ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building the Private Equity channel into one of the company's most significant sources of enterprise growth. Sponsors and their operating teams shape how portfolio companies run finance, and when they standardize on a platform, they do it across dozens of companies at once.
This role will be focused on managing the largest funds in the market. You will own a book of the most strategic PE firms Ramp works with, many of which have multiple investment investment strategies, fund vehicles, and GP stakes businesses under a single name. Each one likely has a different operating partner for each strategy, a deal team with its own relationships, and portfolio CFOs who make the final call. Your job is to know all of them, keep every thread moving, and turn that access into measurable adoption across their portfolios.
It is a high-volume, high-stakes book. The work is relentless relationship management paired with genuine commercial discipline, and it carries the highest CP goal on the channel team. There are only a handful of these seats at Ramp, and real executive visibility comes with them.
What You'll Do
- Own a book of upmarket and megafund PE partners, serving as their primary relationship owner at Ramp.
- Multi-thread across each firm: operating partners by strategy, deal teams, platform and portfolio operations leaders, and portfolio-company CFOs.
- Run disciplined portfolio analysis to find where Ramp can create value, and work with Account Executives to convert that into pipeline.
- Generate and own qualified pipeline against an aggressive CP target, prioritizing the large opportunities that move the number.
- Negotiate custom partnership structures where they make sense, including adoption commitments, and hold the line where terms do not work for Ramp.
- Partner with Events, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to deliver sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners and the collateral your partners ask for.
- Build and maintain the operating system behind the book: relationship maps, portfolio analysis, follow-ups and next steps across a large partner set on a tight touch cycle
- Use AI to automate research, portfolio mapping, call prep and follow-through so the book scales beyond what manual effort allows
What You Need
- A track record of carrying and hitting a high quota in a commercial role. Outbound sales development, account executive, or partnerships backgrounds all work.
- Deep working knowledge of how a private equity firm is structured, including the distinct roles of operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships across a large, complex organization.
- Exceptional organization and agency. History of managing a large book without dropping threads, continual follow-up, and navigating complex organizations.
- Comfort negotiating directly with sophisticated counterparts, and the judgment to know when to walk away.
- A practical, self-directed approach to AI. You build your own workflows rather than waiting for tooling.
- Strong cross-functional instincts across events, growth, marketing and finance. Ability to work dynamically with others internally to drive results.
- Willingness to travel frequently and to work from our New York office. CT or NJ with an in-office commitment also works, and we are open to relocation
Nice to Haves
- Experience partnering with or selling to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Experience at a company with an established channel sales motion.
- Fintech, payments, expense management, or CFO-software background.

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As Baseten scales, our equity program needs to scale with it - more countries, more entities, and more complexity in how we grant, administer, and report on equity. As the Global Equity Programs Lead, you’ll own that function end to end, building the operating model, controls, and systems that let equity run accurately and efficiently as the company grows. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting to keep the program sound as it scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the operating model for equity administration as the company grows across countries, entities, and increasingly complex transactions.
- Run the recurring equity calendar - including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, terminations, and other participant transactions - with clear ownership, deadlines, and exception management.
- Own the integrity of equity records and establish recurring reconciliations across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, cap table, and accounting records.
- Translate compensation and plan decisions into executable workflows, system configurations, approval paths, and employee communications.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting on the equity implications of international hiring, employee mobility, acquisitions, liquidity programs, and other corporate events.
- Coordinate the operational execution of equity refreshes, including data preparation, approval workflows, grant documentation, system uploads, and participant communications.
- Evaluate whether proposed award structures can be administered accurately and at scale, and surface operational, tax, compliance, accounting, and employee-experience risks before launch.
- Design a control environment that supports accurate financial reporting, efficient audits, and reconciliations.
- Develop reporting that gives Finance and People leadership visibility into dilution, grant activity, vesting, exercises, retention trends, and future program obligations.
- Own the equity platform and its surrounding data flows, including configuration, permissions, integrations, vendor performance, and system improvements.
- Create employee resources that make equity easier to understand at important moments such as onboarding, grant issuance, vesting, exercise, and departure.
- Identify recurring manual work and implement practical automation without compromising review, security, or control.
- As the function grows, help define the team structure and determine which capabilities should be built internally versus supported by outside providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of progressive equity administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling private or newly public technology company.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex equity operations - not only advisory or program-design experience, and a willingness to remain close to the underlying data and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting and settlement events, tax withholding, employee mobility, and the operational requirements of equity plans.
- Hands-on experience administering a leading equity platform and working with connected HRIS, payroll, accounting, and reporting systems.
- A strong control mindset, including experience designing reconciliations, approval workflows, documentation, and audit support.
- Ability to diagnose data issues, work through complex exceptions, and establish repeatable processes where no established playbook exists.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to clarify ownership and drive decisions across Legal, People, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain an employee’s equity accurately without giving personal tax or legal advice.
- Strong discretion when handling compensation, ownership, transaction, and employee data.
- Ability to manage several time-sensitive workstreams while maintaining accuracy and following issues through resolution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Equity Professional certification or meaningful progress toward it.
- Experience supporting international equity programs and cross-border employee mobility.
- Experience with significant corporate transactions affecting equity (e.g., acquisitions, tender offers, financings).
- Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting and the data Accounting needs for close, forecasting, audit, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with insider trading policies and equity compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Experience building or expanding an equity operations team.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

