ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Traditional PR is fading — we go directly to our audience. This role brings together what used to be two separate seats, communications and social media, into one mid-to-senior, hands-on role: owning Supabase's voice in the channels where developers actually pay attention, and building our founders' presence in them.
"New media" here means modern and direct, not traditional press — we care far more about getting our founders onto the right podcasts and YouTube channels than landing a New York Times placement. It's part comms, part social operator, with a sharper edge than a typical polite PR hire: someone willing to put an opinion out there and push a little rather than always play it safe. But it's not just a social media job either — this person also needs the poise and technical credibility to lead comms through genuinely high-stakes moments, like a major incident, where reporters, investors, and customers all need a calm, credible, technically fluent voice at the same time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Make sure we're part of the current conversation and are going directly to our audience — new media over old-world press
- Own and execute our new media strategy
- Run and grow Supabase's X + LinkedIn accounts, hands on keyboard
- Help build the accounts of our founders and team — including ghostwriting in their voice
- Explore and exploit unconventional channels and formats
- Book our cofounders on the most known shows, podcasts, and YouTube channels in our space
- Work directly with DevRel and the PMM team on launches and Select
- Manage comms around incidents, funding, and other high-stakes moments — crisis comms handled with poise and technical credibility (this is key)
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Excellent writer with a distinctive voice — equally strong posting as yourself and ghostwriting for others
- Track record of growing accounts, ideally for a technical audience
- Unconventional thinker — willing to put an opinion out there and push a little, with the judgment to know when
- Seasoned enough for the serious moments — incidents, funding, press — calm, credible, and technically fluent
- High agency — you're probably already doing a version of this somewhere scrappier
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

Location: Germany
Eligibility: This individual must be a German citizen living in Germany and fluent in German, enabling immediate engagement with critical defense and national security customers.
Security Clearance: German security clearance is not required, but is a strong nice-to-have.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:

- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders including departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for public sector and defence timelines, security review processes, and approval cycles

- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government and defence deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:

The Advisor will also support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority public health needs, including tuberculosis (TB), particularly where improved linkages between primary care, diagnostic services, treatment facilities, hospitals, and specialty services can strengthen continuity of care.
The Advisor will provide technical expertise to design the regional care and referral model, establish necessary operating processes and agreements, assess financing pathways, develop options for a professionally managed command center, identify opportunities to activate priority facility capacity, and support pilot implementation.
The Advisor will work closely with the designated DOH Hospital Cluster lead, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH hospitals, Local Government Units (LGUs), PhilHealth, participating private providers, and other relevant stakeholders. The position will provide technical advice and implementation support. Final decisions on policy, financing, staffing, procurement, contracting, and facility operations shall remain with the appropriate authorized government and institutional officials.
The Advisor will support the DOH in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Philippines is advancing Universal Health Care (UHC), including by embedding tuberculosis (TB) control and global health security (GHS) into its primary health care system. To move this forward, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) is developing and piloting UHC financing reforms. This includes policies that better integrate TB services and strengthen GHS preparedness within primary care and provider networks.
The UHC policy and financing reforms include network contracting and the shift to Health Care Provider Networks. These reforms show PHIC's commitment to strengthening its strategic purchasing role. The PHIC needs a Senior Health Policy and Financing Advisor to speed up these priorities.
The Health Policy and Financing Advisor will directly report to PHIC’s Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer (OPCEO) as the technical review and clearing house for policies and PhilHealth benefit enhancements. The Advisor will work with the policy development units and other relevant offices to monitor progress, ensure alignment of timelines, and flag technical, operational, or legal risks that need swift resolution among offices.
The Advisor will support PHIC in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support PHIC in the timely delivery of the policies within the Focus Areas of Functional Primary Care System, including policies that better integrate TB services and strengthen GHS preparedness within primary care and provider networks.
Work with the policy development units and other relevant offices to monitor progress, ensure alignment of timelines, and flag technical, operational, or legal risks that need swift resolution among offices.
Prepare briefers and presentations to provide PHIC officials with updates on the policies within the focus areas, including progress on TB and GHS policies.
Coordinate with the Department of Health (DOH) National TB Program, the DOH Epidemiology Bureau, and relevant TB and GHS partners to align financing policies with program and surveillance priorities.
Specific Responsibilities
The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Advisor:
Lead policy development for PhilHealth ExeCom and Board approval for Primary Care Provider Networks (PCPNs) and Health Care Provider Networks (HCPNs).
Support the contracting and operationalization of 10 PCPNs and 5 HCPNs as pilot implementation. Include TB service and outbreak-readiness requirements in pilot network contracts.
Develop guidelines and facilitate fair and transparent selection of pilot sites. Consider TB burden and health security risk as possible selection factors.
Develop baseline status assessment templates for usage by PhilHealth Regional Offices. Consider including indicators on TB service capacity (screening, diagnostics, treatment, and preventive treatment) and emergency preparedness.
Develop delineation of roles and responsibilities between the DOH and PhilHealth in implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the pilots.
Support Policy Development for Pillar 2.
Project management of identified priority initiatives under the Unified National Agenda
Coordinate and liaise with the appropriate PHIC offices to address technical, operational, legal, or actuarial risks for alignment and resolution.
Support the policy units to ensure adherence to timelines for policy development, approval, and cascade.
Organize and attend meetings as necessary to ensure regular discussions and alignment between OPCEO directives and the offices involved in policy development.
Review existing PhilHealth TB benefits. Recommend ways to fold them into network contracting, DRGs, and global budgets, and to design payment approaches that reward case detection and treatment completion and engage private providers.
Recommend health financing options so PCPNs and HCPNs can respond to outbreaks and public health emergencies.
