About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About The Role
About the role
We are looking for a
Senior Data Analyst, Lifecycle
to own measurement and experimentation for how new customers activate and existing ones stay. The metrics are yours whatever the lever: CRM campaigns, promos and incentives, onboarding changes in the product, and a next best action layer that decides what each customer should see next. You decide what we test, how we test it and what we do with the answer. You also bring your own hypotheses on where the next win is.
What You'll Do
What you'll do
Join activation and retention initiatives before anything is built, whether they come from CRM, growth or product. Define the primary metric, check against historical data whether the effect is detectable at our volumes, and turn solution-shaped requests into problem-shaped ones.
Design and analyse experiments end to end: hypothesis, guardrails, audience split, MDE and power, stopping rule, and a readout that ends in ship, iterate or kill.
Correct for channel and engagement bias (not everyone opens email, and open and click populations are self-selected). When a clean A/B is impossible, use causal inference: diff-in-diff, matching, synthetic control or geo designs.
Bring hypotheses of your own. Launch a few new experiments across onboarding and the customer lifecycle, and turn one-off wins into recurring segmented flows.
Build deliberately simple models: segmentation, propensity, churn and dormancy scoring. They feed audiences, personalisation and incentive targeting. Over time these come together into next best action: for a given customer, which offer, feature nudge or message to send next, through which channel, and whether to send anything at all. You own the logic and the measurement of whether it beats the current rules.
Automate your own recurring work: audience refresh jobs, readout templates, dashboards for Activation, Onboarding and Retention. Ship models the Databricks way (scheduled jobs write tables, tables map into downstream tools such as Braze) and bring engagement data back into the warehouse to close the loop.
What You Bring
What you bring
Strong SQL and Python, and a Git-based warehouse workflow with code review.
Experiment design, statistics and metric design you can defend.
BI experience, Power BI/Tableau or similar.
Stakeholder management and business sense: you can push back, reframe a request and land a recommendation with a non-technical audience.
Curiosity and ownership. You run your area without waiting to be asked.
Nice To Have

Causal inference methods and a clear sense of when each one is valid.
Clustering and segmentation that ends up in use, not in a slide.
Predictive modelling with honest validation. Uplift modelling is a plus.
Braze or a comparable CRM platform: audiences, canvases, native split testing, channel mechanics and their biases.

xsolla.com

ABOUT THE ROLE
Xsolla Ads connects advertisers with players across Xsolla's games and commerce surfaces. Every dollar that moves through it depends on two kinds of integration working correctly: the oRTB connections to the DSPs and SSPs that buy and sell our inventory, and the
MMP
and event integrations that tell advertisers whether a player installed, registered, or made a purchase.
You'll be the technical owner of those integrations for our strategic partners. That means you're the person a
DSP
calls when their bid rate falls off a cliff, the person an
MMP
works with to get postbacks mapped correctly, and the person who tells an advertiser exactly why their dashboard and ours disagree. You'll work with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Data, and you'll bring what partners need back into the roadmap in a form engineers can act on.
RESPONSIBILITIES
oRTB integrations (supply and demand)
Own technical onboarding for DSPs and SSPs, from spec review and test traffic through to production.
Map bid requests and responses against oRTB 2.5/2.6, including partner-specific extensions, and catch mismatches before they cost money.
Set up and maintain seats, deal IDs, and floors, and keep ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object data accurate.
Troubleshoot bid rate, win rate, timeouts, creative rejections, and revenue discrepancies down to root cause.
MMP
and event integrations
Run integrations with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular, plus direct advertiser postback setups.
Configure install and in-app event postbacks: macros and parameter mapping, click IDs, event names and values, attribution windows, and postback authentication.
Work with advertisers to define which in-app events matter for their campaigns and confirm they fire correctly before launch.
Reconcile conversion discrepancies between Xsolla, MMPs, and advertisers, and explain the cause in plain terms.
Strategic partner ownership
Be the technical point of contact on partner calls, and answer hard integration questions in real time.
Build integration plans and launch checklists, and stay close to partners through go-live.
Bring technical health and integration status into partner business reviews.
Voice of the partner
Turn partner requests and defects into well-scoped tickets with reproduction steps, logs, and expected behavior.
Give Product and Engineering early feedback on specs, so integration problems get caught on paper.
Write and maintain partner-facing integration guides and internal runbooks.
Data and reporting
Use SQL and logs to investigate discrepancies, monitor integration health, and spot problems before partners do.
Build simple dashboards and reports that show partner and integration performance.
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
A
DSP
's bid rate drops 40% overnight. You pull sample bid requests, find a field that changed format in the last release, and coordinate the fix with Engineering.
An
MMP
reports 18% fewer purchase events than we do. You trace it to event-value mapping and a deduplication rule, then agree the fix with both sides.
An
SSP
's sellers.json entry doesn't match our app-ads.txt, and buyers are filtering the inventory. You find the mismatch and get both files corrected.
A new advertiser wants to pay on day-7 retention. You work out which in-app events their
MMP
can send, map them, and test the postbacks end to end before the campaign goes live.
You notice three partners hitting the same integration problem, and you write it up for Product with a proposed fix.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5–8 years in ad tech in a technical account management, solutions engineering, integration engineering, or partner support role.
Fluent in oRTB. You can read a bid request and response, explain what each object does, and spot what's wrong.
Hands-on experience setting up
MMP
integrations and debugging install and in-app event postbacks with at least one major
MMP
.
Working knowledge of the supply chain transparency stack: ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object.
Strong with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and server logs. Comfortable writing SQL to answer your own questions.
Experience as the technical owner for strategic partners such as DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, ad networks, or large advertisers.
Clear communication with both engineers and non-technical partners, and calm under pressure when revenue is on the line.
Ownership: you take a problem through to resolution rather than logging it and handing it off.
Based in North America and able to work across North American time zones.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Prebid: Prebid.js, Prebid Server, or Prebid Mobile.
Familiarity with the Ad Context Protocol (
AdCP
) or other agent-to-agent advertising standards.
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to get more done: writing integration test scripts, analyzing logs, drafting partner docs, or automating repeat work. Come ready to show us a real example.
Experience in mobile gaming, app monetization, rewarded ads, or offerwalls.
Familiarity with privacy-safe measurement such as SKAdNetwork and Privacy Sandbox.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
New partners go from signed to live on schedule, without integration surprises in production.
Discrepancies get explained and closed, not left open as a standing argument.
Partners come to you first and resolve issues with you rather than escalating around you.
Engineering receives well-scoped tickets and spends less time on back-and-forth.
We catch integration health problems before partners report them.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