- Experience building and documenting equity processes and controls, managing deadlines independently and resolving discrepancies.
- Clear communication skills, sound judgement when handling confidential information and a strong focus on employee support.
Bonus:

- Certification (e.g. CEP or similar)
- Experience with IPO process or having supported transition from private to public

In this role, you will lead the teams responsible for our equity compensation administration programs and global payroll operations, ensuring both functions scale accurately, compliantly, and efficiently as we grow — including through listing readiness and public-company operations. You will manage senior functional leaders across equity and payroll, and partner closely with Legal, Tax, HR, and the broader Accounting organization to support our mission to make AI beneficial for humanity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop the equity administration and payroll teams, setting strategy, priorities, and operating cadence across both functions
Own the control environment for equity and payroll: design and document to public-company standards.
Oversee scaling to public-company standards across both functions.
Drive systems strategy across the compensation platforms, from equity to payroll, and surrounding integrations, ensuring a coherent architecture as we scale
Serve as the primary escalation point and executive interface for equity and payroll matters with Legal, Tax, HR, and external providers
Oversee international expansion of both functions, including new-country payroll setup, cross-border equity compliance, and mobility programs
Partner with Accounting on stock-based compensation and payroll accounting, ensuring clean handoffs for close, reporting, and audit
Drive automation and continuous improvement of manual processes across both teams through technology solutions
Build headcount and resourcing plans that scale with the business
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
Have 15+ years across equity compensation and/or payroll operations, with significant experience leading senior functional leaders
Have operated equity and payroll functions to a public company standard.
Have deep familiarity with equity management platforms (such as Shareworks or E*TRADE) and Workday payroll, with experience owning cross-system architecture
Have built and scaled global operations across multiple jurisdictions
Are a strong people leader who develops senior functional experts
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and default to building scalable processes over adding headcount
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO
Hold CEP (Certified Equity Professional) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
Have experience with international mobility programs, worker secondments, and cross-border tax considerations
Have led complex system implementations or migrations at scale

