Engineering and GTM Systems to build them. Recommend build vs. buy for MDM, identity resolution, enrichment, and data quality tooling.
Provide trusted, well-documented data products for analytics and AI use cases. Act as the data owner with Legal and Security on PII handling, GDPR and CCPA requirements, retention, and access controls.
Who You'll Work With:
Data Engineering and GTM Systems build pipelines and Salesforce configuration. Legal and Security own privacy and security decisions, and you inform them as the data owner. You own the rules, standards, and acceptance criteria that tell everyone else what "correct" looks like.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data engineering, or analytics, including 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs.
Hands-on experience designing match, merge, and survivorship rules and golden record or hierarchy models, with results you can describe.
Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale.
Experience building and operating a data governance framework: policies, stewardship models, and SLAs.
Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
A track record of delivering cross-functional programs without direct authority.
Nice to Have
Experience at a B2B SaaS company with a product-led or hybrid sales motion, including mapping product users and workspaces to CRM accounts.
Familiarity with enrichment and firmographic data, entity matching approaches, and ML-assisted or LLM-assisted matching and cleansing.
Working knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks such as SOC 2.