ABOUT THE TEAM
People Intelligence sits within People and Communications. We build the data and products behind talent decisions at every level — from leaders, managers, and employees. Our partners in Total Rewards, HRBP, Talent Management, and People Operations depend on what we ship..The team is a growing team, and you will help set the engineering standard for how we build.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Lead technical projects from first design through launch and iteration, across products such as performance cycles, compensation planning, talent reviews, total rewards statements, and self-service tools.
- Design scalable architectures that integrate with our internal systems (i.e. Workday, Ashby, etc.) and our people data platform, that holds up when the whole company is in a review or compensation cycle.
- Build with security in mind from the first commit, including role and reporting-line access, protection for compensation and performance data, and an audit trail on every change.
- Work directly with Total Rewards, HR business partners, Talent Management, and People Operations to understand how each program runs, transforming it into products that managers and employees want to use.
- AI is native to you, and speeds up how you design, build, and test, to help the team adopt the workflows that hold up.
- Raise the technical bar through design reviews, code review, documentation, and mentorship.
SKILLS YOU BRING:
- 5+ years of professional software development, with a track record of building internal tools and production systems that employees and teams depend on every day.
- Full-stack experience building web applications, with depth in at least one of Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin, and a modern frontend framework such as React.
- Experience designing systems that handle sensitive data, including authentication, fine-grained authorization, and auditability.
- Clear communication with non-technical partners, and the product judgment to simplify a complex process rather than rebuild.
- Experience taking a product from 0 to 1, including making architectural calls with incomplete information and revisiting them as you learn.
NICE-TO-HAVE'S:
- Experience building HR or people products, such as performance management, compensation planning, talent management, or employee self-service. We value this domain depth highly.
- Experience integrating with an HRIS such as Workday, including its APIs and effective-dated data and other HR related systems (i.e. Ashby, Lever, Shareworks, Okta, etc.)
- Familiarity with how people programs run, including review and calibration cycles, compensation bands and merit planning, and job architecture.
- Experience in a regulated or privacy-sensitive environment.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You are self-directed, and you find the next problem worth solving without waiting for a ticket.
- You are curious about how things work, and you ask why a process exists before you change it.
- You treat employee data with care and think about privacy and access as design constraints from the start.
- You would rather ship a simple version, learn from real users, and improve it than hold back a perfect one.
- You own outcomes, not just code, and you stay with a product after it launches.
- You make the people around you better through pairing, reviews, and clear writing.