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Ramp is building a scaled Private Equity channel that makes Ramp the trusted financial-operations partner for PE firms and their portfolio companies. The Manager, Channel Partner Management — Private Equity will lead an established five-person team of Channel Partner Managers and raise the quality, rigor, and efficiency of an existing motion.
The team includes one Upmarket PE CPM, focused on the most strategic and complex sponsor relationships, and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs, focused on scaled coverage, activation, and portfolio-company pipeline generation. This leader is not being hired to redesign the team or recategorize the program. They will make the current team more effective: clarifying expectations, improving performance, and ensuring each CPM has the tools, coaching, and cross-functional support to execute at a high level.
This is a people-leadership and operating-excellence role—not a player-coach role defined by personally owning every senior relationship or stepping into every deal. The manager will diagnose performance and conversion gaps, coach specific skills, establish a rigorous inspection cadence, and hold a high bar for accountability. They will work closely with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and other partners to improve collateral and partner messaging, refine activation and incentive plans, strengthen account and portfolio planning, and remove friction from the CPM workflow.
The goal is continuous improvement: make the team more poised with partners, more commercially disciplined, more efficient in how it spends time, and more consistent in turning PE relationships into high-quality outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a five-person PE CPM team: one Upmarket PE CPM and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs
- Set clear role charters, coverage models, capacity expectations, and success metrics by segment; ensure the Upmarket motion receives the depth it needs while Core / Downmarket operates with speed and repeatability
- Build the team’s commercial operating rhythm across sourced pipeline, qualified opportunities, closed-won revenue, partner activation, portfolio coverage, conversion, velocity, and partner health
- Coach CPMs from real partner interactions and account plans: identify the specific skill gap, prescribe an intervention, inspect behavior change, and hold a high bar for outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, ChOps, Growth, and leadership to convert PE influence into high-quality pipeline and strategic account outcomes
- Recruit, onboard, performance-manage, and retain a high-performing, collaborative team
- Serve as an executive point of escalation for the team’s most strategic PE relationships, using judgment about when to coach, join, or personally intervene
- Use AI and automation to improve research, portfolio coverage, executive preparation, relationship tracking, and team productivity
- Help shape the evolving PE channel strategy and codify repeatable playbooks for the broader Channel organization
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of relevant quota carrying experience, ideally with a focus on Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
- 1+ years of people-management experience, ideally leading a revenue-carrying partnerships, sales, or account-management team
- Demonstrated success building and managing a complex book of investor, sponsor, or enterprise partner relationships with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment: can distinguish influence from source, quantify partner impact, and prioritize finite team capacity against the highest-value opportunities
- A rigorous, data-driven management style; comfortable using funnel health, conversion, velocity, activity quality, and account/partner signals to coach and allocate resources
- Executive presence with PE partners, operating teams, CFOs, and internal senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure, and drive cross-functional outcomes without relying on formal authority
- High standards for performance management, feedback, and talent development
NICE TO HAVES
- Fintech, payments, expense management, AP, procurement, or CFO-software experience
- Experience designing partner programs, referral mechanics, or account-mapping motions

The company’s flagship offering allows shoppers to split their payments online and in-store with no interest or fees. Tabby generates over $18 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.
Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and is now valued at $6,5 billion.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the B2C customer journey inside the Tabby app.
Different product teams build different products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, BNPL — and they often do it apart from each other. The experience is not always consistent or whole. Your mission is to look at the product the way one customer does, and make it feel like one ecosystem.
The B2C Life Cycle team owns that journey. In practice, that means activation: onboarding, communicating the value of each product, activating financial products, and getting the customer to a first transaction. After that, you design how we keep explaining the value so people come back and keep transacting. You will also work on the subscription and help develop the Tabby+ model.
Why join
A rare brief: own how a customer experiences the whole app, not one feature inside one team
Concrete problems with visible impact — first transaction, return, and a subscription people choose to keep
A strong cross-functional team — product, research, content, and engineering — all invested in quality
What you will be doing
Look across consumer products and design the experience as one customer journey, so Tabby feels consistent and whole
Design onboarding that explains the value of the products in plain language and gets a new customer oriented
Design activation of financial products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, and BNPL — through to the first transaction
Design the moments and communication that bring people back after the first transaction and keep them transacting
Shape the subscription experience and help grow s part of the same journey
Work with product teams that ship on their own, and hold the seams between their products so the customer does not feel the org chart
Work closely with your Product Manager to unpack the problem and turn it into a design that serves both the customer and the business
Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions, and with a UX Writer to make the value of each product clear
Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production
What you will need
5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on consumer products at scale
Strong systems thinking: you can hold several products in one journey, including states, edge cases, and the handoff from one product to the next
Ability to simplify: you can take a fragmented, multi-product experience and make it feel like one product a person can move through
Strong product thinking: you understand business goals and customer needs equally well, and you know how to balance them
A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI
Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers
High craft standards and real care for what reaches users
You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and smarter
Nice to have
Experience with fintech, consumer finance, subscriptions, or lifecycle work: onboarding, activation, retention
Experience designing across several products that have to feel like one
Experience with growth mechanics: first transaction, habit, and return
Experience contributing to or working within a design system
